        홍천산 모나자이트의 가성소다 분해 및 침출

        본 연구에서는 국내 홍천산 모나자이트 정광의 가성소다 분해 및 분해산물의 염산 침출에 대한 처리조건을 확립하고자 하였다. 분해 반응의 조건은 입자크기의 -200 mesh 이하이면 적절하였고, 반응온도 $460^{\circ}C$부근에서 원활한 분해가 이루어 졌으며, 가성소다 첨가량은 NaOH/TREO mole ratio 6정도가 효과적이다. 또한 침출반응의 조건은 염산농도 8N 및 반응온도 $80^{\circ}C$이상이 침출에 적절하였으며, 반응시간 2시간 및 광액 농도 10%가 효과적이다. 그리고 최적조건하에서 모나자이트의 분해 침출율은 90%이상이였고, 부산물 형태로 인산소다 화합물은 효과적으로 회수하였으며, 희토류 원소별 분리에 적합한 시료용액을 조제하였다. In this study, treatment conditions for monazite concentrate in Hong-Cheon area deposit were studied with NaOH fritting decomposition and HCl leaching experiments. At condition of NaOH fritting decomposition, it was appropriate to adopt particle size of -200 mesh monazite, reaction temperature of about $460^{\circ}C$ and NaOH/TREO mole ratio of 6. In case of HCl leaching for decomposed product, it was appropriate to use hydrochloric acid of above 8N with leaching temperature of above $80^{\circ}C$, leaching time of 2 hrs and pulp density of about 10%. A rate of decomposition and leaching for monazite was above 90% under optimum conditions. Sodium phosphate compound was effectively recovered from NaOH decomposed solution, and mixed rare earth chloride solution was prepared with HCl leaching of decomposed product.

        쿠싱병에 대한 경접형동접근법의 내분비학적 결과

        Objective : We analyzed the clinical and endocrinological results of the transsphenoidal microsurgery for ACTH secreting pituitary adenomas. Marerials and Methods : From October 1995 to August 2000, 18 patients underwent transsphenoidal microsurgery for Cushing's disease. We analyzed the surgical results of 17 patients, one patient who was previously operated from other hospital was excluded. Age of the patients were 18 to 61 years old(mean 37.7), male to female ratio was 1 : 3.3, and follow-up period was 3 to 50 months(mean 20.3). The selection of candidates for transsphenoidal exploration was based on endocrinologic criteria. Magnetic resonance imaging was the preferred radiologic test. Selective inferior petrosal sinus sampling of adrenocorticotropic hormone futher refined the diagnosis when endocrinologic and radiologic procedures were not definitive. Results : Results of the preoperative endocrinological test were : level of serum ACTH 29.4 to $225{\mu}g/dL$(mean $93.88{\mu}g/dL$) ; serum cortisol 11.9 to $47.5{\mu}g/dL$(mean $27.49{\mu}g/dL$) ; 24-hour urine free cortisol 235 to $1019{\mu}g/day$(mean $571.0{\mu}g/day$). Inferior petrosal sinus sampling for ACTH was performed in 11 patients and all were confirmed by Cushing's disease and we could predict the laterality of the tumor in 9 of 11 patients. We performed transsphenoidal selective adenomectomy in 5 patients, adenomectomy and subtotal hypophysectomy in 2 patients, adenomectomy and partial hypophysectomy in 9 patients, and in the remaining one patient, hemihypophysectomy followed by total hypophysectomy due to remission failure. Fifteen of 17 patients(88.2%) showed endocrinological remission. Glucocorticoid replacement therapy was performed in all the patients who showed remission for 1 to 24 months(mean 5.9 months), and 6 patients received steroid over 6 months. Conclusion : We conclude that the direct demonstration of a tumor in the pituitary gland by MRI is the most important and definitive diagnostic tool and the location of a mass should be confirmed with increased level of ACTH by the inferior petrosal sinus sampling. Transsphenoidal microsurgery is effective treatment modality for Cushing's disease and the immediate postoperative evaluation of the surgical resection of the tumor is very important. The patients should show hypocortisolism, decreased, subnormal serum ACTH and cortisol levels and 24-hours urine free cortisol. We performed 18 transsphenoidal microsurgery for Cushing's disease in 17 patients and 15 patients(88.2%) showed endocrinological remission.

        건설시설물 친환경VE 의사 판단 모델 NIA 제안

        우리나라 경제성장의 핵심 원동력이었던 건설업은 오늘날 환경부하량 배출이 가장 많은 산업으로 류되고 있다. 이에 건설업은 친환경을 실현하고자 많은 노력을 기울였지만 그 효과는 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구는 사업 초기단계에서 친환경 VE가 적용이 가능하면 건설업의 친환경 효과가 클 것이라 판단되기에 발주자의 친환경 VE 의사를 파악 할 수 있는 NIA 모델을 개발 후 시뮬레이션 하였다. 경북북부권 환경에너지 종합타운 조성 민간사업의 제안 보고서를 기반으로 친환경 VE 의사를 묻는 20문항을 시뮬레이션 한 결과 50%의 친환경 의사가 있음을 도출 할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 친환경 VE 의사를 도출하기 위하여 설문조사를 한 후 NIA를 활용하여 건설 초기단계에서 친환경적인 설계를 위한 의사결정시 판단자료로 제공 될 수 있을 것이다. Construction industry that was the core driving force of Korean economic growth is now being classified as an industry with the largest environmental load emission. Although various efforts were made accordingly to realize eco-friendliness, its effects is insufficient currently. Based on the understanding that eco effect of construction industry would be significant if Eco VE is applicable in the initial project stage, NIA model for understanding the eco VE decision of project owner was developed with simulations in this paper. Based on the proposal report of a private project to develop the Gyeongbuk Northern Region Environmental Energy Town, 20 questions on eco VE decision were used through simulations. The result showed 50% eco-friendly decision. The result of this study can be used to provide decision-making data for eco design in the initial stage of construction by utilizing NIA upon conducting survey research to deduce eco VE decision.

        호주산 저품위 동광의 부유선별에 관한 특성조사

        본 연구의 목적은 호주산 저품위 동광을 부유선별하여 정광으로 회수하고자 할 때, 최적의 부유선별 조건을 얻고자 하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 저품위 동광의 파분쇄 및 분급에 의해 선별에 적절한 입자크기의 시료를 얻은 다음, 이를 대상으로 부유선별 시 포수제, 활성제, 억제제의 첨가량 및 광액의 pH 변화가 부선효율에 미치는 영향을 조사함으로써 품위가 향상된 정광을 얻고자 하였다. 본 연구실험결과 얻은 최적의 부유선별 조건은 광액산도 pH9.0, 활성제 500 g/t $CuSO_4{\cdot}5H_2O$, 포수제 500 g/t K.E.X, 억제제 1500 g/t $Na_2SO_3$, 광액농도는 25 wt.% 이었다. 최적조건하에서 얻은 정광중의 동 품위 및 회수율은 각각 4 wt.%와 65 wt.% 정도이었고 대부분 철 성분을 함유한 광물 이었다. The purpose of this study is to obtain an optimum condition of the concentrate by floatation using Australian low grade copper ore of suitable particle size by crushing, grinding and sizing. The effect of the dosage of collector, activator, depressant and change of acidity on the floatation was investigated. The floatation conditions comprising of pH 9.0 acidity, 500g/t $CuSO_4{\cdot}5H_2O$ activator, 500g/t K.E.X. collector, 1500g/t $Na_2SO_3$ depressant and 25wt.% plup density were optimized. Grade and recovery of copper in the concentrate obtained by froth floatation under optimum conditions were 4wt.% and 65wt.% respectively.

        The physical properties of rubber coated fabrics, treated by means of spreading and topping process were studied. 1. The tearing strength of the rubber coated fabrics has shown decreasing tendency in comparison with fabric itself 2. Generally, the tearing strength is inversely proportional to the adhesion. 3. The value of hydrostatic pressure is in proportion to the density and tensile strength of the fabrics. 4. The topping process shows greater difference in adhesion initial and after water immersion than spreading process.

        In vulcanizates of NR/SBR blending compounds, the physical properties decrease as the contents of SBR increase for the most part. but the abrasives showed reverse performance. However, since these conditions enough satisfy the requirements of tread, carcass and sidewall of tire, we found it was possible to take use of the quantity of SBR contained high on tire manufacturing.

        Research and Development for the Recovery of Uranium and Vanadium from Korean Black Shale Ore

        This general paper covers three parts of the uranium research and development. Part one covers scope of research and development of uranium ore and future prospect, supply and demand of uranium in the world market, deposit, grade and properties of Korean uranium ore and the second part covers status of previous study and supply target for yellow cake, technology of leaching, separation and preparation, procedure of the recovery of U / V from Korean black shale ore. Final part concludes the summary of the present discussion. 본 발표는 국내 흑색 점판암으로부터 우라늄 및 바나듐 회수의 일반적인 현황 및 연구개발에 관한 내용이다. 우라늄 화합물(yellow cake)의 세계적인 수급 및 향후 전망뿐만 아니라, 국내 우라늄광의 매장량, 품위 및 특성에 대해 설명하였다. 그리고 국내 우라늄광의 기술개발에 관한 기 연구 실적 및 수행중인 연구과제의 개략적인 내용에 대해 기술하였다. 또한, 우라늄 및 바나듐 성분이 함유된 국내 흑색 점판암을 대상으로 하여 침출, 분리정제 및 회수에 관한 기술을 하였다.

        We have studied to apply of a quantity of SBR contained high and domestic tire cord on manufacture tire. The Physical test of compounds and products, the travelling test of manufactured tires last year had revealed a good results. 1. The physical properties indicated better values than those found in the requirments of military specification. 2. Adhesion of carcass ply cord showed a good results. 3. The physical properties between 1260 d/2 nylon cord and 840d/2 nylon cord of domestic products be showed similar values and its have a results by 2-3 times than standards.

        The physical properties of NR-SBR and NR-BR blends were studied. 1. In blending, tensile strength decreased with increase in synthetic rubber contents. It was most effective when the ratio of NR/Syn. R is 75/25. 2. Tensile strength decreased with order of NR, SBR and BR and modulus after aging is proportional of synthetic rubber contents. 3. Elongation is less influenced by synthetic rubber ratio that on the other hand, the decrease of elongation is proportional to synthetic rubber contents after aging. 4. Hardness decreased with increase in the synthetic rubber contents and on the other hand, the hardness increased after aging.

        대구시 자생 모감주나무군락의 종조성, 구조 및 동태

        대구광역시에 자생하고 있는 모감주나무군락의 종조성과 구조 그리고 개체군 동태를 파악하기 위하여 2018년 7월에 자생 임분 3곳을 선정하여 식물사회학적 식생조사와 매목조사를 실시하였다. 야외에서 수집된 식생 및 매목조사 정보를 바탕으로 종조성에 의한 군락 유형을 구분하고 그 유형별 계층구조, 구성 종의 상대 중요치, 생활형 조성, 종다양성, 그리고 개체군 구조 등을 분석, 비교하였다. 군락 유형은 참느릅나무-좀목형아군락, 광대싸리아군락, 그리고 사위질빵군락 등 3개 유형이 구분되고 그 식생단위체계는 1개 군락군, 2개 군락, 그리고 2개 아군락으로 정리되었다. 계층구조는 교목층의 높은 식피율(85% 이상)에 비하여 초본층은 10%이하로 매우 낮은 경향이었다. 구성종의 상대중요치(MIV)는 교목층 94.3, 아교목층 81.6, 관목층 75.5, 그리고 초본층 60.0으로 모든 식생 층위에서 모감주나무가 절대적으로 높게 나타났다. 종다양도(H')는 군락 유형 간 큰 차이가 있었는데 사위질빵군락(2.062)이 광대싸리아군락(0.547)에 비해 약 4배정도 높게 나타났다. 생활형 조성의 중심체계(휴면형-지하기관형-산포기관형-생육형)는 전체적으로 '$MM-R_5-D_4{\cdot}D_2-e$'로 나타났으나 군락 유형 간에는 산포기관형에 있어서 다소 차이를 보였다. 모감주나무군락의 개체군 구조는 3개 군락 유형에서 모두 어린 개체의 밀도가 높고 크기가 큰 개체의 밀도가 낮은 역J자형의 모양을 나타내고 현재의 하층식생을 구성하고 있는 식물 중 모감주나무 개체군을 대체할 만한 식물종이 없으므로 지속적 유지가 가능한 개체군으로 판단되었다. To understand the floristic composition, vegetation structure, and population dynamics of Koelreuteria paniculata communities, which are native to Daegu, South Korea, a field survey was conducted in July 2018 using phytosociological and complete enumeration methods. Based on information on vegetation and trees of >5 cm diameter at breast height collected during the field survey, we classified the community types by species composition and analyzed their vegetation strata, relative importance value (MIV), life forms, species diversity, and population structure. The community was divided into the following three types: Ulmus parvifolia-Vitex negundo var. incisa subcommunity, Securinega suffruticosa subcommunity, and Clematis apiifolia community. The vegetation unit system was organized into one community group, two communities, and two subcommunities. Vegetation coverage of the tree layer was >85%, while the herbaceous layer was <10%. MIV of K. paniculata appeared to be extremely high within all vegetation strata, with 94.3 of the tree layer, 81.6 of the subtree layer, 75.5 of the shrub layer, and 60.0 of the herbaceous layer. The species diversity (H') was significantly different among the community types, and the C. apiifolia community (2.062) was approximately four times higher than the S. suffruticosa subcommunity (0.547). The overall representative life form types were "$MM-R_5-D_4{\cdot}D_2-e$,", but there were some differences in the disseminule form among the community types. The population structure of K. paniculata showed the reverse J-shaped distribution with a high density of young individuals and low density of larger individuals among all three community types, and because no plant species within the lower vegetation could replace K. paniculata, it was considered to be a sustainable population.
