열처리에 따른 Y₂O₃박막의 미세 구조 변화와 전기적 특성 변화에 대한 고찰

p-type Si (100) 기판 위에 습식 산화법으로 SiO₂ 층을 형성한 후, Ionized Cluster Beam(ICB) 증착 방법으로 200 Å 두께의 Y₂O₃ 박막을 증착 하였다. Y₂O₃ 박막이 증착 된 시편을 산소, 아르곤 분위기에서 열처리한 후, Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM)과 Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM)을 사용하여 Y₂O₃ 박막의 표면과 계면을 관찰하였다. 열처리를 수행한 후 Y₂O₃ 박막과 Si 기판 사이에서 SiO₂층이 성장하고, 이트륨실리 케이트 층이 형성되는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. 산소 분위기에서 열처리를 수행한 시편의 Y₂O₃ 박막 표면을 관찰한 결과, 표면 상부에 아르곤 분위기에서 열처리한 시편에서는 보이지 않았던 새로운 상이 형성되었음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 전기적 특성을 측정하기 위하여 Al/Y₂O₃/p-type Si (100) 의 캐패시턴스-전압 특성을 관찰하였고, 그 결과 Y₂O₃ 박막의 유전 상수 값이 약 9정도임을 알 수 있었다. We investigated the interfacial reactions between the Y₂O₃ film deposited by ICB processing and p-type (100) Si substrates upon annealing treatments in O₂ and Ar gas ambients. We also investigated the evolution of surface morphology of ICB deposited Y₂O₃ films upon annealing treatments. We observed that the root-mean-square (RMS) value of surface roughness measured by AFM increased with annealing time at 800℃ in O₂ ambient, while the change of surface roughness was not observed in Ar ambient. We also found the growth of SiO₂ layer and the formation of yttrium silicate layer. From the capacitance values (C_(acc)) measured by C-V measurements, the relative dielectric constant of Y₂O₃ film in metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) structure was estimated to be about 9.

고령 지체장애인의 스마트 토이 이용 만족도와 사용 경험 분석

본 연구는 고령 지체장애인의 스마트 토이에 대한 이용 만족도와 사용 경험을 탐색하여 스마트 토이에 대한 효용성을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 고령의 지체장애인, 뇌병변장애인 12명을 대상으로 스마트 토이를 두 달간 사용하게 한 후 이용 만족도와 사용 경험을 알아보았다. 이용 만족도는 전체를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였고, 사용 경험은 2명을 선정한 후 가정에서 반구조화된 면담 질문지를 활용하여 면담을 실시하였다. 영역별 이용 만족도 분석결과 ‘재이용 의도(4.75)’가 가장 높게 나타났고, ‘불쾌감(1.46)’이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 성별에 따른 집단 간 중심 비교 분석 결과는 여성이용자의 재이용 의도(4.79) 가장 높았고, 남성 이용자의 불쾌감(1.20)이 가장 낮았다. 또한, 독거하는 고령 지체장애인이 가족과 동거하는 고령 지체장애인에 비해 스마트 토이에 더 친숙하게 인식하였다. 사용 경험의 분석결과는 주로 사용한 기능들과 스마트 토이의 사용과 조작에 대한 만족도와 개선 요구를 파악할 수 있었고, 스마트 토이에 대한 정서적 반응을 보인 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 스마트 토이에 대한 고령 지체장애인의 일상생활 지원을 위한 도구적 역할을 확인 하였으며, 고령 지체장애인으로 스마트 토이 적용과 연구의 활성화를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to explore the satisfaction of using smart toys and their experience in using them for the elderly retarded people to find out the utility of smart toys. After having 12 people with cerebral palsy use smart toys for two months, we looked at their satisfaction and experience. The satisfaction level of use was surveyed for the entire group, and the experience of using two people was selected and the interview was conducted using semi-structured interview questions at home. According to the analysis of satisfaction level by area, ‘intention to reuse(4.75)’ was the highest, and ‘discomfort(1.46)’ was the lowest. The results of the cross-group comparative analysis by gender showed that female users had the highest ‘intention to reuse(4.79)’, while male users had the lowest ‘discomfort(1.20)’. In addition, the elderly people living alone were more familiar with smart toys than the elderly people living with their families. The analysis results of the use experience were able to identify the main functions used, satisfaction with the use and operation of smart toys, and the need for improvement, and the emotional response to smart toys. This study confirmed the role of tools for supporting daily life of the elderly retarded on smart toys, and suggested suggestions for the application of smart toys and the expansion of research.

The effects of dietary tocopherol on the oxidative stability of membranal lipids in pork meat during 60 days of storage at 2℃ and -2℃ were evaluated. Fifteen male pigs (barrows), approximately 3 months old averaging 45 ㎏ in weight, were divided into the three groups of control diet, as well as short-and long-term α-tocopherol supplementation (control diet+200㎎ α-tocopherol/㎏ feed) diets of feeding durations of 2 weeks and 6 weeks before slaughtering, respectively. The lipids of the mitochondria and microsome isolated from the loin of pigs receiving the long-term α-tocopherol supplemented diet were much more stable(p$lt;0.05) to oxidation than those from the control animals. TBA values, regardless of storage temperature and α-tocopherol supplementation, tended to increase with the passage of time. However, the effects of dietary treatment on the lipid stability of pork mea appeared at 21 days of storage. The pH values of the long-term α-tocopherol supplemented meats were significantly higher than those from the other groups. The retention rates of vitamin E in the tissues at 30 and 60 days of storage were 61.5±2.4% and 28.9±3.6%, respectively. The vitamin E contents in meat tissue during the storage period at -2℃ declined sharply.
