        스페이스 프레임 돔 구조물의 최적화를 위한 형상생성 방안

        Space frame system is applied to various parts of large spatial dome structures. Especially, space frame dome structure is composed of traditional shape or the combinations of various shapes and new design. In this case, the big difference in the total weight and behavior of structures is shown, based on the selection of space frame dome structure and the difference of member connection, even if they have same size and height. For this reason, it is not easy to decide the optimal shape in the design of this system. Therefore, this study presents the shape generation method and then try to develop the shape generation module. To this end, the node and member generation technique is formulated to consider the characteristics of shapes through the various example selection of space frame dome structure. Also, various example models are presented for efficiency evaluation of the shape generation technique and optimization results are compared through the application of optimization algorithm.

        위상최적화와 Cellular Automata 모델을 이용한 대공간 트러스 구조물의 최적형태 설계

        대공간 구조물은 형태에 따라 구조물의 설계와 시공에 미치는 영향이 크기 때문에 초기 단계에서의 최적형태 설계가 중요하다. 그러나 기존의 대공간 구조물의 최적형태 설계는 구조엔지니어의 직관이나 경험을 바탕으로 수행되어 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대공간 트러스 구조물의 체계적인 최적형태 설계를 위해 위상최적화 기법과 Cellular Automata 모델을 이용한 통합프로세서를 제안하고자 한다. 먼저 위상최적화 기법을 이용하여 구조물의 초기 최적형상을 찾고, 다음 단계로 Cellular Automata 규칙에 의해 생성된 구조패턴을 적용하여 대공간 트러스 구조형태를 생성한다. 최종적으로 구조해석을 실시하고 크기최적화를 적용함으로써 설계조건을 만족하는 최적형태를 제안하고자 한다. It is important to design the optimal shape in the initial process because the influences on the design and construction are large according to the shape and pattern of spatial structures. However, the existing optimal shape designs for spatial structure are performed by the designer's intuition and experiences. Therefore, this study proposes the integrated process using the topology optimization and cellular automata model. First, the initial optimal shapes are obtained by using the topology optimization, and then the spatial truss structural patterns are created through the application of cellular automata rules. Finally, the optimal shapes to satisfy the various design conditions are generated by the structural analysis and size optimization.

        슬리브형 철근 이음장치의 내력실험 및 성능평가

        The rebar splice equipments with sleeve connections are presented for the stable connection between the structural members in the remodelling and extension of reinforced concrete structure. To this end, the reasonable structural capacity evaluation should be performed for the practical use of this rebar splice equipments. Several types of rebar splice equipments are considered according to the sleeve connection shapes and field conditions. This study evaluates the structural capacity of rebar splice equipments through the bond stress experiment and analysis under the various design variables, and verifies the safety and efficiency of the rebar splice equipments with sleeve connections.

        석탑구조물의 표면거칠기 및 충전재에 따른 석재접촉면의 구조특성 분석

        The stone pagoda structure is treated as a discontinuous masonry structure, and the contact surface characteristics between stones is a very important factor in the discontinuum behavior analysis. So, it is necessary to find out material and structural characteristics of stone contact surface to perform the structural analysis for safety evaluation. Accordingly, it is important to analyze the material properties of stone surface and secure the structural characteristics through various contact surface states. Therefore, in this study, various test specimens applying the filler between the surface roughness and the stone in the contact surface treatment technique of the stone pagoda were manufactured, and compression test and shear test were carried out. Also, we analyzed the material and structural characteristics of the stone contact surface through the comparison of experimental results.

        고구마 생명공학연구 현황과 조건 불리지역 분자육종 전망

        고구마는 식량뿐만 아니라 전분을 비롯하여 카로티노이드, 비타민C, 비타민E, 안토시아닌과 같은 저분자 항산화물질을 생산하는 중요한 산업용 뿌리작물로 건조 등 조건 불리지역에 적용이 가능한 최고의 전분작물로 각광받고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 중국, 일본을 비롯한 세계 각국에서 오믹스 기반 유용유전자 발굴 및 활용에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 또한 2014년부터 한 중 일 고구마연구협의회(TRAS)를 중심으로 Xushu 18(6배체) 고구마 유전체 해독 연구가 진행되고 있으며 거의 완성단계에 이르고 있다. 향후 고구마 유전체 해독이 완성되면 오믹스 기반 연구결과와 더불어 전분대사, 항산화물질 대사, 환경스트레스, 기능성 등의 기작에 관여하는 유용유전자 분리 및 활용 연구의 활성화에 기여할 것이며 6배체 고구마 유전체 해독 연구는 식물 유전체 해독에 있어 가장 문제시되는 다배수체 식물의 유전체 해독 문제해결에 가장 큰 기여를 할 것으로 기대 된다. 본 논문은 현재까지 연구된 고구마 생명공학 연구 현황과 조건 불리지역 분자육종 전망에 대해 기술하였다. 이러한 연구 동향 분석은 고구마를 활용한 글로벌 식량, 에너지, 환경문제 해결을 위한 실용화 연구에 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다. Dramatic increase in global population accompanied by rapid industrialization in developing countries has led to serious environmental, food, energy, and health problems. The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations has estimated world population will increase to 9.7 billion by 2050 and require approximately 1.7 times more food, and more than 3.5 times energy than that of today. Particularly, sweetpotato is easy to cultivate in unfavorable conditions such as heat, drought, high salt, and marginal lands. In this respect, sweetpotato is an industrially valuable starch crop. To replace crops associated with these food and energy problems, it is necessary to develop new crops with improved nutrients and productivity, that can be grown on marginal lands, including desertification areas using plant biotechnology. For this purpose, exploring useful genes and developing genetically modified crops are essential strategies. Currently, sweetpotato [Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam.] have been re-evaluated as the best health food and industrial crop that produces starch and low molecular weight antioxidants, such as vitamin A, vitamin E, anthocyanins and carotenoids. This review will focus on the current status of research on sweetpotato biotechnology on omics including genome sequencing, transcriptome, proteomics and molecular breeding. In addition, prospects on molecular breeding of sweetpotato on marginal lands for sustainable development were described.

        기단부 및 옥개석 보강형식에 따른 석탑구조물의 구조적 특성평가

        We have many difficulties in evaluating efficiently the structural behavior of stone pagoda because of the particular mechanical characteristics of the discontinuum structures such as masonry stone pagodas. To this end, the discontinuum modelling and discrete element analysis technique are needed for the structural safety evaluation of these structures in preserving and restoring the historical stone pagodas. Therefore, to evaluate the structural characteristics and safety of stone pagoda considering the reinforcement types of stylobate and roof stone, we select the stone pagoda in Gameunsa temple site as the typical model, and analyzes this structural model through the discontinuum modelling and analytical method under several design variables.

        부재분할 및 그룹화에 따른 지오데식돔의 최적대안 평가

        This study presents the optimal alternative evaluation technique of geodesic dome structure according to the member division and grouping method. To this end, we need the automated computation of joint coordinates and numbering for the consideration of shape change effect. Also, the member resizing technique under the 'constant-shape' assumption and the design variable linking technique for member grouping are developed. Specifically, the optimal design formulation and algorithm are presented through the sensitivity analysis technique and the various example models are applied in order to find out optimal alternative of geodesic dome structure.

        지진 재현주기에 따른 석탑구조물의 동적거동 특성 평가

        Recently, the interests for the earthquake disaster reduction of stone pagoda structure have been increased. So, the seismic performance evaluation is required according to the construction types and seismic intensity. But, it is not easy to apply the general structural analysis because of the difference in the masonry structural characteristics of stone pagoda structure. Therefore, this study presents the reasonable seismic performance evaluation method for the stone pagoda structure. To this end, the seismic loads are generated according to seismic return period and then the dynamic behavior characteristics are evaluated through the structural modelling and analysis.

        가새보강 리브돔 구조물의 형태생성 및 최적화 방안

        Various shape patterns are presented according to the connection types of members in the dome structures with space frame or space truss. Most dome structures have the braces for the reinforcement of structure. But, rib dome structures without braces show the simple member connections and member generation. So, rib dome structures need the braces for the additional stiffness and various shapes. In this study, the typical shapes of rib dome structure are generated and then cellular automata model of morphogenesis technique is applied for the braced reinforcement. Also, the optimal shape patterns are created by performing the stiffness and size optimization for the braced rib dome structures.
