가상현실 게임을 적용한 물리치료가 무릎 수술 후 환자의 통증, 기능 변화, 삶의 질, 동기부여에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of physical therapy combined with a virtual reality (VR) game on pain, quality of life (QOL), engagement, and knee function in post-knee-surgery patients. Methods: Twenty-four patients who had undergone knee surgery four weeks or more before the study were recruited. Two withdrew from the study during the four-week experimental period, and a total of 22 patients were included in the final analysis. Routine physical therapy consisting of electrostimulation (10 min.) and therapeutic massage (10 min.) was the base intervention for all groups. The experimental group (n = 10) was additionally exposed to a VR game intervention, while the control group (n = 12) underwent an intervention involving similar motions as the experimental intervention but with no VR. The intervention for the experimental group used the game Rig Fit Adventure on Nintendo switch. Both groups underwent their respective interventions 3 times a week (35 min. per session) for 4 weeks. Pain was assessed using the numeric rating scale (NRS), and QOL was assessed using the EuroQol five-dimensional five-level questionnaire (EQ-5D-5L). Engagement was assessed using the Korea flow state scale (K-FSS). Finally, knee movement and function were assessed based on knee flexion and extension, range of motion (ROM), and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index (WOMAC). Results: After the four-week physical therapy, both groups showed significant reductions in pain (on the NRS), increased knee ROM (flexion), better WOMAC scores, and increased EQ-5D-5L scores (p < 0.05), with the experimental group showing significantly better improvements in EQ-5D-5L and K-FSS scores (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study confirm that a VR-game-integrated intervention is effective for improving pain, QOL, engagement, and knee function in post-knee surgery patients and that VR-game-integrated interventions could be therapeutic alternatives for patients bedridden for prolonged periods with little motivation for rehabilitation.

이 논문에서는 주파수선택적 라이시안 감쇄 채널에서 부호순위를 바탕으로 한 비모수 검파기를 쓰는 직접 수열 부호분할다중접속시스템의 의사잡음 부호획득 방법을 다룬다. 먼저 국소 최적 순위 검파기를 얻고, 근사점수함수를 쓴 국소 준최적 순위 검파기와 k차 고친 부호순위 검파기를 제안한다. 직렬 두 우물기법과 혼합 병렬 두 우물기법에 평균 일정오경보확률 추정기를 쓴 제곱합 검파기, 고친 부호 검파기, 국소 준최적 순위 검파기, k차 고친 부호순위 검파기를 쓴 것을 견주어 본다. 국소 준최적 순위 검파기와 k차 고친 부호순위 검파기가 평균 일정오경보확률 추정기를 쓴 제곱합 검파기보다 성능이 더 낫다는 것을 모의 실험으로 보인다. In this paper, signed-rank based nonparametric detectors are used for direct sequence code division multiple access pseudo-noise code acquisition systems in frequency-selective Rician fading channels. We first derive the locally optimum rank detector, and then propose the locally suboptimum rank (LSR) and k-th order modified signed-rank (MSRk) detectors using approximate score functions. We compare the serial and hybrid parallel double-dwell schemes using the LSR and MSRk detectors with those using the conventional squared-sum (SS) using the cell averaging constant false alarm rate processor and modified sign detectors. From the simulation results, it is shown that the LSR and MSRk detectors perform better than the SS detector using the cell averaging constant false alarm rate processor.

이 논문에서는 직접수열 부호분할 다중접속 계통에서 의사잡음 부호를 획득하는데 알맞은 비모수 방식을 제안한다. 이 방식에서는 매개변수를 쓰지 않기 때문에 시간에 따라 바뀌는 간섭의 분산을 추정하는 과정 없이 검파기의 문턱값을 결정할 수 있다. 이제까지의 검파기와 제안한 검파기의 성능을 수식 결과와 모의 실험 결과로 견주어보았다. 이 결과로부터 간섭의 분산을 정확히 추정할 수 없을 때에는, 제안한 검파기를 쓰는 직접수열 부호분할 다중접속 계통의 성능이 이제까지의 검파기를 쓸 때보다 좋음을 보였다. In this paper, we propose to use nonparametric detector for the PN code acquisition in DS/CDMA systems. Because the detector is nonparametric, Ive can decide the threshold of the detector without first haying to estimate the valiance of time-varying interference. We compare the proposed detector with the conventional detector by showing both analytic and simulation results. From these results, we can observe that the DS/CDMA system with the proposed detector have better performance than that with the conventional detector when the exact estimation of the interference variance is not possible.

The relation between state power and commercial capital in premodern period including the commercial policy of state and the response of merchants is one of the fields where the study has been accumulated in history. In general the state where the centralized rule system continued for a long time like Korea and China had overwhelming power for commercial capital in comparison with the state where decentralization was strong like Japan and Western Europe. Therefore, the device that commercial capital took for making profit and securing assets in conjunction with the government under the centralized rule system would have own characteristics. Procuring government supplies of merchants is one of the representative examples which commerce had direct connection with state power. There were many studies that came to the conclusion that the merchants taking on procuring government supplies(Maiban, 買辦) in Ming China would very likely go bankrupt or fall into ruin. Surveying historical materials, it was mentioned a lot for the merchants to be severely affected by undertaking Maiban, but it was also found of the merchants making profits. The timber merchants in question in this thesis were likely belonged to the latter. How was it that they could make profits? This thesis tried concrete analysis for their taking on procuring imperial timber(Huangmu, 皇木) as an opportunity. Readers will find the mechanism of their dealing with government office, and peek into the aspect of Chinese society in those times that lacked the device protecting the security for commercial capital.

항일청년 최규창의 삶과 투쟁

이 연구는 학생운동과 농민운동에 참여자 최규창에 대한 연구였다. 최규창은 영암 구림에서 성장했고, 아동기에 3.1운동을 겪었다. 본격적인 항일운동 참여로 총 3차례 옥고를 치렀다. 학생맹휴(1928), 광주학생독립운동(1929), 영암농민운동(1932)을 겪은 후 그가 직면한 두 개의 현실은 민족의 운명에 대한 책임과 부친의 사망으로 가족의 생계를 책임져야 하는 처지였다. 항일은 긴 투옥으로 이어졌고, 가족의 비극과 가난을 수반했다. 광주학생운동으로 두 번의 옥고를 치르고, 1931년 동아일보 기자가 되지만, 1932년 영암농민운동으로 투옥된다. 1937년 호남평론 광주특파원을 맡지만 중일전쟁으로 활동이 중단된다. 1939년 전남도청 촉탁을 맡았고 사상보국동맹에 참여했지만 대화숙이나 일본 감시당국의 예방구금에 동원되고 감시당했다. 그는 학파농장에 의탁도 해보고, 양복점도 운영했지만 궁핍을 개선할 수 없었다. 해방 후 그는 건국준비위원회에 참여했고, 1946년 호남신문 기자가 되었다. 그후 1948년 겨울 조선중앙일보 기자가 된다. 좌우갈등 속에서 그는 잘 적응하지 못했다. 그러나 1949년 여름 갑자기 폐렴으로 사망했다. 그는 항일투사였지만, 철저한 사회주의자는 아니었다. 그의 삶이 항일활동을 통해 충분히 대변되지는 않는다. 시련의 시기에 따라 처세했지만 그렇다고 친일의 길로 가지도 않았다. 최규창의 삶과 죽음은 당시 호남청년의 삶의 일부를 반영한다. 우리는 시대 상황과 아픔을 통해 그 시대의 진실에 다가갈 수 있는 것이다. The study is about the life of Choi Kyu-chang, a student activist and a farmer's activist. Choi grew up in Yeongam Gurim, He was imprisoned for three times by anti-Japanese movement that including Student Solidarity(1928), the Gwangju Student Movement(1929), and the Yeongam peasant uprising (1932). He faced to The two realities which is family responsibilities and national responsibility. The day led to long imprisonment, accompanied by family tragedy and poverty. He became a reporter for the Dong-A Ilbo in 1931, but he was imprisoned for the farmers' movement, and became a special correspondent for the Honam Criticism in 1937, but was suspended due to the second Sino-Japanese War. he was commissioned by the South Jeolla provincial government in 1939, but was detained in the Sasang Security Alliance(思想報國聯盟) and Gwangju Daehwasuk(光州大和宿). He leaned on a school farm and ran a tailor's shop, but It can’ not improve poverty. After his liberation, he joined the committee and became a reporter for the Honam newspaper in 1946. Then he became a reporter for the Chosun JoongAng Ilbo in the winter of 1948. He didn't adjust well in the conflict. But in the summer of 1949, he suddenly died of pneumonia. He was an anti-Japanese fighter, but he was not a complete socialist. His life is not fully represented through anti-Japanese activities. Despite the circumstances of the ordeal, he did not go to the path of pro-Japanese collaborators. Choi's life and death reflect part of the tragedy. We can approach the truth of the time through its reality and pain.

지역축제 평가속성과 방문객 만족 및 행동의도와의 관계 -부산국제영화제를 대상으로-

The purpose of this study is to clarify the cause and effects of evaluation attribute, visitor`s satisfaction and behavioral intentions focused on Busan International Film Festival(BIFF). To achieve the study objective, 277 valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed, using frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis and path analysis. The results show that the evaluation attribute of local festival exerts a positive influence on visitor`s satisfaction and behavioral intention. Second, visitor`s satisfaction had positive effects on behavioral intention. The regional festival can vary depending on the visit is satisfied. Consequently, it was revealed how evaluation attribute is in the visitor`s satisfaction and behavioral intention in local festival.
