        공작기계의 주축의 분해 없이 작업현장에서 직접 가공할 수 있는 전용 연삭기 개발을 위하여 고주파 주축 연마부와 이를 이송하기 위한 이송부를 설계하였다. 본 연구의 개발을 통하여 공작기계 보정 및 수리시간 절약으로 설비의 유휴시간을 단축시킴으로써 설비생산성의 향상 효과를 가져올 것으로 사료되며, 지속적인 공작기계의 정도를 유지 가능하므로 고정밀도의 가공이 가능하다. 외국기술에 의존하던 국내 연삭기 관련 업게의 독자적인 기술의 개발로 기술력 확보와 관련 산업의 발전에 기여할 것이다. Use high definition abrader and practicing is practicing method after disjoint main shaft disjointing headstock of machine tool to grind now main shaft of machine tool but this method has several controversial points. This research does not disjoint damaged main shaft of machine tool to solve these problem, and develop spindle exclusive use grinder that can grind main shaft damaged directly attaching exclusive use grinder to bed of machine tool on the spot.

        In this investigation, we evaluated diagnoses of a defect concerning coating of land-base gas turbine using infrared thermography camera. In this camera method has a strong point which is able to save time and costs compared with former method. Because it can be long field acquire temperature distribution by using non-contact method. But it has a week point that method applies thermal load about inspection sample. Presently, Method used widely in detection of crack is ultrasonic inspection. But this method, There is problem in application in place that uneven surface. In order to check cracks on a blade coating of a gas turbine, a part with cracks in a waste blade disposed after having been used in the field was extracted to produce a sample. So we apply the method by a infrared thermography camerato the produced sample, the sample was heated by means of a halogen lamp. In this paper, we want to describe production of land-base turbine sample, a method of applying thermal load at produced sample, infrared thermography camera technique, an analysis technique of thermography, a defect analysis of coating of land-base gas turbine blades.

      • 공작기계의 주축 전용 내경 연삭기 개발

        공작기계의 주축의 분해 없이 작업현장에서 직접 가공할 수 있는 전용 연삭기 개발을 위하여 1차적인 설계에 따라 가공하고 연마가동부를 제작하였으나 연마를 위해 고속회전하며 직선운동할 때 진동이 발생하였다. 또한 고주파 스핀들의 회전에 따른 힘이 예상보다 강하여 각도 조절장치의 설계에 있어서도 설계변경이 불가피하였다. 이를 보완하여 2차 설계를 한 후 다시 연마가동부를 제작하면서 대두된 문제로서 정확한 연삭데이터를 얻기 위해서는 직선운동과 회전운동부의 제어에 의한 데이터 도출이 필요하다고 판단되어 필요한 부분을 외주 처리하여 추진하고 있다. 본 연구의 개발을 통하여 공작기계 보정 및 수리시간 절약으로 설비의 유휴시간을 단축시킴으로써 설비생산성의 향상 효과를 가져올 것으로 사료되며, 지속적인 공작기계의 정도를 유지 가능하므로 고정밀도의 가공이 가능하다. 외국기술에 의존하던 국내 연삭기 관련 업게의 독자적인 기술의 개발로 기술력 확보와 관련 산업의 발전에 기여할 것이다.         After Industrial Revolution, energy has been recognized as an important factor which enhances the motive power for industry in the industrial society. However, recently the excessive consumption of energy pursuant to the rapid expansion of industry created serious problems of the exhaustion of fossil fuels as well as unusual change in the weather due to the mass discharge of carbon dioxide. We can say that after all these proposal will boil down to the development of New & Renewable energy. The most suitable source of energy for this required change is solar energy. The advantages of solar energy are that it is renewable, infinite supplied and environmentally safe energysource, and the method of energy supply is in small scale and is decentralized. However, solar energy related products have the problems such as the limitation for installation, problems in maintenance and insufficient reliability, which have been the barrier to consumers to satisfy the purchase need for solar heat related products. In this research will perform thermodynamic analysis through the application of infrared ray thermal imaging camera and will discuss about the applicability of solar energy system and other fields as well.

      • 적외선 카메라를 이용한 용접부 안전성 평가에 관한 연구

        RT and UT are largely used as a non-destructive assessment of welding defects. RT shows difficulty in radioactive exposure and real-time detection. UT shows difficulty in quantitative detection of defects, and examination of a wide area in a short time. In order to settle the aforementioned disadvantages, many researchers try to find solution. In this paper, we apply a new examination method to verify the effectiveness in order to supplement the disadvantages of UT and RT, the existing non-destructive methods. The new method proposed in this paper is to use a difference in heat conductivity. If there is a discontinuous part, that is an internal defect, there is a difference in heat conductivity. Using this fact, it is possible to check the existence of an internal defect due to a temperature difference on the part with a defect and the part without a defect when the welded part is heated. The temperature difference on the surface indicated by the difference in heat conductivity can be checked for a wide area within a short time, by means of a thermal image camera thereby to settle the disadvantage of the conventional non-destructive inspection methods. The thermal image method, however, has a disadvantage in that thermal load must be given to the tested sample and it is difficult to quantify measured data. In order to overcome this disadvantage, we will describe preliminary test and the like for applying thermal load on the tested sample including a welding defect, photographing images by means of a thermal image camera, analyzing thermal images, and analyzing welding defects.

      • Lamb파를 이용한 레이저 용접부의 비접촉 비파괴 검사

        This paper aims to study that the defect exploration method to specimen's thickness, using an characteristic of an ultrasonic wave generating in ablation area and thermo elasticity area, has been applied to using a way of receiving it by Air-Coupled Transducer and transmitting it by an ultrasonic wave and a way of noncontact receiving and transmitting ultrasonic wave using a laser. The longitudinal, transverse waves have been used in 60㎜ thickness specimen and Lamb wave in 3㎜ to run artificial defect detection test. In this way, the usefulness of noncontact laser ultrasonic wave has been verified To confirm the possibility of implementation on natural defect existing at real welding part, thickness in 3㎜ SM45C and STS304 artificial defect specimen has been made and defect detection test using Lamb wave has been executed. Detected signal by signal treatment has been expressed in visual not RF signal. By doing so the convenience of defect detection has been attempted and the effectiveness of defect signal visualization using Lamb wave has been confirmed compare with defect image through SAT.

      • Pulsed Thermography를 이용한 고무 접착력 비파괴 평가

        The Infrared Camera usually detects only Infrared waves emitted from the light in order to illustrate the temperature distribution. An Infrared diagnosis system can be applied to various fields. But the defect discrimination can be automatic or mechanized in the shoes total inspection system. The thermal images of the specimens were analyzed. In shoes, weak bonding due to the separation of the bonded parts delamination causes defects. The most serious defect occurs in the bonding between the outer covering of the shoe and the sole, and to up now, this defect has been detected only by inspection with the naked eye. This study introduces a method for special shoes nondestructive total inspection. Performance of the proposed method is shown through thermo-Image. In search of superior inspection methods, we evaluated an applicable non-destructive inspection method and also carried out basic research for developing an innovative nondestructive inspection system for shoes. The total inspection system using infrared thermal camera for special shoes, its applicability, and system configuration are introduced.
