      • 문화재 범죄 관련 법 제도의 한계와 그 보완에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 동산문화재의 경우 도난과 도굴 현황에 대해 통계 자료를 바탕으로 분석하였고 문화재청이 이를 대비하기 위한 노력한 대책 등을 살펴보았다. 그동안의 노력으로 국가지정문화재의 경우 상당히 효력을 발휘하여 대비되고 있으나, 관리가 잘되지 않고 있는 각 개인 소유의 비지정 문화재가 도난이나 도굴의 위험에 노출되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 지속적으로 유물에 대한 목록작업을 통해 체계적인 관리시스템을 통해 문화재를 관리하는 것이 필요하다. 이에 비하여 부동산, 즉 건조물의 경우 동산과는 전혀 차원을 달리하는 문제를 갖고 있다. 동산은 도굴과 도난이 되더라도 원형을 유지하려고 하는 반면 건조물의 경우 훼손하여 개발하려는 욕구가 크다. 개발을 통해 그에 따른 이윤을 얻으려고 하기 때문에 오히려 건조물이 훼손되는 경우가 많다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 등록문화재 제도가 실행된 지 10년이 되는 이 시점에 그동안 야기되었던 문제점들을 살펴보고 그에 대한 해결책을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 건축법과 문화예술진흥법 등의 개선 안을 제시하여 건조물의 경우 원형을 잘 유지하는 것이 그 사회적, 재화가치를 얻을 수 있도록 제도와 시스템의 정비를 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to suggest some complements to the body of laws that deal with cultural heritage crimes. Cultural Heritage Administration of Korea has only protected movable cultural properties. But even if movable cultural properties were to be stolen, they would not be damaged because of the value of relics. On the other hand, in the case of nonmovable cultural properties, such as historical buildings, can be damaged on a large scale by people who want to develop their sites and buildings. Thus, the revision of the architectural law and the law of promotion for culture and art is crucial in order to protect the Registered Cultural Properties which has 10 years history.

      • 포병부대 정비병들의 유기용제 노출에 대한 생물학적 평가 연구

        Objective : Organic solvents have been to used for cleansing the barrel of artillery. That were known to be harmful for health. In this study, urinary biological metabolites and hematologic changes were surveyed among the artillery soldiers using organic solvents. Methods : The study subjects for the exposed group were 41 artillery soldiers who participated in repair-work and for the control I group were 23 artillery soldiers who had not been exposed to organic solvents and for the control II group were 25 ROTC members who did not yet enter the army. We studied to analyse the exposure stated by questionnaire about protection equipments, blood test and biological metabolites of organic solvents. Results : Members of exposure group complained that somatic symptoms like headache and dizziness were developed after repair-work. Blood test in exposure group showed normal range values but RBC, Hb and Hct were decreased compared to values in control II group. The arithmetical mean of urinary phenol was 9.61(±14.14)mg/g·creatinine in exposure group and some of exposure group were over the normal range. Conclusions : The above results showed possibilities that organic solvents might be exposed to the artillery soldiers. Therefore it is necessary to promote the rates of supply and usage of protection equipments and it is necessary to conduct a follow-up survey to reconfirm the exposure by using a specific biological metabolite like t,t-MA.

        재실자 반응이 고려된 에이전트 빌딩 에너지 시뮬레이션

        In the area of building simulation, modeling of occupants can be classified into three ways, (1) a deterministic approach, (2) a stochastic approach, and (3) a cognitive approach. The deterministic approach is most widely applied where occupants are modeled with a fixed schedule only. The probabilistic approach employs a statistical method to predict human behavior. The aforementioned two approaches regard the humans as static objects. To overcome this, a new modeling approach, so-called an agent-based simulation approach, is demonstrated in this work. By adopting the cognitive approach for agent-based simulation, occupants are modeled as agents who interact with their environments and other agents interactively. This study illustrates the difference between the cognitive approach and the deterministic approach, and benefits from agent-based simulation.

        This paper is to review the trends of E-Commerce market size, a number of clients on internet banking, a coefficient of utilization on internet banking age, a change of internet banking channel and the strategy of business promotion with U-Banking in the future on domestic commercial bank. It is needed that the innovation of banking service with technical convenience increased Banking information security and stability of related Law with personal information safeguard. Through the study on the current Law & Regulation related to personnel information safeguard and banking information safeguard, the scheme of amendment to related Law & Regulation is presented. In the future more specific researches should be continued on the U-Banking related Law & Regulation of financial conditions and such researches shall help our banks to cope positively control on the U-Banking business enlargement for commercial banks in Korea. 본 논문에서는 최근 국내은행의 스마트폰뱅킹 도입증대에 따른 U-Banking 시장의 지각변동에 따른 국내 전자상거래 규모 및 인터넷뱅킹 가입고객 수, 국내은행의 연령대별 인터넷뱅킹 이용률 및 인터넷뱅킹 등 채널별 이용비중 증가 추이와 향후 국내 은행의 U-Banking 사업추진 전략과 그 배경을 조명하고, 스마트폰뱅킹 도입이 증대되면서 국내은행의 금융서비스 혁신 등 기술적 편의성과 더불어 개인정보보호를 위한 금융정보보안 및 법적 안정성이 크게 대두되는 상황에서 국내은행의 U-Banking 고객정보보호 및 관리에 관한 법률적 고찰을 통해 U-Banking 증대에 따른 관련 법률 및 감독규정의 개정 및 관리 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

        국산홍화자(國産紅花子) 및 국산홍화자(國産紅花子)와 estradiol 병용투여가 난소적출로 유발된 흰쥐의 골다공증에 미치는 영향

        Objective: The present study has been undertaken to investigate the effects of Korean Carthami Semen and Estradiol-Carthami Semen co-treatment on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. Method: In this experiment, the rats were ovariectomized. Rats were administered 3 kinds of medicine, Korean Carthami Semen, Estradiol, and Estradiol-Carthami Semen, which were taken orally. The levels of bone mineral density, osteocalcin, estradiol, ALP, phosphorus, calcium in serum, deoxypyridinoline in urine, calcium, phosphorus, ash weight of bone, body weight and uterus weight were measured. Results: These experimetal results, it appears that the only Carthami Semen have more less efficacy on osteoporosis but $E_2$-Carthami Semen co-treated group showed more effective on osteoporosis. Conclusions: Further west-east medicine combination study should be conducted to illustrate in depth the curing osteoporosis.

      • 팔미도등대의 구조적 특성과 그 가치에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the value and structural characteristics of Yodolmi Island Lighthouse which is the one of the first lighthouse by the Department of Korean Customs Service. And also Yodolmi Island Lighthouse was the first concrete structure in 1903. But construction method for Yodolmi Island Lighthouse is different from contemporary technique. It looks like stone layering. So it is an structure in transition from stone to concrete in lighthouse. But Observation Island Lighthouse, North Watcher Rock Lighthouse and White Rock Island lighthouse, which were built by stone in same year. And Yodolmi Island Lighthouse is flanked by walls on either side to render it conspicuous as a day mark.

        ISO 경영시스템의 심사보고서 분석을 통한 지속가능경영 개선 포인트에 관한 연구

        Purpose The purpose of this study is to analyze the PDCA cycle aspect through empirical analysis of the ISO certification audit report that evaluates the organization's process and overall system management based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and to find improvement points for the company's sustainability management. Method An empirical analysis was conducted focusing on the ‘observation’ presented in 424 audit reports prepared during the ISO management system certification audit and follow-up management audit conducted by Certification Body A from 2018 to 2020. Results The requirements for improvement in each ISO management system include resources(7.1), production and service provision(8.5) in ISO 9001, actions to address risks and opportunities(6.1) and emergency preparedness and response(8.2) in ISO 14001, ISO 45001 identified competence(7.2), operation planning and control(8.1), and emergency preparedness and response(8.2). Conclusion It is very meaningful to explore the points and directions for building a foundation for sustainable management and improving it based on the audit findings presented in the existing ISO management system audit report. Based on this point, it is judged that it will be possible to clearly recognize the core goals pursued by each ISO management system and to develop efficient management activities that can increase the value of the management system.

      • 대한제국기 서양식 등대건축의 도입과정에 있어서 이시바시 아야히코(石橋詢彦)와 하딩(John Reginald Harding)의 역할에 대한 연구

        The objective of this study is to analyze the process of lighthouse in the Daehan Empire. It has been considered that the lighthouse of the Daehan Empire had been built by Japanese lighthouse engineer Ishibashi Ayahico. But in this study, the rule of John Reginald Harding as an light house engineer in Korea from 1899 to 1906 will be said. It was considered that the first lighthouses in Korea were built in Incheon in 1903. But because John Reginald Harding came and designed lighthouse at Mokpo 1899, we need to research more carefully. And also many lighthouses have been placed along the coastline by selection by John Reginald Harding. So Korean Lighthouses had been developed by Ishibashi Ayahico as well as John Reginald Harding. 이 논문은 대한제국기 등대건축의 도입과정에서 이시바시 아야히코(石橋詢彦)와 하딩(John Reginald Harding)의 역할에 대하여 다루고자 한다. 지금까지 하딩에 대한 언급은 간혹 있었지만 G. R. Harding으로 잘못 알려져왔다. 이에 따라 하딩에 대한 행적을 찾는 것도 쉽지 않았고 하딩이 한국에서의 활동을 살펴보는 것도 어려웠다. 본 원고는 하딩의 정확한 이름과 그의 이력을 찾아내어 42개의 등대위치를 선정하는 등 29개의 등대를 디자인하고 컨설팅했다는 기록을 찾아내어 우리나라 등대건축의 기틀을 쌓았다는 사실을 밝히고자 한다.
