        It was recognized as the epicenter of social problems due to the rapid expansion of the city and the increase in idle space. However, recently, through public intervention, it has been recognized as a usable resource and various utilization plans are being suggested. Gwangju Metropolitan City has been actively promoting village community space creation projects by utilizing idle spaces in public and private facilities. In particular, the idle space in the village has local value as a place where residents have experiences and memories of space. In addition, a space with a sense of place gives meaning to space as well as a physical space function, and has a sense of place as a place differentiated from other spaces. Therefore, this study aims to revitalize the space and promote the community through continuous community by studying the village community space using the idle space in terms of location. Through previous research, the current status of village community space using idle space is analyzed through case analysis according to the characteristics of village community space and placeness using idle space. The village community space using the idle space was created only for physical functions and appeared to lack placeness. Villages have social, historical and cultural characteristics, and it is necessary to consider them and implement a place that reflects the characteristics of users. In addition, the village community space using the idle space should be an open space with connectivity between the outside and the inside. It is necessary to provide an opportunity to give meaning to the space through the activities of various subjects by realizing an open space. Therefore, an empirical and expanded study of village community space using idle space in terms of location can be conducted in the future.

        커뮤니티매핑을 활용한 주민참여 리빙랩 사례 연구

        최근 지역 내 문제 해결의 주체로서 주민의 역할이 커지고 있으며, 해결방법 중 하나인 리빙랩은 ‘주민과 함께하는 지역혁신’을 목표로 지역의 과학기술집단과 주민사회 간의 협력을 도모하여 사회문제를 해결하려는 시도로 나타나고 있다. 주민참여 리빙랩은 주민이 모든 과정을 함께하며 책임성, 주도성을 가지고 진행되며, 광주광역시에서도 마을(지역) 내 리빙랩이 확산되고 있다. 커뮤니티매핑은 주민들이 지역의 현안 등 특정 주제에 대한 정보를 직접 수집하고, 이를 지도로 만들어 공유하고 활용하는 과정으로, 주민참여 리빙랩에서 적극 활용되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 커뮤니티매핑을 활용한 주민참여 리빙랩(Living lab) 사례를 연구하고자 하며, 이를 통해 주민 참여를 높여 주민이 주체가 되는 지속가능한 마을을 만들기 위한 방향성을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. Recently, the role of residents as the subject of solving local problems is growing, and one of the solutions, Living Lab, aims to 'local innovation together with residents' and solves social problems by promoting cooperation between the local science and technology group and the resident society. It appears as an attempt to Living labs involving residents are carried out with responsibility and initiative, with residents participating in the entire process, and living labs are also spreading in the region in Gwangju Metropolitan City. Community mapping is a process in which residents directly collect information on specific topics, such as local issues, and make a map to share and use it. It is actively used in living labs involving residents. Therefore, this study aims to study the case of a living lab involving residents using community mapping, and through this, the purpose is to find a direction to create a sustainable village in which residents are the main actors by increasing residents' participation.

        피톤치드를 함유하고 있는 의류소재가 아토피에 미치는 영향

        In this study, we investigated the effects of phytoncide-containing 100% cotton fabrics on the improvement of atopic dermatitis, through preclinical trials. The finishing agents used for testing were obtained by emulsification (S2), by capsulation (S4) using phytoncide extracted with supercritical $CO_2$, and by capsulation using solvent-extracted phytoncide (S3). The supercritically extracted phytoncide was used for in vitro testing. In the in vitro test, cytotoxicity occurred at the phytoncide concentrations of 0.1% and 0.5% in stained HaCaT cells and at 0.1% concentration in stained Raw 264.7 cells. In the in vivo test, the infiltration of inflammatory cells into skin tissue was significantly reduced in the S3 and S4 groups relative to the positive comparison group (Positive) of atopic dermatitis. Moreover, from results of the western blot and immunohistochemistry assays of tested skin tissue, we were able to confirm a reducing pattern of the markers related to keratogenesis.

        인장시험법을 이용한 극세 양면 원형편포의 래더링 측정

        The high-density knitted fabrics prepared by using fine filaments have a disadvantage in that laddering occurs even if it is interlock stitching. However, there is no test method currently available for evaluating the laddering of a knitted fabric. Therefore, in this study, I devised a laddering test method and examined what factors influenced its occurrence. As a result, I obtained the following results. It was confirmed that it was harder to generate laddering in a knitted fabric with a thick filament than in a knitted fabric containing a thinner filament owing to contact interference between loops in a knitted fabric having a similar tightness factor. It was also confirmed that the elongation in the course direction is not an absolute factor affecting the occurrence of laddering since the results differed from each other according to the conditions employed in this study. Statistically, a linear correlation was observed between the tightness factor and the laddering strength of the knitted fabric when the yarn count was the same. At this time, it was found that the larger the tightness factor, the smaller was the occurrence of laddering.

        세라마이드 함유 서방성 시스/코어 복합사의 제조와 세라마이드 방출 특성

        Ceramide-containing sheath/core composite fibers were prepared by a melt-spinning process, for improving skincare clothing and mitigating atopic dermatitis. We built a database for selecting the base polymer containing the ceramide, encapsulating it, and optimizing the parameters of the unit manufacture of a master-batch chip, to apply the subsequent process. We also evaluated how single-filament, spinning-composite-filament, and draw-textured-yarn manufacturing conditions affect the physical properties of the yarn. Furthermore, the effects of an eccentric sheath/core- and sheath/core-type structure on the sustained release of the ceramide were investigated. As a result, the possibility of the production of ceramide-containing sustained-release polypropylene yarns was verified by HPLC analysis.

        $BaTiO_3/SiO_2$ 복합섬유의 제조와 미세구조 연구

        In order to prepare neat barium titanate/silica ($BaTiO_3/SiO_2$) composite fibers, combined process of sol-gel synthesis and electrospinning was utilized. Electrospun composite fibers were subjected to the high temperature calcinations to fabricate the crystalline structure of $BaTiO_3$. The fraction of barium titanate to silica in fiber and the calcination temperature of fiber were varied. Prepared $BaTiO_3/SiO_2$ composite fibers have diameters of 500 nm to $3\;{\mu}m$ and show the neat surface morphology without any porous structure. Calcined composites fibers were characterized using powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR).

        아토피성 피부질환 완화용 세라마이드 함유 3차원 섬유 구조체 디자인 및 평가

        The ceramide-contained 3D textile structure was designed for itch relief in atopic dermatitis. We confirmed the ability of the prepared 3D fabric to control humidity in the human skin surface, according to composition and density of moisture controlling textile structure, to mitigate atopic dermatitis. With respect to itch relief functionality, the ceramide-contained 3D fabric is chemically treated using insoluble polyphenols, and the protein enzyme is inactivated by an aggregation experiment between polyphenols and bovine serum albumin, which is considered as a standard protein. From the evaluation of the anti-oxidation factor of cotton- and nylon-treated tannin and gallotannin, we concluded that the ceramide-contained 3D fabric is suitable to apply as skin care clothing.

        DGEBA/phenol Novolac 에폭시 수지의 경화거동 및 열적 특성

        To enhance the viscosity and thermal resistance of DGEBA epoxy resin, a phenol novolac-type epoxy resin was added to a hot melt-type epoxy prepreg. The mixtures of DGEBA solid and liquid epoxy resin, and phenol novolac epoxy resin were prepared with different mixing ratios. The effect of the mixing ratio on the curing behavior, thermal stability and viscosity of the blended epoxy resin was investigated. The curing behavior did not vary significantly with the mixing ratio. The activation energy increased as the content of phenol novolac-type epoxy resin was increased up to 40 wt%. The thermal resistance and viscosity of the mixed epoxy resin increased significantly when the phenol novolac-type epoxy resin and solid epoxy resin occupied more than 20 wt%.
