        기체주입노즐의 내부유동양식의 구분

        An experimental study was conducted to examine the internal flow patterns inside the mixing chamber of effervescent atomizers. The mixing chamber has the rectangular cross section ($8mm{\times}2mm$) and made of transparent acrylic plate for flow visualization. The parameters tested were the air/liquid ratio (ALR), injection. pressure, and the nozzle orifice diameter. Three different flow regimes were observed; bubbly, annular, and intermittent flows. In the bubbly flow regime, the discharged mixture was disintegrated into drops through the bubble expansion and the ligament breakup. On the other hand, in the annular flow regime, the liquid annulus was disintegrated into small drops by the aerodynamic interaction between the phases due to the high relative velocities between the gas and the liquid. In the intermittent flow regime, the bubble-expansion/ligament-disintegration mode and the annulus-disintegration mode appeared alternatively. The correlations representing the transition criteria between the two-phase flow patterns within the mixing chamber were proposed based on the drift-flux models.

        입경 측정을 위한 영상 처리 기법의 개선

        In the present work, the image processing technique for measurement of drop sizes has been improved. Firstly, the local processing concept was adopted in addition to the global processing technique to take account of non-uniformity of the illumination intensity ; thereby, basically, the measurement error can be reduced. Also, the unfocussed image of drops can be eliminated more precisely since the elimination process is based on the local normalized contrast. Secondly the algorithms to process the partially detected or overlapped drop images and the non-spherical drop images were developed. Finally, the improved algorithm was tested by using an artificially prepared image-frame, where the partial or overlapped particles and the non-spherical particles are mixed with the normal spherical ones (with their true size-distributions known a priori). The results showed that both the recognition rate of the number of particles and the measurement accuracy were improved prominently.

        Curcuma longae Radix, Phellinus linteus 및 Scutellariae Radix 혼합추출물의 $A{\beta}$ (25-35) 유도 배양신경세포독성 및 마우스기억손상 억제효과

        The present study investigated an ethanol extract (HS0608) of a mixture of three medicinal plants of Curcuma longae radix, Phellinus linteus, and Scutellariae radix for possible neuroprotective effects on neurotoxicity induced by amyloid $\beta$ protein ($A{\beta}$) (25-35) in cultured rat cortical neurons and antidementia activity in mice. Exposure of cultured cortical neurons to $10\;{\mu}M$ $A{\beta}$ (25-35) for 36 h induced neuronal apoptotic death. At $1-50\;{\mu}g/m{\ell}$, HS0608 inhibited neuronal death, elevation of intracellular calcium concentration ($[Ca^{2+}]_i$), and generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) induced by $A{\beta}$ (25-35) in primary cultures of rat cortical neurons. Memory loss induced by intracerebroventricular injection of ICR mice with 15 nmol $A{\beta}$ (25-35) was inhibited by chronic treatment with HS0608 (25, 50 and 100 mg/kg, p.o. for 7 days) as measured by a passive avoidance test. From these results, we suggest that the antidementia effect of HS0608 is due to its neuroprotective effect against $A{\beta}$ (25-35)-induced neurotoxicity and that HS0608 may have a therapeutic role in preventing the progression of Alzheimer's disease.

        Moutan Cortex Extract Inhibits Amyloid ${\beta}$ Protein (25-35)-induced Neurotoxicity in Cultured Rat Cortical Neurons

        Moutan cortex, the root bark of Paeonia suffruticosa Andrews (Paeoniaceae), has pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, analgesic and antioxidant activities. We investigated a methanol extract of Moutan cortex for neuroprotective effects on neurotoxicity induced by amyloid ${\beta}$ protein ($A{\beta}$) (25-35) in cultured rat cortical neurons. Exposure of cultured cortical neurons to $10\;{\mu}M\;A{\beta}$ (25-35) for 24 h induced neuronal apoptotic death. Moutan cortex inhibited $10\;{\mu}M\;A{\beta}$ (25-35)-induced neuronal cell death at 30 and $50\;{\mu}g/m{\ell}$, which was measured by a 3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay and Hoechst 33342 staining. Moutan cortex inhibited $10\;{\mu}M\;A{\beta}$ (25-35)-induced elevation of intracellular calcium concentration ($[Ca^{2+}]_i$), and generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) which were measured by fluorescent dyes. Moutan cortex also inhibited glutamate release into medium induced by $10\;{\mu}M\;A{\beta}$ (25-35), which was measured by HPLC. These results suggest that Moutan cortex prevents $A{\beta}$ (25-35)-induced neuronal cell damage by interfering with the increase of $[Ca^{2+}]_i$, and then inhibiting glutamate release and ROS generation. Moutan cortex may have a therapeutic role in preventing the progression of Alzheimer's disease.

        김종하의 행보를 통해 본 서울올림픽 개최

        1988년 서울올림픽은 한국 스포츠의 성장 동력으로서 상징적인 의미를 지니고 있다. 본 연구는 서울올림픽 개최 당시에 대한체육회장이었던 김종하(金宗河)의 행보를 살펴보는데 목적을 두었으며, 이를 위해서 구술 자료 및 회고록과 월간 『체육』 등을 참고하였다. 김종하는 고등학교 때부터 송구(핸드볼) 선수로 활동하였고, 육군사관학교 재학 중에 전국체육대회 우승 등의 체육 활동을 하면서 선배인 전두환과 인연을 맺었다. 그는 제29대 대한체육회장으로 취임한 이후에 경기인 출신 최초의 대한체육회장으로서 상근직 업무를 실행하였고, 서울아시아경기대회와 서울올림픽 개최에 기여하였다. 그러나 정권 교체와 대회 중의 불상사로 인해서 서울올림픽 이후의 활동은 한정되었다. 이러한 김종하의 행보를 통하여 제5공화국 체육 정책의 지향점과 그로 인한 명암을 짚어 볼 수 있었다. 이제까지는 주로 서울올림픽의 대외적인 성과에 이목을 집중하였지만, 앞으로는 대내적인 과정의 의미를 되새길 수 있는 다양한 인물들에 관한 연구가 진행되어야 하겠다. The 1988 Seoul Olympic Games have a symbolic meaning in the development of Korean sports. Therefore, it is necessary to look at the activities of Kim Jong-Ha (1934-2019), the 29th president of the KSOC at the time of the Seoul Olympics. Kim Jong-Ha's background was a handball player. Kim Jong-Ha, who served as the 29th president of the KSOC. For this purpose, this study referred to Kim Jong-Ha's oral materials, memoirs, and monthly magazine sports. Kim Jong-ha played as a handball player in high school, and went to the Korea Military Academy. As the 29th president of the Korea Sports Association, he remained faithful to his duties as a full-time sports chairman. Kim Jong-Ha's activities take a look at the direction of the 5th Republic's sports policy. Although attention has been focused on the achievements of the Seoul Olympics, research on various people is needed to find the meaning of hosting the Seoul Olympics in the future.

        韓國人日本語學習者의 文末助詞 'よ'의 인토네이션 學習에 관한 考察

        The report has it that we are going to study a effective learning of intonation on the basis of sentence-final particles 'YO' which changes according to a various expressive will if speaker. The dialogue of using phonetic learning is an important learning sector which is obstructed by emotional misunderstanding caused by a delicate change of intonation, so we can't communicate well. It is useful to study a effective learning strategy of intonation learning, which is going to establish a specific learning method on the basis it. According to the study, we get the next result on the research of which learning strategy is effective about sentence-final particles YO's intonation learning. It is influenced by 'accent learning strategy' and 'pronunciation learning strategy' among two methods the former is more powerful than the latter. But it is a next task to find out which method is efficient to intonation learning in detail among these strategies. We think it is going to establish foundations to develop a specific way of education throughout on study of meaningful learning strategy, even we don't predict a exact relation between intonation learning and learning strategy just only this analysis.

        감정 관련어 『사랑(好)』의 표현 양상

        身の回りの日常的な言語表現を見たら、感情と關連した表現が相當な部分を占めている。よく使用される表現の中で、『愛に落ちる』とか『胸がどきどきする』などのような表現がある。これは愛に夢中になっている狀態や愛する人に會った時に起る身體の生理的變化を媒介にし『好』という感情を喩えて表現したものである。このように、人間の感情は個人的であり、抽象的であり、客觀的に定義しにくい点が多いのも周知の事實である。そのため、樣樣な表現方法が講じられるが、本稿では、その中で槪念體系の形成の根本を成す換喩と隱喩の表現方法を中心に『好』という感情がどのように構造化されるかを調べてみたい。日常言語の槪念體系の相當な部分が外部世界の客觀的な反映で構築されるのではなく、我我の身體性や經驗、認知に基づいて形成されるという認知言語學的な觀點を取り入れて、『好』という感情がどのように構造化されるかをその樣相を明らかにしたい。このような硏究は、言語に反映された人間の『認知』に對する考察を深めると共に、日本文化の上に形成された『好』という感情表現の樣式に對する理解を深くし、日本語學習者の感情表現の理解にも役に立つと思われる。

        무도용품의 해외 수출과 ‘코리안 아이템’

        무도 종목들은 각종 국제 경기대회에서 많은 메달 획득을 통해 한국의 스포츠 발전에 일조해왔다. 이러한 무도 종목의 메달 획득은 감동과 환희로 연결되었으나, 이제는 자긍심의 측면을 넘어서 그 가치에 상응하는 다양한 산업 분야의 성과를 추구해야 할 시점에 이르렀다. 본 연구는 1970년대 ‘코리안 아이템(Korean Item)’으로 분류되어 해외 수출을 선도했던 유도복과 태권도복의 사례에 주목하였고, 그 전후 상황으로 1950~1990년대 무도용품사와 관련된 변화 추이를 함께 다루었다. 과거에 한국산 무도용품의 해외 수출은 무도 종목 및 한인사범들의 해외 진출로 형성된 긍정적인 이미지와 높은 선호도에 의해서 이루어졌지만, 현재는 그 역량을 제대로 발휘하지 못하고 있다. 한국을 대표하는 수출품으로 인정받았던 무도용품의 재조명을 통해 그 가치와 인식을 재고해야 하며, 향후 스포츠 정책 차원에서 무도용품에 관한 논의가 보다 활발히 이루어져야 하겠다. The Korean martial arts events has been used to win a medal in various international sports competitions such as the Olympic Games during the past few decades. However, it seems that the Korean martial arts will be changed their functions, because it is should be to seek the profit from the martial arts industry. The Korean martial arts institutions have gained the public popularity throughout the world, which has also affected the export of Korean martial arts supplies industry. The purpose of this study is to examine the martial arts supplies history in the 1950s and 1990s, especially the historic entrance as ‘Korean Item’ which was the Korea’s unique export items in the 1970s. For the future, Korea sports policy should be to create revenue generation through martial arts supplies.

        This study is focused on affect of filtering in seabed geometry, with steep slopes and smooth surfaces by processing four post-processing software programs, CARIS HIPS and PDS2000 and compared each post-processing program's filtering affects. MutiBeam EchoSounder System (MBES) survey was conducted to process large MBES data based on theoretical error analysis in Yokjido, the South Sea of Korea. Approximately 40 km survey lines were acquired by RESON SEABAT 7125 in Jan., 2008. The swath filter which is divided into spike detection, swath reduction and sonar quality showed different results by each parameter in the two post-processing programs. These filters affected well on the smooth surfaces but all of the factors were not needed. One of them Swath reduction was not affected in steep slopes. The efficiency of the CUBE algorithm was increased in its determination of the most likely depth. The tuned parameters showed a more realistic estimation of the depth and increase the hypothesis strength, especially in those areas affected by steep slopes and rough seafloor. We need another approach could be followed using a median binned depth estimate to form an effective initialization surface after this.
