물류금융은 혁신적인 물류 부가가치 서비스이다. 이는 물류업과 금융업 모두가 일정단계로 발전한 이후 비로소 가능한 서비스이며 물류산업의 경쟁력을 업그레이드하기 위한 중요한 요소이기도 하다. 중국에서의 물류 산업은 매우 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 이러한 물류산업의 호황은 금융시장에도 기회를 제공하고 있으며, 물류 금융의 발전을 가속화시키고 있다. 베이징의 경우, 3대 물류기지를 건설하고 17개 물류 센터를 만들 계획을 수립하고 있다. 이러한 물류 산업 발전을 더욱 가속화하기 위해서는 반드시 금융 부문에서의 뒷받침이 필요하나, 현재 이러한 금융에 대한 물류업의 수요는 충족되지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 이는 곧 중국 물류업의 효율성과 인프라 구축, 시장 규모 등 물류업 발전의 주요 걸림돌로 작용하고 있다. 본문은 물류금융 관련 이론과 업무의 기본적 구조를 통해 한중 양구의 물류 금융업을 비교하여 차이를 도출해 보고 한중 양국의 물류금융 발전 모델을 분석해 보고자 하였다. 마지막으로는 이를 근거로 한국 물류금융의 발전방향에 대한 시사점을 도출해 보았다.

중국 지역별 보험산업 성장에 미치는 요인분석

China`s insurance market is growing as there is a rapid economical development in China but there is a difference in growth with regards to each region. I have selected 10 regions and they are: Beijing, Shanghai, and other major cities and provinces. This study is based on the analysis on the effects of insurance industry growth in those regions. The insurance industry is divided into four parts which are life insurance, property insurance, accident insurance, and health insurance. Each region shows a distinctive characteristic related to the four parts of the insurance industry. The Beijing insurance market is affected by population, Shanghai by wages, Chongqing by regional GDP, Jiangsu by wages and regional GDP, while Guangdong is affected by regional GDP.

관절 전치환술 후 발생된 심부정맥 혈전증에서 다중검출기 컴퓨터단층촬영술의 진단적 유용성

목적: 인공관절술 후 심부 정맥 혈전증에 대한 진단의 정확도 및 검사의 유용성을 높이기 위한 방법으로 다중검출기 컴퓨터단층촬영술(MDCT)과 색도플러를 이용한 진단의 유용성을 알아보고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 2004년 4월부터 2004년 8월까지 고관절 전치환술 32예(32명)와 슬관절 전치환술 39예(31명)로, 총 71예(63명)를 대상으로 하였으며, 전 예에서 술전 및 술후에 색도플러 초음파 검사 및 다중검출기 컴퓨터단층촬영술을 동시에 시행하였다. 심부 정맥 혈전증에 대한 예방적 약제의 투여는 시행하지 않았으며, 심부 정맥 혈전증이나 폐색전증 및 항응고제 치료를 받은 과거력을 가진 환자는 제외하였다. 결과: 심부 정맥 혈전증은 다중검출기 컴퓨터단충촬영술상 총 33예(46.5%), 색도플러 초음파 검사상 총 15예(21.1%)에서 발견되었다. 다중검출기 컴퓨터단층촬영술상 발견된 총 33예 중에서 하퇴정맥에서 24예가 발생하였고, 그 중에서 4예만이 색도플러초음파 검사상 양성을 나타냈으며, 나머지 20예는 음성을 나타냈다. 색도플러 초음파 검사상 발견된 총 15예 중에서 13예는 다중검출기 컴퓨터단층촬영술에서 양성을 나타냈으며, 2예만이 음성을 나타냈다. 결론: 관절 전치환술을 시행받은 환자들의 심부 정맥 혈전증에 대한 선별 검사 방법으로 다중검출기 컴퓨터단층촬영술을 통한 진단은 진단의 객관성 및 효율성 그리고 정확도에 있어 보다 유용한 방법이라 생각된다. Purpose: To evaluate the accuracy and availability of Multidetector-Row Computed Tomography (MDCT) and Color Doppler Sonography as a method for making an early diagnosis of DVT after joint arthroplasty. Materials and Methods: A total of 71 cases (63 patients) were selected. 32 cases (32 patients) underwent a THRA and 39 cases (31 patients) underwent a TKRA between April 2004 to August 2004. All cases underwent both Color Doppler Sonography and MDCT, before and after surgery. No prophylactic medications for DVT were given. Patients who previously had DVT or pulmonary embolism or a medication history of anticoagulation therapy were excluded. Results: DVT was found by MDCT in 33 cases (46.5%) and by Color Doppler Sonography in 15 cases (21.1%). In the 33 cases of DVT diagnosed by MDCT, 24 cases developed in the calf vein, among them, only 4 cases were positive and remaining 20 were negative in Color Doppler Sono-graphy. In the 15 cases of DVT diagnosed by Color Doppler Sonography, 13 cases were positive and only 2 cases were negative in MDCT. Conclusion: MDCT is effective in diagnosing DVT after joint arthroplasty in terms of the objectivity, efficacy and accuracy.

한중 보험자산운용 비교연구

본 연구는 중국 보험시장의 급속한 성장 추세를 분석하고 그 자산운용에 대한 평가를 바탕으로 한중간 보험 자산운용을 비교 분석하여 향후 보험자산운용의 방향을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 VAR 모형을 구축함으로써 투자 대상이 전체 자산운용 수익률에 미치는 결정적 요인과 변화 추이를 분석하였다. 중국의 경우에 VAR 모형 구축 후 충격반응 분석 결과 자산운용수익률은 예금수익률, 주식수익률 변수가 수익률변동의 결정요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 시차가 길어질수록 예금수익률, 주식수익률, 국공채수익률, 대출수익률 순으로 자산운용수익률의 변화가 나타났다. 한국의 자산운용수익률은 국공채수익률, 대출수익률, 주식수익률 변수가 수익률변동의 결정요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타나 중국과 다른 모습을 보여준다. 또한 시차가 길어질수록 예금수익률, 국공채수익률, 주식수익률, 대출수익률 순으로 자산운용수익률이 변화되었다. 한국에 비해 중국은 보험자산운용 중 예금 비율이 높은 편이지만 최근 몇 년 동안 비율이 점차 낮아지고 있다. 이는 중국 보험자산운용이 이자율 하락으로 인한 리스크를 줄이고 유가증권 위주로 발전해 가고 있기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 현재의 자본 시장 상황을 고려해 볼 때, 중국 보험 시장은 자산운용에 대한 개방과 투자 범위가 더욱 확대 될 것으로 보이며 이에 따라 장기적으로는 수익률 보장과 분산투자에 의한 안전성을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. This study is aimed at analyzing the trend of insurance assets management for the coming period by analyzing the fast-growing phenomenon of the insurance market in China, how its subsequent assets management is handled, and comparing and assessing future assets management between Korea and China. In this study, an analysis was made for the purposes of the decisive factor and composition of changes of investments, which affect the whole assets-management earning rate by establishing a VAR model. In the case of China, the result of shock-response analysis after establishing a VAR model demonstrated that the variables of a deposit earning rate and stock earning rate function as a decisive factor in the fluctuation of an earning rate in relation to an assets-management earning rate. In addition, it showed the composition of the changes in an assets-management rate in the order of a deposit earning rate, stock earning rate, national and public bond earning rate, and loan earning rate in accordance with the longer time difference, assuming different aspects from that of China. Although China has a higher rate of deposits among insurance assets management than that of Korea, its rate has been decreasing in recent years. This is because Chinese insurance assets management is developing itself into a securities-centered trend while reducing the risks due to the decrease in its interest rate, according to this study. Considering the current capital market in China, the operational range of insurance assets management in China is predicted to expand more both in the scope of open markets and investments; thus, their insurance assets management is predicted to secure the guaranty of an earning rate and stability through diversified investment.

우리나라 철도컨테이너화물 수송서비스 평가와 모달시프트 가능성에 관한 검토

본 연구는 화물수송을 둘러싼 사회적 · 경제적 환경변화 속에서 철도물류의 활성화가 시대적 과제가 되고 있는 시점에서 철도로의 모달시프트가 기대되는 철도컨테이너수송에 주목하여 화주, 복합운송업체, 운영자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시, 철도의 이용현황, 이용확대를 위한 개선사항, 환경문제에 대한 대응상황을 분석함으로써 철도물류서비스의 생산성 향상을 위한 개선방안, 나아가 국가정책과의 공동보조를 통한 철도화물수송으로의 모달시프트 가능성에 대하여 검토하였다. The purpose of this study is to search how to improvement methods of rail freight by understanding the problems and the evasion reasons in coping with various case of logistics environment and to enhance competitiveness of rail freight. So we examined improvement of in the productivity in the rail container transport, and possibility for Modal shift in Korea railway, we have done a survey among the shiffer and multimodal transport operators in Korea. Data were analyzed using quantitiative mathod.
