To investigate the influence of characteristics of travel information website on purchase intention and controlling effect according to flow state, a survey was conducted to obtain college students`` use state of travel information website and flow condition of the website. The survey shows the following results: First, there was a significant gender difference especially in girls for website users`` characteristics. During the period that girls visit the website, the flow condition was relatively high. Second, ``interactivity``, ``convenience``, and ``sharing information`` were positively correlated in decreasing order with the purchase intention of travel products. Third, in the case of college students who are difficult to be affected by flow conditions, the characteristics of travel information website may play an important role in purchase intention especially for student groups with high flow conditions.
호텔 종사원의 스트레스가 감정고갈, 비인격화 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study aims to research on the relationship between role stresses, symptoms of burnout, and depersonalization and its impact on the customer orientation. Using data from hotel frontline employees of Seoul in Korea, it seeks to investigate the mediating effects of burnout symptoms and depersonalization to the relationships between role stressors and customer orientation. Data was analyzed using structural equations modeling (SEM) by of AMOS 18.0. The research advances understanding of the relationships between role stressors, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization as a situational personality trait and the FLE customer orientation in five star hotel environment. The findings highlight the value of burnout and depersonalization, and suggest a number of practical implications for the identification, recruitment and retention of hotel employees.
