The application of the theory of the level of war depends on mostly the size of the area with which one nation``s military concerns. It cannot be applied indiscriminately. In Big countries like the United State, the Joint Chiefs of Staffs is strategic level while theaters and areas are operational level. On the other hand, middle and small country like Republic of Korea, the Joint Chiefs of Staffs is strategic level as well as operational level at the same time in the sense that the war plan for the Korean Peninsula has to be made at this level. Because of this complication, a thorough consideration is needed in applying miliary theory. Operational art is a skill that the commanders and staffs of the operational level echelon use to develop a campaign plan. Operational Design is a tool of the operational art the result of which is an Operational approach. Operational approach is the conceptual basis for structuring campaigns and operations. This conceptual basis becomes a campaign plan through the Joint operation planning process(JOPP). JOPP is a tool to develop a campaign plan and its encompass operational design and approach and other procedures in its process.
해외 토지비축(Land Banking) 제도 운영 및 시사점 연구 : 스웨덴, 프랑스를 중심으로

A land bank has recently been introduced to deal with high land compensation costs and industrial complexes costs driven by relatively high land prices, compared to other advanced countries. The purpose of this article is to analyze the long-standing land banking experiences in Sweden and France to draw implications for the Korean land bank. Sweden has provided affordable housing through land banking since early 20th century and France has adopted various zones and preemption system to implement urban development projects. Implications are that the size of land purchasing should be large enough for successful land banking, that the role of financial support from central government is critical, and that land banking should be operated in accordance with national territorial policies.

The materialization of the way to fight for the Korean Armed forces in the future is the theme of this article. This is expressed as an ``operational concept`` in the US Armed forces, but it actually describes the way to fight for the US forces. The concept of how to fight should not linger as an ambiguous or a vague form of concept. It should be as concrete as for the military to make a doctrine, train the soldiers, and order needed weapons. In the country like South Korea where a specific threat has always been the same, the way to fight can be created to accomplish its military strategy. Its strategy will be the best to defeat the specific enemy and may require specific weapon systems and a way to apply its forces in a special way. Therefore, in the Korean theater, the first thing for the ROK military to do is to decide its military strategy to develop its way to fight. In the past history, there were several strategies used in the similar operational environment to the Korean peninsula. From these examples, the ROK military may take lessons and develop better concepts suitable for the Korean operational situation. If the strategy will be decided, then ``how to fight`` will be develop to carry out the strategy.
부동산 포털사이트의 매물정보 품질개선에 관한 연구 -부동산업 종사자를 대상으로-

Using expected mismatch paradigm by Oliver (1981), this study investigates casual relationships among variables composed of expectations on quality of sale information, perceived performance, expectation congruency and the effects of these variables on consumers`` satisfaction from using real estate portal sites as well as their satisfaction with information provided. Empirical results show that, 1) expectations on quality of sale information are positively related to perceived performance of quality of sale information and expectation congruency, 2) perceived performance of quality of sale information positively influences expectation congruency, 3) perceived performance and expectation congruency lead to consumers`` satisfaction on quality of sale information, and 4) satisfaction on quality of sale information leads to satisfaction on the portal site that provides the information. Through these series of analyses, several suggestions are made to improve quality of sale information on real estate.
연료전지 가스확산층(GDL) 내의 물질거동에 대한 연구

연료전지 GDL 내의 물질전달에 관한 연구를 위하여 실제 GDL 을 고해상도 3 차원 스캐닝 장비를 활용하여 GDL 의 다공 구조를 실측하였다. 측정된 Data 의 노이즈를 제거하고 GDL 의 Carbon-fiber 구조를 전산해석이 가능한 모델로 자동적으로 형성하는 알고리즘을 개발하였으며, 이 모델을 활용하여 스택 체결 시 압축에 의한 GDL 구조 변형을 예측하고, Carbon-fiber 의 정렬 방향에 따른 변형 특성을 파악하였다. 또한, CFD 기법 중 하나인 VOF 모델과 Pore-network 모델을 이용하여 GDL 내부의 물거동 및 반응기체의 물질거동을 예측하였다. 마지막으로 상사 실험을 통하여 해석 결과에 대한 검증을 실시하였다. 이를 통하여 실제 체결에 의하여 압축 변형된 GDL 내에서의 물질거동을 좀 더 정확히 예측할 수 있는 방법을 마련하고, GDL 체결 방향 및 최적 MPL 두께 선정 등의 실제 설계에 활용할 수 있었다. The 3D structure of GDL for fuel cells was measured using high-resolution X-ray tomography in order to study material transport in the GDL. A computational algorithm has been developed to remove noise in the 3D image and construct 3D elements representing carbon fibers of GDL, which were used for both structural and fluid analyses. Changes in the pore structure of GDL under various compression levels were calculated, and the corresponding volume meshes were generated to evaluate the anisotropic permeability of gas within GDL as a function of compression. Furthermore, the transfer of liquid water and reactant gases was simulated by using the volume of fluid (VOF) and pore-network model (PNM) techniques. In addition, the simulation results of liquid water transport in GDL were validated by analogous experiments to visualize the diffusion of fluid in porous media. Through this research, a procedure for simulating the material transport in deformed GDL has been developed; this will help in optimizing the clamping force of fuel cell stacks as well as in determining the design parameters of GDL, such as thickness and porosity.
