신안군 무인도서 생태보전권역 설정에 관한 연구

이 연구는 무인도서의 생태보존권역 설정을 위하여 지형경관을 평가하고 등급화 하였다. 이를 위해 신안지역에 신안군 지역에 산재한 20개를 현지조사 하였다. 연구결과, 신안군의 무인도서는 절대보전지역(I), 보존지역(II), 준보존지역(III), 이용가능지역(IV)으로 분류할 수 있었다. 그 결과, 절대보전지역(I)으로 평가된 도서는 흑도, 장도, 소룡도, 죽도, 지실도, 하죽도 등 6개이며, 보존지역(II)으로 평가된 도서는 저도, 장구섬, 마도, 인도, 기상도, 송도, 상죽도, 대과도 등 8개이며, 준보존지역(III)으로 평가된 도서는 소장도, 소송도, 안도 등 3개 이며, 이용가능지역(IV)으로 평가된 도서는 소기도, 가학도, 소죽도 등 3개이다. 특히 절대보존지역 및 보존지역으로 선정된 도서는 지형경관 자원이 우수해 훌륭한 자연학습장 또는 야외연구실로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study has evaluated and leveled the geomorphological landscape for the setting of an ecological preservation zone on uninhabited islands. The 20 uninhabited islands, which are scattered around the Sinan-gun region have been surveyed on field. As a result of study, uninhabited island off Shinan-gun was classified the absolute preservation areas(I), preservation areas(II), quasi-preservation areas(III), and a available areas(IV). These results evaluated 6 islands of Heuk-do, Jang-do, Soryong-do, Juk-do, Jisil-do, and Hajuk-do to be absolute preservation areas(I), the 8 islands of Jeo-do, Janggu Island, Ma-do, In-do, Gisang-do, Song-do, Sangjuk-do, and Daegwa-do to be preservation areas(II), the 3 islands of Sojang-do, Sosong-do, and An-do to be quasipreservation areas(III), and the 3 islands of Sogi-do, Gahak-do, and Sojuk-do to be available areas(IV). Those islands selected as absolute preservation areas and preservation areas have especially outstanding geomorphological landscape resources, and are expected to be able for use as natural study fields or as outdoor laboratories.

우리나라 목재수요의 장기여측에 (長期予測) 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze and to forecast the long-term domestic demand and export demand for timber in Korea by regression models with time series data during 1962∼1978. The method applied in this study was econometric analysis using Time Series Processor. The most important explanatory variables of timber demand were found to be the production activities of wood products industries to the prices of substitute goods. On the basis of the long-term forecast made according to the guidelines of the Fifth Five-Year Plan. According to the projection, domestic timber demand is projected at 8 million cubic meters in 1987 and 10.6 million cubic meters in 1991. On the other hand, the total demand (domestic demand plus export demand) for timber is projected 21.4 million cubic meters in 1987 and 27.2 million cubic meters in 1991.

This article aims to make assessment of the political activities of German politicians in the Grossdeutschtum in Austria right after the collapse of the Metternich system (1815-1848). Most German politicians in Austria insisted the Habsburg Empire not take part in the Frankfurt Parliament for the Unification of Germany under the Grossdeutschtum, which would lead the German and Czech areas of Austria to the German Confederation. They were fully aware of the possibilities of the dissolution of the Habsburg Empire under the Grossdeutschtum. So they proposed the Frankfurt to include all Austrian territory to the Unification. But the Frankfurt did not agree with their proposal. Meanwhile the Slavs were not interested in the Unification movements in Germany after the March Revolution of 1848, insisting that the ethnic conflicts be resolved in Austria. The ethnic conflicts might trig the political movements to topple down the Absolute Monarchy System. In these political circumstances, the Slavs worked hard to introduce the Federalism into Austria as a solution to solve the inequality between the Germans and the Slavs. However, their idea was rejected by most German politicians who wanted to maintain their dominancy in Austria. Consequently, Franz Joseph I, who succeeded Ferdinand Emperor in December 1848, brought the Neoabsolutism in Austria, leaving the ethnic conflicts unsolved in the Habsburg Empire.

서비스 디자인 방법론을 적용한 안전물류 패키지 디자인 개발 사례 연구

국토교통부가 2015년 발표한 자료에 의하면 현재 글로벌 물류시장의 규모는 3조 3,000억 달러에 달하고 향후 5년간 5조억 달러가 더 성장할 것으로 예상하고 있다. 국내 물류시장 또한 현재 연 매출액은 92조 5,000억 원으로 결코 작은 규모가 아니며 연간 6.3%의 성장률을 보이며 "블루오션"으로 불리고 있다. 최근 온라인 전자 상거래가 활성화로 운송화물이 증가하고 이에 따라 물류환경도 변화하고 있다. 택배배송의 물품 파손사례가 증가하면서 유통화물의 안전성확보를 위한 안전운송 시스템의 개발은 물류 업계의 당면 과제이다. 이러한 안전운송시스템 개발에 있어 기존 포장디자인 방법이 아닌 다양한 이해관계자의 니즈를 파악하고, 분석하여 모두가 만족하는 새로운 시스템 솔루션을 개발하기 위해 서비스디자인 방법론을 적용해 보고자 한다. 안전물류분야 서비스는 미국과 유럽의 대형 물류기업(DHL, Fedex 등)이나 우리나라의 대기업(삼성, LG, CJ등)에서 상품이나 제품의 신뢰성 확보 및 고객 만족도 향상을 위해 사업화 하고 있으나 아직 중소기업과 소기업 등은 안전물류 서비스 개념조차 생소한 것이 현실이다. 우리나라는 빠르게 인터넷 상거래 시장이 활성화되어 온라인거래가 활성화 되었고 쿠팡배송과 같이 빠른 물류 서비스도 되고 있는 시장상황에서 물류의 효율화와 배송시스템의 고도화만으로는 해결하지 못하는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 서비스디자인방법론을 활용하여 안전물류 서비스 개발을 진행하였다. 서비스디자인의 다양한 방법론 중에 이해관계자 맵을 사용하여 물류 서비스 시스템 상의 다양한 이해관계자 분석을 통해 서비스 디자인의 필요 요소들을 도출하고, 안전 물류 전문가 인터뷰, 물류 환경의 현장 조사를 통하여 고객여정맵을 작성하여, 조사 분석내용을 기반으로 한 서비스 블루프린트 개발 하였다. 안전물류 신규 서비스개발을 위해 현장조사로는 수도권 물류를 공급하는 물류센터 3곳과 표고버섯 농장 2곳과 공판장 등을 방문 하였고, 전문가 인터뷰를 위해 지식서비스 분야 물류 전문가 30명을 추천받아 이메일 설문조사와 현장인터뷰를 진행하였다. 또한 실제 도로상의 물류 환경측정을 위해 국내 5개 경로 및 한국과 중국 물류 경로에서 데이터를 측정하고 분석하여 서비스의 전문성을 확보 하고자 하였다. 서비스 디자인 결과물에 대한 웹서비스적용을 위해 실제 개발 전문 업체와의 협업도 진행 하였다. 서비스 디자인을 통해서 신규 비즈니스를 개발하고자 안전 물류 데이터의 환경 분석을 통해 물류 서비스 이용자들에게 안전하고 최적화된 서비스를 개발하고, 안전물류 패키징 컨설팅 서비스 솔루션을 개발 하였다. 서비스 개발에 따르는 안전물류서비스 디자인의 결과물로서 물류 안전신호등, 파손방지 패키지 툴(Tool), 물류 안전 서비스 어플리케이션서비스의 개발을 진행하였다. 안전물류패키지에 대한 용어는 아직 디자인분야에서도 생소한 분야이지만 디자인의 새로운 시장 창출을 위해서는 도전해 보아야 하는 산업분야이며. 안전물류분야 서비스에 대한 연구를 통해 향후 물류 소비자의 신뢰도와 고객의 클레임을 줄이기 위해서는 전문적인 안전물류 서비스가 필요하며 지속적으로 발전시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 디자인 분야에 생소한 안전물류 분야에 서비스디자인의 프로세스를 활용하여 안전물류 신규 비즈니스 디자인을 개발하는데 있어서 많은 한계점과 물류환경을 이해하는데 있어서 부족하나마 향후 이 분야를 연구하는 디자인 종사자들과 물류 연구자들에게 활용할 수 있는 도움을 주고자 한다. 제천시 새주소 관리시스템 개발에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is development of the management system for convenient use of new address guide system for systematic management and use of spatial information gained by mapping of numerical map of building and road to large basic new address, survey and input of main gate, decision of the road session, naming and input of road name, grant of numbering of all houses and buildings, new address guide, real life geographical information and added information service on Web-site in Jecheon-city area. In this study, the development and establishment of new address management in local cities are designed by making full use of GIS function of client server based system. In the result, the effectiveness of new address management system of Jecheon-city could be highly increased owing to not only citizens` easy access but also easy availability of various informations necessary in life by developed its system.

디자인브랜드명성지수(DBRQ)를 활용한 디자인 기업온라인 컨설팅 툴 개발 연구

제품 수명 주기가 급속히 짧아지고 제조만을 통해 얻을 수 있는 부가가치는 감소되고 있는 현재의 상황에서 신기술의 증대와 기술수용도 사이의 차이를 극복방안으로 신 서비스 창출은 필요가 아닌 필수적인 요소로 부상하고 있다. 이러한 패러다임 안에서 공급자 중심의 제품 중심 가치 창출 시스템은 제품-서비스 시스템 융합의 모형으로 그리고 이제 소비자 위주의 서비스 중심의 가치 창출 시스템으로 점차 가속화되는 상태에 있다. 특히 무형자산의 비중이 점차 높아짐에 따라 기업의 무형 자산관리에 대한 실무적, 이론적 관심 역시 증대되고 있는 상황에서, 미국의 경우무형자산이 기업 가치에서 차지하는 비중이 1985년에는 38%에 불과했으나, 1995년 62%인 것으로 나타나고 있으며, 이와 관련해 Stewart (1997)는 기업 가치에 있어 무형자산이 차지하는 비중의 증가추세는 앞으로도 지속될 것이라고 지적하였다. 이에 본 연구는 디자인 기업들이 제조기업 및 중소기업이 제대로 갖추고 있지 못한 역량, 고객의 숨은니즈를 분석할 수 있는 디자인 컨설팅 툴과 정확하게 객관화 할 수 있는 컨설팅 역량이 부족임을 고찰하기 위해 기존에 사용된 디자인브랜드명성지수(DBR)에대한 기존 연구사례 및 모델을 조사하고, 디자인 컨설팅시에 활용이 가능한 디자인브랜드명성지수(DBR)모델을 수립하여 디자인 기업들이 중소시업 컨설팅 시에 사용 가능한 온라인 툴 개발을 모색하며, 고객기업이 가지고 있는 Design, Brand, Reputation(디자인, 브랜드, 명성) 역량을 도식화 할 수 있는 온라인 기반의스마트 디바이스와 연동이 가능한 측정 툴을 개발하여 시범 적용하였으며, 이를 디자인 기업이 활용할 솔루션을 제공하는데 있어 방향성을 제시하고 더불어디자인 기업들이 디자인 컨설팅 역량 강화를 위한 방안으로 고객의 니즈를 파악하여 제품을 개발하는 데에도 도움을 줄 수 있는 활용 온라인 DBR 컨설팅 툴모델을 제시하고자 한다. As the way to overcome the cap between growthof new technology and technology acceptance, creatingnew service is not just one of elements required butan essential element while currency situation whenproduct life cycle have shortened and value-added havebeen reduced. Under such circumstances, providercentered value creating system have been acceleratedto product-service fusion system and further tocustomer centered system rapidly. Especially, As theweight of intangible assets element become rising up, the practical and theoretical interest about intangibleassets of companies is increasing. For example, in case of United State, the proportionof intangible assets in a company value was just 38%in 1985, but in 1995 it was increased to 65%. In this regard, Stewart(1997)said that the tendencyto increase intangible assets will be sustained in thefuture. In this paper, we provide design consultingsolution regarding DBR based on the design forconsulting practices applied to analyze the customer`s needs that provides a method for the visualization ofthe design target. Accordingly, this paper will examine and suggesta DBR consulting tool for design company, As part ofour initial efforts, a comprehensive review on existingliterature on DBR has conducted. As design companies have difficulty of finding outdesign consulting methodology problems, this studytried to have smart on-line solution for this currentsituation that many of them have difficulties in designconsulting projects. First of all, this study tried to seek the patternedtools for measuring DBR(Design, Brand, Reputation)abilities and furthermore presented solution fordirection to design consulting companies. This research, therefore, will have implications inonline DBR tools to help to consulting for designcompany.

고성 및 통영 일대 무인도서의 생태보전권역 설정에 관한 연구

이 연구는 무인도서의 생태보존권역 설정을 위하여 지형경관을 평가하고 등급화 하였다. 이를 위해 고성군 및 통영시 지역에 산재한 14개 무인도서를 현지조사 하였다. 연구결과, 연구지역의 무인도서는 절대보전지역(1), 보존지역(2), 준보존지역(3), 이용가능지역(4)으로 분류할 수 있었다. 그 결과, 절대보전지역(1)으로 평가된 도서는 안장섬(마안도), 밤섬, 샛개끝, 대섬(죽도), 딴독섬 등 5개이며, 보존지역(2)으로 평가된무인도서는 만아섬, 육섬, 나비섬, 소치섬, 용두도, 대호도, 잠도, 화도 등 8개이며, 준보존지역(3)으로 평가된 무인도서는 괴암섬 1개 이며, 이용가능지역(4)으로 평가된 무인도서는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 절대보존지역 및 보존지역으로 선정된 도서는 지형경관 자원이 우수해 훌륭한 자연학습장 또는 야외연구실로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. In this study, the ecological presevation zone on uninhabited islands was established based on the setting of geomorphological landscape. The 14 uninhabited islands, which are scattered around the Goseong-gun and Tongyeong-si region have been surveyed on field. As a result of study, uninhabited island of Goseong-gun and Tongyeong-si was classified the absolute preservation areas(I), preservation areas(II), quasi-preservation areas(III), and a available areas(IV). These results evaluated 5 islands of Anjang Island(Maan-do), Bam Island, Saetgaekkeut, Dae Island(Juk-do) and Ttandok Island to be absolute preservation areas(I), the 8 islands of Mana Island, Yuk Island, Nabi Island, Sochi Island, Yongdu-do, Daeho-do, Jam-do, and Hwa-do to be preservation areas(II), the 1 island of Goeam Island to be quasipreservation areas(III). Those islands selected as absolute preservation areas and preservation areas have especially outstanding geomorphological landscape resources, and are expected to be able for use as natural study fields or as outdoor laboratories.
