      • 프레스 취출용 공압 자동화 기기의 개발에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서 개발된 기기는 작업공간을 최대로 이용함으로서 공간의 효율성을 높이기 위해 프레스 기기의 뒷부분에 장착하였으며 탈착과 흡착작업이 동시에 일직선상에서 이루어지게 하여 작업시간 및 작업효율성을 극대화 하였다. 그리고 작업물을 탈착 및 흡착해줄 진공 흡착 밴드는 흡착기가 좌우 및 전후로의 변화가 가능해 일반적인 금형의 형태는 물론 다양한 형태의 작업물에도 적용이 가능한 범용의 흡/탈작기를 개발하였다. 본 기기는 PLC(Programable Logic Controller)를 이용하여 액츄에이터로부터 출력되는 데이터를 각각의 엔코더와 리드스위치 및 근접스위치로부터 입력받아 미리 설정된 프로그램의 시퀀스제어에 의해 각각의 서보 드라이브를 통한 AC모터의 구동으로 좌우/직선위치 및 속도를 제어하였고 전자밸브를 통한 에어실린더의 작동으로 상하/직선위치 및 속도를 제어하였다. 또한 전자밸드와 진공이젝터를 이용하여 진공흡착기에 진공상태에 따라서 작업물의 흡/탈착을 가능하도록 하였다. 마지막으로 이렇게 개발된 기기의 안정성 및 효율성 검증을 위해 흡/탈착기 자동화 시스템의 실제적인 제어위치 및 속도 등을 레이저 측정장비와 측정용 소프트웨어를 이용하여 반복위치결정 및 속도특성실험을 실시한 결과에 의하여 프레스취출용 공업 자동화 시스템 유효성을 검증하였다. This study is aimed at making the small sized automatic machine for handling material that is designed to do two different types of work at the same time, to save the processing time for products as an automatic system of press process which can load and unload workpiece with press mould. To utilize the narrow work space, this machine has a compact structure that can be set up between press body and press frame, and can be applied to the various workpiece, is recognized as an important part of constructing FA(Factory Automtion). And through the characteristic test of the motor controlling by the data acquistion system, the stability and the best condition of this machine was evaluated. From this experiment with optimal motion speed on load 5kgf, we can obtain the horizontal positioning accuracy of ?0.2 mm and the vertical positioning accuracy of ?0.2. We can also make sure its stability and accuracy through this test.

      • 태아용 ECMO 시스템 개발

        태아를 자궁외에서 인공양수로 충만한 Chamber에 넣고 막형산화기와 체외순환용 회로를 제대동정맥에 연결함으로서 염소태아의 자궁외 생존 모델을 수립하였다. 염소태아의 자궁외 최장 생존시간은 48시간이었으며, 염소태아의 자궁외 생존을 위한 혈류역학적, 혈액화학적 기초자료를 분석하였다. 태아의 자궁외 생존에 필요한 ECMO 순환 혈류량은 223±15.2㎖/min이었으며 태아생존률 및 태아생존시간에 체온, 마취시간, 태아체중 및 수술 숙련도등이 관계가 있었다. 인공양수를 채운 인공자궁 Chamber와 펌프, 막형산화기, 회로등이 연결된 인공 자궁태반의 프로토 타입을 고안 개발함으로서 동물모델에 의한 추가적인 연구를 가능하게 하였고, 합병증의 연구 및 태아영양공급과 발육문제등을 보완연구함으로서 인간에게 인공자궁태반이 실현될 수 있는 기반연구를 수행하였다. The ECMO system using umbilical cord and membrane type oxygenator which was connected with extracorporeal circulation unit was studied for the development of fetus growth model for goat. Maximum survival time of goat fetus was 48hour and its basic data of blood blow dynamics and chemical compositions were analyzed. Average blood rate required for the extracorporeal circulation was 223±15.2 ㎖/min and survival rate and survival time of fetus was deeply related to body temperature, total anesthetized time, fetus weight and skill for the surgery. The newly developed ECMO model for fetus corrected the problem of previously used ECMO that high pressure pump directly delivered to that fetal heart by installing reservoir bag. By applying the result from this new ECMO model. Further reserach will help to apply the system to human.

      • Determination of Member Force Ratios for Self-equilibrium State of Multi-Layered Cable Dome Type Structures

        For each cable component in a cable dome structure, pre-tension is needed for stability of whole the structure. The summation of these pre-tension at each joint should be zero to achieve the self equilibrium structure. The first step in cable dome structure analysis is to find the ratio of pre-tension in each member which can produce a stable and structure on self-equilibrium. In this paper, a new method based on the basic principle of closed force polygon for equilibrium system is proposed for the determination of self-equilibrium mode of cable dome structure. A single layer cable dome and two multi layer type domes have been analyzed. The ratios of cable members are determined by the presented method, and check the validation of the results by numerical calculation.

        A six degrees-of-freedom(dof) mechanism is introduced to drive an object(or a table) precisely in directions of X, Y and Z-axes and around them; three rectangualr linear motion and three rotary ones. The study is to establish the six-degrees of freedom fine motion mechanism, which has the following characteristics: (1) each of the six one-dof motion has the same control characteristics as the other, (2) each one-dof motion does not interfere with the other. An experimental mechanism is introduced in which a 70×70×70(㎣) cube object is driven by six PZT actuator.

        미소결함의 형상인식을 위한 디지털 신호처리 적용에 관한 연구

        In this study, the classified researches the artificial and natural flaws in welding pails are performed using the pattern recognition technology. For this purpose the signal pattern recognition package including the user defined function was developed and the total procedure including the digital signal processing, feature extraction, feature selection and classifi-er selection is treated by bulk. Specially it is composed with and discussed using the statistical classifier such as the linear discriminant function the empirical Bayesian classifier. Also, the pattern recognition technology is applied to classifica-tion problem of natural flaw(i.e multiple classification problem - crack, lack of penetration, lack of fusion, porosity, and slag inclusion, the planar and volumetric flaw classification problem). According to this results, it is possible to acquire the recognition rate of 83% above even through it is different a little according to domain extracting the feature and the classifier.

        토치 회전식 자동용접 시스템의 용접공정변수 최적선정

        The purpose of this welding process of the exclusive welding-machine using welding torch-rotation type is to develop a mechanism which can solve the problem of twisting of welding wires and cables. The technique was developed by revising the revising the torch position and smooth controling of both the normal and reverse rotation. Some of the advantages of using the torch-rotation type apply to the work-rotation technique are the practical uses of increased work space and link work with the factory automation system. Do apply the welding process, I designed and made a special unit so called torch part in order to solve the problems of kinematical. And I made a control panel which can manipulate the progress of the entire process at the work shop. Even if it will be applied to another kind of axle casing's welding work, this process can be utilized if other sizes of the fixed pin and work part is produced and changed. The development of this exclusive welding-machine could reduce the manpower of skilled welding labor and increase productivity and better quality product in comparison to the handmade product.
