      • 지형요인에 의한 일조권 침해의 영향 분석

        최근 대도시지역의 고밀화와 주거환경에 대한 관심의 증가로 인해 일조권 확보를 위한 분쟁이 빈발하고 있다. 일조권 분석에서 정확한 일조 침해여부를 분석하기 위해서는 주변 지형 지물의 영향으로 인한 일조시간 변화를 고려하여야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 정확한 일조 침해분석을 위하여 부산광역시를 대상으로 HV 알고리즘을 이용하여 지형에 의한 일조시간 변화를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 표고가 50m 증가함에 따라 대상지역의 최소일조시간과 평균 일조시간이 감소하는 지형에 의한 영향이 나타났다. 둘째, 법적 기준에서 지정된 시간범위에서 최고 78.6%에 해당하는 지역이 일조시간에 영향을 받았다. 셋째, 주변지역의 지형별 특성이 일조시간에 큰 영향을 미치고 있었다. 따라서 정확한 일조권 분석을 위해서는 반드시 주변지역의 지형에 대한 고려가 필요하다고 하겠다. 또한 본 연구에서 사용된 HV 알고리즘과 그 결과로 나온 하늘에 대한 가시권은 실질적인 일조권 분석에 앞서 법적 일조시간에 영향을 미치는 주변지역의 지형에 의한 영향을 분석하기에 도움이 될 것으로 간주된다. With the recent overcrowding of metropolitan cities and people's increasing interest in housing environment, there are frequent disputes occurring over the right to daylight. In order to determine whether daylight has been encroached accurately. we need to consider the daylight change by the effect of the geographical features of the surrounding areas but most of the previous relevant studies overlooked this consideration. Thus, in order to determine the encroachment of daylight accurately, this study analyzed the change in the duration of daylight according to geographical features by applying the Hemispherical Viewshed Algorithm to Busan Metropolitan City. According to the results of the analysis, the minimum and average duration of daylight decreased with an increase of altitude by 50m. Second, according to the time bound designated by law, up to 78.6% of the area was influenced by the duration of daylight. Third, the geographical features of the surrounding areas had a significant effect on the duration of daylight. Accordingly, in order to analyze the right to daylight accurately, it is essential to consider the geographical features of the surrounding areas. Furthermore, the Hemispherical Viewshed Algorithm used in this study and the visible area of the sky obtained from the algorithm are considered helpful to analyze the influence of the geographical features of surrounding areas on the legal duration of daylight before analyzing the practical right to daylight.

        백서의 치주인대세포와 두개관세포의 혼합배양이 석회화과정에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to evaluate the effect of mixed culture of rat's calvaria cells and periodontal ligament cells on calcification. These cells have been known to do important role on the periodontal tissue regeneration, especially alveolar bone and cementum. Experimental groups were made which based on the different rate of rat's calvaria cells and periodontal ligament cells, and then these cells were cultured with Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium contained with 10% fetal bovine serum, $50{\mu}g/ml$ ascorbic acid, and 10mM/ ml $Na-{\beta}-glycerophosphate$. Each group was characterized by examining the cell proliferation rate, amount of total protein synthesis, alkaline phosphatase activity, and the number of calcified nodules in vitro. In cell proliferation rate , the cells of control groups were cultured Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium contained with 10 % fetal bovine serum. The results were as follows : 1. The cell proliferation rate in control groups decreased stastically significantly along with the decrease of the rate of bone cells at 7 day and 20 day(P < 0.01). 2. The cell proliferation rate in experimental groups decreased stastically significantly along with decrease of the rate of bone cells at 3 day and 14 day(P < 0.01). 3. The amount of total protein synthesis was significantly decreased along with decrease of the rate of bone cells at 3 day and 6 day(p < 0.01). 4. Alkaline phosphatase activity showed reverse time dependent pattern and was significantly decreased along with decrease of the rate of bone cells during the experimental periods (P < 0.01). 5. Calcified nodules were observed in group 1 (Rat calvaria cells alone) for the first time, and the number of calcified nodule decreased stastically significantly along with the decrease of the rate of bone cells at 12 day(P < 0.01). From the above results, When bone cells and periodontal ligament cells were mixed cultured, the cell proliferation rate was mostly dependent on the actual rate of bone cells and same pattern was showed in amount of total protein synthesis, alkalinephosphatase activity, and the number of calcified nodules. And the calcified nodule forming capacity of bone cells was inhibited by periodontal ligament cells

        치아재식시 골형태형성단백이 치주조직 치유에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the influences of the bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) on the healing of periodontal ligament and alveolar bone after replantation of tooth, and to examine the possibility of its clinical application. 45 Sprague Dawley rats weighted about 100 gram were divided into 3 experimental groups by different dose of BMP. All the upper right and left 1st molar were extracted after 5 days feeding of 0.4% ${\beta}$-aminopropionitrile, and right molar were used as experimental group and left molar were used as control group. The root surface of experimental molar were treated with 25,50 and l00ng/ml of human recombinant Bone morphogenetic protein-4 (rh-BMP-4) with micropipet, and 1M Sodium hypochloride were used on control root surface. All the experimental animals were sacrificed as 1, 2, 4, 7 and 14 days after autoreplantation of upper 1st molar into their own position. The maxilla were disected included both side of 1st molar. The collected tissue were processed from demineralization to paraffin embeding as usual procedure, and the specimens were prepared with Hematoxylin-Eosin stain for the light microscopic evaluation. The results of this study were as follows : 1. There was no significant differences between control and experimental site on 1 and 2 days after replantation of tooth. In the case of 4th days, the evidence of tissue regeneration were observed on experimental site to compare the controls. New osteoid were revealed on high concentration of BMP at 7 days after replantation, and it became more obvious at 14 days, 2. The effect of the rh-BMP-4 coated on root surface was revealed slight influences for the prolifertion of cells of periodontium and tissue regeneration as dose-dependent pattern. 3. Bony ankylosis was observed between alveolar bone and root surface due to the remarkable amount of osteoid formation on the 14 days after replantation of root. In the conclusion, it was suggested that topical application of the rhBMP-4 on the root surface has influence on the periodontal ligament and alveolar bone. The application method of BMP on the root should be designed with calculation of proper concentration.

        온라인 구전정보특성이 정보수용의도와 재구전 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 구전정보 수용에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 발신자의 전문성, 구전정보의 생생함과 동의성을 고려하여 온라인 구전정보특성이 구전정보 확산에 미치는 영향관계가 수신자의 전문성 수준에 따라 어떻게 차이가 나는지 확인하고자 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 발신자의 전문성이 높고 구전정보가 생생하고 동의성이 높을수록 정보수용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정보수용의도가 재구전의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수신자의 전문성 수준은 온라인 구전정보 특성이 정보수용의도에 미치는 영향력을 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. An actual analysis was made regarding how different the effect of the online WOM information characteristics on the expansion of the WOM information characteristics was depending on the level of the receiver`s expertise in consideration of the sender`s expertise, the vividness and Consensus of WOM information which can affect the acceptance of WOM information in this study. To begin with, the analysis results showed that the online WOM information characteristics had the positive effect on the information acceptance intention in proportion to the sender`s expertise and the vividness and Consensus of WOM information. Secondly, the information acceptance intention was found to have a positive effect on the re-WOM intention. Finally, the level of receiver`s expertise was found to control the effect of the online WOM information characteristics on the information acceptance intention.

        8주간의 스트레칭과 코어 운동 프로그램이 청소년의 자세교정에 미치는 효과에 관한 비교분석

        This study aims to provide exercise program for correct body alignment of the youth in the growth period, to identify the factors that can be improved through correct posture and to improve the quality of the youth in growth period. For this purpose, this study conducted a group exercise for 60 minutes 2 times a week and a personal home training program one time a week on the experimental group 1(7 persons) applied with stretching exercise and experimental group 2(10 persons) applied with core props exercise program for 8 weeks. By examining and analyzing changes in 3 dimensional posture measurement variables before and after application of program, that is, arrangement status of the spine, imbalance of body central axis, rotation of spine and torso torsion using formetric 4D, this study obtained the results as follows. First, significant difference between group was found in Scoliosis and Kyphosis among Vertebra factors(p<0.5). Second, significant difference between group was found in pelvic rotation and pelvic torsion among pelvic factors(p<0.5). No significant difference was found in the factors of torso twist, rotation of pelvis and imbalance of central axis.

        Landsat 8 영상과 취약성 분석을 활용한 폭염재해 취약지역의 특성분석

        도시는 인구 및 기반시설의 집중과 집약적 토지이용으로 인해 재해 취약성이 높으며 이들 지역이 가진 지역적, 공간적 특성에 따라 취약성에 영향을 주는 요인들도 다양하다. 본 연구는 폭염지역의 취약원인을 살펴보기 위한 방법으로 Landsat 8 위성자료에서 추출한 지표온도와 폭염 재해 취약성 분석을 수행하였다. 지표온도가 높은 지역과 재해취약성이 높은 지역이 일치하지는 않았으나 두 분석에서 공통으로 취약한 지역의 특성을 분석하기 위하여 중첩분석을 수행한 결과, 고밀도로 개발된 상업지역과 준주거지역의 비중이 높은 대상지 내 일부 지역이 가장 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기후노출요인과 취약인구, 주거불량지역 비율이 주요 원인인 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 녹지확충과 주거환경정비와 같은 대안들이 제시될 수 있을 것이다. 폭염피해 저감과 적응을 위한 다양한 정책들이 수립되어 시행되고 있으나, 도시 내부의 지역적, 공간적 특성을 살펴보고 폭염 원인의 정확한 진단과 그에 맞는 적절한 대책을 마련하여 향후 그에 맞는 중장기적 대안들을 마련해야 할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다. Cities are highly susceptible to disasters due to concentration of population and infrastructure and intensive land use, and there are various factors that affect vulnerability according to regional characteristics. This study analyzed the vulnerability of the heat wave and the surface temperature extracted from Landsat 8 satellite data. Areas with high surface temperature and with high vulnerability did not match. This study overlaid the results of vulnerability analysis and the land surface temperature(LST) in order to identify causes of vulnerability. The results showed that some areas within high-density commercial and semi-residential areas were the most vulnerable, with climate exposure factors, the ratio of the vulnerable populations and residential defective areas being the main causes. Accordingly, alternatives such as green space and residential environmental improvement could be suggested. Various policies for reducing and adapting to heat wave have been established and implemented. However, it is necessary to examine the regional and spatial characteristics of the city, to accurately diagnose the cause of the heat wave, and to prepare appropriate long-term alternatives accordingly.

      • 공간정보유통을 위한 메타데이타의 질의 처리

        분산환경에서 대용량의 공간정보 유통을 위한 효율적인 지리 정보 검색을 위해서는 질의에 의한 메타데이타의 검색이 필요하다. GIS 데이타는 방대할 뿐만 아니라 각 응용에 따른 데이타 구축 방법이 다르므로 데이타 공유를 위한 정보를 검색이 어렵다. 따라서 사용자가 필요로 하는 공간정보 검색을 위해 GIS 데이타에 대한 메타데이타를 구축하고 이에 대한 질의 검색을 하는 것이 효과적이다. 이 논문에서는 표준으로 제공되고 있는 ISO 메타데이타의 특징을 분석해 데이타 구조를 설계하고 이를 구조화하기 위한 방법으로서 OGIS 카탈로그 이용을 제안한다. 그리고 카탈로그 구조를 색인으로 이용하여 사용자의 메타데이타 질의 처리방법을 제시한다.

        정신지체아동과 일반아동의 의사소통 전략과 대화연쇄 유형 비교

        본 연구의 목적은 정신지체아동의 의사소통 전략 사용 및 유형과 대화연쇄를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 5, 6, 7세의 정신지체아동 20명과 4, 5세의 일반아동 13명이었다. 첫째, 의사소통 전략 사용 및 유형은 5세 정신지체아동 및 일반아동 14명을 비교하였으며, 연령별 의사소통 전략 유형의 변화를 고찰하기 위해 5, 6, 7세의 정신지체아동과 4, 5세의 일반아동을 대상으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 정신지체아동은 의사소통 전략 사용에서 일반아동보다 낮은 사용빈도를 보였지만, 일반아동과 유사한 변화 양상을 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 정신지체아동이 의사소통 전략을 사용할 수 있지만, 전략 사용의 적절성에 문제가 있음을 시사한다. 둘째, 대화연쇄를 분석한 결과, 정신지체아동이 일반아동보다 적게 사용했지만, 대화연쇄를 나타냈으며, 대화연쇄는 연령이 증가됨에 따라 교사주도 대화연쇄보다 아동주도 대화연쇄가 많았다. 이러한 결과는 정신지체아동의 의사소통 기술 향상을 위해서는 의사소통 전략을 활용할 수 있는 환경의 조성이 필요함을 시사한다. This study investigated the use of communication strategies and dialogue sequence of children with and without mental retardation. The participants were 20 children with mental retardation(aged 5 to 7) and 13 normal children(aged 4 and 5). First, in relevance to communication strategies, the children with mental retardation used communication strategies less than normal children did. However, they seemed to use diverse patterns of communication strategies in the similar way. These results indicated that although the children with mental retardation could actually use communication strategies, they couldn’t use them appropriately. Second, in the analysis of the dialogue sequence, the children with mental retardation showed the dialogue sequence. As to the use of communication strategies, the critical problem of the children with mental retardation was not the frequency but the appropriateness. In conclusion, the findings indicate that although the children with mental retardation could produce communication strategies and the dialogue sequence, they failed to use appropriate communication strategies. Thus, in order to improve their skills of communication, we should provide opportunities to use communication strategies.

        보리 엽록체의 전자전달과 광인산화 (光燐酸化) 활성에 미치는 Zn2+ 의 영향

        The degree of Zn^2+ effect on the photosynthetic electron transport and photophosphorylation activities in barley chloroplasts has been tested. Zn^2+ treatment was done in the 2 ways. One was that it was added into the chloroplasts suspensions isolated from the plants grown under the normal Zn^2+ level (10^-6M). The other was that the different concentrations of Zn^2+ was applied in each growth medium. Then, it was not added into the chloroplasts suspensions isolated from the plants. PS Ⅱ activity in both way of the treatments was more severely inhibited than PS Ⅰ by the increment of Zn^2+ concentration. The photophosphorylation activity measured by pH measurement was gradually decreased with the increase of Zn^2+ concentration in both ways, too. However, it was shown that Nm^2+ could be near fully overcome the inhibitory effect of Zn^2+ in PS Ⅱ, and Mg^2+ could also reduce the Zn^2+ inhibition in the photophosphorylation. In the low concentrations of Mg^2+ (3 to 5 × 10 exp(-3)M) in the suspension, Zn^2+ (2× 10 exp(-5)M) could increase the activity of photophosphorylation. As compares to other cations, Zn^2+ caused less inhibitory effect on the photophosphorylation activity than Cu, Cd, but more than Pb and Ni. It may be assumed that a complex from reaction of Zn^2+ and mercaptoethanol was produced and it could reduce the stability of CPI band during SDS-PAGE.
