The main purpose of this thesis is the Korean version of Gwang On Yeok Ron(廣瘟疫論). Gwang On Yeok Ron is a specialized book about infectious diseases(瘟疫). The book was compiled by Dae Cheon jang(戴天章) in 1722 who was a medical man in the Qing dynasty. The book consists of four volumes and an appendix. "Gwang On Yeok Ron Vol. I(廣瘟疫論卷之一)" is for the demonstration of colds(傷寒) and infectious diseases through a patient's odor(氣), skin tone(色), tongue(舌), mental state(神) and pulse(脈). Also, it describes the complications(兼證, 夾證) of infectious diseases. "Gwang On Yeok Ron Vol. II(廣瘟疫論卷之二)" describes the external symptoms(表證) of infectious diseases and the remedies. "Gwang On Yeok Ron Vol. III(廣瘟疫論卷之三)" describes the internal symptoms(裏證) of infectious diseases and the remedies. "Gwang On Yeok Ron Vol. IV(廣瘟疫論卷之四)" presents principles for the remedy of infectious diseases, and describes the sequelae(遺證) after the recovery of infectious diseases. "Appendix of Gwang On Yeok Ron(廣瘟疫論方目)" presents 83 prescriptions for the remedy of infectious diseases.

The very first gas engine to be launched by a Korean company onto the world market is now coming from Hyundai Heavy Industries(HHI). This is an economic and environmentally-friendly solution to the demand, especially in Asia, to make energy sources, other than oil, available to satisfy the increased demand for power. This HiMSEN H17/24G, open chamber, spark ignited gas engine, which is about to enter its development phase, is described in the paper. The engine has an initial competitive target performance of 20bar, BMEP, at 1200 rev/min, and a low NOx emission of 50 ppm at 13% oxygen, together with an effective thermal efficiency of 42%. The paper shows how attention is focused, not only on the combustion development, but also on the engine control strategy and concept, because these two are the keys to achieving the performance targets, along with their liability and response to load changes, demanded by the operator. Features and details of this new engine design will be described in the paper. Illustrations and diagrams will show these features as well as the details of the engine control system. Furthermore results of the combustion development will be presented to show how the engine will meet the challenges presented by developing spark ignited open chamber engines with very high efficiency and low emissions for the world market.
전동차 전선단자 접촉 상태에 따른 발열 분석에 관한 연구

철도차량용 전선 및 단자의 접촉 압력에 따른 발열 특성을 조사 분석 연구 하고자한다. 차량의 전선 단자의 접촉 압력의 변화에 따라 발열 정도가 다르며, 접촉 불량시 접촉 저항 증가로 온도가 급격하게 상승하며 또한 발열이 증가하여 화재 발생의 원인이 된다. 연속적인 미세한 불꽃과 발생음이 발생하고 있으며, 시간의 경과에 따라 869℃ 로 온도가 상승되며, 전기 재해의 위험이 발생하여 승객의 안전에 유해함을 알 수 있다.열화상 카메라를 사용하여 단자부의 온도를 측정함으로써 접촉상태를 확인 할 수 있어 철도차량 예방정비의 효과가 있으며, 단자부의 온도상승을 방지하여 화재를 예방하고 승객의 안전을 확보 할 수 있다. Investigation analysis researches the heat generation quality which follows in contact pressure of the railway car electric line and the terminal and character does. According to change of contact pressure of the electric line terminal the heat generation degree is different, the temperature suddenly with contact defective city contact resistance increase, rises and the heat generation increases and becomes the cause of fire occurrence.
