호스피스병동 입원 환자의 간호요구도와 간호만족도

목적: 본 연구는 호스피스병동 입원 환자의 간호요구도와 간호만족도를 확인하여 궁극적으로는 호스피스 서비스의 질을 향상시키기 위한 기초자료를 제시하기 위해 실시되었다. 방법: 연구대상자는 S시에 소재한 2개 호스피스병동에 입원한 말기암환자 80명이다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 20.0을 이용하여서 기술통계, t-검정, ANOVA 및 Pearson correlation coefficient 등을 실시하였다. 결과: 호스피스병동 입원 환자의 간호요구도는 $3.58{\pm}0.31$점, 간호만족도는 $3.25{\pm}0.20$으로 간호요구도에 비해 간호만족도는 낮은 수준이었다. 대상자의 일반적 특성중 교육상태, 직업, 종교 및 기능 상태에 따라 호스피스 간호요구도에 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 성별과 치료비 부담자와 기능 상태에 따라 호스피스 간호만족도에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대상자의 간호요구도와 간호만족도는 양의 상관관계가 나타났다. 결론: 호스피스병동 입원 환자의 간호만족도는 간호요구도에 비해 낮은 수준으로 호스피스 서비스를 받는 환자의 서비스의 질을 높이기 위해서는 신체적, 심리/사회적, 영적 및 교육/의뢰 영역별로 구체적인 간호중재 방안이 마련되어야 한다. Purpose: This study was conducted to explore the nursing needs and satisfaction of patients who are hospitalized at hospice palliative care institutions. Methods: This study included 80 hospice patients who were in-patients of the hospice department of two general hospitals in S city. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficients using the IBM SPSS 20.0 program. Results: The mean score of nursing needs and satisfaction were 3.58 (${\pm}0.31$) and 3.25 (${\pm}0.20$) respectively. Significant differences in hospice nursing needs and satisfaction were observed in terms of general characteristics including gender, education level, occupation, religion, support for medical expense and functional status. Significant positive correlation was found between the overall nursing needs and nursing satisfaction. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, in order to improve the quality of hospice service, further study is necessary in a comprehensive manner to develop nursing intervention to meet physical, psychological/social, spiritual, and educational/referral nursing needs of hospice in-patients.

Objectives: The Purpose of this study is to report the effects of Korean medical treatment on patient of peroneal neuropathy caused by sitting cross-legged. Methods: The patient diagnosed as peroneal neuropathy was treated by Acupuncture, Bee Venom therapy, Herbal medicine. To evaluate the effects of Korean treatment, we used Range of Motion(ROM) of Ankle, Visual Analog Scale(VAS), Numeric Rating Scale(NRS), Ankle-Hind-foot Scale(AHS), Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging(DITI). Results: After treatment, ROM of Ankle, VAS, NRS, AHS were improved. Temperature Difference(${\Delta}T$) was decreased on DITI. Conclusions: This study suggests that Korean medical treatment might be effective on sitting cross-legged patient diagnosed as Peroneal Neuropathy.

영화 “Sex & the City"의 의상 디자인 발상에 관한 연구-여자 주인공 4명을 중심으로(캐리, 사만다, 샬롯, 미란다)-

본 논문은 미국 대중문화에 한 획을 그었으며 전 세계에 미국 드라마 열풍을 불러온 최초의 작품이자 다양한 패션을 보여주면서 많은 유행을 창조한 인기 드라마 < Sex & the City >를 영화화한 작품 `Sex & the City`에 나타난 의상을 분석하고 4명의 여자 주인공의 영화의상을 디자인한 것이다. 연구 방법은 문헌 자료와 잡지를 중심으로 문헌 연구를 하였으며 영상자료, 인터넷을 통해 정보를 검색하였다. 연구 내용으로는 먼저 영화의상의 정의와 기능을 고찰하였다. 영화의 배경인 뉴욕의 2008 S/S와 F/W 유행 경향을 분석하고, 뉴욕의 유행을 선도하는 디자이너들의 대표적인 디자인에 대하여 고찰하였으며, 영화의 배경과 줄거리, 등장인물의 성격과 영화 속 여자 주인공 4명의 의상을 분석하였다. 마지막으로는 드라마에 비하여 영화 속 의상에는 각각의 등장인물의 성격과 개성이 뚜렷하지 않은 점을 보완하고자 영화의 배경이 된 뉴욕의 2008년 유행 경향을 고려하여 등장인물의 성격과 개성, 직업 등을 뚜렷이 나타내 줄 수 있는 영화의상을 디자인·제작 하였다. 각 등장인물의 영화의상 디자인의 특징 중 첫째 캐리의 의상은 프리랜서답게 자유스러우면서도 뉴욕의 세련됨과 화려함을 가미하여 4명중 가장 트렌디하게 디자인하였고 둘째 사만다의 의상은 그녀의 섹시함을 강조하여 그녀만의 정열적인 성격을 나타내는 것에 중점을 두었다. 셋째 샬롯의 의상은 그녀의 여성스러운 매력을 잘 표현할 수 있는 단아하고 우아한 패션 스타일로 고급스럽고 여성스러운 느낌을 나타내는 데에 중점을 두어 디자인 하였고 넷째 미란다는 변호사라는 직업을 염두에 두어 의상을 지적이고 세련되게 디자인 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 영화에 있어서 영화의상은 영화의 분위기를 좌우할 뿐 아니라 등장인물에 대한 표현 수단이며 많은 유행을 창조한다는 것을 인식하였다. 또한 영화를 분석함과 동시에 등장인물들의 삶의 배경인 뉴욕의 트렌드를 연구하여 그에 따른 의상을 강조함으로써 영화의상 디자인의 새로운 방향을 제시하였다. This study analyses costumes in the film, "Sex & the City," which is adapted from one of the best hit American dramas also titled as "Sex and the City." This drama had a significant impact on American popular culture revealing a variety of fashion styles, including significant costume presence of the four main actresses. A bibliographical research was carried out based on bibliographical data and magazines, and also through photographic data and Internet sites. This study is also to examine the definition and the function of movie costumes. The function of a film was categorized into symbolic and fashion creations, and movie costumes into comedy, music and science fiction costumes as well as costumes periodically. In addition, the fashion trends of spring, summer, fall and winter in 2008 were analyzed as well as representative designs of leading designers in New York, plot and background of the movie, personalities and costumes of the four actresses in the film, "Sex and the City." Finally, to overcome unclear representation of actresses` personalities and characteristics in the movie, this study designed and produced costumes based on the fashion trend of New York in 2008 that can reinterpret the qualities of the actresses. Firstly, of all the characters` costumes, Carry`s outfits are of a free style design, characteristic of a freelancer, further imbued with New York`s sophistication and color. Carry therefore is seen as the trendiest of the four characters. Secondly, Samanda`s costume represents her sexuality and focuses on presenting her own passionate character. Next, Charlotte`s costume features an elegant and graceful fashion style, which illustrates well her feminine charm, with a focus on luxury and femininity. Lastly, Miranda`s costume style represents an intellectual and sophisticated design, with consideration given to her profession as a lawyer. Through this study, the significance of costumes in a film was revealed as they not only portray the mood of the film but also contribute to creation of many trends. Costumes work as representing characters and through looking into the New York fashion trend and putting an emphasis on the importance of clothing, movie costumes provide a comprehensive view as they lead to a potential growth of film costume design.

정부정책과 산림벌채의 관계: 동태적 최적화 접근법을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 다음의 질문들에 대한 해답을 찾는 것이다: (i) 세금정책이 없는 경우에, 산림벌채율은 증가하는가?; (ii) 해외 산림자산에 대한 기회비용은 산림벌채율에 영향을 주는가?; (iii) 세금정책은 산림벌채율에 영향을 주는가? 본 연구는 동태적 최적화를 이용하여, 다음과 같은 결과를 보여준다. 첫째, 세금정책이 없는 경우에도, 산림벌채율은 시간이 지날수록 증가할 수 있다. 둘째, 이자율의 증가(해외 산림자산에 대한 기회비용)는 산림벌채율을 증가시킨다. 셋째, 세율의 증가 역시 산림벌채율을 증가시킨다. This paper is to answer the following three questions: (i) does the rate of deforesation increase without a tax?; (ii) do opportunity costs of holding on to forest assets from abroad affect the rate of deforesation at home?; and (iii) does the tax affect the rate of deforestation? By using a dynamic optimization approach, our answers are as follows. First, without the tax, households may increase deforestation over time. Second, the increase in the interest rate incurs the depletion path of forestlands from the future to present. Third, the tax also increases the current deforestation rate. In conclusion, we suggest that the effect of increasing tax rate is similar to that of increasing interest rate.

언론의 정치 성향과 프레임

이 논문은 언론의 정치적 성향에 따라 특정 사건에 대한 보도 프레임이 어떻게 다르게 나타나는지를 실증적으로 분석해 보았다. 지난 2006년 비슷한 시기에 여당과 야당의 정치인이 도덕적으로 물의를 일으킨 사건, 즉 이해찬 골프 사건과 최연희 성추행 사건에 대해 각기 정치 성향을 달리하는 『조선일보』와 『한겨레』의 보도 및 의견 기사를 대상으로 엔트만(Entman, 1993)의 분석틀을 사용해 프레임을 분석하였다. 먼저 이해찬 골프 사건 기사에 대해서 『조선일보』는 이를 정치문제화하는 프레임을 사용하고 있는 반면 『한겨레』는 탈정치화 프레임을 사용하였다. 사건의 원인에 대해서는 『조선일보』가 로비 골프로 규정하는 프레임을 사용해 진단하였다. 또한 『조선일보』가 부도덕성 프레임을 사용한 반면 『한겨레』는 인간적 실수로 규정하였다. 해결책으로는 『조선일보』가 이해찬의 사퇴를 주장한 프레임을 사용하였다. 최연희 성추행 사건에 대해서는 『한겨레』가 이 사건을 정치적 문제로 규정하였고 『조선일보』는 반대로 개인적인 차원의 문제로 돌리는 보도태도를 보여주었다. 사건의 원인에 대해서 『한겨레』는 가해자 개인이 문제라고 보도하였으나 『조선일보』는 사회책임 프레임을 사용하였다. 도덕적 평가는 『한겨레』가 부도덕성을 강조한 반면 『조선일보』는 인간적 실수로 규정하였다. 해결책으로는 『한겨레』가 최연희의 사퇴를 주장하는 프레임을 사용한 것으로 분석되었다. 이처럼 두 신문은 비슷한 성격의 사건에 대해서 자사의 정치 성향에 따라 매우 대조적인 프레임을 사용한 것으로 나타났다. This study is a comparative analysis of news frames between Chosunilbo and Hankyereh which have shown contrastive political attitude. The coverage of two political scandal, the Prime Minister Lee Haechan's golf happening and an Assemblyman of opposition party Choi Yeonhee's sexual harassment were analysed. The two political scandals were occurred one after the other and had some similarities. But two newspapers showed very contrastive frame on the two political scandals. On the Prime Minister Lee's scandal Chosunilbo showed politicizing frame, lobby golf frame, immorality frame, resignation frame. In contrast Hankyereh used depoliticization frame and human error frame. On the Assemblyman Choi's scandal Hankyereh showed politicizing frame, personal responsibility frame, immorality frame, resignation frame. But Chosunilbo used social responsibility frame and human error frame. In conclusion two newspapers showed very contrastive coverage according to the respective political attitude.

Nerval의 문학추구에 있어서의 카인이즘

Devant le terrible destin qui l`accable, en particulier lors de ses crises, Nerval se re´volte contre Dieu et cherche a` surmonter les conditions humaines. Ainsi en s`identifiant a` Cai¨n, Nerval montre sa volonte´ de re-cre´ation du monde par la re´cupe´ration du pouvoir secret de Dieu. Ce cai¨nisme nervalien parai^t e^tre un des the`mes importants de ses oeuvres litte´raires. Mais le cai¨nisme nervalien se diffe´rencie visiblement d`avec le cai¨nisme de Byron malgre´ les influences de ce demier sur Nerval, et d`avec ceux des autres e´crivains du romantisme en France qui n`expriment que des re´voltes de´sespe´re´es, ou que de la pitie´ sur les anges ou sur les gens maudits. Allant plus loin, Nerval cherche a` harmoniser le cai¨nisme avec le prome´the´isme et le satanisme. Il de´veloppe ce the`me sur les le´gendes persanes et orientales et les mythes en y introduisant les recherches mystiques et alchimiques des diverses religions, et les recherches me´taphysiques. Par la voie litte´raire, Nerval s`attache a` retrouver son identite´ avant la se´paration du moi et de son double. Pour lui, retrouver son identite´, c`est acce´der a` l`absolu ou au pouvoir de Dieu. Donc il pense que Cai¨n et Abel ne sont pas des e^tres inde´pendants mais les signes ou les symboles des dualite´s d`un e^tre. En effet, la tentative litte´raire de Nerval rejoint la recherche alchimique par la voie de la Gnose et de la franc-mac¿onnerie. Dans la mesure ou` l`alchimie, c`est obtenir de l`or, symbole de l`absolu, de l`e´ternite´ et de la purete´ et aussi symbole de l`au-dela` de la dualite´ humaine, autrement dit de l`e´tat de supernaturalisme, Nerval s`attache a` obtenir l`immortalite´ par la recherche alchimique devant l`angoisse de la mort et de la se´paration. D`ailleurs, les e´tapes alchimiques la souffrance-la mort pourraient e^tre conside´re´es comme l`itine´raire de Cai¨n. Ainsi l`harmonisation de Cai¨n et de Prome´the´e chez Nerval serait la re-cre´ation alchimique avec le feu.
