A Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system designed to capture, store, manipulate, retrieve and display the data which are referenced to geographic location. With the progress of computer graphics technologies, GIS is now become applicable to microcomputer level. A prototype Sea Information System (SIS) applicable to microcomputer has been developed for serving informations related to naval operations in the special sea areas. This system includes GIS technologies, cartographic data captured through the tablet digitizer. which results immediate displaying on pen plotters. GIS provides users with menu-driven user interface for the retrieval of informations concerning military zones, patrol area of war ship, naval bases, radar sites and its search area, missile stations, and ships' current positions. The system is currently applicable to IBM PC/AT. Minimal hardware configuration consists 640k RAM, hard disk, and pen plotter or dot matrix printer.

본 논문에서는 전동기 파라미터와 부하에 강인한 속도 특성을 위해 디지털 IP제어를 이용한 BLDC 전동기의 센서리스 속도제어 방식을 제안한다. 단자 전압을 이용한 BLDC 전동기의 센서리스 구동시 회전자 위치 추정을 위해 아날로그 필터를 사용하기 때문에 부하나 속도에 영향을 받는다. 전동기 파라미터에 둔감하고 부하의 영향에도 강건한 센서리스 속도제어를 하기 위해서는 정확한 회전자 위치 추정과 연동하는 강인한 속도 제어기가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 IP제어를 이용하여 부하의 변동에도 강인한 정속제어와 일정 부하로 운전 중 가감속시 임의의 속도변화에 대해 BLDC 전동기의 안정된 센서리스 제어가 가능하도록 구성하였다. 이에 대한 타당성은 실험을 통하여 입증하고자 한다. The sensorless speed control technique for BLDC motor using digital IP control is proposed in this paper for advanced speed characteristic which is robust to motor parameters and load variations. The sensorless drive of BLDC motor using terminal voltages is affected by load or speed because it uses analog filters to estimate the rotor position. For this reason, the robust speed controller with the accurate rotor position estimator is needed for sensorless control which is robust to load and insensitive to motor parameters. The constant speed robust to load variation and the stable sensorless control of BLDC motor robust to the increase or decrease of speed with constant load is implemented using digital IP control in this paper. The validity to these is established with experimentation.

고성장 코스닥시장 벤처기업의 개별특성이 IR공시 효과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 창업후 상장까지의 기간이 유가증권시장 기업에 비해 상대적으로 짧은 코스닥시장 기업의 IR공시 효과를 검증함으로써 IR활동의 필요성을 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 국내외 선행연구에서 IR공시가 정보불균형을 해소하고, 주가에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기업특성에 따라 IR공시의 효과가 상이하게 나타날 것으로 예상하여, 기업의 규모, 기업유형, 최대주주 지분율, 본사 소재지 등 4가지의 기업특성별로 기업을 분류하여 각 그룹별 초과수익률의 차이를 분석하였다. 특히, 거래소에 상장되었지만 유가증권시장에 비해 상대적으로 소규모이고, 개별기업에 대한 정보의 부족으로 투자자들에게 관심이 부족한 코스닥 상장기업을 대상으로 IR공시의 정보효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 분석기간은 2005년부터 2012년까지 코스닥 상장기업 중 IR공시를 실시한 기업을 대상으로 기업특성별로 각 기업들의 IR공시 전 후 5일간의 초과수익률 차이를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 코스닥시장 상장기업들의 IR활동이 정보의 비대칭으로 인하여 선행연구에서 조사된 결과와 유사하게 긍정적인 정보로 인식되고 있음을 발견하였다. 기업규모(매출액 1,000억 원 기준)에 따른 초과수익률은 소규모기업에서 대규모기업보다 더 높게 나타났다. 벤처기업과 일반기업의 초과수익률은 벤처기업에서 더 높게 나타나고 있고, 최대주주 지분율(지분율 35% 기준)이 높은 기업이 낮은 기업에 비해 높은 초과수익률을 보이고 있다. 그러나, 본점 소재지를 수도권과 비수도권으로 분류하여 분석한 결과 초과수익률의 차이는 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 발견할 수 없었다. 추가적으로 기업특성별 상호작용을 고려하여 4개의 집단으로 구분하여 분산분석한 결과 기업규모와 기업형태에서 상호작용효과가 뚜렷이 관찰되었다. 일반기업집단의 규모별 초과수익률은 차이는 미미하였으나, 벤처기업군에서는 기업규모효과가 크게 나타나, 한가지 기업특성만이 초과수익률에 영향을 주는 것이 아니라 여러 요인이 동시에 영향을 줄 수 있음을 시사한다. 또한, 지리적 위치와 기업형태에서도 약한 상호작용효과가 나타났으며, 지방소재 기업은 기업형태에 따른 차이가 없었으나, 수도권에 소재한 벤처기업군의 초과수익률이 일반기업보다 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is, as to verify the effect of IR announcements, the IR activity to look at the usefulness. In previous study, they found that the IR announcement leads to reductions in information asymmetry, effect to positive stock price. This study examine the abnormal returns between group by corporate characteristics. The data used in this study are daily stock market returns taken from the KOSDAQ listed company with IR announcements during the 2005-2012 year(8 year). We find that follows. First, the capital market is accepted IR activity as the positive information. Second, abnormal returns of small company is higher than big size that. We show the difference of abnormal returns between the venture company and general company, the venture company's high. The abnormal returns of corporate with high ownership is above the group of low ownership. Additionally, consider interaction by firm characteristics, we show the interaction between firm size and business type. The result of two-way ANOVA is that venture corporate with big size are more abnormal returns than others. Also, we demonstrate that firm location is the factor of difference on information effect in venture firm.
