유아교사가 지각하는 조직몰입과 조직효과성 관계에서 조직문화와 직무스트레스의 매개효과

본 연구는 유아교사가 지각하는 조직몰입과 조직효과성 관계에서 조직문화와 직무스트레스의 매개효 과를 탐색하였다. 본 연구는 2015년 12월에 실시한 전국 유아교사 연수에 참여한 유아교사 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, Pearson 상관계수, 구조방정식 모형 분석, 단일 및 다중 매개효과 검 정식을 통한 간접효과 유의성 검정을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직몰입은 조직효과성에 정적(+) 효과를 미쳤다. 둘째, 조직몰입과 조직효과성 관계는 직무스트레스를 매개로 정적(+) 효과를 보였지만 매개효과는 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, 조직몰입과 조직효과성 관계는 조직문 화를 매개로 정적(+) 효과를 보였다. 넷째, 조직문화와 직무스트레스는 조직몰입과 조직효과성 관계 를 이중매개하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 유아교사의 조직몰입이 강하거나, 조직몰입에 의한 긍정적 조직문화를 형성하여 조직효과성을 제고한다는 점을 밝혀내었다. The purpose of this study was to explore the mediating effects of the organizational culture and job stress on the relationship between infant teachers’ organizational commitment and organizational effectiveness. This study included a survey of 300 people who participated in the National Early Childhood Teacher Training conducted in December 2015. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient, structural equation modeling analysis, single and multi-path mediated effect tests. The results of this study are follows: 1) organizational commitment has a positive effect on organizational effectiveness; 2) job stress did not mediate the relationship between infant teachers’ organizational commitment and organizational effectiveness; 3) organizational culture mediated positively the relationship between infant teachers’ organizational commitment and organizational effectiveness; 4) job stress and organizational culture did not double-mediate the relationship between infant teachers’ organizational commitment and organizational effectiveness. The significance of this study is to identify the powerful effect of organizational commitment on organizational effectiveness through cultivating positive organizational culture related to the organizational commitment.

가정폭력이란 가정 내 구성원의 갈등이 인간의 존엄성을 해할 정도에 이르러 사법적 관점에서 본다면 하나의 범죄 사건으로 분류할 수 있으며 아울러 가정 구성원 사이의 신체적, 정신적 그리고 재산상 피해를 수반하는 행위를 말한다. 이를 위해 경찰은 4대악 근절이란 목표를 설정하고 시행 3년째를 맞이하고 있다. 특히 그 중에서 가정폭력범죄 진압 및 억제를 위해「가정폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법」이 여러 차례 개정되어 시행 중에 있으나 인식의 부족과 엄정하고 신속한 대응이 부족하다는 지적을 받고 있다. 우선 가장 문제가 되는 것은 가정폭력 전담인력이 부족하고 담당하는 부서가 없는 곳이 많다. 둘째는 현장경찰관들의 교육·훈련의 부족과 매뉴얼 미숙지로 인해 효과적인 대처가 이루어지지 않거나 사건을 축소처리 하는 경우가 많다. 셋째 경찰뿐만 아니라 시민들의 의식도 가정폭력은 범죄보다는 가정 내의 문제로 인식하여 신고하거나 적극적인 개입을 통해 해결하려는 의지가 낮아 소극적 자세를 가진다는 점이다. 마지막으로 상습법과 재범자 그리고 긴급임시조치를 위반하는 중한 가해자의 경우 효과적인 제지수단이 없어 법의 실효성이 낮다는 점이다. 이러한 문제점을 바탕으로 몇 가지 정책적 제언을 통해 법이 가진 목적을 보다 효과적으로 달성하고 안전한 사회와 가정의 보호를 위해 경찰단계에서 구체적인 방안을 제시하였다. 우선 가정폭력을 전담하는 인력과 부서의 확충이 필요하며, 현재 진행 중인 가정폭력 솔루션팀의 적극적 운영을 제시하였다. 뿐만 아니라 현장 경찰관의 대응능력강화와 적극적인 조치 자세를 위해 관련 교육을 강화하고 법과 매뉴얼 체득도 아울러 제시하였다. 가정폭력은 범죄는 행위의 특성상 현행범일 가능성이 적고 피해자들의 가족이라는 점에서 신고율도 낮고 경찰강제력 개입에 많은 어려움이 존재한다. 이에 반해 우리사회와 가정파괴로 인한 엄청난 사회적 비용이 발생시킨다는 점도 부정할 수 없다. 따라서 경찰단계에서의 개선방향 뿐만 아니라 시민의 의식 변화를 위해 적극적인 홍보의 필요성 또한 강조하였다. Domestic violence is the willful intimidation, physical assault, battery, sexual assault, and/or other abusive behavior as part of a systematic pattern of power and control perpetrated by one intimate partner against another. The government in South Korea has been interested in the agenda of the ‘Four Major Hazards’, such as sexual violence/assaults, domestic/intimate partner violence, school violence, and unsanitary foods. Therefore, the police regarded an implementation of ‘Safe and Secure Society’ with the agenda. This study is to examine police activities for the domestic violence in the Four Major Hazards. Even though the Act on special cases concerning the punishment of crimes of domestic violence has revised and enforced, police have traditionally been reluctant to make arrests for such assaults. Recently, child abuse and elderly abuse are a growing issue. Many domestic violences remain as dark figures. However, there is a positive sign. The arrest rate has increased for the current years because more people ask for the help with the domestic violence. It is time to expend more efforts for the police intervention in domestic violence. An exclusive department and special personnels are needed. Police still lack of education and training, and that makes police act improperly at the domestic violence situation. Also, there is a lack of effective sanctions against repeat offenders and recidivists. Police could enforce the urgent action, and the rates of enforcing urgent action has increased after implementation of Four Major Hazards Policy. However, there is no compelling force to give a criminal penalty when the offenders violate the order. In terms of those problems, the special department and personnels for the domestic violence are needed. Thus, the domestic violence solution team that is operating in the police department should be expanded actively. Also, police should be well informed of the manual and laws for enhancing the ability of responding domestic violence. Finally, specific interventions are needed for specific targets.

이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 생명보험사들의 보험계약대출(약관대출) 수요에 대한 통계적 분석과 그 예측을 위한 확률모형을 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위해, 먼저 대출 금리가 정책적 변화를 거친 1999~2008 기간 동안 우리나라 보험계약대출의 수요계열에 대한 추세, 주기성, 종속성 등 확률 및 통계적 특성을 파악하였다. 다음에, 교차상관분석을 통해 대출수요와 인과관계를 가질 수 있는 경제변수들과의 상호관련성을 밝히고, 특히 소비자 물가지수가 보험계약대출 수요를 선도하고 있음을 밝혔다. 마지막으로, 이러한 결과를 기초로 보험계약대출 수요의 예측을 위한 단변수모형 그리고 선도변수계열을 이용한 전이함수모형을 각각 완성하고 그 효과를 비교 평가하였다. 마지막으로 유도된 확률모형을 이용하여 보험계약대출 수요예측의 통계적 절차를 제안하였다. This paper is concerned with the statistical analysis and development of stochastic models for the demand for life insurance policy loans. For these, firstly the characteristics of the regression trend, periodicity and dependence of the monthly demand for life insurance policy loans are investigated by a statistical analysis of the monthly demand data for the years 1999 through 2008. Secondly, the causal relationships between the demand for life insurance policy loans and the economic variables including unemployment rate and inflation rate for the period are investigated. The results show that inflation rate is main factor influencing policy loan demands. The overall evidence, however, failed to establish unidirectional causality relationships between the demand series and the other variables under study. Finally, based on these, univariate time series model and transfer function model where the demand series is related to one input series are derived, respectively, for the prediction of the demand for life insurance policy loans. A statistical procedure for using the model to predict the demand for life insurance policy loans is also proposed.

A previously healthy 22-year-old woman was admitted with a complaint of right upper quadrant abdominal pain for 2 weeks. Her past history was not remarkable. On admission, HBsAg and anti-HCV were negative and a-FP was within normal range. Abdominal sonography and CT showed a mass in Liver measuring 10×11 cm with features of central necrosis and hemorrhage. On 6th hospital day, hemoperitoneum developed suddenly. She underwent emergency Laparotomy and trisegmentectomy. Intraoperative finding revealed a hemoperitoneum with a tumor filled with liquefied necrotic tissues. Microscopically, the tumor was mostly composed of pleomorphic spindle cells with abundant anastomosing vascular channels and partly composed of tumor cells with trabecular arrangement. On immunohistochemical staining, tumor cells reacted with cytokeratin and vimentin, while CD34 and hepatocyte staining revealed negative. She died 2 months after the operation. We report a case of rapidly deteriorated primary sarcomatoid hepatocellular carcinoma in a young female without any risk factor. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2006;47:458-462)

Overlap of autoimmune hepatitis and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a comparatively rare condition. Although both autoimmune hepatitis and SLE can share common autoimmune features such as polyarthralgia, hypergammaglobulinemia and positive ANA, it has been considered as two different entities. We report a case of anti- LKM1 positive autoimmune hepatitis who developed SLE two years later. The presence of interface hepatitis with lymphoplasma cell infiltrates and rosette formation points to the autoimmune hepatitis rather than SLE hepatitis. Autoimmune hepatitis is infrequently accompanied by SLE, therefore, it could be recommended to investigate for SLE in patients with autoimmune hepatitis. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2008;51:190-193)

Choledochal cyst is an uncommon premalignant anomaly. The morphology and pathogenesis of the premalignant lesion of cholangiocarcinoma arising from the choledochal cyst has not been well described. Herein, we report a rare case of bile duct adenoma arising from choledochal cyst with anomalous union of pancreaticobiliary duct (AUPBD). 50-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with the complaint of epigastric pain. She had received common bile duct (CBD) exploration and choledocholithotomy and cholecystectomy 3 months earlier under the diagnosis of multiple CBD stones. Intraoperalive cholangiogram was not remarkable except CBD dilatation at that time. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography revealed choledochal cyst with AUPBD and round filling defect which disappeared easily on the balloon cholaniogram. On magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography, the filling defect was confirmed as 2 cm polypoid mass attached to the distal bile duct wall. At laparotomy, a soft whitish mass was palpable on the lower CBD. On histological examination, adenoma with focal carcinoma change arising from choledochal cyst was diagnosed.
