        태권도 품새 수련이 지적장애아동의 도파민, 코티졸, 면역글로불린 A에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to identify how Taekwondo Poomsae training of children with intellectual disabilities affects dopamine, cortisol and immunoglobulin A. For children with intellectual disabilities, Taekwondo Poomsae training program for 60 minutes for 16 weeks, including warm-up and clean-up exercises 3 times per week, was applied. The analysis of this study presented descriptive statistics for pre-tests and post-tests of Taekwondo Poomsae and, in order to validate the interaction and main effects of treatment program, the two-way (2<SUP>*</SUP>2) RGRM ANOVA was conducted. Through such a procedure, the following results were obtained. First, for dopamine, a significant interaction effect appeared in the treatment program applied to the two groups. Secondly, in cortisol a significant interaction effect was not observed in the two groups. Thirdly, the immunoglobulin A had a significant interaction effect in the treatment program applied to the two groups. Taekwondo Poomsae training of children with intellectual disabilities leads to positive changes in hormones. For hormonal changes of children with disabilities as well as non-disabled children, a research of Taekwondo Poomsae is proposed to he needed. A variety of approaches to vary the strength, steps and time of Taekwondo Poomsae that can lead to psychomotor, cognitive and affective changes of children with disabilities are judged to deem necessary

        실생활에서 쓰이는 단말기의 통신 방법 선택을 심층 신경망과 같은 인공 신경망 알고리즘을 통해 개인화하는 방법을 모델링한다. 통신 방법의 특성만을 이용해 최적의 통신 방법을 찾으려는 접근방식에서 벗어나 기술의 발달로 가능해진 일상생활의 반복적인 면 등의 인적 요소, 즉, 시간이나 장소 등을 변수로 고려함으로써 보다 매끄러운 이용자 경험을 구현할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. In this paper, We model the process of personalizing the communication method selection of terminal through machine learning algorithm. specifically, deep neural network. By taking advantage of the latest achievement of the technology, A more seamless user experience can be acquired by taking the human factors into account such as the repetitive aspects of everyday life such as time and place, etc.

        The Effects of Ankle Strengthening Exercise and Toe Taping Walk Training to Lower Body Exercise Function

        This study aimed to verify the effects of a 4-week program of ankle-strengthening exercise and toe-taping walk exercise on the basic lower body strength and walking to examine the benefits of the two exercises. The subjects involved 30 women in their 20s enrolled in university A. The subjects were equally divided into three groups - ankle-strengthening exercise group, toe-taping walk exercise group, and control group. The subjects were instructed to massage and do ankle-strengthening exercises using a towel, massage ball, and CRT, for 60 minutes, 3 times a week. They also taped their hallux valgus using a kinesiology tape and walked for 20 minutes with white tape applied. To sum up, the 4-week ankle-strengthening exercise and toe-taping walk exercise were identified to have a partial statistical significance on the basic lower body strength (muscular strength, power, and balance) and walking (length of gait line, plantar pressure, and COP) of women in their 20s. Therefore, the study confirmed the effects of ankle-strengthening exercises and toe-taping walk exercise on the lower body exercise function, and it is considered that further studies should be conducted on more various effects of the exercises by subdividing them into different pain locations and orthomechanic findings.

        Conjugated linoleic acid의 섭취와 운동여부가 체지방 함량이 높은 여대생의 체중과 체성분 변화에 미치는 영향

        체중이 정상이면서 체지방률 함량이 30% 이상인 여성을 대상으로 CLA 보충과 운동 여부가 체지방함량과 체중 및 혈당, 혈중 지질 농도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 살펴 본 결과는 다음과 같다. 실험 대상자들의 평균 연령은 22세였으며, 실험이 진행되는 동안 대상자들은 식이 조절을 하지 않았다. 실험 대상자들의 실험 후 체중과 BMI, 체지방 함량의 변화를 살펴본 결과, CLA-운동군이 placebo-비운동군에 비해 체중과 BMI가 유의적으로 작았으며, 체지방 함량도 적은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 복부지방을 나타내는 허리둘레도 CLA-운동군이 placebo-비운동군과 비교하여 유의적으로 감소하여 CLA를 섭취하고 운동을 하는 것이 운동을 하거나, CLA만 섭취하는 것보다 체중 조절에 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 대상자들의 평균 공복혈당, TG, total cholesterol, LDL-C, HDL-C은 모두 정상 범위에 속하였고, CLA를 섭취하거나 운동을 하는 경우 혈중 HDL-콜레스테롤의 함량을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났으나, CLA와 운동을 병행하는 경우 상승효과를 보이지는 않았다. 이러한 결과, CLA를 보충함으로써 체중 조절을 하는 것보다는 CLA와 운동을 함께 병행하는 것이 체중 조절에 효과적이며, 혈중 지질 농도를 개선시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. To investigate the effects of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and/or exercise on body fat mass and weight, college women of normal weight (21<BMI<23) and high body fat mass (>30%) were recruited for this study. The participants were divided into 4 groups: placebo-no exercise, placebo-exercise, CLA-no exercise, and CLA-exercise groups. Three grams of either a placebo (corn oil) or CLA were taken every day for 12 weeks, and the exercise groups performed 80 minutes of aerobic and anaerobic exercise three times a week for 12 weeks. There were no differences in nutrient intakes among the groups. The CLA-exercise group had significantly lower body weight, BMI and body fat mass compared to the placebo-no exercise group. In addition, the HDL-cholesterol levels of subjects in the CLA-no exercise and CLA-exercise groups significantly increased compared to those in the placebo-no exercise group. These results suggest that a combination of CLA supplementation with exercise could efficiently reduce body fat mass and body weight compared to CLA supplementation or exercise alone.

        지능형 홈오토메이션 시스템 설계

        These days, a lot of research has been in progress for a home automation system. In this study, the intelligent home automation system is developed for automatically controlling the temperature and illumination of the house. The difference with other research can be adjusted individually according to your taste and lifestyle of each individual, it is that it provides a more comfortable living environment through the accumulated lifestyle database. In addition, proposed system can use the mobile app to easily control the lighting devices, a electric fans, and heaters. Moreover the mobile app of proposed system offers function that allows you to search for residential environments statistics on their lifestyle. 요즘 홈오토메이션 시스템에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지능형 홈오토메이션 시스템을 설계하여 집안의 온도와 조도를 자동적으로 조절하는 시스템을 개발한다. 다른 연구와의 다른 점은 각 개인의 생활 습관과 취향에 따라 개별적으로 조절할 수 있으며, 축적된 생활 습관 데이터베이스를 통해 보다 더 안락한 주거 환경을 제공한다는 점이다. 또한, 모바일 앱을 통해 가정 내의 조명과 선풍기, 히터 등을 손쉽게 제어할 수 있으며, 자신의 생활 습관에 대한 주거 환경 통계 자료를 검색할 수 있도록 하는 지능형 홈오토메이션 시스템을 제안한다.

        고령여성의 운동형태가 동맥경화도 지표에 미치는 영향

        This study intended to survey the effect of the exercise shape of aged women on arteriosclerosis level index. To answer to this survey, the exercise was performed on the aerobic exercise group which composed the program based on the GX and the resistance exercise group based on weight exercise for 10 weeks, 3 times a week and for 60 minutes each time. The level of arteriosclerosis was tested for before the participation in the exercise program, after 5 weeks and after 10 weeks. And, technical statistics was used for the summary of measurable variables about the two groups and the 2*3 RGRM ANOVA was utilized to verify the effect after handling with the exercise program. The following result has been obtained through this procedure. The R-CAVI and L-CAVI did not show any significant interaction effect depending on the exercise shape. But, in the technical statistics, there showed an increase in the aerobic exercise group and decreasing tendency in the resistance exercise group. The R-ABI and L-ABI did not show any significant interaction effect depending on the exercise shape. But, in the technical statistics of R-ABI, the value decreased overall in the two groups. On the other hand, in the L-ABI, both the two group showed a tendency of increase.

        부직포 지오텍스타일의 공학적 특성 분석에 의한 필터재 적용성 평가

        In this study, mechanical properties, such as tensile strength, tear strength, bursting strength, puncture strength, and transmissivity of nonwoven geotextiles were determined to evaluate their applicability as filter material in civil-engineering fields. For this purpose, spunbonded and needle punched nonwoven geotextiles were investigated according to their weight grade. The chemical resistance as a measure of the liquid resistance was analyzed on the basis of the strength retention with variable duration time under immersion condition. Finally, the long-term performance of these nonwoven geotextiles was reviewed by using Arrhenius' equation and the result were compared to consider their applicability as filter material.

        노인을 위한 중량운동과 탄성밴드운동의 효과

        This study carried out some complex exercise and investigated the effect of elderly women's body composition and blood lipids, The results are listed below. The body fat, glucose, LDL-C and TG show that the longer period, the smaller decrease and HDL-C show the longer period, the smaller increase in complex exercise and investigated the effect of elderly women's body composition and blood lipids, Th for 16 weeks, so consequently complex exercise and investigated the effect of elderly women's body composition and blood lipids, Th is positive influence on the body composition and blood lipids's improvement. Taken together, 60 minutes per day, 3 times per week, complex exercise and investigated the effect of elderly women's body composition and blood lipids, Th for 16 weeks, so weight training and elastic band show positive improvement to body composition and blood lipids for elderly women's maintain good health.

        걷기운동이 등속성 근력에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 일반 성인 남성을 대상으로 걷기운동이 근기능의 변화에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 주 4회 8주간 속보 트레이닝 참여에 따른 하지근력의 최대 힘효율과 평균 파워의 변화를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 60°/sec의 최대 힘효율, 평균파워는 신근과 굴근에서 유의한 상호작용이 나타났으며, 8주 전후 트레이닝은 최대 힘효율, 평균파워는 증가하였다. 둘째, 120°/sec의 최대 힘효율, 평균파워는 신근과 굴근에서 유의한 상호작용이 나타났으며, 8주 전후 트레이닝은 최대 힘효율, 평균파워는 증가하였다. 셋째, 180°/sec의 최대 힘효율, 평균파워는 신근과 굴근에서 유의한 상호작용이 나타났으며, 8주 전후 트레이닝은 최대 힘효율, 평균파워는 증가하였다. 결론적으로 걷기 운동은 등속성 근기능의 굴근과 신근의 개선에 긍정적으로 작용하였다. 본 연구자는 차후 연구에서는 다양한 부하와 계획을 등속성 근기능의 평가가 필요하리라 사료된. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of a brisk walking intervention for 8weeks on isokinetic muscular function factor(strength, power, endurance). The following results were found from the current study : First, Isokinetic muscle function(strength, power, endurance) on 60°/sec in extension and flexion was significant exercise group and interaction in left knee flexion and right knee extension(P<.001). Secondly, Isokinetic muscle function(strength, power, endurance) on 120°/sec in extension and flexion was significant exercise group and interaction in left knee flexion and right knee extension(P<.001). Thirdly, Isokinetic muscle function(strength, power, endurance) on 180°/sec in extension and flexion was significant exercise group and interaction in left knee flexion and right knee extension(P<.001). Considering the above result of the study the brisk walking had more improvement knee flexor and extensor muscular power. Therefore the brisk walking in the study can be proposed as effective plan to prevention hurt from a sarcopenia and to raise quality in life.
