라마르틴느 시에 나타난 모호함

라마르틴느의 시의 모호함이 어떤 형태로 나타나는가를 「고독」과 「호수」 두개의 시를 비교 분석하면서 찾아가는 것이 이 논문의 주제이다. 두 시는 1816년 시인이 26세에 경험한 비극적인 사랑을 1820년 『『명상시집』』에 발표한 것으로 실연에 따른 비통한 시인의 내면의 세계를 엿볼수 있는 기회를 제공하고 있다. 「고독」과 「호수」는 시간과 공간에서의 변화 뿐 아니라 그에 따른 시간과 공간의 모호함을잘 보여주고 있다. 시간은 현재를 축으로 과거의 미미한 회상과 미래의 불가능한 것에 대한 추구로, 공간은 비교적 협소하지만 구체적인 것에서 광대하면서 모호한 것으로의 변화로 이어지고 있다. 모호함은 주로 시간의 경계에서, 공간적으로는 현실 도피적인 사고에서 나타나고 있다. 시인에게 인간의 시간은 항상 흘러서 달아나는 것이지만 그가 명상의 세계로 들어가면 시간은 모호하고 불투명해진다. 시간의 흐름이 파악이 안 되는 순간이다. 대신 여기에 등장하는 것이 자연의 영원한 시간이다. 물론 시인이 느끼는 영원한 시간도 있다. 그러나 이 영원성은 매우 부정적이고 불안정한 성격을 띠고 있으며 시인은 이것을 허무한 것으로 여기고 있다. 이 같은 시간에 비해 공간은 시인이 현실세계를 부정하기 전까지 분명한 색채로 묘사되고 있는 것처럼 보인다. 그러나이 공간은 구체적이긴 하지만 너무 강한 서정성으로 인해 사실적인 공간으로 간주하긴 어렵다. 그럼에도 시인이 이토록 서정적인 공간을 배치하는 데는 그의 내면과 현실 사이에 있는 거리감을 느끼게 하기 위함이다. 이 거리감은 시인의 감정이 극으로 치닫기 시작하면서 무한대로 확장되는 것을 볼 수 있다. 이렇게 확장된 공간 혹은 사물이 산재해 있는 공간은 시간과 마찬가지로 모호한 공간이 생겨나게 하고 있음을 볼 수 있다. Notre étude porte sur l'ambiguïté dans le temps et l'espace de l'islolement et du lac d'A. de Lamartine. Ces deux poèmes furent écrits après avoir eu un amour déçu avec une dame morte en 1816 lorsque le poète avait 25 ans. Il avait publié ces deux poésies dans La Méditation en 1817, l'époque où ses contemporains appréciaient ce genre littéraire. En effet, malgré son chagrin d'amour, Lamartine a eu beaucoup de succès ayant répondu à ce besoin. Au début de l'isolement et Le lac le temps et l'espace sont bien concrets et construits.Le poète est au centre du monde. C'est lui qui reflète et observe des paysages au tour de lui. Le poète est bien présent dans les paysages et même il dialogue avec le lac personnifié, mê me si le lac ne répondait que par le bruit fait de son mouvement. Le temps de L'isolement, temps personnel, devient universel dans Le Lac. comme celui de L'isolement, au fur et à mesure le temps coule, le temps du lac est fuyant alors insaisissable. Par contre l'espace sous forme des paysages que le poète découvre apparaît comme un objet concret. Mais le poète les regarde à la distance, bien qu'il en ait besoin pour réfléchir et faire appel son émotion. Personne ne doute que les paysages éloignés, alors ambigus, ne représentent que l'état d'âme désespérée du poète. Il paraît que le poète est un terrien jusqu'au moment où la terre devient le ciel ou le lac. Le lac comme un élèment de l'eau est omniprésent sous forme du fleuve, de la vapeur ou de la pluie. Ne pouvant pas contenir ses sentiments, le poète commence à vider l'espace. L'espace, qui est effacé soit par le soleil soit par la lune, commence à avoir l'expansion en élargissant l'horizon, alors tout devient flou, intengible et même opaque. Les objets qui composent la nature sont là mais ils ont perdu tous leurs contours précis pour être ambigus et ainsi que le poète disparaît avec eux.

기능성말뚝의 철도교 적용성에 관한 고찰

토목분야 및 건축분야를 포함한 건설시장에서 주로 사용되고 있는 말뚝의 형태는 강관말뚝과 PHC말뚝이 대표적이다. 이 중 강관말뚝은 구조적 성능 및 시공성이 우수하여 많이 사용되어 왔다. 하지만 원자재인 철강재를 전량 수입에 의존하고 있고, 계속되는 가격 상승이 전체공사비의 증가로 이어져 건설분야에서 점차 그 사용이 줄고 있는 실정이다. 반대로 PHC말뚝은 경제성면에서 뛰어난 장점이 있지만 수평력이 크게 작용하는 구조에서는 사용이 제약된다. 그래서 최근에 강관말뚝의 우수한 구조적 성능과 PHC말뚝의 경제성을 갖는 복합말뚝의 사용이 빈번해지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 복합말뚝과 같이 최근 그 수요가 늘고 있는 기능성말뚝의 특징들을 살펴보고, 철도교량의 적용성에 관한 고찰을 하고자 한다. In the construction industry which includes the fields of civil engineering and architecture, steel pipe piles and PHC piles are the most commonly used type. Among the two, steel pipe piles have been mostly used because of its structural performance and constructability. For the raw material steel, we depend entirely on imports. However, high construction costs caused by increasing steel price, have resulted in less use of steel in construction. In contrast, PHC piles have excellent cost benefits but it is also restricted in large horizontal forces acting Structures. Therefore, the composite piles have been used recently which combine both the structural performance of steel pipe piles and the economic feasibility of PHC piles. In conclusion, the aim of this research is to study the characteristics of high-performance piles as the composite piles have shown the increased demand recently, and to study on the applicability of it on railway bridges.

연구논문 : 지역 일자리목표공시제의 성과와 과제 -전라남도 사례를 중심으로-

본 연구는 전남도와 기초지자체의 지역 일자리 목표 공시제 추진현황 및 성과 분석을 바탕으로 향후 지자체의 일자리 방향 및 주요 과제를 제시하는데 목표를 두고 있다. 지역 일자리목표공시제는 지난 2010년 도입 이후 2012년 7월 기준 244개 지방자치단체 모두가 참여하는 등 일자리 대책을 위한 중요한 중앙-지방간 주요 협력사업으로 자리매김하였다. 요컨대, 지역의 특성에 맞는 고용정책을 수립·추진하여 지역내·외의 사례 공유와 네트워크 형성을 통해 일자리 인프라를 구축하고 신규 일자리 창출하는 데 큰 기여를 하고 있으며, 박근혜정부가 국정과제로 제시한 고용률 70% 달성을 위한 고용정책으로서 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 본 논문은 전남지역 일자리목표공시제 담당 공무원과 컨설턴트를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사를 바탕으로 지역 일자리목표공시제의 추진 성과를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 지역 일자리목표공시제의 주요 정책과제로 지자체 일자리 추진체계 구축과 지자체단체장의 정책의지 강화, 지속가능한 좋은 일자리 창출, 노사민정의 역할 확립 등 지역고용거버넌스 구축방안 등을 제시하였다. This study investigates the current status and performances of the disclosing system of regional job creation targets in Jeonnam region and thereby provides policy implications. The disclosing system of regional job creation targets works as the cooperation projects of job creation between central and 244 local governments since July. 2012 and is expected to create new jobs in terms of a joint of case studies and network formations in inter-intra region. This paper also analyzes thc performance of regional job creation targets using survey of consultants and local government officials. leading to the several policy agendas including the arrangement of driving system. strengthening of evaluation system, sustainable good job creation. and building regional employment governance.

Baudelaire의「Harmonie du soir」에 나타나는 울림

프랑스 현대시의 창시자인 보들레르의 작품은 ‘만물조응’이란 개념 아래 우리의 감각을 자극하는 향기, 색채 그리고 소리가 만들어내는 작용을 유추라는 과정으로 설명하며 이것이 이끌어내는 정신의 상승과 추락을 시에 담고 있다. 만물조응은 ‘떨림’으로 그 존재를 나타내고 있고 그 작용은 인간 정신세계의 확장을 야기한다. 보들레르의『Harmonie du soir』에서 정신세계의 확장은 과거에로의 회귀로 나타나고 있으며 이것은 불완전한 자연인 인간의 본질을 설명하는 좋은 예가 되고 있다. 인간이란 눈에 보이지 않는 과거에서 현재로 이어지는 시간의 축적과 다름 아니라서 이것을 이해한다면 인간의 심리적인 삶의 통일성을 발견하게 된다. 보들레르에게 ‘devenir'는 미래적 개념이기보다 과거에로의 회귀라는 원형적인 운동으로 말미암아 이미 완성된 개념으로 나타나고 있다. Notre analyse porte sur une vibration de l'「Harmonie du soir」de Charles Baudelaire qui joue un rôle principal pour créer les correspondances qui sont une des thèmes importantes chez lui. Quelques choses qui vibrent comme une fleur, une coleur et un son permettent à découverir la nature essentielle cachée par le symbole. Car la nature est un symbole comme le dit Baudelaire dans les 「Correspondances」. Impossible de déchirer le sens caché derrier les symboles, le poète tente d'éclaircir l'essence ‘de confuses paroles’ et ‘des fôrets de symboles’ à travers l'aventure de l'âme et de la sensation. La décomposition de la nature est faite en comparant la fleur à un encensoir, le violon à un coeur et le ciel à un grand reposoir pour donner à chaque élément leur propre caractère. La nature est ainsi fait nous revient par la vibration du parfum et du son, et elle nous enveloppe comme l'air du soir. Cette vibration se correspond au vertige et à la mélancolie, crées par la légerté de notre existence. Nous vibrons comme si nous s'évaporions avec le parfum et le son jusqu'à ce que nous sortions du présent et entrions dans le passé. Où les mémoires placés comme le passé deviennet le présent du poète. Par rapport au soir vertigineux et au soleil sanglant, le passé lumieux entraîne le poète vers la lumière qui luit comme un ostensoir. Le passé n'est plus le passé, il est le devenir dans le temps, par conséquent le temps et l'espace qui ne vont qu'en arrière ne donnent pas l'avenir. Cependant le poète semble surmonter la tristesse, la mélancolie et le vertige...

만화애니메이션 학술용어 표준화 및 용어사전편찬 연구

이 논문은 빠르게 발전하는 디지털 정보 매체와 산업의 흐름에 대한 학문적 대응이 부족한데서 비롯되는 문제점 지적과 그에 대한 대안을 제시하고자 하는 의지에서 시작되었다. 현재 우리나라에서는 만화애니메이션분야와 관련한 기초학문 연구와 교재개발, 체계화 등이 필요한 실정이며 관련된 모든 분야의 근간이라고 할 수 있는 용어표준화와 용어사전의 마련을 위해 만화애니메이션 주요 선진국인 미주, 유럽, 일본 등의 교육, 산업현장, 학술단체인 학회 등의 전문가를 초빙하여 국제용어의 규약을 만들기 위한 업무를 추진하고 있으며 새로운 용어의 발굴과 해설 작업이 부가된 용어의 통일, 규격화된 사전편찬연구를 상당부분 진행하였다. 이 연구결과물로 편찬되는 사전은 국내외 업계, 학계, 현장, 교육기관 등의 수많은 수요자들의 용어사용에서 발생되는 오류와 애로사항을 해결하는 기초가 될 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to find out the problems related to the lack of research on rapidly changing digital information media and industry flow and to suggest solutions. In Korea what is needed is basic academic research on cartoon and animation field, and the development and systemization of teaching material. As a first step to achieve this goal, standardization of cartoon and animation related terminology and publication of a dictionary of terminology are underway. To reach agreements on terms, discover new terms, standardize terms and their interpretations, and publish a standardized dictionary, experts in the fields of cartoon and animation education, industry, and academia in North America, Europe, and Japan have been invited to work together. Through these efforts, a dictionary of terminology will be published, which will not only provide useful information but also solve problems related to the use of not standardized terms.

연구논문 : 호남권 바이오의약산업 연계 발전 방향

본 논문은 호남권의 바이오신약 부문의 현황과 발전 방향을 다루고 있다. 현재 바이오신약의 추세와 우리나라의 바이오신약 관련 정책을 고려해 볼 때, 호남권 바이오신약의 연계 발전을 위해서는 다음과 같은 정책이 필요하다. 정책의 방향은 호남광역경제권의 바이오신약 관련 기획 기능을 강화하고, 호남권 바이오신약 발전계획을 수립하는 것이라야 한다. 광주광역시와 전주시에 기초생명과학클러스터를 조성하고, 전라남도 화순군에 백신 및 단백질신약 클러스터, 전주시, 나주시, 장흥군에 천연물신약클러스터를 조성한다. 또한 전남대병원에 백신 및 단백질신약 임상기능을 확충하고 전북대병원 및 원광대 병원에 천연물신약 임상기능을 확충하여야 한다. 마지막으로 호남권 바이오신약 기관들의 연계관계를 확고히 하고, 전주기적 신약개발체계에 있어 취약한 부분을 강화하는 센터를 설립한다면 호남권 바이오의약산업은 새로운 고부가가치 산업으로 자리 잡게 될 것이다. This paper examines the current state and development direction of biomedical products sector in Honam Metropolitan Area. Considering the trend and policy of biomedical products in Korea, this paper provides the policy implication to develop the cooperation of biomedical products in Honam Metropolitan Area. First, it needs to strengthen planning function related to biomedical products in Honam Metropolitan Area and establish development planning. Second, it is necessary to develop basic life science clusters in Gwangju Metropolitan city and Jeonju city, vaccine and protein-medical products clusters in Hwasun-county Jeollanamdo province, and natural medical products clusters in Jeonju city, Naju city, Jangheong-county. Third, it is provided to expand clinic function of vaccine and protein medical products in Chonnam National University hospital and clinic function of natural medical products in Chonbuk National University hospital and Wonkwang University hospital. Finally, strengthen cooperation relationship associated with Honam Metropolitan biomedical products and establish center for building research & development system of bio technology drug in full processes.
