        노후산업단지 구조고도화사업을 위한 환경개선펀드 성과분석에 관한 연구

        This paper quantitatively analyzes the investment performance of the environmental improvement fund focusing on the sales effect and the housing benefit effect. The analysis of this study focused on the effects of sales and housing benefits for completed business sites among the business sites supported by the Environmental Improvement Fund. The analysis results are as follows. First, it appears that the sales effect of the completed workplace is effective compared to the amount of investment, so it seems that the purpose of industrial integration of the environment improvement fund is being achieved. Second, it was found that there are variations by workplace and region in housing benefits. This seems to be due to the fact that profitability can be neglected by reflecting the characteristics of residential facilities built by private businesses. The Environmental Improvement Fund is a policy fund that pursues both profitability and publicity. Therefore, it is necessary to transform the structure of the fund to expand support for industrial infrastructure with high publicity. To this end, it is necessary to establish a long-term management plan that equitably considers the profitability and publicity of the environmental improvement fund.

        합리적 국방획득체계 구축을 위한 방안

        This paper examines several inefficient problems generated from a management process of defense acquisition system, and suggests several alternatives to remedy the current acquisition-related problems. This might help MND to reform the current DAPA's acquisition system. The offered elements are to, first, redefine function of mid-term plan & budget allocation between MND and DAPA, second, devise economic acquisition management and force development to build integrated management system of requirement-acquisition-operation & maintenance, third, build Workforce Management Act(WMA) and Professional Education System(PES) for strengthening expertise and institutionalizing manpower rotation of requirements & acquisition-related fields, fourth, implement weapon systems' Total Life Cycle Systems Management(TLCSM) and improve developmental & operational test and evaluation. These are essential elements in minimizing confusion & conflict emanating from surrounding acquisition program among MND-DAPA-Each Services. 본 논문은 방위사업청 개칭이후 국방획득체계 운영과정에서 드러난 몇 가지 비효율적인 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 개선하는데 필요한 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이것은 앞으로 국방부가 획득체계를 개선할 시 참고자료로 활용하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 제시된 방안들은 첫째, 국방부와 방위사업청간 중기계획 및 예산편성에 관한 기능을 재정립해야 한다. 둘째,소요-획득-운영유지의 통합관리체계 구축을 통해 경제적 획득관리 및 전력발전을 도모해야 한다. 셋째, 소요-획득분야 인력순환(순환근무)을 제도화하고, 획득인력의 전문성 강화를 위해 인력관리법 및 전문교육체계를 구축해야 한다. 그리고 넷째, 무기체계 '총수명주기체계관리'를 시행하고, 방위사업청 주도의 개발 및 운용시험평가 방식을 개선해야 한다. 이것은 국방부-방위사업청-각 군 간 획득사업을 둘러싸고 파생되는 업무혼선과 갈등을 최소화하는데 있어 필수적인 요소들이다.

        IPA 매트릭스를 활용한 모바일 쇼핑몰 선택속성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 최근 급성장하고 있는 모바일 쇼핑시장에서 향후 전략적 마케팅시사점을 얻고자 대학생들을 대상으로 IPA매트릭스를 활용하여 분석하였다. 모바일 쇼핑몰 선택속성에 대한 IPA분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 21개 속성 중 '제공되는 제품의 신뢰성(6.09)'이 중요도가 가장 높게 나타났으며, '대금결제의 편리성(5.29)'이 수행도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 유지 강화가 필요한 영역(Doing great, Keep it up)에는 '대금결제의 편리성', '제공되는 제품의 신뢰성' 등 11개 속성 등이 포함되었다. 셋째, 불만족 영역(Focus here)으로서 시정노력이 필요한 속성으로는 '교환이나 반품처리 및 A/S 등을 위한 대기시간 단축'이 해당되었다. 넷째, 중요도와 수행도 모두 낮은 영역(Low Priority)에는 '푸시/알림이 구매에 도움' 등 3개 속성이 해당되었다. 다섯째, 과잉노력지양 영역(Overdone)에는 '제품종류가 다양' 등 4개 속성이 해당되었다. This study conducted an analysis using IPA metrics targeting college students to get strategic implications for marketing in the recently fast-growing mobile shopping market. The IPA analysis result about the selection of mobile shopping malls is as follows. First, out of the 21 features, 'reliability of the offered products(6.09)' had the highest level of importance and 'convenience of payment(5.29)' had the highest level of performance. Second, in the area of 'Doing great, Keep it up' 11 features were included such as 'convenience of payment' and 'reliability of the offered products'. Third, the feature that needed to be corrected in the area of 'Focus here' was 'shortening the waiting time for exchange, refund or warranty service'. Fourth, low priority areas in terms of importance and performance, there were 3 features including 'push/notification helps purchases'. Fifth, to the area of 'overdone' 4 features belonged such as 'variety in the type of products'.

        성장 중인 흰쥐 악관절의 basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) 분포에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

        This study was designed to localize the distribution of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in the developing rat condylar region and to elucidate the associated function of bFGF in the condyle development. The condyles of temporomandibular joint of Sprague-Dawley rats (27g of weight) were used. The tissues were examined with electron microscope and immunohistochemical method. The results were as follows: 1. The developing condylar region are divided in to 5 zones apparently: proliferative, maturation, hypertrophic, calcifying, and ossification zones. 2. The cells in the proliferative zone are condensed and have under-developed cell organells in the cytoplasm. This zone shows a strong immunoreactivity of bFGF. 3. The cells in the maturation zone are typical chondroblasts showing well-developed cell organells and round nucleus. The cartilaginous matrix does not show the immunoreactivity of bFGF, while the chondroblasts show the immunoreactivity. 4. The cells in the hypertrophic zone show hypertrophic change having the degenerated cell organelles and small nucleus. There are no immunoreactivity of bFGF in this zone except the nucleus and endoplasmic region showing mild immunoreactivity. 5, The cells in the calcifying zone show hypertrophic change and cell organelles are disappeared. The cells are surrounded by the calcified cartilaginous matrix. There are no immunoreactivity of bFGF in this zone except the endoplasmic region showing mild immunoreactivity. 6. In the zone of bone formation, chondroblasts are disappeared. Newly differentiated osteoblasts secreting osteoid around the calcified cartilaginous matrix. The bone marrow shows the immunoreactivity of bFGF, while the bone matrix does not show the immunoreactivity of bFGF.

        In this study, ice making characteristics are experimentally investigated for the ice slurry generating system which is pneumatically operated. The experimentations are conducted under the various test conditions such as chilled water inlet temperature, aqueous solution concentration, flow rate of cooling water, scraper pitch and frequency of cylinder stroke. For the above experimental conditions, ice making characteristics of the slurry ice generating system are evaluated in terms of the overall heat transfer coefficient, heat transfer rate and the amount of slurry ice generation. And the experimental results show that the heat transfer rate of the system increases as the flow rate of cooling water solution increases and the concentration of ethylene glycol and inlet temperature of chilled water decreases.

        한국 해군력 건설의 평가 및 발전방향

        한국 해군은 지난 1990년대 중반 이래 ‘대양해군 건설’을 해군력 발전의 최우선적 과제로 추진해 왔다. 해군이 대양해군 건설의 당위성을 주장하는 논거는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 반도 국가로서 한국은 국방, 경제 등의 여러 부문에서 바다에 크게 의존하고 있다. 둘째, 잠재적인 해양분쟁 당사국이 될 중국, 일본 등 주변국과의 해군력 격차를 극복할 수 있어야 한다. 그리고 셋째, 자주적인 전쟁 억제, 승리 능력을 확보하는 데 기여할 수 있다. 그러나 지금까지 해군이 추진해 온 대양해군 건설 계획은 해양전략 개념의 부재, 소위 ‘균형자 이론’ 에 입각한 해군력 규모 산출의 오류, 그리고 합동성이 결여된 전력 건설 등과 같은 문제점을 안고 있었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 한국은 자국의 해양안보 환경, 국력 수준을 반영하는 해양전략 개념을 최우선적으로 정립하고, 이를 바탕으로 원해(遠海)에서 주요 이익을 수호할 수 있는 해군력을 건설해야 한다. 이를 위해서는 ‘연안해군 대 대양해군’이라는 이분법적인 대립 구도를 극복할 수 있어야 한다. 그래야만 ‘한국형 대양해군’ 건설을 구현하는데 필요한 방안을 실질적으로 마련할 수 있기 때문이다. Since mid-1990s, Republic of Korea Navy(ROKN) has been pursuing ‘ocean-going navy’ as a top priority of naval power development. There are three reasons that ROKN claims the necessity of ‘ocean-going navy’. First, as a peninsular country, Korea heavily depends on sea in various sectors including economy and national defense. Second, Korea needs to overcome a huge gap of naval power against neighboring countries like China and Japan, the potential state party over maritime dispute. And third, the building of ‘ocean-going navy’ is a part of the effort to gain Korea’s self-reliant defense capability. However ROKN’s efforts to build ‘ocean-going navy’ have also been criticized over the several reasons; lack of own naval strategy concept development, fallacy of so-called ‘balancer theory’ as a theoretical background to calculate optimum scale of Korea’s naval power, and force modernization plans without the consideration of jointness. ROKN needs to build a naval power that can protect Korea’s major interests at distant seas, based on the establishment of naval strategy concept reflecting maritime security environment and national power level of Korea. To do this, Korea must overcome the strong dichotomy between ‘coastal navy’ and ‘ocean-going navy’. It will be a key condition to realize the building of ‘ocean-going navy with Korean characteristics’.

        카페공간에 대한 수렴적 탐색상황에서의 주의집중 특성의 분석 방법에 관한 연구

        This study analyzed the attention concentration tendencies of one(1) subject who showed convergent exploratory acts actively through the gaze-brainwave measurement experiment of cafe space images and our research findings are as follows. First, the areas of interest (AOIs) that the subject gazed visually by paying attention to it and concentrating on it at a cafe space include counter&menu area, sign area, partition area, image wall area, stairs area, and movable furniture area, and built-in furniture area: seven areas in total. Second, conscious gaze frequency appeared the highest in counter&menu area, and conscious gaze appeared more later than in initial times. Third, conscious gaze pattern was divided into the zone that explored various areas dispersely (distributed exploratory zone) and the zone that explored between particular areas concentratedly (intensive exploratory zone). Fourth, as a result of analyzing the brainwave attention concentration, it was found that the attention concentration in prefrontal lobe (Fp1, Fp2) and frontal lobe (F3, F4) rose to a higher level in the zone of 15 to 16 seconds and this time zone was considered to be a zone where gazing at counter&menu area was very active. In addition, the attention concentration appeared higher in the initial zone than in the later zone, among the entire experimental time zones. Finally, as a result of analyzing the changes in activation by brain portion of the SMR wave expressed when maintaining the arousal and attention concentration, it was found that the right prefrontal lobe and the frontal lobe became activated in the time zone when the intensive exploration of 「counter&menu area」and 「movable furniture↔built-in furniture area」had occurred and the time zone when the intensive exploration of「image wall↔partition area」and「counter&menu↔sign area」had occurred.

        아시아·태평양 지역의 우주 군사력 : 한국 안보에 관한 시사점

        우주 군사력이란 “국가안보를 비롯한 주요 국익의 추구, 달성을 위해 우주를 통제할 수 있는 능력을 제공하는 군사적 수단과 능력”으로 규정될 수 있다. 우주에서 배치, 운용되는 군사 자산들은 상당수가 정보우위의 제공, 보다 효과적인 미사일 방어를 통한 전쟁 억지, 전략적 균형의 달성 등과 직결되는 임무를 수행한다. 그 결과 우주 군사력의 전략적인 중요성은 더욱 높아지는 추세다. 오늘날 아시아·태평양 지역의 여러 군사 강국들이 경쟁적으로 우주 군사력의 건설, 강화에 주력하고 있는 것도 이 점을 반영한다. 이들 가운데는 한반도의 안보 환경에 막대한 지정학적 영향력을 행사할 수 있는 중국과 일본, 러시아도 포함되어 있다. 한국은 이들 주변 강대국에 대한 군사력의 질적 균형을 유지하고, 군사적 취약성을 극복하기 위한 기술적인 기반으로서 우주 군사력의 발전을 적극적으로 추구해야 할 것이다. Space military power can be described as “military means and capabilities to project power to achieve the control of space to pursue and accomplish major national interests, including national security.” Most space-based military assets are related to the conduct of missions for: 1) information superiority; and 2) deterrence through more effective missile defense. As a result, their strategic value will increase in current and future conflicts. The recent drive to develop space military power by Asia Pacific states reflects this tendency. China, Japan, and Russia will have significant influence on the security environment of the Korean Peninsula. To acquire the technological basis for maintaining a qualitative balance of military power and overcoming vulnerability to these regional powers, Korea needs to actively pursue the development of its space military power.
