        스포츠댄스가 남ㆍ여 고령인의 신체조성 및 생리적 변인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to body composition, physical fitness and physical varience investigate the change after 12 weeks of Jive dance sports program in older persons. The subject were consisted of male (n=15) and female (n=19). Jive dance sports program was performed for THR 50-60% (heart rate 80-125beats/min)intensity, 50 minute a day, 2 days a week. aThe data analysis independent t-test in comparsion with male and female, and paired t-test in comparsion with pre and post. The result for this study was drawn. 1. The female group were significantly decreased in Body weight and BMI(p<.05). 2. The female group were significantly increased in body trunk flexion(p<.05). 3. The male and female groups were significantly decreased in TC(p<.05), 4. The male and female groups were significantly decreased in LDL-C of pre than post(p<.05). 5. The female group were significantly in GOT of post than pre(p<.05).6. The male and female groups were significantly in GPT of post than pre(p<.05). The result of this study showed that 12 weeks of Jive dance sports program were significantly improved the body composition, physical fitness, and physical varience in women group. and men groups were significantly improved Blood varience.

        요가 수련이 여성 고령자의 혈중 지질과 TNF-α, IL-6, CRP에 미치는 영향

        Chronic disease has been strongly correlated with inflammation resulting from the body`s release of inflammatory cytokines as a result of injury or infection. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of yoga programme on serum lipid profile and adipocytokines of the elderly. The subjects were randomly assigned into the exercise group (n=20), and the control group (n=20). Exercise was performed 3 times per week for 12 weeks. Circulating levels of lipids, leptin, tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and C-reactive protein (CRP) were measured. The analyses represented that total cholesterol and atherogenic index were significantly decreased after yoga programme at the exercise group(p<.05). Leptin decreased by the exercise(p<.05), whereas TNF, IL-6, and CRP were not significantly changed. These findings suggest that a 12-week yoga training programme improved lipid profile and decreased leptin, the exercise regime did not has a significant effect on these inflammatory biomarkers. Additional studies are needed to assess the effects of different modes and intension of yoga exercise on inflammation.

      • 대학 축구 선수의 각근력 지구력 조사 분석

        This study was aimed to investigate the muscular functions such as peak torque, leg muscular endurance, ratio of muscular endurance, ratio of muscular strength, ratio of muscular deficit in left and right leg caused by extension and flexion at 60°/sec, 180°/sec and 240°/sec Cybex 340 exercise velocity, 10 male soccer player were selected out of the D University team. The results were as follows: 1. In maximal power efficiency, the mean torques of leg flexion were 138.0±20.20Nm, 104.4±14.07Nm, and 89.5±16.52Nm in left leg and 141.2±19.23Nm, 108.9±18.23Nm, and 88.6±14.43Nm in right leg. The mean torques of leg extension were 154.9±26.49Nm, 145.9±18.24Nm and 111.4±17.41Nm in left leg and 150.2±33.71Nm, 143.6±20.78Nm, and 113.7±16.23Nm in right leg. And there was no significant difference between left and right leg. 2. The mean torques of total work in muscular endurance were 2246.80J and 2718.04J at flexion and extension respectively in the left leg and 2317.50) and 2659.10) at flexion and extension respect 96ively in right leg. There was no significant difference. 3. The ratio of muscular endurance in left leg were 60.7% at flexion and 52.3% at extension and in right leg were 56.1% at flexion and 47.2% at extension. There was no significant difference. 4. The ratios of leg power (F/E ratio) at 60°/sec, 180°/sec and 240°/sec, the mean were 69.7%, 79.4% and 81.8% in left leg and 71.6%, 80.8% and 83.2% in right leg. These values were normal in view of common standard, but the values were abnormal in the view of elite plyer standard. 5. In deficit ratio of leg muscle at 60°/sec, 180°/sec and 240°/sec, the mean deficit ratio of results were-0.7%, -0.5% and -0.4% at flexion and 0.3%, 0.7% and -0.3% at extension. These values were all normal. 6. In order to guide and upbringing the leg power of soccer player systematically, the analysis of leg peak torque, leg muscular endurance, muscle endurance ratio, muscular strength ratio and muscular deficit ratio using cybex dynamometer are thought to be necessary. The trainer must utilize the profile based on this result into training. By this, the scientific efforts to protect exercise injuries and to seek efficient rehabilitation from injuries and leg power strengthening of soccer player using cybex dynamimeter.

        열전도 방정식을 위한 희소행렬 자료구조 구현 및 실험

        The heat conduction equation, a type of a Poisson equation which can be applied in various areas of engineering is calculating its value with the iteration method in general. The equation which had difference discretization of the heat conduction equation is the simultaneous equation, and each line has the characteristic of expressing in sparse matrix of the equivalent number of none-zero elements with neighboring grids. In this paper, we propose a data structure for sparse matrix that can calculate the value faster with less memory use calculate the heat conduction equation. To verify whether the proposed data structure efficiently calculates the value compared to the other sparse matrix representations, we apply the representative iteration method, CG (Conjugate Gradient), and presents experiment results of time consumed to get values, calculation time of each step and relevant time consumption ratio, and memory usage amount. The results of this experiment could be used to estimate main elements of calculating the value of the general heat conduction equation, such as time consumed, the memory usage amount.

        인적자원관리와 기업성과와의 관계에 있어 지식공유의 조절효과 분석

        최근의 기업환경은 지식정보화 사회로 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 이에 따라서 기업에서 지식근로자의 양성과 지식의 확산이 경쟁력 제고를 위한 주요 과제가 되고 있다. 조직에서 지식근로 자의 양성을 위해서는 인적자원관리 시스템이 중요한 역할을 하고, 종업원들 사이의 지식의 확산을 위해서는 지식공유가 중요한 조건이다. 즉 기업이 인적자원관리 시스템을 통하여 지식근로자를 양성하여 성과를 높이기 위해서는 지식공유가 중요한 상황요인이 될 것이다. 따라서 지식공유를 인적자원관리 시스템과 기업성과 사이의 조절변수로서 설정하였다. 지식집약 서비스 산업을 대상으로 한 회귀분석 결과 인적자원관리 시스템의 기업성과에의 영향에 대한 유의성은 입증되지 않았으나, 인적자원관리 시스템과 지식공유의 기업성과에의 상호작용 효과는 유의성 이 중명되었다. 따라서 지식집약 서비스 산업의 기업들은 지식근로자를 양성할 수 있는 인적자원관리 시스템과 함께 종업원들의 지식공유를 확산시킬 수 있는 방안을 동시에 고려하여야 할 것이다. Recently, company's environment is rapidly proceeding to knowledge information society. According to this trend, knowledge worker cultivation has become important task in the knowledge intensive service industrial organizations. Human resource management system in the organization can playa important role in cultivating knowledge workers. HRM practices dimensions appropriate for knowledge worker cultivation are selection, training, performance appraisal, incentive compensation, team work organization, information sharing. These practices can be categorized with three components of skill formation, motivation, employee participation opportunity. Firms have to induce organizational knowledge expansion as they cultivate knowledge worker through human resource management system and they enhance organizational member's knowledge sharing. Regression analysis results from only HRM system in knowledge intensive service industry firms were not significantly related to corporate performance. But our findings show that HRM systems aligned with knowledge sharing can positively influence corporate performance. Knowledge sharing moderates the relationship between HRM systems and corporate performance. Accordingly, knowledge intensive service industrial firms must consider concurrently HRM and knowledge sharing for the corporate performance.

        여중생의 신체 발육 및 체력과 체지방에 관한 연구

        The development of this study was to compare the relationship between physical characteristics, physical fitness and %body. fat use the data from senior students at a girl`s junior high school in 1994 and in 1997. The subjects of this study were junior high school girl`s in kyung pock and were composed of 30 persons in 1994 and 30 in 1997. Their heights, weights, record on the physical fitness and %body fat were measurded. The result of this study as follows: 1. Analysis of t-test revealed that there was a significant difference in height between two groups (p$lt;.001), the mean value of height in 1997 being taller (3.31Cm) than that in 1994. 2. Analysis of t-test revealed that there was a significant difference in height between two groups (p$lt;.001), the mean value of two groups in 1997 being heavier (4.02Kg) than that in 11994. 3. The comparision of %body fat showed that the mean value in 1997 was larger than that in 1994.(22.56% vs 17.95%, p$lt;.001) also, the Comparision of Lean, normal, obese in body type showed that the mean value in 1997 was 30.0%, 63.3% and 6.7%. However, The comparision of Lean body type showed that the mean value in 1997 was decreased than that in 1994. (30.0% vs 16.7%) but the comparision of normal and obese body type showed that the mean value in 199 were increased than that in 1994. (each 63.3% vs 70.0%, 6.7% vs 13.3%) 4. The result of physical fitness test was that the mean value in 1997 was slower than that in 1994. (18.14sec vs 18.36sec) and the record of sit-up was decreased from in 1994 to in 1997. (36.73times/min vs 32.51times/min) also, the record of long distance run was decline from in 1999 to in 1997. (4` 12$quot; vs 4` 15$quot;)
