        흡착제를 이용한 수중의 미량 이취물질 분석법 개발에 관한 연구

        Even if odorous compounds remain very low concentration in water, it cause strong odor. Because Geosmin and most of odorous compound had very low vaporization, those were difficult to analyze with GC/MSD and Purge & Trap. So, we needed pre-treatment method for decreasing amounts of extracting solvents, improving recovery efficiencies and increasing analytical efficiencies. This study developed efficient technology for analyzing odorous compounds, using various adsorbents and extracting solvents. The optimum adsorbent was XAD resins. Especially, XAD-2, XAD-7 and XAD-2010 were superior, but XAD-2 of these and the optimum extraction solvent is MTBE. Other extraction solvents' efficiency is in order of MTBE>Dichloromethane>n-Hexane>Diethylether. The optimum NaCl dosage for increasing efficiency is 5 g in liquid-liquid extraction method. The shaking time(0~24hr) has no concern with adsorption efficiency. The optimum adsorbent is XAD-2 resin and extraction solvent is MTBE. Dosing NaCl, adsorption efficiency is increased in liquid-liquid extraction method, but NaCl has no effect on liquid-solid extraction method. In this experimental results, this algae toxins(Mycrocystin, Anatoxin etc.).

        전술 Ad-hoc 네트워크에서의 효율적인 키 관리 기법

        Tactical Information Communication Network(TICN) uses both a wireless and wired network. To support mobility in battlefield environments, the application of Ad-hoc networking technology to its wireless communication has been examined. However, Ad-hoc network is faced to many security threats due to its intrinsic characteristics. Therefore, to apply the Ad-hoc networking technology to battlefield environments and TICN, an intensive study on security countermeasure must go side by side with the development of enabling technology. In this paper, we suggest an efficient key management scheme for TICN of which the Ad-hoc networking technology is applied.

        헛개나무(Hovenia dulcis Thunberg) 추출물이 활성 산소종과 관련한 효소에 미치는 영향

        In order to investigate the effects of 70% EtOH extract obtained from Hovenia dulcis Thunberg on enzymes relating reactive oxygen intermediate, cancer-stricken animals induced by DEN (N,N-diethylnitrosamine) were recovered by administering the extract of Hovenia dulcis Thunberg. It showed that there was no effect on the generation of superoxide radical by the extract of Hovenia dulcis Thunberg. However, considering the increase of the activity of Cu, Zn-SOD and Mn-SOD in the tested animal class, the extract of Hovenia dulcis Thunberg could participate directly in removing of superoxides. The experimented-animals treated with the extract of Hovenia dulcis Thunberg showed an increase in the activity of the enzymes, catalase and glutathione peroxidase, which can eliminate hydrogen peroxide pertained in liver tissue. The extract of Hovenia dulcis Thunberg seemed to have some factors that accelerate the oxidation. Also, the extract of Hovenia dulcis Thunberg showed effects on the enzymes relating to the active oxygen toxicity which could be an indicator of aging and body toxicity.

        인적분할을 통한 지주회사의 전환이 사업자회사의 주가수익률에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 지주회사 전환을 위한 기업분할(인적분할)일 이후 공개매수 또는 유상증자 발표 일까지 지주회사와 사업자회사의 주가수익률의 변화를 알아보고, 그 기간 동안 이루어진 수시공 시가 지주회사와 사업자회사의 주가수익률에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석해 보았다. 인적분할에 비해 현물출자나 포괄적 주식교환 등 물적 분할을 통해 지주회사를 신설하는 것은 이론상 가능하지만 공정거래법상 지주회사의 자회사 지분율(상장회사20%, 비상장회사40%)을 맞추기 위해 추가적으로 지주회사가 소수주주로부터 지분을 매입해야 하는 절차를 거쳐야 하므로 현실적으로 부담이 따른다. 반면 인적분할을 통한 지주회사 전환은 추가자금 없이 공개매수 또는 제3자 배정 형식의 유상 증자 등을 통하여 자회사에 대한 지분확대를 할 수 있기 때문에 인적분할을 통한 지주회사 전환이 일반적이다. 즉, 인적분할을 통한 지주회사 전환은 기업분할 후 사업자회사의 시가 총액을 증가시켜 최대주주의 사업자회사의 지분과 지주회사의 지분의 Swap을 통하여 최대주주의 지주회사에 대한 지배력을 증가시킬 유인이 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 최대주주의 유인을 실증적으로 검증한 결과 지주회사 전환을 위한 기업 분할(인적분할)일 이후 공개매수 또는 유상증자 발표일 까지 사업자회사의 누적평균초과수익률(CAAR)이 증가하고 있음을 발견하였다. 또한 인적분할을 통한 지주회사로 전환하는 과정에서 사업자회사에 대한 가치를 높이기 위하여 최대주 주의 입장에서 인위적으로 주가를 높이려는 활동으로 공시를 활용하는지를 검증하였다. 그 결과 사업자회사의 가치를 높이려는 유인이 있는 인적분할일 이후부터 공개매수 또는 유상증자 발표 일까지의 기간 동안 발표된 수시공시는 사업자회사의 주가수익률에 유의한 양의 결과를 보여줌으 로써 최대주주가 유리한 교환비율을 가지기 위하여 수시공시를 이용한다는 것을 검증하였다. 본연구는 인적분할을 통한 지주회사 전환 과정에서 최대주주가 지주회사에 대한 지배력을 어떻게 증가 시키는지 실증적으로 검증했다는 점에서 그 공헌점이 있다고 할 것이다. From the date of the corporate division to the date of the tender offer or paid-in capital increases this study recognize the change in the stock price of the holding company and the operating company, I analyzed timely disclosure is made during the period how the impact on the stock price of the holding company and operating company. It is theoretically possible that a holding company established through a comprehensive stock exchange and in-kind contributions, such as split-off compared to the spin-off, but fair trade law, affiliates of the holding company, stake (20% of listed companies, 40% of unlisted companies) to meet the additional holding company go through the procedures that must be followed so purchasing the shares from minority shareholders in reality burdensome. While the holding company through a spin-off tender offer or a third party allocation format of the holding through a capital increase including through the spin because the stakes can be expanded to a subsidiary company converted this is usually without additional funding. That is, the holding company through the spin-off is an incentive to increase the market capitalization of the company after the corporate division increase the control of the holding company s largest shareholder through the swap of the operating company and the holding company s equity stake in the largest shareholder it occurs. It found that the incentives for these empirically validated as a result the largest shareholder of the holding company, the cumulative average abnormal returns of the operating company (CAAR) is increased from the corporate division (spin-off) to the tender offer or paid-in capital increase announcement. In addition, we verified whether the disclosure of the artificial price advantage from the standpoint of the largest shareholders want to increase activity in order to increase the value of the operating company in the process of transition to a holding company through spin-off. Timely Disclosure utilized in order to have a favorable exchange rate that was verified by displaying the results of a significant amount of the price performance of the operating company. This study empirically verify how the largest shareholder increase control of the holding company from the holding company through a spin-off process that will contribute to that point.         중금속 함유 실험실 폐수처리를 위한 폐달걀껍질의 재활용

        본 연구에서는 폐기물의 재활용 측면에서 폐달갈껍질에 의한 중화능을 파악승}는 동시에 중금속 제거 가능성을 고찰하였다. 폐달갈껍질 자체내에 Ca와 같은 알칼리성 성분으로 인하여 pH 상승효과가 탁월하며. 또한 폐수중의 중금속은 pH 상승으로 인하여 수산화물로 침전 · 제거되는 것으로 여겨진다. 폐달갈껍질은 응집 · 침전 및 흡착제로써 역할을 하기 때문에 주입량과 흡착질 농도에 영향을 받는 것으로 여겨진다. 흡착강도 l/n 값은 0.35-0.싫의 범위이며 Cu)Pb)Cr의 순으로 높게 나타났으나 흡착용량 k 값은 2.61-3.26의 범위이며 Pb)Cr)Cu의 순으로 높게 나타내었다. The purposes of this research were to evaluate the character of laboratory wastewater. and to examine the utilization of waste egg shells for neutralization 밍ld removal of heavy metals. Waste egg shells are excellent at neutralizing acidic wastewater. because they have alkaline minerals such as calcium. It must be seemed that remova1 rate of heavy meta1s were very influenced by adsobent dosage and adsorbate concentrations. because waste egg shells acted as precipitation and adsorption. If we reflected the adsorption capacity(k) and adsorption(1/n) of Freundlich isothenn. we couldn't consider waste egg shells as a good adsorbent. In view of these results. it showed that wastes containing the similar compositions as waste egg shells could utilize the neutralization. precipitation and adsorption of heavy meta1s in laboratory wastewater.

        L2 speakers' use of Korean sentence-ending suffix-ketun

        By using the methodological framework of conversation analysis, this study combines a grounded study of interactional linguistics focusing on L2 speakers' interactional competence in the use of Korean sentence-ending suffix -ketun. Based on the previous studies which examined the use of -ketun. in L1 Korean speakers' conversation, this study analyzes data taken from different levels of Korean language classroom interactions, with close attention to the learner's usage of the target suffix in formulating a dispreferred response. The findings of the study demonstrate that the L2 advanced students' use of -ketun is much closer to that for L1 speakers in constituting a dispreferred response while claiming epistemic primacy. On the other hand, extremely low frequency in the use of -ketun is a distinctive linguistic-pragmatic features that characterizes use of -ketun by L2 speakers at lower levels of competence. The advanced students' diversification may be an indicator of their more adaptive, con text- sensitive conduct, suggesting an increased interactional competence. Close scrutiny of the use of -ketun in this study aids to reveal whether and to what extent its interactional use by L2 speakers of different proficiency levels approaches that of L1 speakers.
