인천국제공항철도 노선에서 서울도심통과 구간의 노선 선형계획

We as a civil investment enterprise have been constructing In-cheon International Airport Railway which is a transportation means to approach In-cheon International Airport. In this alignment, a section between the Seoul station and Ka-joa follows the existing Yong-san line at the center of Seoul city and traverses Seoul subway 2,5,6 lines. So we planned that the alignment would have the shallowest depth to lie under Kyung-eui line and above the airport railroad. The alignment is planned to construct an open-box structure only 3.6m apart from the subway line 5 tunnel structure and construct the open-box structure 0.7m apart from the subway line 2 box structure. In the line planning, we investigated both the security of the existing subway structures during and after construction and the stability and workability between newly structured tunnel structures with three dimensions numerical analysis methods. Also we raised the reliability of design verification which was achieved by specialty society"s review on the planned construction method.

의료기관 핵심역량과 경영성과의 구조적 인과관계 분석 : 의료서비스 지향성과 내부고객 지향성

본 연구에서는 의료기관들의 핵심역량의 요인들이 매개변수인 내부고객 지향성과 의료서비스 지향성이 어떠한 영향관계가 미치는지를 확인하고, 핵심역량이 종속변수인 경영성과에 어떠한 영향이 미치는지를 파악하여 의료산업 경영성과를 실증적으로 검증하여 경영 향상을 위하여 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 인천시와 부천시에 소재하는 18개소의 상급종합병원과 종합병원의 구성원을 표본대상으로 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하여 340부를 회수하여 최종분석에 사용된 표본은 307부를 실증분석을 하였다. 분석결과는 핵심역량의 하위 8개 역량 변수 모두가 매개변수인 서비스 지향성 및 고객 지향성과 유의미한 정의 관계를 맺고 있다. 그리고 매개변수인 서비스 지향성 및 고객 지향성 모두 경영성과와 유의미하게 정적으로 상관되어 있다. 따라서 변수들 간의 관계의 방향이 모두 이론에서 예측한 바와 일치한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 의료기관의 궁극적인 목표인 경영성과 향상을 위하여 핵심역량의 활용방안에 시사점을 제공할 것으로 사료된다. The Purpose of this study was to empirically investigate the effects of core competencies on the management performance of hospitals and the mediating roles of medical service orientation and internal customer orientation. The sample of this study was composed of 307 employees from 18 general hospitals in Incheon Metropolitan City and Bucheon City. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using structural equation modelling technique. This study found that core competencies had positive effects on the management performance of hospitals and that medical service orientation and internal customer orientation mediated the relationship between core competencies and the management performance of hospitals. The theoretical and practical implications of the results were discussed and the directions for future research were suggested.

반계 유형원의 인성론과 교육론

반계의 교육론은 그가 구상한 인성론에 기반을 두고 있다. 반계에 의하면 사람이 가지고 있는 선과 악에 대한 경향성의 갈등 속에서 선을 선택하는 의지의 공부가 인간의 본질이며, 이러한 인간을 양성하는데는 지속적인 자기 수련(敬)이 있어야 한다. 이 자기 수련을 제도적으로 뒷받침해 주는 것이 학교이며, 지속성을 유지하기 위하여 학교의 계열성을 구상하게 된 것으로 볼 수 있다. 반계는 실천을 도외시한 학교에서의 학습내용과 평가방식, 허황된 글쓰기 위주의 과거가 실천을 목적으로 하는 자기 수양을 방해하는 요인이기에, 경의 공부를 지속적으로 실천하는 학교교육의 과정 속에서 인재를 선발하고자하는 貢擧制를 구상하게 된 것이다. 그러나 학교와 관리의 선발이 동일시되는 데는 학교교육이 인간의 형성이라는 본래의 목적을 상실한 채 출세의 도구로 전락될 수 있는 가능성을 내포하고 있다. The educational thoughts of Hyung-Won Ryu is based on his view of the human being. Human is in the conflicts between the Good and the Evil. The aim of life is to choose the Good. To achieve this aim, human need the endless self-training. School is the institutional mechanism to help the self-trauning. Ryu's proposal of sequential educational institution is to help this endless self-training. Because curriculum and evaluation that neglect the practice, GwaGeo(科擧) that is focused on the absurd writing disturb the self-training, Ryu proposed the Gonggeo(貢擧) that selects able men through the educational process. The limit of Ryu's educational thoughts is to ignore the possibility of the fall of the educational institution to the instrument of the worldly success.

해방 전후 한국과 일본에 대한 미국의 교육정책

미국은 2차대전 중에 한국과 일본에 대한 전후 처리방침을 구상하였다. 해방 전에는 일본에 대해서는 패전국으로서의 전면적인 개혁방침을 세웠으며, 한국에 대해서는 일본의 식민지로부터 해방되는 국가로서의 정책을 세웠다. 일본에 대한 정책은 군국주의의 폐지와 민주화의 기본목표에 기초하여 구체적인 방침을 세웠으나, 한국에 대해서는 소련의 세력확장을 견제하기 위한 신탁통치를 통한 독립이라는 선언적인 방침뿐이었다. 해방 후 초기에 일본에 대해서는 기본목표에 따라 교육을 비롯한 전면적인 개혁을 시작하였으나, 한국에 있어서는 소련에 대한 견제의 결과인 친일파 중심의 정책결정과정과 구체적인 방침의 결여로 인하여 식민지 잔재의 청산이라는 민족주의적 요구는 퇴색하고 미국의 민주화 요구가 강화되었다. America have developed the post-war policies regarding to Korea and Japan in the period of the second world war. Before liberation, the ultimate objectives of the occupation policies regarding to Japan were determined as the abolition of the military emperialism and the establishment of the democratic country. And the educational directives too were developed concretely according to the objectives of the occupation policies. On the other hand, polices regarding to Korea were only eclarative expression as the liberation through the trusteeship. The trusteeship involved the intention of America to restrain the expansion of the Russia power. After liberation, in early period the educational institution of Japan has been reformed according to the objectives of the occupation policies rapidly. In the case of Korea, the idea of the clearlance of the vestiges of the Japanese imperialsm faded away because of the pro-Japanese-centered polices for America's intention for the restraint of the Russia's expansion.

동몽선습과 초등학교 도덕교과서 내용의 비교

동몽선습의 윤리는 전통적인 농경사회 속에서 형성된 가부장적 윤리라고 할 수 있다. 부모와 자녀, 부부의 관계가 사회 전체의 인간관계로 확대되어 남성 우선, 혈연관계에 기반을 두는 연장자 우선의 논리가 전체적으로 깔려 있다. 초등학교 도덕 교과서에는 부자관계에 대한 가부장적 설명은 없으며, 남성 우선의 부부관계 설명도 없다. 그러나 사회적 인간관계에 대한 설명은 동몽선습과 유사성을 지니고 있다. 이러한 결과는 전통적인 윤리의 변화 영역이 가부장적인 가정윤리에서 시작하여 사회윤리에로 확대되고 있음을 보여준다. 이러한 변화의 움직임은 계속될 것이며, 도덕 교과서의 개정에 반영될 것으로 보인다. Morals in Tongmongseonsup is the patriarchal morals that have been builded up in the traditional agricultural society. Morals between parents and child, husband and wife were applied to the social relationship. Logics of morals in Tongmongseonsup is androcentric and senior-centric. In the moral textbooks of elementary school, the androcentric explanation about relationship between husband and wife and senior-centric description about parents and child were not found. But There was the similarity between Tongmongseonsup and moral textbooks of elementary school in the explanation about the social relationships. This results suggest that changing area of the traditional morals is extended from the androcentric and senior-centric family morals to the social relationships. This change would be reflected in the revision of moral yextbooks of elementary school.

Bullous systemic lupus erythematosus (bullous SLE) is uncommon; distinctive clinical variant of SLE that is characterized by tense vesicles and bullae filled with fluid that occurs on either erythematous or normal skin. Although bullous SLE can accompany erythematous plaque with annular configuration, urticarial papules, and erythema multiforme (EM)-like lesions initially, there is no report of EM-like lesions as an initial sign of bullous SLE in the Korean literatures. Herein, we describe 31-year-old women with bullous SLE that showed EM-like skin lesions as the initial sign.

무인 차량에서의 전두부 비상 탈출 시스템 개발

The Emergency Exit System is evacuation equipment that operated by crew or passenger when emergency state such as fire, accident, etc in the rolling stock. Generally front emergency exit is installed in the drivers area and it is isolated to passenger area, so its design is little big easy. But front emergency exit that is installed in driverless vehicle have to consider not only anti-vandalism and failure but also its design because it is installed in the passenger area. Therefore, we survey the characteristic, function and needed condition the emergency front exit of driverless vehicle and present the developing system that can be a help to make design.

표준형원전 전기적 과도상태에 따른 소내 모선전압 영향 분석

When onsite power is supplied from grid due to electrical transient in NPP, the effect of the nuclear plant risk will be increased by the change of grid performance. It is important to analyze the effect for bus voltage of onsite according to grid reliability. Therefore, we analytically accomplish the effect for bus voltage by electrical transient in KSNP.

제어봉구동장치의 동작 시뮬레이션

The magnetic jack type Control Element Drive Mechanism (CEDM) had been developed and verified through electromechanical testing including the testing of the magnetic force required to lift the control element assembly. It would become inefficient in view of cost and time for parametric studies to be performed by test to improve the CEDM system. So it becomes necessary to develop a computational model to simulate the electromagnetic characteristics of the CEDM in order to improve the CEDM design efficiently. In this paper it is presented that the electromagnetic analysis using a 2D axisymmetric FEM model has been carried out to simulate the operation of the latch magnet of the CEDM to generate a current trace for latch coil. The results show the calculated current trace is very similar to the real current trace taken from the CEDM.

원전 전기적 과도현상에 따른 전압 sag와 전동기 운전특성 영향

When electric faults take place in onsite power system of nuclear power plants, the voltage of safety related bus can be affected, as a form of voltage sag, by electrical transients. The safety related buses in nuclear power plants have a role of power supplying to essential loads for safety shutdown of reactor. If voltage sag of the safety related bus would be occurred and impact on the operating characteristics of motor would be existed, the risk of nuclear power plants will be increased. Therefore, it is important to analyze the effect on voltage sag of safety related bus and characteristics of motor operating due to electrical transients in nuclear power plants. This study performed that the phenomenon of voltage sag and the effect on motor operation by different fault types is simulated and analyzed.
