        12주간 중강도 유․무산소 복합운동이 20~30대 비만남성의 혈중지질, CRP 및 Homocysteine에 미치는 영향

        This study investigated the effect of 12 weeks" exercise program on obese men"s body composition, blood lipids, C-Reactive Protein(CRP) and Homocysteine by carrying out the program at 60%THR, 60%IRM five times a week. As research subjects, 14 obese men were selected who were in their late 20s or in their early 30s with over 25% of body fat percentage. This study came to the following conclusion by observing the subjects before the exercise program and 8 weeks and 12 weeks after the exercise program. In the exercise group, it was found that their weights and body fat percentages significantly decreased after 12 weeks" program (p<.05). Although there were no significant differences in the body fat percentage, Blood Lipid (TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C), CRP and Homocysteine, there was some change found in the values with positive patterns. Consequently, this research is considered to suggest a new possibility of improving the vascula Aerobic and Muscular resistance exerciser disorders inducing factors of obese men in their middle 20s or early 30s through aerobic and Muscular resistance exercise. For further studies, it seems necessary to carry out an accurate observation into obese men"s exercise types, various periods of exercise, life styles and patterns and even their eating habits, which is different from the research subjects for this study.

        유산소운동 지속시간에 따른 비만중년여성의 신체구성, 혈중 지질, 식이 및 대사조절호르몬 농도에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 비만중년여성 16명을 대상으로 지속시간(본 운동 30분, 60분)에 따른 12주간 주 3회 유산소운동(60-65 %HRR의 강도)이 이들의 신체조성, 혈중 지질, 식이 및 대사조절호르몬 농도에 어떠한 변화를 일으키는지 규명하는 데 있다. 그 결과 모든 종속변인에서 집단 × 시기의 교호작용 및 집단 간의 주효과는 일어나지 않았고 체지방량(p<.05), 체지방률(p<.05)과 WHR(p<.05), 혈중 TG(p<.05), TC(p<.01), LDL-C(p<.05), leptin(p<.05) 농도에서 시기에 대한 주효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 개별분석을 통해 체지방량과 체지방률, TC와 leptin 농도가 60분 운동집단만 사전과 비교해 유의하게 감소됨을 알 수 있었다. 다수의 종속변인에서 통계적 유의 차는 없었으나 30분 운동집단에서도 규칙적인 운동에 의해 변화되는 경향성은 확인할 수 있었는데 폐경을 준비하는 이 시기의 중년여성에게 있어 본 운동 30분간의 중강도 유산소운동도 60분행하는 것 만큼 인체에 긍정적인 변화를 가져올 가능성이 있고 그러한 측면에서 이들에게 신체활동 참여는 반드시 시행되어야 하며, 금후 연구에서는 지속시간에 따른 운동 강도, 빈도, 형태, 기간 등을 다양화 한 시도가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to examine the changes of body composition, concentration of blood lipid, diet and metabolic hormone by aerobic exercise durations (30 min, 60 min; 6 0-65 %HRR). Data were collected three times a w eek f or 1 2 weeks. We found results as follows: there was no interaction in any factors between two groups and the periods before and after the exercise. The substantial changes in body fat mass (p<.05), % body fat (p<.05), WHR (p<.05) and concentration of TG (p<.05), TC (p<.01), LDL-C (p<.05) and leptin (p<.05) clearly demonstrated significant effects of the period before and after an aerobic exercise. Moreover, one-hour main exercise group showed more significant decrease in % body fat, TC and leptin concentration in comparison of pre- and post-exercise. In sum, no statistically significant changes were found in many dependent variables; however, the researchers could have found the changing tendency that may be caused by regular exercise. The study, therefore, demonstrated that women beginning menopause can bring as much positive physical changes through regular aerobic exercise, which is recommended by the study, 30 minute in moderate intensity, three times a week for 12 weeks. From this perspective, the women in this period absolutely benefit from participating in physical activities. The findings of this study suggest that further researches should take different approaches and try to find the effect of exercise duration based on exercise intensity, frequency, type, and term.

        슬링 운동이 볼링선수의 근체형 변화에 미치는 영향

        By comparing the changes of physical strength and muscular body shape in the group that took 8 weeks of sling exercise, the one that took 8 weeks of stretch and the one that did not take any exercise, this research has obtained the following conclusions based on the finding and analysis of the influence of exercise group on change in muscular body type. Body formation, In body formation, there appeared a meaningful difference in the change in the weights of bowlers and amounts of body fat in the sling exercise group, and also showed a meaningful difference in the change in the amounts of skeletal muscles in the stretch group. Muscular body type, In muscular body type, there appeared a meaningful difference in the chest, abdomen, lumbar part, and all parts per time period among the groups, and showed reciprocal action per term x group in the chest and all parts. Then, It appeared to be a meaningful difference in the chest, and the post verification of Tukey showed that the sling exercise group is bigger than the controlled group, but smaller than the stretch group. There appeared a meaningful difference in the chest, lumbar part, and all parts in the sling exercise group, and showed a meaningful difference in the chest and all parts in the stretch group. As it appeared to be a meaningful increase in the weights, body fat, chest, lumbar part, and all parts in the sling exercise group, this research is considered to present a possibility to prevent accidents beforehand through elite athletes who exercise lopsidedly doing sling exercise because it brings the static standardization of muscular body type.

        차 카테킨 음용이 비만여성의 체지방 감소에 미치는 영향

        The effects of the intake of catechin drink on reduction of body fat in the obese as follow: First, the body weight of DG(drinnk-intake group) was not reduced at a significant level after 12 weeks. The body weight of EG(Exercise group) was reduced by 2.16㎏ at a significant level(p<.001) and DEG(drinnk-intake and exercise group) was reduced by 5.35㎏ at a significant level(p<.001) after 12 weeks of the exercise program. Second, the % body fat of DG was reduced by 1.56% at a significant level(p<.05) after 12 weeks. The % body fat of EG was reduced by 1.94% at a significant level(p<.05) and DEG was reduced by 4.65% at a significant level(p<.001) after 12 weeks of the exercise program. Third, the VFA(Visceral Fat Area) of DG was reduced by 12㎠ at a significant level(p<.01) after 12 weeks. The VFA of EG was reduced by 8.56㎠ at a significant level(p<.05) and DEG was reduced by 15.6㎠ at a significant level(p<.01) after 12 weeks of the exercise program. Forth, the SFA(Subcutaneous Fat Area) of DG was reduced by 17.13㎠ at a significant level(p<.001) after 12 weeks. The SFA of EG was reduced by 20.34㎠ at a significant level(p<.001) and DEG was reduced by 32.5㎠ at a significant level(p<.001) after 12 weeks of the exercise program. However, there were no statistically significant differences between the three groups in all factors.

        유형별 기능성 음료섭취가 최대운동부하에 따른 심폐기능, 에너지 소비량 및 회복기 혈중 젖산에 미치는 영향

        This study is to examine the effect of the functional beverage ingestion on the cardiopulmonary functions and blood lactate by the maximal load of the exercise, and to analyze the difference of the functional variation and the thickness of blood lactate in 30-minute, 20-minute, 10-minute after exercise, right after, during, and before exercise for each group with the ingestion slowly of electrolyte beverage, catechin beverage, and purified mineral water for 300㎖ during 1 minute for 30 minutes before exercise. The results of this study are as follows. As same as the above mentioned, the ingestion of the catechin beverage is more efficient than the electrolyte beverage, in order to remove the lactate in 20- minute after exercise, but the electrolyte beverage is more efficient for reaching to the stability level than catechin beverage. For cardiopulmonary function, the group among ingesting the purified mineral water, catechin beverage, and electrolyte beverage all shows no significant differences. On this situation, it is considered that the effect of ingesting beverage would not influence to cardiopulmonary functions by means of ingesting beverages in 30 minutes before the maximal exercise load, and considered that the before maximal exercise load through the ingestion of beverages would be continued in a long period of time as well.

        강도별 복합운동이 남성 호르몬 및 정자 특성에 미치는 영향

        An object of this research is offering a proper stage of complex exercise (weight training and aerobic exercise) to prevent or to protect the present male from disturbance of the genital organs system which is caused by Endocrine disruptor and so forth. To achieve this goal, two contrast groups which had taken complex exercise at 60% and at 80% stage for 8 weeks were compared. The result will be followed. The group at 80% stage showed a meaningful difference of the number of sperms, amount of sperms, and activity of sperms statistically (p<.05). This research showed that the group at 80% stage showed a meaningful increase of the number of sperms, amount of sperms, and activity of sperms statistically. Therefore, it is considerable that intense complex exercise over 80% can prevent or protect the present male from sterility and improve the male genital organs system.

        스트레칭 훈련 프로그램이 볼링선수의 근체형 변화에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of strectching training program for 8-weeks on thorax, dorsi and lumbus in bowling players who have performed the unilateral exercise. Fourteen volunteers were divided into two equivalent groups(stretching group and control group). Bowling players were subjected to stretching training program for 3-days a week for 8-weeks. For a statistic comparison examination in this study the SPSS ver 17.0 program was used. As a result that showed significant increase in thorax among the stretching training group. Although, there was no significant difference in dorsi and lumbus, we can show the increase in the point. This results was made certain that the stretching training program has the possibility of preventing injuries cause of malarignment syndrome.

        12주간 유산소 운동이 당뇨병 노인여성의 염증지표에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of aerobic exercise for 12-week on blood inflammation markers in over age 60 elderly women patients with diabetes mellitus. Fourteen elderly women were divided into the following 2 groups; (1) control group(n=7), exercise group(n=7). Elderly women were subjected to aerobic exercise for 3day a week for 12 weeks. The statistical results showed the methods that were used which were two-way repeated ANOVA. The results are as follows. There was no significant difference in the categories of Glucose, HDL-C, CRP, Fibrinogen, WBC, ESR, and Triglyceride within two groups. The exercise groups decreased than the control groups in the categories of Glucose, HDL-C, CRP, Fibrinogen, WBC, ESR, and Triglyceride. The control groups decreased than the exercise groups in the concentration of total cholesterol. This results was made certain that control the blood sugar and low the blood lipid for elderly on aerobic exercise. Besides, We will be effective the blood vessel inflammation markers and prevent the diabetes mellitus As doing the aerobic exercise.
