      • 돈 분뇨 액비에 미생물 첨가가 배추의 발아지수에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 돈 분뇨 액비에 미생물 첨가가 배추의 발아지수에 미치는 효과를 구명하기 위해서 수행하였다. 돈 분뇨 액비는 107일 동안 폭기와 무폭기 상태로 액상비료를 제조하여 공시하였고 미생물 첨가는 $0.05\%,\;0.1\%,\;0.2\%,\;0.3\%$ 수준으로 하였다. $0.05\%$ 미생물 접종 처리구에서 식물 독성이 낮고 발아지수가 높게 나타났다. 첨가수준별 돈분 액비 이용시험에서 초기 돈 슬러리의 액비성상은 T-N 2,873 ppm, T-P 753 ppm, $NH_4-N$ 1,441.6 ppm, $NO_3-N$ 16.48ppm으로 50일이 되면서 폭기조건에서 T-N 3,672 ppm, T-P 164 ppm, $NH_4-N$ 183.87 ppm, $NO_3-N$ 21.97 ppm로 변화하였으며, 무폭기 조건에서 T-N 1,261 ppm, T-P 68 ppm, $NH_4-N$ 161 ppm, $NO_3-N$ 16.87 ppm로 나타났다. 미생물을 처리하지 않고 107일동안 폭기조건과 무폭기 조건으로 액비화한 시료의 발아지수는 각각 83과 40.4이였다. 돈 분뇨 액비를 무산소 제조시 $40\%$ 이상, 호기제조시 $50\%$ 이상의 발아지수가 개선되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 액비제조 처리가 무산소 제조보다는 호기제조 처리가 작물에 양호한 것으로 판단되어지며 이는 호기처리시 총질소의 함량을 높게 유지할 수 있도록 하는 결과인 것으로 사료된다. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of Synechocystis sp. KACC 91007 when added to a pig slurry or pig liquid fertilizer (PLF) on germination index (GI) of Chinese cabbage. The preliminary experiment involved the screening of inoculant levels which were; 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, and $0.3\%$, respectively. The $0.05\%$ level of inoculant was selected based on low phytotoxicity and high GI.. The PLF underwent a 107 day aerobic and anoxic processing conditions. The T-N, T-P, $NH_4$, and $NO_3-N$ concentrations of the untreated pig slurry were; 2,873, 753, 1,441.6, and 16.48 ppm, respectively. Using aerobic processing treatment, the fertilizer value of the PLF was 3,672, 164, 183.87, and 21.97 ppm, respectively. In contrast, the fertilizer value of the PLF processed under anoxic condition was reduced to 1,261, 68, 161, and 16.87 ppm. The GI value of the untreated PLF under aerobic and anoxic processing condition was 83 and $40.4^{*}\%$, respectively. With the addition of the $0.05\%$ microbial inoculant, the GI improved by more than 40 and $50\%$ respectively, when the PLF was processed under anoxic and aerobic conditions. The above findings proved that the aerobic processing of PLF for 107 days was better than anoxic and yielded higher T-N which is a macro-nutrient fertilizer material. Consequently, the addition of $0.05\%$ microbial inoculant resulted to a higher GI of the Chinese cabbage specifically under aerobic processing condition.

      • 홀스타인 육성우의 계절별 분뇨 배설량 및 특성에 관한 연구

        우리나라에서 사육되고 있는 젖소 육성우의 분뇨배설량을 구명하기 위하여 육성우 6두를 공시하여 축산연구소 낙농우사에서 봄, 여름, 가을, 겨울 등 4계절에 걸쳐 각각 10일간 시험을 수행하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 건물섭취량은 평균 6.7kg으로 봄, 여름, 가을 및 겨울이 각각 4.6, 8.3, 7.1, 6.8kg으로 봄이 가장 낮은 섭취량을 보였으며, 음수량은 평균 $19.3{\ell}$로, 여름이 $21.8{\ell}$로 가장 많았고 봄과 겨울이 $18.3{\ell}$로 낮았으나 계절별 유의차는 보이지 않았다. 2. 분뇨배설량을 계절별로 조사한 결과, 봄 13.7kg, 여름 23.8kg, 가을 25.0kg, 겨울 20.2kg으로 봄이 가장 낮았으며(p<0.05), 전체 평균 분뇨배설량은 20.3kg이였고, 체중대비 분뇨의 비율은 5.6%였다. 3. 체중과 분뇨배설량간($R^2=0.7816$), 체중과 사료섭취량간($R^2=0.7296$)의 상관관계가 비교적 높았으나, 음수량과 분뇨배설량, 사료섭취량과 분뇨배설량간의 상관관계는 비교적 낮았다. 4. 분뇨의 수분 및 pH를 분석해 본 결과, 분의 뇨의 평균 수분 함량은 각각 83.5, 94.6%였으며, pH는 각각 7.4, 7.6 수준이었다. 5. 분뇨중 오염물질 농도는 분의 $BOD_5,\;COD_{Mn}$, SS, T-N 및 T-P는 각각 18,048, 50,114, 119,833, 2,519, $427mg/{\ell}$였고, 뇨는 각각 5,434, 6,550, 825, 3,616, $28mg/{\ell}$였다. 6. 분뇨중 비료성분은 분의 N, $P_2O_5,\;K_2O$가 각각 0.25, 0.10, 0.14%였고, 뇨는 각각 0.36, 0.006, 0.31%였다.도는 3m 지점에서 $446.6\;{\mu}g/m^3$ 이었으나 20 m 지점에서는 $156.3\;{\mu}g/m^3$로 34.9% 수준이었고 PM10 34.9%, PM2.5 48.7%, PM1.0 86.8% 수준이었다. This study was conducted to determine the volume of Holstein heifers manure excreted and its characteristics. The average dry matter intake of heifers was 6.7 kg/head/day. The intake rate was lowest in spring among four seasons. The average dry matter intake rate during spring, summer, fall, and winter was 4.6, 8.3, 7.1, and 6.8 kg/head/day, respectively. The average water intake of heifers was $19.3{\ell}/head/day$. The wale. consumption was highest value ($21.8{\ell}/head/day$) in summer and lowest values ($18.3{\ell}/head/day$) in spring and winter. Values were found not to be statiscally different for the four seasons. The average manure production of heifers (average live weight was 363.1 kg) was 20.3 kg/head/day and it was 5.6% of live animal weight. The manure production during spring, summer, fall, and winter was 13.7, 23.5, 25.0, and 20.2 kg/head/day, respectively. Production during spring was lower than the other seasons (p<0.05). A higher correlation between live weight and manure production ($R^2=0.7816$) and between live weight and feed intake ($R^2=0.7296$) was observed for heifers. Correlations between manure production and water intake and between manure production and feed intake were found to be relatively low for heifers. The moisture content of feces was 83.5% and that of urine 94.6%. The pH of feces and urine were in the ranges of 7.4 and 7.5, respectively. The $BOD_5$, COD, SS, T-N, T-P concentrations of the heifer feces were 18,048, 50,114, 119,833, 2,519, and $427mg/{\ell}$, respectively. Heifer urine showed lower levels of $BOD_5(5,434mg/{\ell})$, COD$(6,550mg/{\ell})$, SS$(825mg/{\ell})$, T-N$(3,616mg/{\ell})$, and $T-P(28mg/{\ell})$ than feces. The fertilizer nutrient concentrations of heifer feces was 0.25% N, 0.1% $P_2O_5$ and 0.14% $K_2O$. Urine was found to contain 0.36% N, 0.006% of $P_2O_5$ and 0.31% $K_2O$.

        자동 영상분석 계기를 이용한 골 유도재생능력의 분석에 관한 조직계측학적 연구

        The assessment of alveolar bone changes on dental radiographs to indicate progression of periodontal diseases or healing response to therapy is routine procedure. However, the diagnostic accuracy in detecting small alveolar bone changes is very limited. Recently, guided bone regeneration therapy is popular, but the quantification of new bone is somewhat difficult with conventional evaluation method. To quantificate the amount of new bone, various evaluating methods have been introduced including histomorphometry, radiomorphometry, biochemical analysis, X-ray probe microanalysis, scanning electron microscope backscatter method. In this study, guided bone regeneration using resorbable membrane with & without PDGF-BB is quatificated through histomorphmetry to evaluate the efficacy of histomorphometric analysis. 4 beagle dogs and 8 Sprague-Dawley rats were selected as experimental animals. In beagle dog experiment, $4{\times}4mm$ Class II defects were created in maxillary both second premolars, and biodegradable membrane containing PDGF-BB(experimental group) were covered over one defect, and same membrane without PDGF-BB(control group) were covered over the other defect. At 2 weeks, 5 weeks after surgery, each beagle dogs were sacrificed, and the tissues were treated by undecalcified fixation. In Sprague-Dawley rat experiment, 5mm round defect were created in temporal bone, the same membranes were covered on the defects. At 1 week, 2 weeks after surgery, each rats were sacrificed, and undecalcified fixation were taken. After grinding tissue specimen, we analyse them histomorphometrically using image analysis system. In beagle dog 2 weeks specimens, new bone formation area were $0.03123mm^2$ in experimental group,and $0.03012mm^2$ in control group. At 5 weeks specimens, $0.15324mm^2$ in experimental group, and $0.09123mm^2$ in control group. In Sprague-Dawley rat specimens, new bone fomation area were $0.20448mm^2$ in 1 week experimental group, $0.03604mm^2$ in 1 week control group. At 2 weeks specimens, $0.46349mm^2$ in experimental group, $0.17741mm^2$ in control group. The results indicated that histomorphometric analysis of new bone formation using image analysis system is very effective quantification method to evaluate the efficacy of treatment modalities.

      • 축분뇨 액비 저장조의 운영실태 및 악취 물질 발생량 조사

        본 연구는 국내에 설치되어 있는 액비저장조의 운영실태를 조사하고, 액비저장조에서 발생되는 악취물질을 구명하고자 수행하였다. 1. 국내에 200톤 규모의 액비저장조를 설치한 60 농가를 대상으로 한 본 조사에서 약 $93\%$가 액비저장조를 제대로 가동을 하고 있었으며 이중 $57\%$가 액비제조시 폭기 처리하고 있었다. 2. 조사 농가 중 년간 액비의 활용 횟수는 2회가 $50\%$로 나타났고 액비의 부숙 효과를 높이고 악취를 저감시키기 위한 목적으로 $64\%$가 미생물제제를 첨가하고 있었다. 반면에 액비 이용시 인력 장비의 비용 및 악취물질 발생 저감을 위한 첨가제 비용이 $43\%$로 조사되어 액비이용 시 문제점으로 지적되었다. 3. 액비 제조 형태별 악취물질 발현양상으로 호기 제조시 액비저장조내에서는 iso-valeric acid가 0.012에서 0.07ppm, Propionic acid가 $0.17\~2.85ppm$의 범위로 검지되었으며 혐기 제조시에는 n-Butyric acid가 1.5에서 2.3ppm, n-valeric acid가 $1.3\~1.8ppm$, acetaldehyde가 0.8에서 2.1ppm로 검지되어 호기 제조방법과 혐기 제조방법 모두 휘발성 지방산의 농도는 악취방지법의 규제농도 이상이었다. 부지경계선에서의 악취물질을 보면 호기시에는 미검출로 나타났고 혐기 제조시에는 Acetaldehyde가 $0.4\~0.9ppm$ 수준으로 검지되어 악취방지법의 규제농도를 초과였다. This study was carried out to determine the acceptability of liquid manure bin among livestock farmers and agricultural farmers, and quantify its malodorous compounds. The results were as follows; 1. The size of the manure bins owned by $93\%$ of 60 farmers surveyed was 200 M/T and were all in normal operation. Around $57\%$ of the normally operated bins were processed under aerobic condition. 2. Filly percent of the respondents utilized their liquid manure bin twice a year while $64\%$ used commercial microbial products to enhance maturity of their liquid manure and abatement of malodorous emissions. On the other hand, $43\%$ mentioned problems on the labor requirement, mechanical maintenance and lending cost of liquid manure processing and utilization, and the price of the commercial microbial products. 3. Malodorants emitted from livestock liquid manure bins and their boundary bin depended upon the livestock liquid manure processing condition. Within bin under the aerobic processing condition, Iso-valeric and propionic acid were ranged 0.012 to 0.07ppm and 0.17 to 2.85ppm, respectively. Within bin under the anoxic processing condition, n-butyric, n-valeric acid, and acetaldehyde were ranged 1.5 to 2.3ppm, 1.3 to 1.8ppm, and 0.8 to 2.1ppm, respectively. Malodorants emitted from the boundary of livestock liquid manure bins under the anoxic processing condition were detected the range of 0.4 to 0.9 ppm, more than the concentration of law regulation, as an acetaldehyde, but under the aerobic processing condition, they did not any detection.

        Uniconazole 과 Silver Thiosulfate 의 복합처리가 토마토의 오존피해경감에 미치는 효과

        대기오염의 주원인 오존이 식물이 미체는 피해를 경감시키고자 생장왜화제인 uniconazole를 0, 0.001, 0.01, 0.1㎎/pot의 농도로 토양주입하고 다시 antiethylene제인 STS를 0, 0.3, 0.6mM로 엽면살포 한 후 0.2ppm의 오존에 20시간 계속하여 처리하였던 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1 Uniconazole은 식물체의 왜화정도가 클수록 오존에 대한 내성을 증대시켜 무처리구의 36% 피해에 비하여 11%까지 피해를 감소시킬 수 있었다. STS 처리도 uniconazole과 같은 정도의 피해감소를 보였으며 두 약제를 복합처리한 결과 단독처리 보다 낮은 농도의 처리로도 오존에 대한 내성을 증대시킬 수 있었다. 2. Uniconazole은 토마토의 초장 및 엽장을 감소시키고 chlorophyll함량을 증대시켰으며 증산량을 현저히 감소시켰으나, STS는 생장에는 영향을 미치지 않고 증산량을 다소 증가시켰다. 오존처리는 증산량을 현저히 감소시켰으며 uniconazole은 오존에 의한 증산량의 감소를 막아 주었으나 STS처리는 감소효과가 없었다. 3. Uniconazole과 STS는 모두 오존피해로 유발되는 ethylene의 발생량을 크게 경감시켰다. 그러나 uniconazole은 오존피해로 일어나는 자엽의 낙엽 및 잎의 epinasty증상을 방지시킬 수 없었는데 반하여 STS처리에서는 자엽의 낙엽과 epinasty현상을 뚜렷하게 막아 주었다. 4. SOD와 POD의 활성은 uniconazole에 의하여 약간 증가되었으나 STS는 두가지 효소의 활성변화에 별다른 영향을 미치지 않았다. 5. STS의 처리는 토마토의 개화를 3일 정도 촉진시켰고 uniconazole는 6-8일 정도 촉진시켰으며 두 약제 모두 착과율을 증진시켰다. 두 약제를 복합처리함으로써 오존피해로 인한 착과의 감소를 완전하게 막을 수 있었다. 6. 이상의 결과로 보아 uniconazole은 식물체를 왜화시킴으로 오존에 대한 내성을 증대시켜주는 효과가 큰데 비하여 STS는 주로 피해로 인하여 유발되는 ethylene의 작용을 억제함으로써 내성을 증대시키는 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 두 약제의 복합사용은 식물체의 왜화를 최소한으로 유도하면서 오존에 대한 내성을 증대시킬 수 있는 유용한 방법이라 생각된다. Studies were conducted to determine the combined effect of uniconazole [(E) -1-(4-chlorophenyl)-4, 4-demethyl 2-(1,2,4 triazol-1-yl)-1-penten-3-ol] and silver thiosulfate [Ag (S₂O₃)³_(2-)] (STS) on reduction of ozone injury in tomato plants(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. `Pink Glory'). Plants were given a 50㎖ soil drench of uniconazole at concentrations of 0, 0.001, 0.01 and 0.1 ㎎/pot at the stage of emerging 4th leaf. Two days prior to ozone fumigation, STS solution contained 0.05% Tween-20 was also sprayed at concentrations of 0, 0.3 and 0.6 mM. Uniconazole at 0.01 ㎎/pot and STS at 0.6 mM were effective in providing protection against ozone exposure(20h at 0.2ppm) without severe retardation of plant height and chemical phytotoxicity, respectively, Combined treatment with uniconazole, STS significantly reduced ozone injury at the lower concentration than a single treatment with uniconazole or STS. Uniconazole treatment reduced plant height, stem elongation and transpiration rate on a whole plant level and increased chlorophyll concentration. STS did not give any effect on plant growth and chlorophyll content but increased transpiration rate in non-ozone-fumigated plants. Ethylene production in the leaves of ozone-fumigated plants was decreased by uniconazole and STS pretreatment, but there was no protective effect on epinasty of leaves in uniconazole-treated plants, STS increased ethylene production in non-ozone-fumigated plants, but it significantly reduced the degree of epinasty and defoliation of cotyledons when plants were exposed to ozone. Uniconazole slightly increased superoxide dismutase and peroxidase activities. But STS showed little or no effects on such free radical scavengers. Day of flowering after seeding was shortened and percentages of fruit set were increased by uniconazole treatment. STS was highly effective on protecting reduction of fruit set resulting from ozone fumigation. These results suggest that combined use of uniconazole and STS should provide miximum protection against ozone injury without growth retardation resulting in yield loss.

      • 홀스타인 건유우의 분뇨배설량과 이화학적 특성

        This study was carried out to investigate the quantity of Holstein dry cow manure excreted and their characteristics. The results obtained in this study were summarized as follow; The average body weight of the Holstein dry cow during experiment was 619.9kg. The feed intake(DM basis) and water consumption was 10.7, 38.6kg/day/head, repectively. The manure production of Holstein dry cow was 44.8kg/day/head (feces 26.9, urine 17.9kg). The moisture content of feces and urine was 84.5%, 95.3%, respectively. Wastewater pollutant concentration of $BOD_5$(Biochemical Oxygen demand), $COD_{Mn}$ (Chemical Oxygen demand), SS(Suspended Solids), T-N(Total Nitrogen) and T-P(Total Phosphorus), excreted from Holstein dry cow was 16,874,55,763, 87,333, 2,353, $368mg/{\ell}$ in feces and 5,621, 8,673, 518, 2,423, $3mg/{\ell}$ in urine, repectively. The fertilizer content of manure, N(Nitrogen), $P_2O_5$(Phosphoric acid) and $K_2O$(Potassium oxide) was 0.24, 0.08, 0.15% in feces and 0.24, 0.001, 0.30% in urine, respectively.

        This paper proposes the Low Cost Class-E Converter with Power Conversion Operation of Piezoelectric Transformer. The Power Piezoelectric transformer capacity used in the proposed circuit is 15W and the electric equivalent circuit is presented. Class E type converter has some merits such as small component count, small size, and low cost. The topology has also ZVS conditions for main switch, thus in efficiency aspect, it is also competitive for commercial feasibility. The analysis and design guideline are suggested and also they are verified by experimental results.

          In the remote welding system using CO₂ laser, laser beam can be rapidly transferred to a workpiece by moving mirrors of scanner system. So, it makes reducing the cycle time of welding process. We can also use and apply various patterns of weld beads by linear controlled mirrors. But most of the domestic car makers have usually applied use stitch-shaped weld bead. In that case, we don"t have the merit of remote welding system efficiently. Therefore, in this paper, we investigated the characteristic of weld strength according to patterns of weld bead on CO₂ laser welding. And we also studied the relationship between shape of weld bead and value of tensile load.
