        노인체조의 실태와 활성화 방안 연구

        In X00 the average longevity of Korean is 75.9 years old and in 2030 it will be over 81.5 years old, so we will be a longevity society. As lengthening national`s span of life, the ratio of the aged population is continually increasing. In 2000 the ratio of the aged population is 7.2%, and the aging society has set in. In 2019, as it will be over 14, we will enter into the aged society. As increasing of the aged population, the healthy body of the aged became the serious subject and physical training for them is being emphasized. Especially the gymnastics which they can exercise easily are suitable. Japan is a longevity nation which is developed society education and life physical. It has a number of systems and organizations for them. In `All the Japanese`s Health Music Institute for Research`, for example, expression gymnastic which communicate emotion and intension through physical to the aged has spread far and wide. In Korea, as physical training for health of both body and psychology of the aged, the aged gymnastic programs of various forms are being developed for popularization of suitable gymnastics. The aged gymnastic programs have `Waist Strengthening Gymnastic`, `Vertebra Strengthening Gymnastic`, `Chinese Medicine Life Health Gymnastic` for health maintenance, `Prevention Gymnastic`, `Protection against Dataltia Gymnastic` for prevention of diseases, and `Sunrise Gymnastic`, `New Millenium Health Gymnastic`. For spreading of popularization, we need these followings. The fust, the preparation of given education condition and publicity activities of Nation. The second, the establishment of support system which the aged are cared of their health through experts` cooperation of medical, health, and nutrition. The third, the preparation of public institutions for gymnastics in suitable and comfortable environment and financial security for free education. The fourth, the development of various gymnastic programs of suitable forms and contents for the aged in Korea The fifth, systematic training as social physical directors for ynmastic education of the aged.

        제35회 평양 세계탁구선수권대회(1979) 참가를 위한 대한탁구협회의 준비과정에 관한 연구

        The study investigated preparation process made by Korea table tennis association for attending the 35th The World Table Tennis Championships in Pyongyang, 1979. Korea table tennis association performed training in a foreign country and program to send athletes to international competition to win in the international games while they held competition where foreign representative athletes were invited for mutual friendship. For Korea table tennis association to attend competition, they should have negotiation with International table tennis federation. And help and cooperation from people related to table tennis in the USA, Japan, Germany etc. were essential. Accordingly, Korea table tennis association sent representative team for negotiation to allies countries including secretariat of International table tennis federation while they invited chairman, head of secretariat, and directors in International table tennis federation to Korea to have a meeting with them for attending a competition. Thus, they did active sports diplomacy. And Korea table tennis association made much efforts, for example, going to Geneva for obtaining visa that can make Korean athletes team enter North korea. But Korean team could not attend the championships because North Korea Mission that insisted on unified team of South and North Korea refused to issue visa.

        P-Aminobenzaldehyde Cyclohexylthiosemicarbazone의 결정 및 분자구조

        P-Aminobenzaldehyde cyclohexylthiosemicarbazone의 결정 및 분자구조를 Computer controlled four circle diffractometer에 의한 X-선 회절방법으로 해명하였다. 결정은 공간군 C2/c의 단사형계에 속하며 단위세포 상수는 a = 12.488(2), b = 12.276(4), c = 19.997(6)${\AA}$, ${\beta}=103.55(3)^{\circ}$이고 z = 8이다. 구조는 중원자법과 Fourier 방법으로 규명하였으며 full-matrix 최소자승법으로 정밀화하였다. 최종 R값은 2712개의 회절반점에 대하여 0.058이었다. 분자는 N(2)-N(3)결합에대하여 C(8)-S는 trans, C(8)-N(1)은 cis형으로 놓여 있으며 N(1)과 N(3) 원자들이 분자내 수소결합을 만들고 있다. 의자모양의 cyclohexane 고리는 benzene 고리와 $40.7^{\circ}$의 면각을 이루고 있다. 결정내의 분자들은 수소 결합들로 모여져 있는데 $N(2)-H{\ldots}S$ 수소결합이 분자들을 이합체 꼴을 만들며 이들 분자들을 $N-H{\ldots}N$ 수소결합들이 이어주고 있다. The crystal and molecular structure of P-aminobenzaldehyde cyclohexylthiosemicarbazone, C14H20N4S, has been determined from 2712 integrated intensities measured on a computer controlled four circle diffractometer with monochromated $CuK_{\alpha}$, X-ray radiation. The crystals are monoclinic, space group C2/c with eight molecules in a unit cell of dimensions, a = 12.488(2), b = 12.276(4), c = 19.997(6)${\AA}$ and ${\beta}=103.55(3)^{\circ}$. The structure was solved by Patterson and Fourier method and refined by a full-matrix least squares method to a final R value of 0.058 for all reflections. The C(8)-S bond is trans to N(2)-N(3) and C(8)-N(1) is cis to N(2)-N(3) bond. The cyclohexane ring has chair conformation and makes an angle of $40.7^{\circ}$ with the benzene ring. The molecules are linked by N(2)H…S hydrogen bonds into dimer-like units which are held together by $N-H{\ldots}N$ hydrogen bonds. Sulfur accepts second rather weak hydrogen bond from N(4). An intramolecular hydrogen bond exists between N(1) and N(3) atoms.

        접합유리와 쾌삭강간의 Wetting 현상

        The effect of the several variables on wetting of AISIB1113 steel by molten glass was studied by Sessible-drop method. Experimental variables were temperature, firing atmospheres, Fe2O3 addition to the sealing glass and steel surface conditions. The degree of wetting in terms of contact angles between molten glass and metal tested at different test conditions was analyzed by using Young's equation. The results showed that contact angles in H2 atmosphere in the glass metal systems were high but in N2 atmosphere, were small for studied glass metal systems. Especially, when the glass drop was in contact with oxidized steel in N2 atmosphere, The best adherence with contact angle of approximately 9°was obtained. In the case of Fe2O3 addition in glass contact angles subtantially increased due to the increase of surface tension of glass. Wetting phenomena were also discussed under the basis of these experimental results.

        Carboxymethyl Chitin 의 합성 및 알칼리 토금속 이온의 흡착분리에 관한 연구

        게껍질로부터 단리한 천연고분자인 chitin을 이용하여 특정금속이온에 대하여 높은 선택성을 갖는 carboxymethyl chitin을 합성하였다. 실험에 사용된 chitin은 개량한 Hackman법으로 순수한 상태로 제조하고 이를 여러농도의 수산화나트륨 용액으로 alkali chitin을 제조한 후, chitin 단위구조의 C-6위치(CH_2OH)를 isopropyl alcohol중에서 monochloroacetic acid로 처리하여 카르복시기를 갖는 유도체를 합성하였다. Kjeldahl 법에 의한 질소함량의 분석 및 원소분석에 의해 최적반응조건과 치환율을 구하였고, 이들 수지의 구조는 적외선흡수스펙트럼으로 확인하였다. 낮은 치환도를 가지며 물에 불용인 carboxymethyl chitin은 알칼리 토금속이온들 중 Ca^(2+) 이온에 대하여 가장 높은 선택적 흡착능을 나타내었으며, 이러한 성질은 KNO₃나 NaN0₃와 같은 중성염이 존재할 때에도 마찬가지였다. Carboxymethyl chitin에 결합된 Mg^(2+) 이온은 Ca^(2+)이온이 있는 곳에서 방출되며, 이러한 Ca^(2+) 이온에 대한 선택적 흡착능을 조사하기 위하여 Ca^(2+) 및 Mg^(2+) 이온 혼합계를 이용하였다. 합성된 흡착담체는 Ca^(2+), Mg^(2+), Sr^(2+), Ba^(2+) 등의 금속이온들과의 흡착특성을 검토하였고, 나아가 Na^+, K^+ 등 공통양이온 존재하에서 특정금속이온의 선택적 흡착능을 atomic absorption spectrometer로 정량, 확인하였다. Carboxymethyl chitin(CM-chitin) was prepared by the reaction of alkali chitin with monochloroacetic acid in isopropyl alcohol. According to the pH variation, the adsorptivity of this chelating polymer to the alkali-earth metal ions such as Ca^(2+), Mg^(2+), Sr^(2+), Ba^(2+) ions was determined by batch method. The adsorption tendency of this chelating polymer to most metal ions was increased with the increase of pH. The highest degree of adsorption was observed toward Ca^(2+) ion among the alkali-earth metal ions. The selective adsorption property toward Ca^(2+) ion was examined in the mixed solution of Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+) ions, and it was observed that CM-chitin showed excellent selectivity to Ca^(2+) ion than Mg^(2+) ion. Mg^(2+) ion bound to CM-chitin was released from CM-chitin molecule in the presence of Ca^(2+) ion owing to low equilibrium constant. In the adsorption experiment of Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+) ions to the CM-chitin under coexistence of Na^+ and K^+ ions, it was observed that adsorptivity of only Ca^(2+) ion was not affected by these monovalent cations.

        Rf Magnetron Sputtering 방법에 의하여 제조된 $(BaSr)TiO_3$ 박막의 구조적, 광학적 특성 고찰

        ITO coated glass, bare glass, 그리고 (100)Si 기판 위에 증착된 $(BaSr)TiO_3$ 박막의 구조는 기판의 종류에 관계없이 변하지 않았으나 결정성은 다결정 ITO층과 (100)Si 기판에 있어서 증대되었다. ITO coated glass 기판 위에 증착된 $(BaSr)TiO_3$ 박막의 조성은 거의 화학양론적으로 일치하였으며 ((Ba+Sr)/Ti=1.08~1.09) 증착 중 상당히 치밀하고 균질하였다. 그러나 증착온도가 증가함에 따라 성장한 박막과 ITO층 사이에, 그리고 ITO층과 base glass 사이에 확산이 보다 심화되었다. ITO coated glass 기판 위에 증착된 $(BaSr)TiO_3$ 박막은 상당히 투명하였으며(투과율 약 80%) 굴절률($n_f$)은 기판온도의 증가에 따라 2.138~2.286이었다. The structure of $(BaSr)TiO_3$ thin film deposited on ITO coated glass, bare glass and (100) Si substrates was not changed, but the crystallinity was improved by the polycrystalline ITO layer and (100) Si substrate. The composition of $(BaSr)TiO_3$ thin film deposited on ITO coated glass was nearly stoichiometric ((Ba+Sr)/Ti=1.08~1.09) and very uniform through all deposition process. But as the deposition temperature increases, the interdiffusion between grown thin film and ITO layer and between ITO layer and base glass is severer. $(BaSr)TiO_3$ thin film deposited on ITO coated glass substrate was highly transparent. The refractive index($n_f$) of $(BaSr)TiO_3$ thin film deposited on ITO coated glass was 2.138~2.286 as a function of substrate temperature.
