        신촌 연세로 대중교통전용지구는 어떻게 성공적으로 도입되었는가?

        대중교통전용지구는 교통수요관리와 상권 활성화를 통해 도시의 지속가능성을 제고할 수 있으나 승용차 통행을 제한해 사업을 추진하려는 정부당국과 지역주민 간 갈등이 첨예하여 시행이 어려운 사업이다. 그러나 신촌 연세로 대중 교통전용지구의 경우 사업추진과정과 효과 모두 성공적이라고 평가된다. 그렇다면 연세로 대중교통전용지구의 성공적 도입은 어떻게 설명할 수 있는가? 이와 관련하여 본 연구는 Kingdon(2011)의 다중흐름모형과 Moore(1995)의 정치적 관리를 결합한 분석틀을 활용하였다. 다중흐름모형은 정책이 채택되는 환경적 맥락을, 정치적 관리 전략은 이러한 맥락 속에서 정책을 성공적으로 추진하기 위한 구체적인 실천전략을 제시한다. 분석 결과 연세로의 교통정체와 상권 침체를 해결하기 위해 ‘차 없는 거리’ 등의 대안이 존재했으나 박원순 서울시장이 당선되면서 정책의 창이 열리 고대중교통전용지구라는 정책대안에 대한 논의가 본격화되었다. 서대문구는 개방적 의사결정, 논리적인 협상, 공적 숙의, 공공부문 마케팅 등의 정치적 관리 전략을 통해 지역상인과 유관기관으로부터 정책에 대한 정당성과 지지를 확보하였다. 본 연구는 갈등적인 지역사업을 성공적으로 추진하기 위한 관리적 함의를 제공한다. Transit malls are a means to ensure the sustainability and revitalization of local commercial districts by allowing only public transport and pedestrians to use the roads. Efforts by localities to introduce a transit mall often meet with intense opposition from conflicting interests, which makes it very challenging to put this policy idea successfully into action. The case of Sinchon Yonsei Road, however, is considered an exception: the process in which it was officially designated as a transit mall, as well as the positive outcomes such a decision brought about, makes the case clearly distinguished from other similar attempts. What explains the successful introduction of the Yonsei Road transit mall? To answer this question, the present study took an analytical approach that integrated Kingdon’s(2011) multiple streams framework and Moore’s(1995) political management perspective: the former is instrumental in understanding the context in which policies come to be adopted, while the latter allows assessing the effectiveness of the strategies policy entrepreneurs employ in that process. The analysis shows that the election of Park Won-sun as the Mayor of Seoul opened up the policy window where the idea of converting Yonsei Road into a transit mall began to gain serious attention as a viable policy alternative; it also reveals that Seodaemun-gu - the policy entrepreneur in this case - effectively engaged in a series of policy management strategies, which collectively helped to reach a consensus in a relatively short time span. This successful policy adoption case provides managerial implications for local initiatives that involve a complex array of conflicting interests.

        김정은 시대의 북미 정상회담 연구 : 양면게임이론을 중심으로

        This study aims to study North Korea-U.S. Summit during the Kim Jong Un era. For this, a more diversified approach to North Korea-U.S. negotiations is attempted through a two-sided game theory that considers both international and domestic dimensions at the same time in international negotiations. In Putnam’s two-level game theory, the U.S.-North Korea negotiations were analyzed in terms of domestic preferences and coalitions, domestic institutions, and negotiators’ strategies. As a result, the U.S. maintained a tougher stance in negotiations with North Korea because it had a smaller win-set than North Korea. Also, the breakdown of the North Korea-U.S. negotiations was due to the lack of overlapping win-set between the two countries. The Hanoi summit broke down because of North Korea’s different stance on dismantling its nuclear facilities in Yongbyon and the U.S. stance on proposing a road-map for dismantling nuclear weapons. Through analysis through two-level game theory, it can be expected that future U.S.-North Korea relations and negotiations will be carried out in conjunction with the domestic politics of the U.S. and the situation inside North Korea. In particular, with the launch of the new Biden administration in 2021, relations between the U.S. and North Korea have taken another turn. For the U.S.-North Korea negotiations to be successfully concluded, it will be important to read the domestic political situations of each country in the process of negotiations, an international political issue.

        On this Study, it conducts the Standards investigation about air leakage of Buildings for performance improvement of Smoke control in Fire. In domestic standards, it is incomplete the Criteria standards of air leakage. Therefore it is considered that won’t limit the smoke spread due to stack effect. But in the case of the United States, it conducts the Hot smoke air-Leakage test and it consider that can prevent the Smoke Spread in Compartment.

        허혈성 심질환(Ischemic heart disease) 환자(患者)의 사상(四象) 처방(處方) 투여 1례(例)에 대한 임상보고(臨床報告)

        An ischemic heart disease(IHD) is a anemic state of heart caused by disproportion between heart's demand and supply of oxygen. A patient who has this IHD feels serious chest pain called angina pectoris. In a keen condition it leads to a necrosis of heart muscles, known as myocardial infarction. In an ischemic heart disease the ECG waves gives us useful information of patients' heart. And CK(creatine kinase) in serum and Troponin T are the principal factors in diagnosis of IHD. In this study, the IHD patient classified by Sasang Constitutional Medicine had a notable medical effects. The symptoms of patient are disappeared and waves of ECG is closed to normal. The result of CK in serum is also recovered. So we report the healing process and results of this patient in this study.

        성인의 아토피 피부염과 식생활평가지수와의 관계: 국민건강영양조사 제7기 (2016-2018년) 자료 이용

        본 연구에서는 우리나라 성인 중 AD를 앓고 있는 사람들의 식이 섭취량을 분석하여 이들의 식습관이 AD발병 위험과 관련이 있는지 분석하고자 하였다. 활용한 자료는 제7기 국민건강영양조사 (2016-2018년) 자료로서, 참가자 중 19-64세 성인 10,571명을 AD군 (n = 366)과 non-AD군 (n = 10,205)으로 나누어 영양소 섭취 현황과 식생활평가지수 점수를 비교·분석하였다. 그 결과, AD군의 1일 총 에너지섭취량은 non-AD군보다 많았고, 단백질 에너지섭취비율, 섭취에너지 1,000 kcal 당 단백질, 인, 철, 칼륨 섭취량이 AD군이 non-AD군보다 유의미하게 낮았다. 식생활평가지수 총점을 비교했을 때에는, AD군의 총 채소류, 김치 및 장아찌류를 제외한 채소류, 고기·생선·달걀·콩류 섭취점수가 non-AD군보다 낮았다. 연구대상자의 식생활평가지수와 AD 위험도와의 관계를 분석했을 때, AD 위험도는 총 채소류, 김치 및 장아찌류를 제외한 채소류, 고기·생선·달걀·콩류 섭취 점수가 증가할수록 감소하였다. 결론적으로, 성인 AD환자들은 채소류와 단백질 식품 섭취가 낮았는데, 이들 식품군의 높은 섭취는 낮은 AD 위험과 관련이 있음을 확인한 바, 추후 성인 AD 관리 및 치료 시 채소류와 단백질 식품의 충분한 섭취에 대해 강조해야 할 것이다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the dietary intake of Korean adults with atopic dermatitis (AD) to determine whether the risk of developing AD was related to their diet. Methods: Among the participants in the 7th National Health and Nutrition Survey (2016 to 2018), 10,571 adults aged 19-64 were divided into AD (AD group, n = 366) and control groups (non-AD group, n = 10,205) to compare and analyze their nutrient intake status and Korean Healthy Eating Index (KHEI) score. Depending on the prevalence of AD, the nutrient intake, nutrient intake per 1,000 kcal, acceptable macronutrient distribution range, and KHEI score were tested for significance by correcting for age, sex, body mass index, education, marriage, occupation, residence area, physical activity, and energy intake variables that were derived for confounding factors. Results: The acceptable macronutrient distribution range for protein was lower in the AD group than in the non-AD group. Comparing the nutrient intake per 1,000 kcal, the intakes of protein, phosphorus, iron, and potassium of the AD group were significantly lower than those of the non-AD group. In the KHEI, the scores of total vegetables, vegetables excluding kimchi and pickles, meat, fish, eggs, and legumes of the AD group were significantly lower than those of the non-AD group. In addition, as these food intake scores increased, the risk of AD significantly decreased. Conclusion: In conclusion, adult AD patients had low intakes of vegetables, meat, fish, eggs, and legumes, and it was confirmed that high intakes of these foods may be associated with low AD risk. Therefore, we suggest that an adequate intake of vegetables and foods containing protein would be necessary for the management and treatment of AD in adults.

        안양지역 어린이급식소에서의 위생관리 모니터링을 위한 adenosine triphosphate(ATP) 분석법 적용

        이 연구에서는 어린이급식소에서의 ATP bioluminescence 분석법을 이용한 급식 위생관리 모니터링의 적합성을 확인하고자 하였다. 어린이집과 유치원 두 유형 간을 비교하였을 때, 측정구역별 ATP 측정값, 위생관리 적합률, 획득점수와 측정 횟수별 획득점수에서는 차이가 없었다. 어린이집과 유치원 각각을 비교했을 때는, 어린이집에서의 측정구역별 ATP 측정값은 대부분 1차시보다 2차시에 낮아졌으나, 유치원은 차시 간 차이가 없었으며, 측정구역별 위생관리 적합률은 어린이집과 유치원에서 대부분 1차시보다 2차시에 높아졌다. 또한, 어린이집의 경우 측정 횟수와 평균 획득점수와의 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 결론적으로, ATP bioluminescence 분석법은 어린이급식소에서의 급식 위생관리 모니터링 도구로써 활용 가능할 것으로 보이며, 특히, 어린이집이 유치원보다 더 효과적일 것으로 판단된다. In this study, we identify the suitability of monitoring the hygiene control of meals using ATP bioluminescence assay in children's foodservice facilities. Most ATP measured value by measurement area in childcare centers were lower in the second round than in the first round, and most hygiene control suitable rate by measurement area in childcare centers and kindergartens was higher in the second round. Also, in childcare centers, there was a positive correlation between the number of ATP measurement and the average score. In conclusion, ATP bioluminescence assay could be available as a monitoring tool for meal hygiene control in children's foodservice facilities, especially in childcare centers.

        하수슬러지의 Biochar특성을 이용한 토양내 중금속 제거 연구

        This study proposed a low temperature hydrothermal carbonization to treat and recycle sewage sludge and determined the optimal conditions for the biochar production. The physical and chemical properties of biochar were analyzed and its sorption capacity for heavy metals was evaluated. To produce biochar, 50 g of sewage sludge was heated at 220, 230, and $240^{\circ}C$ for 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, and 10 hours in a reactor. The optimal conditions to produce biochar was $230^{\circ}C$ and 8 hours. Sorption capacity tests were conducted for arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), copper (Cu), lead (Pb), zinc (Zn) and nickel (Ni). Among them, lead was shown the highest heavy metal adsorption efficiency of biochar, followed by copper, cadmium, zinc, and nickel, but arsenic was hardly adsorbed overall.
