        주요 건설폐기물의 재활용 저해요인 도출을 통한 현장 건설폐기물 처리 프로세스 개선 방안

        On account of increasing interest of substantiality in these day, it is needed to make an effort to establish an environmentally sustainable production system for the construction works. Although practical affairs and researches are in progress to reduce and recycle construction wastes, as a result of a research, there are still obstructive factors on waste reduction and recycling which they don't interact efficiently between waste disposal process of the construction area and waste disposal company. As a plan to revitalize reduction and recycling of construction wastes, this research focuses on finding obstructive factors and giving solutions to reduce and recycle construction wastes which comes from construction process and construction industries. To meet the needs of the research, firstly relatively significant construction wastes (concrete, soil, brick, block, asphalt, plastic, lumber) were identified. On site level interviews with management of disposal companies and construction sites were conducted as well, focusing on typical waste disposal process. Throughout this interviews, obstructive factors were conducted. A result of the research, the authors suggest an improved approach on disposal and recycling for construction waste by prioritizing the identified factors and ranking the importance level of each factor. And, by identifying factors obstructing reduction and recycle of construction wastes, this research suggests improved disposal process of construction waste. 최근 국내외적으로 친환경에 대한 국제적인 관심이 증가됨에 따라, 건설 산업 측면에서도 친환경적인 생산시스템 구축을 위한 노력이 요구되고 있다. 이에 부응하기 인해 건설폐기물 재활용과 관련하여 다양한 실무와 연구가 진행되고 있지만, 현장조사결과 '건설현장'과 '폐기물 처리업체'에서 수행하고 있는 폐기물 처리과정 및 처리방안이 상호 효과적으로 지원하고 있지 못하여 폐기물 재활용 저해요소로서 작용하고있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설폐기물의 재활용을 활성화시키는 방안으로써, '건설현장'과 '폐기물 처리업체'의 건설폐기물 처리과정에서 폐기물 재활용을 저해하는 요인을 도출하고, 이를 기반으로 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 연구목표를 달성하기 위해, 먼저 광범위한 문헌조사를 통해 대표적인 건설폐기물 종류(폐 콘크리트, 폐 아스팔트, 폐 토사, 폐 벽돌, 폐 합성수지, 폐 목재)를 선정하였고, '건설현장'과 '폐기물 처리 업체'를 대상으로 전문가 면담을 실시하여, 이들 개별 폐기물의 처리과정 조사를 통해서 폐기물 재활용 저해요인을 조사하였다. 또한, 전문가 면담 결과로 파악된 폐기물 재활용 저해요인을 설문조사를 통해 중요도 및 우선순위를 파악하였다. 이를 기반으로 현행 건설폐기물 처리 프로세스를 개선함으로써, 재활용 효율화 방안을 제시하였다.

        전철 피뢰기를 이용한 전력선 통신 데이터 전송 특성

        Power line communication(PLC) is a kind of communication technology, was made use of controling a frequency narrow band, but as the PLC technology developing, in the near future get to the commercial step that is broadband PLC upto 30 ㎒. This paper deals with the PLC of electric railway using capacitive signal coupler. An AC arrester for catenary is used as a capacitive signal coupler, has the characteristic of capacitor. As a result of field test, a messenger wire used PLC contain much of conducted noise about overall frequency band and also signal attenuation rate increased with increasing frequency between two points. and the communication speed of PLC used messenger wire is 793kbps at a distance of 40m. Experimental results show the possibility of PLC using a messenger wire and an AC arrester for catenary at electric railway.

        전원외란 시뮬레이터를 이용한 고속전철 이선현상 과도 특성 연구

        In this study, the dynamic characteristic of a contact wire and pantograph suppling electrical power to high-speed trains are investigated from an electrical response point of view. To analysis power line disturbance by induced contact loss phenomenon for high speed operation, a hardware Simulator which considered contact loss between contact wire and the pantograph as well as contact wire deviation is developed. It is confirmed that a contact wire and pantograph model are necessary for studying the dynamic behavior of the pantograph system. One of the most important needs accompanied by increasing the speed of high-speed train is reduced that an arc phenomenon by loss of contact brings out EMI. In case of a high-speed train using electrical power, as comparison with diesel rolling stock, PLD(Power Line Disturbance) such as harmonic, transient voltage and current, EMI(Electromagnetic Interference), dummy signal injection etc usually occurs. Throughout experiment, it is verified that an arc phenomenon is brought out for simulator operation and consequently conducted noise is flowed in electric circuit by power line disturbance.

        전기철도 전력시설 진단용 원격진단시스템 구축을 위한 네트워크 설계

        This paper is described that advanced study on network design of remote diagnosis system for power facilities of electric railway. In the field, it is very difficult for worker to diagnosis power facilities including catenary because workers should be maintenance on AC power supply. Therefore, to properly design on remote diagnosis system, we have searched the inside and outside of the country-related technology trends. Also we confirmed that required technologies to design interface technology required for the development of sensor devices and the USN network was designed in accordance with required skills. Throughout variety of requirements, we have development iRFS based ZA sensors and iRFM to receive data of sensor. Also CC2420 is applied as single-chip which used 2.4㎓ IEEE802.15.4 compliant RF tranciver designed for low-power and low-voltage wireless applications for ZigBee communication.

        철도차량내의 전력변환장치 출력전원 분석을 통한 스위칭 기법 추정

        This paper presents the estimation on switching technique via output power source analysis of power conversion unit in electric railway vehicle. The focus of this study suggested an alternative on critical problems by using head electric power(HEP). To achieve this, we have measured output power of HEP, and measurement devices set up at output of transformer connected HEP to analysis quality on output power source of head electric power(HEP) unit in electric railway vehicle. Using results of measurement of it, parameters are assumed for simulation to confirm estimation on switching technique. It is confirmed that switching technique is Selected Harmonic Elimination PWM(SHEPWM) and inverter switching frequency is less than 500[㎐]. Throughout experiment and simulation, it is estimated that switching technique used HEP is advanced SHEPWM and switching frequency is about 300[㎐]. Also leakage inductance in transformer is about 180[μH] less than 365[μH] known.

        This paper studied about analysis techniques for LCC estimation by high speed railway vehicle (KTX) propulsion control system(Motor Block) localization development. Recently, it is studying steadily cost reduction through research that wish to forecast life cycle cost(LCC) along with the RAMS for system. Analysis techniques for LCC estimation to base to RAMS examined that exist variously, and confirmed on another thing system example that analysis techniques that applies according to system model is different. Through this, we proposed applicable analysis techniques for LCC estimation to do localization on propulsion control system(Motor Block) of high speed railway vehicle(KTX). Hereafter, we are to present ways of LCC's forecast and to reduce costs which are able to work propulsion control system through an analysis technique proposed.

        흉벽내 결핵 (tuberculosis of the chest wall)은 흔하지 않은 질환으로 근골격계를 침범하는 결핵의 1~5%정도를 차지하는 질환이다. 흉벽내 결핵은 주로 CT 및 임상증상 및 조직검사를 통하여 진단되는 경우가 많으며 AFB microscopy로 진단되는 경우도 있었으나 흔하지 않다. 흉벽농약에서 검사한 AFB microscopy를 통해 진단하였으며 관을 통해 배액술 및 항생제 병합 치료 후 호전된 1예가 있어 보고한다. Primary tuberculosis of the chest wall is rare and clinical features resemble pyogenic abscess or tumor. Thus, the distinction of them can be difficult. Although it has been known that chest wall tuberculosis is usually presented with a painful mass that is frequently cystic, doughy, or soft and may fluctuate on physical examination, cold abscess, meaning swelling without inflammation, is one of the characteristics of the chest wall tuberculosis. Tuberculous cold abscesses of the chest wall are infrequently encountered and reportedly represent less than 10% of all skeletal tuberculosis cases. The presentation of cold abscesses is a progressively enlarging mass with or without destruction of the underlying bone or cartilage, and the consistency of the mass may be soft or firm. Some reports have demonstrated that chest wall tuberculosis occurs by one of three mechanisms of spread: (1) direct extension from the underlying pleural or pulmonary parenchymal disease, (2) hematogenous dissemination that is associated with the activation of a dormant tuberculous focus, and (3) direct extension from lymphadenitis of the chest wall. The diagnosis of chest wall tuberculosis is made by bacteriologic examinations for detecting acid-fast bacilli, polymerase chain reaction, or culture of aspiration specimens or postoperative specimens. Although recent trend of treatment of chest wall tuberculosis is combination therapy, surgical excision, and postoperative antituberculous chemotherapy, but there has no general consensus about the treatment of chest wall tuberculosis. Here, we report a case of chest wall tuberculosis treated successfully with abscess drainage and antituberculous chemotherapy.

        고속철도차량(KTX-1) 추진제어장치의 유지보수정보를 이용한 수명주기비용 예측

        This paper estimates the life cycle cost(LCC) of a propulsion control system using the maintenance information in the high speed train(KTX-1). Life cycle costing is one of the most effective approaches for the cost analysis of long-life systems such as the KTX-1. Until now, most life cycle cost of the system has been studied as a whole system viewpoint. But in case of railway industry, LCC studies are needed on the subsystem like a propulsion control system because subsystems are developed continuously localization. This paper proposes the life cycle cost model which fitted to estimate life cycle cost (LCC) using maintenance information manual. As a result, LCC on propulsion control system increased moderately expect for periodical time when major parts are replaced at the same time. Results will be reflected in the development of domestic products.
