      • 소아에서 복강경 탈장 수술의 초기경험

        Minimally invasive techniques for pediatric inguinal hernia repair have been evolving in recent years. We applied the laparoscopic method to repair pediatric inguinal hernia using the techniques of sac transection and intra-corporeal ligation. Between November 2008 and August 2010, 67 pediatric patients (47 boys and 20 girls) with inguinal hernias were included in this study. Postoperative activities, pain, and complication were checked prospectively at regular follow-up. One patient presented with clinically bilateral hernia, and three patients had metachronous hernias. Thirty-two cases out of 63 patients with unilateral hernias had a patent processus vaginalis on the contralateral side. Mean operation time was $35{\pm}11.4$ minutes for unilateral hernias and $43{\pm}11$ minutes for bilateral hernias. There were no intra-operative complications. One patient had a small hematoma on the groin postoperatively, which subsided spontaneously in a week. Recurrence and metachronous hernia were not found at follow up. In summary, laparoscopic inguinal repair in children is safe, easy to perform and has an additional advantage of contralateral exploration. Further studies should include long term follow-up.

        기관 평활근종의 수술적 절제 -1례 보고-

        Leiomyoma of the trachea is a rare benign tumor. A case of leiomyoma of the thoracic trachea is described in a 46-year-old woman. The patient complained of productive cough, dyspnea and blood-tinged sputum since July 1993. Plain chest radiographs were not helpful, but computed tomography of the chest showed an intraluminal tracheal mass just above the carina. Fiberoptic bronchoscopy revealed a broad based, nodular mass rising from the posterior tracheal wall, just above the carina. The tumor was excised by sleeve resection and end-to-end anastomosis of the trachea was performed. The patient`s postoperative course was uneventful. She was discharged on the 20th postoperative day.

        Thoracic outlet syndrome presents with symptoms resulting from pressure on either the subclavian vessels or the lower trunk of the brachial plexus. It may be caused by a number of abnormalities, including degenerative or bony disorders, trauma to the cervical spine, fibromuscular bands, vascular abnormalities, and spasm of the anterior scalene muscle. We experienced a case of thoracic outlet syndrome [ caused by cervical rib .We report a case with review of literatures.

        5<sup>th</sup>%ile 여성 인체모형 뒷좌석 서브마린 방지에 대한 연구

        Since 2015, Euro-NCAP and C-NCAP have enhanced regulation on submarine of rear female passenger. This submarine regulation is a big obstacle to achieve the highest level crash performance. So the objective of this study is to develop new technical way to protect rear female passenger against submarine. In this study, we figured out how design factors of seatbelt affect submarine of rear female passenger by sled test. And we verified that rear passenger submarine can be improved by increasing intersection angle of seatbelt anchor and rotation amount of seatbelt buckle. Based on these results, this paper proposes a new invention of seatbelt buckle and anchor that can improve rear passenger submarine. One is seatbelt buckle that can be detached from stopper to prevent rotation and the other is seatbelt anchor that can be changed the structure so as to incline forward during crash. Finally we proved that submarine of rear female passenger can be improved by the effectiveness of new inventions.

        지역 맞춤형 특수형광 페이스트 개발을 활용한 범죄예방 연구

        범죄에 취약한 주택 등 서민 거주지는 범죄 예방을 위한 방범 설계가 시급한 실정이지만, 이에 대한 정부의 대응 방법은 그동안 매우 부족하였다. 본 연구는 도시형 범죄를 줄이기 위한 방안으로 지역 맞춤형 특수형광 페이스트 개발에 목적이 있다. 연구내용으로는 특수형광 페이스트 개발과 결과물을 이용한 범죄예방 실현을 위한 디자인과 활용이다. 다양해지는 침입범죄의 수법으로부터 사회의 안녕과 질서를 지키고 저비용 고 효율성을 통한 지역 맞춤형 범죄예방은 형광 페이스트 연구로 가능 할 것이다. 현재 전국에서 유통되고 있는 특수형광 페이스트는 단일 컬러로 사용되고 있어 범죄지역별 식별이 불가능하다. 다양한 지역에서 발생한 주택침입범죄 용의자검거 시 유사범죄의 여죄 및 동선 파악에 기존 형광 염료는 한계점을 가지고 있어 다양한 연구가 필요하였다. 이러한 이유로 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 관련분야 현황을 분석하고 기존 유통되고 있는 형광염료보다 우수한 페이스트를 개발하고자 하였으며, 개발된 페이스트를 분석 하였다. 연구결과 적용방안으로 범죄예방디자인과 형광페이스트 도포를 실시하였다. 연구를 통하여 얻어진 다양한 컬러를 이용하면 지역에 맞는 일련번호를 부여할 수 있는 페이스트로 제작가능 할 것이며, 또한 전용UV라이트에 노출시켜 구현 가능한 특수형광 페이스트는 융복합 수행체계와 지속 가능한 연구개발 방안의 토대가 마련 될 것이다. 지역성에 기반을 둔 맞춤형 페이스트 개발과 효과적인 범죄예방 분석 시스템을 개발하여 검거는 물론 도시시설물, 산업시설, 주택, 상가 등 범죄 욕구를 원천적으로 차단 할 수 있는 범죄예방 디자인 연구가 가능할 것이다. Although it is urgent to design crime prevention at the residential areas of the general public that are particularly more vulnerable to crimes, the government has been coping with this issue quite inadequately. This study aims to develop regionally customized special fluorescent paste as a means of reducing urban-type crimes. Details of the study include development of special fluorescent paste, and designing and utilization of the results of the development for the realization of the prevention of crime. Regionally customized prevention of the crime to protect the well-being and orderliness of the society against the highly diversifying methods of break in crimes at low cost but with high efficiency will become possible through this research on fluorescent paste. The special fluorescent paste that is currently being distributed in the country has only 1 color, making it impossible to identify and distinguish the crimes for each of the regions in which they occur. Therefore, there was a need for diversified researches since the existing fluorescent dyes had limitations in discerning of the additional similar crimes and the movement path of the criminal at the time of arresting of the suspect for the residential break in crime that occurred in a wide range of areas. For this reason, the current status of the relevant areas analyzed on the basis of theoretical background and paste that is superior to the existing fluorescent dyes that are commercially available. The paste developed was then analyzed. As the method of applying the results of the research, crime prevention design and application of fluorescent paste was executed. It would be possible to manufacture pastes for which serial numbers that are coded for each of the regions by using the diverse range of colors obtained through the research. In addition, the special fluorescent paste that can be realizable by exposing it to the dedicated UV light will establish the foundation for the convergence execution system and means of sustainable research and development. It would be possible to research crime prevention design that can not only arrest the criminal but also interrupt the urge for crimes at their roots including urban facilities, industrial facilities, residences and commercial outlets, etc. by developing customized paste based on regionality and developing effective crime prevention analysis system.

        디자인 실무역량 강화를 위한 산학맞춤 DSS 학습모형 개발 연구

        본 연구는 산업체 요구사항을 파악하여 디자인교육의 방향을 제시하고 전공학생의 실무능력 향상을 통한 디자인 경쟁력 강화와 효율적인 실무교육을 위한 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 대학과 디자인업무를 필요로 하는 중소기업 간의 연결 및 협약으로 이론 · 현장실무 병행 교육시스템 DSS(Dual Support System) 교수학습모형을 개발하고 적용하여 실무디자인 시행이 가능한 교수학습모형의 학습향상 효과분석과 학습자의 직무향상에 관한 연구를 실시한다. 연구내용으로 교수 · 학습 모형개발, 모형적용, 효과분석의 3단계로 설계되었다. 연구방법은 NCS 교육과정과 연계하여 운영할 수 있는 산학맞춤형 디자인교육과 산학지원 프로그램을 개발 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하였으며, 독일의 직업교육제도인 듀얼시스템과 호주 · 영국의 견습제를 참고하여 전문기술자 양성과 현장중심교육을 대학에서 습득할 수 있는 산학맞춤형 학습모형을 개발하고 적용하고자 한다. 이러한 연구로 디자인 실무역량, 직업기초역량, 개인역량이 고르게 향상되어 학습만족도가 높았으며 전공분야에 대한 지식과 자신감이 높아지는 효과를 얻어 현장실습 교육에 유익한 교육 자료가 될 수 있다. This Study is aimed at presentation of the directions for the design education by assessing the demands of the industries and presentation of the means of fortifying the design competitiveness and efficient practical education through the improvement of practical competencies of students majoring in design. For this purpose, research on the analysis of the effectiveness of teaching and study model, for which execution of practical work design is possible, for the improvement of studying and improvements in the works of the learners is executed by developing and applying Dual Support System (DSS) teaching and study model for theories and on-site practical works through linkage and agreement between the small and medium enterprises that need design works with universities. This Study was designed to be composed of 3 stages, namely, development, application and analysis of effectiveness of the teaching and study model. The effectiveness of the research method was verified by developing and applying industry-academia customized type design education and industry-academia support program that can be operated in linkage with the NCS educational program. Moreover, attempts were made to develop and apply industry-academia customized type study model that can enable cultivation of professional engineers and acquisition of site-oriented education at universities by making reference to the dual system, which is the occupational educational system of Germany, and apprenticeship system of Australia and England. Practical design competencies, basic occupational competencies and personal competencies are evenly improved through such research, thereby increasing the level of satisfaction on studies and enhancing the knowledge in and confidence on the area of major. Accordingly, they can be useful educational data in the practical education on the site.

        산학연협력 선도대학 육성사업 수행사례 연구

        미래사회 수요에 맞는 학습자중심 교육으로의 변화를 위하여 대학이 보유한 역량과 자원을 활용한 산학공동기술개발, 맞춤형 애로기술지도, 산업체 재직자 교육 등 다양한 산학협력 활동을 지원해야 한다. 본 연구는 LINC사업을 통해 대학이 주도하여 기업과 진행한 산학연계형 수행사례 연구이다. 연구를 위하여 수도권 전문대학 디자인계열 대학의 운영사례를 연구하여 선도모델을 창출 ․ 확산하고자 하였다. 또한, 사업을 통하여 대학의 시스템이 산학협력체계로 개선되어 산학협력 기반조성과 인재양성 효과, 공유 및 협업 성과 등을 분석하고 사업효과를 검토하였다. 연구 결과 대학의 인재양성 효과, 기업과 산학협력 강화 효과 등 특화분야 기술개발실적이 꾸준히 증가하게 되어 지역발전에 기여할 수 있었다. It is necessary to support diversified industry-academia collaboration activities including joint industry-academia technology development, customized technical guidance for difficulties and education for employers of industry, etc. by utilizing capabilities and resources that universities have in order to undergo transition to learner-oriented education that can fulfill the demands of future society. This study is on industry-academia collaboration type cases executed with corporations with the university playing the lead role through LINC project. This study aimed to create and proliferate a leading model by analyzing the operational cases of a design department at a college in capital region. In addition, the effects of this project was reviewed by analyzing its effects on establishment of foundation for industry-academia collaboration and cultivation of competent persons, and sharing and collaboration performances, etc. thereof through improvement of the university system into industry-academia collaboration system. As the result of the study, technology development performances in specialized areas including the effects of cultivation of competent persons by the university and effect of strengthening of industry-academia collaboration of companies, etc. increased continuously, thereby making contribution towards local development.

        범죄예방디자인 기반의 융복합 제품개발 연구

        본 연구는 특수형광 페이스트 식별기술을 활용한 범죄예방 제품을 개발하여 시민들의 범죄에 대한 공포와 주거불안을 해소하기 위한 공익적인 연구이다. 연구의 목적은 형광페이스트를 활용한 식별기기와 추적프로세스를 개발하여 범죄로부터 안전한 사회를 만들고 제품개발을 통하여 안전한 주거환경을 구현하는 것이다. 따라서 연구방법은 특수형광 페이스트 운용기술과 식별기술을 이론적으로 고찰하였으며, 디자인 요구분석과 디자인사례를 연구하여 프로토타입(prototype)제품으로 진행하였다. 연구결과 개발된 범죄예방 디자인 제품(스프레이, 스마트형 UV라이트, 추적App, 모듈형 디바이스)은 범죄 예방이 가능하고 범죄발생시 검거율을 높일 수 있는 제품이다. 캡스톤 디자인을 통하여 개발된 제품은 범죄에 취약한 거주지에 특수형광 페이스트 추적시스템인 맞춤형 리딩과 식별기술 적용이 가능하여 범죄예방 시스템으로 활용할 수 있는 운용기술과 제품을 활용한 방범설계 실시가 가능하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 융복합 가능한 혁신적인 기술적 가치를 찾을 수 있었으며, 범죄예방디자인 개발은 안전한 사회를 추구하는 범죄예방 산업 전반에 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대한다. This study is a public interest research to resolved the fear and anxiety of general public in residential areas against crimes by developing crime prevention product through utilization of special fluorescent paste identification technology. The purpose of this study it to create society that is safe from crimes by developing identification device and tracking system and to realize safe residential environment through product development by utilizing fluorescent paste. Therefore, special fluorescent paste operation technology and identification technology were theoretically considered as the research method. Moreover, study was conducted with prototype of the aforementioned products by means of design requirement analysis and design case study. Crime prevention design products developed as the results of the research (spray, smart UV light, tracking App and module type device) are capable of preventing crime and increasing arrest rate at the time of occurrence of crimes. It was possible to execute crime prevention design by utilizing operational technology and products that can be used as crime prevention system since the products developed through capstone design can be applied to residential areas vulnerable to crime with its customized reading and identification technology, which are part of the special fluorescent paste tracking system. On the basis of such research results, it was possible to find innovative technological value that can be converged and it is anticipated that crime prevention design development will impart influence on the overall aspects of crime prevention industry striving to achieve safer society.
