        코칭의 평생학습적 의미와 코칭스킬 구성요인 탐색

        The purpose of the study was to secure the evidential matters of contents validity through the qualitative study on coaching program participants ahead of developing coaching measuring tools for the middle managers of public servants. To secure objective and empirical evidential matters, the study used triangular test including open-ended questions, interview and daily participatory observation records and categorized them by each unit of meaning. First, the study researched on what was the meaning of coaching understood by public servants participated in the coaching program. As a result, the study could see that the lifelong learning meaning of coaching was the coaching of self-directed learning, the coaching as a continuous and circular learning course, the coaching as the subject and object of lifelong learning, diversity of learning resources as lifelong learning and the coaching of ethical life for adult learners including public servants. Second, the study researched on what were the main contents to have to be considered for measuring coaching skills. As a result, the study extracted largely five components - Setting goals, communication, building relationship, promote self-directed and principle following. The study was significant in rediscovering the true meaning of coaching in lifelong learning as the initial research to investigate the lifelong learning meaning of coaching and the main contents of coaching.
