        김조규 시 연구

        I watched his poetry to three part ago Kim-Jokyu's glorious restoration in this paper. He defies in the world by romantic passion since work activity beginning, but is fallen soon in blank despair by inconsistent world realization. Then, by his poem of this time recording of pale highbrow's own discord which live organ of the Japanese government-general in Korea under the Japanese rule. His poem of this time is often using surrealistic technique, but the root still puts on romantic foundation. 'Wall' and 'Window' used to main symbol at this time poet of be hopeless and shows well self-confinement state. He departs in private limit experiencing drifting and migrating people's gruesome life and face nation's life and suffering after do Gando(간도) wandering. As Kim-Jokyu's poem of this time shows recording of painful life of drifting and migrating people that come by Gando through space 'Station' mainly as is full, have high lyric awakening power. On the other hand, criticizing Japan and Manchu's real condition, anti-Japanese struggle has fixed meaning in our real condition that there are not many poems that do foreground hearing viscosity 1940s that is showing contents of anti-Japanese struggle clearly. Romantic poem announced to organ of the Japanese government-general in Korea shows symbolic, esthetic, sentimental slant in corruption and atmosphere of gloom generally. Kim-Jokyu’s poem, although show strong uncommunicated self-confinement one time, has meaning that is fixed in our history of romantic poetry in terms of contain strong social and ethnic ardent wish unlike this.

        청각을 이용한 시각 재현 시스템의 개발

        The audio vision system was developed for visually impaired people and usability was verified. In this study ten normal volunteers were included in the subject group and their mean age was 28.8 years old. Male and female ratio was 7:3. The usability of audio vision system was verified by as follows. First, volunteers learned distance of obstacles and up-down discrimination. After learning of audio vision system, indoor and outdoor walking examination was performed. The test was scored by ability of up-down and lateral discrimination, distance recognition and walking without collision. Each parameter was scored by 1 to 5. The results were 93.5 +- SD(ranges, 86 to 100) of 100. In this study, we could convert visual information to auditory information by audio-vision system and verified possibility of applying to daily life for visually impaired people.

        손바닥을 이용한 쿨링이 심부 체온에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to perform integrated body temperature cooling of the arteriovenous anastomosis site. In the arteriovenous anastomosis site, heart cooling was performed using the palm of the hand, Cooling was achieved by using Peltier and copper plates to cool the palm of the hand with the heat transferred. The control range of the conducted heat is adjustable from 25 degrees to 30 degrees. The experimental environment was to place the treadmill in the house, The temperature in the house was set at 40 degrees and the experimenter treadmill at a speed of 5 Km. The subjects were exercised until the body temperature reached about $39^{\circ}C$. As a method to lower the body temperature after the experiment, the data of the body temperature was obtained by the general rest, onehand cooling, two-hand cooling. Experiment result better than normal rest when Two hands cooling and an average decrease of 0.66 degrees. if you develop a cooling glove with Peltier, it will be an epoch-making athletic assistant to achieve thermal fatigue.

      • 철도교량 단부 상향력 해석을 위한 체결장치의 실험적 연구

        In the case of the railway bridges, uplift forces were occurred at the edge of the segments when vehicular loads were applied. These forces made the compressive and tensile forces occur in the fastening system. Therefore, the structural analysis was performed to investigate the safety of fastening system which was modeled as one directional spring element. In this case, the stiffness of the spring element was obtained from experimental study which was conducted by compressive load. For that reason, to perform rational and exact structural analysis, the translational stiffness of the fastening system obtained from the experimental study applied the tensile load and the rotational stiffness should be considered because it was occurred the tensile force as well as the compressive force in fastening system. In this study, an elastic and inelastic experimental study was performed for six specimens. The translational stiffness along the vertical axis of rail and the rotational stiffness along the strong axis of rail were investigated. Also structural behavior of the fastening system was analyzed.

        아편유사제 복용 중인 암성 통증 환자들에서 경구 Oxycodone/Naloxone으로 전환 후 발생한 금단증상

        목적: 경구 oxycodone/naloxone 복합제는 아편유사제에 의해 유발되는 변비를 완화시키거나 예방하는 목적으로 사용되고 있다. Naloxone에 의해 oxycodone의 진통 효과가 상쇄되거나 금단증상이 나타난다는 보고는 거의 없었으나 저자는 실제 임상에서 몇몇 금단증상 예를 경험하였기에 이 환자들에 대한 조사 연구를 수행하였다. 방법: 2012년 1월 1일부터 2016년 12월 31일까지 경남 지역 암센터에 방문했던 진행성 암환자들로 oxycodone/naloxone extended-release tablets를 투약 받고 마약 금단증상이 나타났던 환자들의 의무기록을 후향적으로 조사하였다. 결과: 연구 기간 중 경구 oxycodone/naloxone을 처방 받은 1,641명의 암 환자 중, 총 10예(0.6%) 에서 마약 금단 증상을 겪었다. 금단증상 관련 통증 강도의 변화는 oxycodone/naloxone 투여 전 NRS 3에서 평균 NRS 6점으로 증가하였다. 금단증상 중 오한이 10예 중 7예에서 나타나 가장 많이 나타난 증상이었으며 그 외에 식은땀, 전신 쇠약감, 근육경련, 복부경련(각 5예), 불안(4예), 열, 어지럼증, 의식혼란, 하품(각 2예)의 순으로 빈번하게 관찰되었다. 결론: Oxycodone/naloxone extended-release 복합제에 의한 마약 금단증상은 흔하지는 않아도 적은 수의 환자에서라도 나타날 수 있다. 향후 이에 대한 다기관, 전향적 연구가 필요하다. Purpose: Oral naloxone is combined with oxycodone to alleviate or prevent opioid-induced constipation in cancer pain patients. However, there is still concern that oral naloxone may precipitate opioid withdrawal symptoms in patients on opioids. We retrospectively investigated clinical characteristics of cancer patients who experienced opioid withdrawal symptoms. Methods: We reviewed medical records of all patients who were prescribed with oral oxycodone/naloxone at a tertiary cancer center from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2016. Eligible patients were screened based on demographics, opioid and naloxone dosages, clinical manifestation and pain intensity. Results: Among a total of 1,641 patients, 10 patients were selected. Seven patients were male, and the average age was 68.1 years. The median dose of naloxone that induced withdrawal symptoms was 20 mg. Most common withdrawal symptom was shivering (seven patients) followed by cold sweating (five), and muscle twitching (five). Other symptoms included restlessness, fever, dizziness, and yawning. Pain was exacerbated from the median intensity of numeric rating scale (NRS) 3 to NRS 6. Conclusion: Opioid withdrawal symptoms may occur when switching to oral oxycodone/naloxone for cancer patients who have been treated with other strong opioids. A prospective, multicenter study on this issue should be conducted in future.

        구속영장발부 여부에 관한 통계모형

        구속영장 기각시 그 기각사유로 단순히 도주 및 증거인멸 우려가 없다고만 기재되는 경우가 대부분이다. 이로 인해 사건의 어떤 측면이 구속영장발부에 영향을 미쳤는지 전혀 알 수 없고, 구속영장을 발부하는 정확한 기준이 무엇인지에 대해 끊임없이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 창원지방검찰청 진주지청에서 2006-2008년의 3개년도 영장청구자료를 범죄 유형에 따라 7가지로 분류하고 각 범죄별로 구속영장 기각 여부를 결정하는 변수를 알아보고자 한다. 7대 범주별 교차분석을 통하여 구속영장 기각 여부에 대한 통계모형을 다루었다. When most examining judges deny the request for an arrest warrant, they cite (as a reason) that there is no worry about escape or the destruction of evidence. Consequently, there has been no knowing what characteristics of a crime mainly affect the decision for an arrest warrant and there has been significant dispute about the exact decision criteria used for an arrest warrant. This paper classified the data about the request of arrest warrants for crimes committed in the jurisdiction of the Jinju Public Prosecutors' Office in 2006, 2007 and 2008, into 7 categories according to characteristics of the crimes. For each category we construct a statistical model about the decision on arrest warrants by applying a crosstabulation analysis in order to look for the characteristic of crime that affect the decision for an arrest warrant.

        동해 묵호항 근처에서의 난류세기인자에 따른 음향수신신호의 위상분산 추정

        음향수신신호의 위상은 매질에 대한 정보를 포함하고 있기 때문에 위상 변동을 연구하는 것은 매질에 대한 연구와 동반 되어야 한다. 또한 SAS (Synthetic Aperture Sonar)나 수중통신 등의 신호처리 시 수신신호의 위상변동 보정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 미세구조 난류에 의한 수신신호의 위상분산을 고찰하였다. 국지적으로 등방성이고 균질한 난류 환경 하에서 난류세기인자를 구하였고 음파 전달경로에 따라 난류세기가 미치는 영향을 고려하여 위상분산을 계산하였다. 난류세기 계산에 필요한 CTD자료와 ADCP자료는 묵호항 근처에 설치된 부표에서 획득하였으며 음파 전달경로는 Bellhop알고리즘을 이용한 음선 모델을 사용하였다. 결과적으로 난류세기인자는 주로 수온과 유속의 변화에 의해 결정되었으며 수신신호의 위상분산에 영향을 주었다. 이러한 위상분산은 소나 운용에 고려되어야 할 사항으로 여겨진다. Phase variance of the acoustic signals has to be investigated with the research of the medium, because the phase of the acoustic signals carries the information of the medium. The phase compensation of the received signals is required for the signal processing of SAS (Synthetic Aperture Sonar) and underwater communication. In this paper, the phase variance of the acoustic signals was studied depending on the micro-scale-turbulence of ocean. The turbulence strength of the locally isotropic and homogeneous turbulence was calculated, and the phase variance affected by the turbulence strength was computed along the ray paths. The CTD and ADCP data were acquired from a buoy system near the Mukho port in the East Sea of Korea and the ray paths were calculated by the Bellhop algorithm. As a result, the turbulence strength was mainly determined by the variation of temperature and flow speed, changing the phase variance of the received signals. Hence, we thought the phase variance should be considered in the sonar operating system.

        수소첨가반응용 니켈 폐촉매의 활성재생에 관한 연구 (Ⅱ)

        탄소침적된 수소첨가반응용 Ni 촉매의 활성재생에 관하여 연구하였다. 침적된 탄소는 여러가지 농도의 산소로 산화시켜 제거하였으며, 촉매의 활성은 아닐린 수소첨가반응을 model반응으로 하여 측정하였다. 탄소침적된 촉매를 산화처리할 경우 처리온도가 증가함에 따라 표면적이 증가하다가 감소하는 현상을 보였으며, 최대 표면적을 나타내는 처리온도는 처리 산소농도가 감소함에 따라 증가하였다. 처리 산소농도가 높을수록 침적 탄소의 산화에 의한 반응열로 인하여 Ni 입자의 소결현상 및 담체의 기공감소가 심하게 나타났다. 5%산소로 처리한 촉매의 경우, 촉매의 활성이 약90%까지 회복되었으나 20%산소로 처리한 촉매의 경우, 활성의 회복을 기대할 수 없었다. 5% 산소로 재생처리할 경우, 촉매의 활성은 산화처리 시간이 증가할수록 증가하였으나, 1시간 이후에는 거의 일정하였다. Regeneration of carbon-deposited Ni catalyst used for hydrogenation reaction was studied. Deposited carbon was removed by oxidation with various concentrations of oxygen. Activity of the catalysts was tested on aniline hydrogenation as a model reaction. When a carbon-deposited catalyst was treated under oxygen atmosphere, the specific surface area of the catalyst increased and then decreased with the increase of treatment temperature. The treatment temperature which gives maximum specific surface area increased with the decrease of oxygen concentration. Pore size of the support was decreased and sintering of nickel particles was more significant with the increase of oxygen concentration. The catalyst treated under 5% oxygen concentration recovered its catalytic activity up to 90% of the initial value, but the treatment under 20% oxygen concentration gave no significant increase of the catalytic activity. Catalytic activity increased with treatment time when the catalyst was treated under 5% oxygen concentration, but nearly constant after 1 hour.
