본 논문은 GPS 수신기를 이용한 정밀 동기 클록 발생기의 PLD 구현에 관한 것이다. GPS 수신기에서는 동기화 된 IPPS 신호를 발생하는데, 이를 이용하여 시각동기와 클록 보정 등을 행할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 저가격의 오실레이터로부터 높은 정확도의 클록을 발생시킬 수 있는 DPLL 구조의 정밀 동기 클록 발생기를 ALTERA FLEX EPM6016TC144-3 PLD를 이용하여 구현하였다. 이를 이용하여 GPS 수신기를 함께 이용하여 높은 정밀도를 가지며 동기화 된 1MHz 클록을 발생시키는 하드웨어를 설계하고 구현한다. In this paper, the precise synchronized clock generator using GPS receiver is presented. The GPS receiver provides a synchronized IPPS signal which guaranties a reliable standard time mark. This signal allows us to do time synchronization and correct the time step. We designed and implemented the precise synchronized clock generator based on DPLL in order to generate a high-resolution clock from a low-cost inaccurate oscillator with ALTERA FLEX EPM6016TC144-3. We also implemented a hardware unit and proved that the unit provides 1MHz clock output which had a high resolution and accuracy when it was combined with GPS receiver.
온라인게임 개발 기업에의 CSR 인식확대를 위한 기초연구

최근 들어 기업의 생존전략으로써 CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility)은 전세계적으로 그 중요성이 강조되고 있음은 물론, 국가 경쟁력 강화의 필수요건으로 글로벌 트랜드(Global Trend)가 되고 있다. 이는 선진 각국들이 수많은 다국적 기업의 출현과 국가간 무역 증대 현상으로 인해 발생한 많은 순기능과 이에 비례하여 발생되고 있는 역기능에 대한제도보완적 조치의 일환으로써 'CSR'의 규범화를 서두르고 있기 때문이다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 문제 인식에 기인하여 온라인 게임 개발 기업의 CSR 인식 확대를 위한 기초연구를 하였다. 아직 우리나라에서 CSR과 관련된 논의들은 일반 기업에 대해서도 초창기적 성격을 띠고 있는 것이 현실이지만, 우리나라의 온라인게임 관련 산업은 여타분야에 비해 해외 수출과, 특히 타국에서의 수익창출성이 높은 것이 현실이기 때문에, 이와 관련되어 철저한 준비를 하지 않는다면 머지않은 장래에 이와 관련된 문제가 온라인 게임, 더 나아가 관련 기업들의 흥망성쇠를 결정하는 중요한 요소가 될 것이기 때문이다. CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility), as company's survival strategy, recently has an increasing importance in the world and becomes a global trend as a requisite of improving national competitiveness. That is because advanced countries hurry to standardize the CSR so that it can give systematic complementary methods to the right and reverse function due to many emerging multinational corporations and trade increase between nations. This study is the basic study to expand the CSR awareness of online game development company resulting from this problem. Yet the CSR-related discussions in Korea is still in its infancy even in the general companies. But online game industry has overseas export possibility, especially high profit in another country. The complete preparation is the key to the rise and fall of online game, furthermore related companies.

A GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System) using GPS provides us with very useful information concerning the positioning of users in many sectors such as transportation, social services, the justice system and customs services, public works, search and rescue systems and leisure. A GNSS using the Galileo satellite is due to work in 2008 and expected to be used in various fields such as aviation, marine transportation, land surveying, resources development precise agriculture, telemetics, and so on. In this paper, we discuss the implementation and testing of a combined GPS/Galileo receiver which we named KSTAR V1.0. Each tracking module of GPS/Galileo dual mode correlator has the five track arms which consist of Very Early code, Early code, Prompt code, late code, and Very late code. Each of 24 tracking modules can be assigned to GPS and/or Galileo signal by changing mode selection register. The basic correlator integration dump period is set to 1ms for GPS C/A code and fast Galileo signal tracking. The performance of the developed combined GPS/Galileo receiver was tested and evaluated using the IF (Intermediated Frequency)-level GPS/Galileo signal generator.

The present study investigatesthe reliability and validity of the innovation leadership scale. Originally the seven factors with 25 items were developed through literature review. With a sample of 177 employees in a large company, the results of factor analyses showed that the five-factor model with 14 items had a better fit to the data than the seven-factor model. These five factors were innovativeness pursue, problem solving, vision presentation, risk-taking, and showing initiative. All of these factors were significantly related to various criteria such as identification with the group, attachment to the group, organizational commitment, and supervisor satisfaction, confirming criterion-related validity of the scale. Results of multiple regression analyses showedthat risk taking and showing initiative were more important predictors in explaining criteria. Finally, implications and limitations were discussed. The findings suggest that the key factors of innovation leadership were initiative and risk-taking.
