중금속 검출용 고감도 나노표지센서 구현을 위한 볼타메트리 시스템 설계 연구

In this study, voltammetry system for realizing high sensitivity nano-labeled sensor of detecting heavy metals was designed, and optimal system operating conditions were determined. High precision digital to analog converter (DAC) circuit was designed to control applied unit voltage at working electrode and analog to digital converter (ADC) circuit was designed to measure the current range of $0.1{\sim}1000{\mu}A$ at counter electrode. Main control unit (MCU) circuit for controlling voltammetry system with 150 MHz clock speed, main memory circuit for the mathematical operation processing of the measured current value and independent power circuit for analog/digital circuit parts to reduce various noise were designed. From result of voltammetry system operation, oxidation current peaks which are proportional to the concentrations of Zn, Cd and Pb ions were found at each oxidation potential with high precision.

Tuned Mass Damper (TMD) was applied to control the vibration of an offshore structure due to ocean waves. The errors caused by the linearization of the fluid-structure interaction effect and the phenomena when using the linearized equation of motion in TMD design were analyzed. To determine the performance of TMD in controlling vibration, both regular waves with varying periods and irregular waves with different significant wave heights were used. When the offshore structure received regular waves with a period similar to the first natural period of structure. TMD performed well in terms of response reduction. Such was not the case for the other periods. however, In the case of irregular waves, TMD triggered the reduction of structural response for waves with relatively small significant wave height. For irregular waves with relatively big significant wave height, however, TMD did not show any control effect. Therefore, TMD is useful in reducing offshore structural vibration due to ambient waves, thereby helping secure fatigue life. 파랑에 의해 발생하는 해양구조물의 진동을 억제하기 위해 동조질량감쇠기(Tuned Mass Damper, TMD)를 적용하여 그 효과를 분석하였다. 해양구조물의 운동방정식에 포함된 파랑-구조물 상호작용에 의한 비선형성을 선형화한 경우의 오차와 TMD설계시 선형방정식을 사용한 경우 발생할 수 있는 현상을 분석하였다. TMD설치 전후의 제진효과 분석에서는 주기를 달리한 규칙파에 의한 성능과, 유의파가 서로다른 불규칙파에 의한 성능을 동시에 분석하였다. 규칙파에 의한 해석결과 입사파의 주기가 구조물의 첫 번째 고유주기와 근접한 경우 제진효과가 뛰어났으며 주기가 더 짧거나 더 긴 경우는 제진효과가 감소하였다. 불규칙파에 의한 해석결과는 유의파가 상대적으로 작아 구조물의 고유주기 성분이 많이 포함된 파랑에 대한 제진효과가 뛰어나고, 유의파가 커서 구조물의 고유주기 보다 큰 성분이 많이 포함된 파랑에서는 제진효과를 발견할 수 없었다. 따라서, 해양구조물에 TMD를 적용할 때는 파고가 작은 상시 내습 파랑에 대한 제진효과를 볼 수 있으며 이는 상시 진동제어를 통한 피로수명 확보에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 예상된다.

Two women presented with history of vaginal bleeding and abnormal transvaginal ultrasound findings. Saline infusion sonohysterography was done for preoperative evaluation and this imaging study revealed centrally located uterine mass with internal cystic portion. Our initial impression was submucosal myoma with cystic degeneration and hysteroscopic removal of the mass was performed. During the procedure, dark brownish cystic fluid was drained. The excised submucosal mass was pathologically diagnosed as adenomyosis and clinically as submucosal adenomyotic cyst. Submucosal adenomyotic cyst should be part of the differential diagnosis of submucosal uterine masses with cystic portion. We report two cases of submucosal adenomyotic cyst successfully treated with hysteroscopic resection and brief review on this topic.
특급호텔직원의 사회적 지지, 직무열의, 직무몰입과의 관계연구

This study corroboratively investigate the relation among special hotel employee`s social support, job engagement and job involvement. For corroborative study, the relation between social support and job engagement, relation between social support and job involvement, relation between job engagement and job involvement were respectively hypothesized for verification. Then, the relation between social support and job engagement is found to have significantly positive (+) influential relation. The relation between social support and job involvement is also found to have significantly positive (+) influential relation. The relation between job engagement and job involvement is also found to have significantly positive (+) influential relation. This result suggests that job result is shown by direct influential relation between hotel organization and employee. Such job result is directly connected to result of the business in the case of hotel business which is a service business. Thus, the manager of hotel business recognizes that support for employee is very important, because the engagement of employee who is at the service contact area where service product is produced and consumed is an important factor that decides the quality of service commodities.
