        정상 한국 소아의 중수골에 관찰되는 가성 골단의 방사선적 발현율 및 양상

        목적: 가성 골단은 소아의 성장 과정에서 수부 및 족부 비골단성 말단의 이차성 골화중심에서 기인하며 중수골 및 중족골의 골화 과정에서 드물지 않게 발견된다. 저자들은 한국인 소아의 수부에서 관찰되는 가성 골단의 방사선적 발현율 및 양상을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 2009년 1월부터 2016년 2월까지 내원하여 수부 단순 방사선 사진을 촬영한 만 15세 미만의 한국인 소아 2,320명을 대상으로 비골단성 말단에 관찰되는 가성 골단의 발현율 및 양상을 분석하였다. 결과: 조사대상 전체 2,320명 중 304명에서 수부의 가성 골단이 관찰되어 발현율은 13.1%였다. 남아의 가성 골단 발현율이 16.6%로 여아의 가성 골단 발현율 10.5%보다 높았다. 가성 골단의 호발 연령은 남아는 11세, 여아는 5세였다. 부위별로는 제1중수골의 가성 골단 발현율이 9.6%로 가장 높았으며, 제2중수골은 5.2%, 제5중수골은 2.5%로 조사되었다. 단일성 가성 골단의 발현율은 9.4%, 다발성 가성 골단은 3.7%였다. 불완전형 가성 골단의 발현율이 8.9%로 완전형 가성 골단의 발현율 5.6%에비 해 높았다. 결론: 정상 한국 소아에서 수부의 가성 골단은 13.1%의 발현율을 보였다. 가성 골단의 방사선적 양상과 분포를 숙지할 필요가 있으며, 이를 골 질환 또는 외상성 골절로 오인하지 않도록 항상 염두에 두어야 할 것이다. Purpose: Pseudoepiphysis originates from the secondary ossification center of the non-ossification end during the normal pediatric growth process. It is not uncommonly found in the course of metacarpal and metatarsal ossification. We investigated the radiologic prevalence and features of pseudoepiphysis in normal Korean children. Materials and Methods: Sex and age distribution following radiologic prevalence as well as the features of metacarpal pseudoepiphysis of 2,320 Korean children aged below 15 years of age and younger who underwent hand radiography between January 2009 and February 2016 were analyzed. Results: A total of 304 out of 2,320 patients had pseudoepiphysis on metacarpal bone, which is a prevalence of 13.1%. Male showed higher prevalence (16.6% for male and 10.5% for female). The peak age was 11 years for boys and 5 years for girls. The first metacarpal bone was most prevalent, with 9.6% of the total population, followed by the second metacarpal bone (5.2%) and fifth metacarpal bone (2.5%). The prevalence of single pseudoepiphysis was 9.4%, and that of multiple pseudoepiphysis was 3.7%. The prevalence of incomplete pseudoepiphysis was 8.9% and was higher than complete pseudoepiphysis (5.6%). Conclusion: The prevalence of metacarpal pseudoepiphysis in normal Korean children was 13.1%. It is necessary to be aware of the radiologic features and distributions of pseudoepiphysis to avoid misinterpretation as a bone disease or traumatic fracture in pediatric patients.

      • 스포츠센터 소비자의 이용 만족도 조사 연구

        This study examines the relationship between sports center consumers and their satisfaction of sports centers in the In-cheon area. The following results were gathered from a survey of 1,143 sports center members. The results of this study, which indicate service areas that need improvement, attempts at encouraging peoples usage of sports centers by indicating which services have to be improved. Of the 1,143 people surveyed, 53% were female, 47% were males, and most of them were in their 30s and 40s(male in their 40s/60% & 30s/21%, female in their 40s/36% & 30s/32%). The survey also showed that the males generally have higher educational backgrounds(undergraduate or more 78%, high school or lower 22%) and the females were also higher educated than general females in their ages(undergraduate or more 50%, high school or less 50%). In their income, 52% of the males and 58% of the females earn 2 million won or more per month. The occupations of the surveyed people are own businessmen(339이,professionals(18%), office workers(13%) for the males and government officials(57%), labor workers(13%), office worker(8%) for the females. In addition, the survey results indicated that male respondents preferred golf(44%) and other sports such as working out in the gym (31%), swimming (16%) plus other athletic sports (9%).; while female respondents showed a tendency to engage in sports such as aerobics (42%) and swimming (21%), health club work outs (17%) and other athletic sports (9%). The reasons that they selected those categories were as follows: a) Those are their favorite sports.(male 29%, female 41%), b)Those have the best effects on the body.(male 25%, female 24%), c) They can easily access related facilities.(male 20%, female 14%), d) They have good programs, (male 15%, female 13%), e) Good parking (male 7%, female 4%),and because f) They can have meet new people through those sports(male 5%, female 1%). In terms of frequency, most of the surveyed people seem to do exercise regularly in sports centers. 48% of males and 72% of females reported exercising everyday while ö9% of males and 15% of females reported exercising every other day. Further results indicated that well managed sports centers had membership periods from a minimum of 3 months to 3 years or more. The rate of use was from 6 to 12 months for the males(26%) and 3 years or more for female participants (20%). 40% of males and 36% of females reported exercising for 1 to 1.5 hours and 21% of males and 29% of females reported exercising for 1.5 to 2 hours. The males reported that they generally use the centers from 6 am to 8 am (24%), 6 pm to 8 pm(11%), and 8 pm to 10 pm(13%),which were hours when they were off from work. In case of female respondents, 41% of them reported exercising from 10 am to 12 pm mostly because they were housewives. The average expenditure per month for using the centers was around 70,000 won to 80,000 won(male 40%, female 30%), 100,000 won(male 24%, female 13%), and 50,000 won to 60,000 won(male 2%, female 24%). Additional findings showed that people appeared to be satisfied with exercising in the centers to get rid of stress(male 95%, female 94%), do physical training (male 90%, female 99%), and reduce weight(male 98%, female 91%). The survey also showed that the most people were satisfied with the arrangement and scale of sports centers(male 86%, female 83%) and parking facilities (male 91%, female 91%). However, female respondents asked for more rest areas, locker rooms, shower rooms and sauna rooms. The female members responded to childrens playrooms, skin care rooms negatively and showed positive responses to advertisements for physical therapy rooms, the extension of parking lots and the sanitation measures.

        Cities holding the World Cup plan to keep the balance of a stadium in the black by turning it into a multi-purpose space with a variety of sports, cultural and youth facilities that are designed to be sold or leased to the public. This plan includes the construction of a discount store, exhibition hall and theatre that may attract people apart from spectators that a football match in the stadium draws. And an outdoor wedding hall, drive-in theatre and facilities for sports other than football, will be constructed in the space outside the football ground. Measures enhancing the use of the stadium may be categorized into firstly those related to the sports games, and secondly those connected with the sports facilities. World Cup stadiums in those designated cities need to induce as many football games as possible throughout a year without ceasing, attracting a large audience. A variety of domestic and international football games should be invited for the purpose. At the same time facilities need to be continuously improved to give quality service to those visiting the stadium. It may also be necessary to seek measures designed to invite those people visiting the auxiliary facilities such as discount stores, exhibition and drive-in theatre, etc. to the sports games in the stadium. It is therefore important that the plan should include measures for operating the stadium with the two sides of sports games and facilities closely linked to each other, so that the most profitable use of the stadium can be made through the interaction in drawing a large audience to the stadium.

        The purpose of this study was to analyze a relationship between advertisement by sports star player and buying behavior of high school students for sporting goods. The results were as follows. First, there were a relationship between sporting goods’ advertisement of sports star player and general trend of high school students. Second, in case there is a sports star player whom high school students like in advertisement, they are highly affected by those advertisements of sporting goods. This study shows that attitude and trend for those advertisements of high school students have an actual connection with buying behavior. Third, advertisement by sports star player through mass media relates to high school students' buying behavior of sporting goods. This study shows that the most easily accessible medium is a key factor for buying behavior.

It can say that is commercial sports administrations that seek profit satisfying customer's appetite making such situation. In this point, through service of active public information and so on with revision of physical education equipment, development of program, good leader, to clear customer and breed of connection structure between corporation and so that customer can use goods easily within some life background, sports administration formation must develop in form of enterprise on purpose to be kept and encourage more than life and more than health.

        인천광역시 상업 스포츠센터 골프ㆍ수영 등록회원들의 여가참여 실태와 생활만족에 관한 연구

        In this study, the following result has been obtained, through the analysis of 555 inhabitants, in order to examine how much satisfaction the members of Golf and Swimming Centers (in Inchon Area) get from their leisure lives. 1. It was made clear that the age of the members of 555 respondents, who take part in leisure activities, is very high both by the forties (31.4%), and the thirties(30.3%), whereas a little higher by men(51.7%) than women(48.3%). On the other hand, its rate was very high by the high income brackets, i.e. 2-2.9 million Won(34.2%) and by 3 million Won(30.6%), looking it into the distinction of their income level, whereas a little higher by the graduates with over university education (59.5%) than the ones who are with under high school education(40.5%). Looking it into the existence of the occupations, the people who have their occupation were a little lower(48.1%) than who have no occupation (51.9%). Referring to the existence of the religious activities, it was a little higher(53.7%) by the ones who have it and in the aspect of the number of children, it was the highest by the ones who have two children (46.1%). In the area of the health condition, it was very high by the people who think them as healthy(68.3%) than the people who think them as weak(5.6%). 2. The number of the people who use their time to golf as their leisure activities (56.2%) were more than the people to swimming(43.8%). However, 43.4% (241 persons) of all the respondents do more extra activities besides it, which means they are taking part in leisure activities duplicately. 3. Referring to the continued period of the leisure activities, it was the highest more than two years(43.2%) among all the respondents, and it showed also very high rate of 64.3%(357 persons), over a year. Looking into the participation frequency of leisure activities, it shared almost half of all the respondents, every day (49.7%), and almost of the respondents(90.6%) responded that they are doing their activities almost regularly, i.e. more than two days a week. In the aspect of the present level of their leisure life, almost of the respondents are over middle class (80.2%), and it was very little who are beginners(19.8%). 4. As a motive to begin their leisure activities, the first was the improvement of the physical strength and health (41.3%), second recovery from the fatigue and relaxztion (16.6%), third personal relations or social life(14.1%), and the nest was clearing up the stress(13.0%). As an area for their activities, the highest was Yonsu_gu(36.6%), followed by Chung-gu(25.6%), Nam-gu(21.6%), Seo-gu(16.2%). 5. Through the unitary distributed analysis of the grade of their satisfaction in their leisure life, it was observed a significance by the distinction of sex, year, educational background, occupation, the number of children, health situation, the frequency of their activities, but from the result of the dual distributed analysis there exists rarely significant difference. Accordingly, there showed a significance in a main effectiveness of the kind of the leisure life, analyzing the kings of leisure life such as income, participating area, level, continued period, which showed a significance through the result of the dual distributed analysis and analyzing the satifactory degree of the leisure life dual distributedly through the two factors by each factor. 6. Referring to the participants in golf, almost of them are men, who is in forties with a high level of education over university graduation, and who earns over 2 million won per month, has occupation, children, and who do their religious activities, and are healthy. Contrary to this, it is almost women, who takes part in swimming, and they are almost young age under thirties, low education level under high schoo. graduation, low income lelvel under 2million won per month, no occupation, no children, and with not so good health condition. 7.
