        도시경관에 대한 주민의식 변화 연구 - 전라남도 영암군을 대상으로 -

        In this study, we investigated and analyzed changes about the landscape consciousness of Yeongam-gun residents, in chronological order. As a result, the landscape consciousness of 10 years ago and the present has not changed significantly. Also, the residents' consciousness of the Yeongam-gun landscape image has not changed from 10 years ago, and we recognize that it is necessary to preserve and form the natural landscape. As for the problem of urban landscape, the needs of residents for the development of urban infrastructure facilities and the development of tourist spots are higher than 10 years ago, and the problem of each landscape element is found as the formation and management of a road environment. It was found that the degree of satisfaction with the Yeongam landscape is generally below average, compared to 10 years ago. Residents' willingness to participate in landscape projects has changed as the number of respondents who do not want to participate has increased compared to 10 years ago, and the project method must be promoted by residents / administration / experts as one. The awareness is judged as administrative agencies need to change from the role of regulation-oriented in the past to the role of resident support and cooperation.

        This study examines and analyzes view hindrance factors of high-storied apartment houses at small town like 'Eup' where county office locates and it is found that hindrance factors include designation of residential area and height, length and form of main building. On recognition of view, most subjects of research considered high-storied apartment houses hindered urban view and its regulation is needed. Apartment houses at small cities become main factors of hindering urban view because they were located randomly regardless of scale of city and surrounding situation, but there is no measure to control it. Accordingly, view control through enaction of regulations is urgently needed with establishment of guidelines such as height of large buildings including high-storied apartment houses, length of main building, location and regulation of exterior design.

        소도읍 옥외광고물 정비 특성에 관한 조사 연구 - 전라남도 장성군 장성읍 영천로를 대상으로 -

        This study investigated the characteristics of outdoor advertising in downtown streets where the local governments improved and maintained. The purpose of this study was to examine how they met outdoor advertising guidelines in the basic landscape plan and how they contributed to the improvement of urban landscape. The outdoor advertising improvement project of local governments has contributed to the formation of downtown street landscape. However, as outdoor advertising is increasingly occupied in the landscape, it becomes a factor that hinders the landscape. Moreover, as outdoor advertising aims at advertisement, unique outdoor advertising has appeared, which is not matched with the surroundings. Therefore, it is necessary to take complementary measures. This study is a basic study to investigate the characteristics of outdoor advertising improvement which is a key element of urban landscape formation. Therefore, further study should be conducted on how an improved street image is evaluated.

        소도시 옥외광고물 가이드라인 설정 특성에 관한 연구 - 전라남도 기본경관계획 수립 지자체를 대상으로 -

        This study investigated and analyzed the characteristics of establishing the outdoor advertising guideline in Jeollanam-do local governments that have established the basic landscape plan. As a result, the outdoor advertising guidelines proposed in the basic landscape plan of the subject local governments were set in the regulation level rather than in the recommendation level. Similar trends were shown in local governments. However, many local governments have not set up the guideline by type. Therefore this study concluded that the establishment of a guideline should be supplemented. However, this study is a basic study to investigate the characteristics of establishing the outdoor advertising guideline which is a key element of urban landscape formation. Therefore, empirical study should be conducted in the future on how the established guideline is applied and evaluated.

        공동주택 디자인가이드라인으로서 지구단위계획의 적정성 분석 연구

        This study examines and analyzes the appropriateness of district unit plan from the viewpoint of setting and applying urban design guideline with apartment house site at Namak new town which is under construction based on district unit plan and the results of this study are as follows. Since district unit plan as architectural deign guideline has broad sense and is nonnative, it has the limitation in inducing contextual design of identity. Architectural design is also recognized as regulation to be followed rather than interpreted contextually from district view and it is found that district unit plan cannot achieve its original purpose. In addition, as district unit plan cannot present the whole image when the district is completed, it is focused on use, scale, location and form of apartment house. Accordingly, district unit plan must establish a district image first when the development is completed and contents of design guideline as the means of realizing it must be established. In addition, since apartment house plan has a lot of variables, complement through M.A system is needed.

        This research is investigated and analyzed about the district unit plan as urban design guidelines is how to affect formation of the urban landscape of amenity zone in Namak New Town. The major focus of this investigation and analysis is suitableness of urban design guidelines. And the suitableness is evaluated with result of this investigating and analyzing of how to affect formation of the urban landscape. and the results is follows. 1. On the survey of the evaluation of the district unit plan appropriateness, nearly half of the Architects, who have experience of district unit plan, say that ``It would be useful.`` on the other hand 70% of the Architects, who have experience of district unit plan, say that ``It could not be useful.`` This result appear that about 2/3 contribute to the urban space is appeared in the inexperienced design of the district unit plan. 2. The design of the elevation and the mass were undervalued in the evaluation of the utility value of the studied building. The causes of that problem are standardized shape and material. So the regulations, which contribute to the vitality of the street of stores are needed.

        호텔 진입공간의 구성요소 및 특성에 관한 연구

        In this study, an examination and an analysis are carried out on the forms and components of the access spaces of hotel entrances from the front gate of five star hotels in Jejudo, Korea. The results of the study are as follows. In terms of the arrangement of the hotel, city hotels with a relatively narrow site area are influenced by site shape, while resort hotels with a relatively wide site area are affected by the environment. However, the location of the front gate was determined by the access road from the outside. Therefore, forms of access space are related to the front gate, which is governed by the access road, and to the entrance, which is determined by the hotel arrangement. If the front gate is in line with the hotel entrance, a straight line and the hotel are arranged vertically to the front gate(side arrangement) or the hotel is arranged horizontally to the front gate, but if the entrance is not in line with the front gate, it appears as a curved shape. However, those who use their own cars have a variety of choices for access route depending on the location of the parking lot.

        고층아파트 지붕형태의 변천과 선호특성에 관한 연구 - 광주광역시의 고층아파트를 중심으로 -

        This study examines and analyzes a variety of apartment roof style for 147 apartment complexes built in the Gwangju metropolitan city in order to determine the style that is most preferred. The results of this study are as follows. Most of apartment houses built in the Gwangju metropolitan city are 11 to 15 stories followed by apartments that have less than 5 stories, with fewer apartments that have 16 to 20 stories. According to roof styles, the eyebrow roof A type is the most common, followed by the plane roof A type, the sloped roof B type and the sloped roof C type, while 2/3 of all roof types have either an eyebrow roof A type or a plane roof A type. Using images of these roof types to determine those that are preferred, the decorative roof C type is most preferred, followed by the sloped roof B and C types. According to recognition of adjective pairs, decorative roof C type showed a higher recognition for the categories of unique, decorative, three dimensional and novel, the sloped roof B type showed a higher recognition for the categories of three dimensional, decorative and structured while the sloped roof C type showed a higher recognition in the decorative, novel, varied and three dimensional categories. In the correlations between image preference and recognition scale of roof styles of apartment houses, decorative roof C type showed a significant correlation between adjective pairs with the calm image, the sloped roof B type with the intimate image, while the sloped roof C type showed a correlation between static and ordered with the easy image. Therefore, for the design of future apartment roofs, decorative roof C type requires more consideration of visual aspects that are related to a sense of unity, while further morphological factors needs to be adopted with sloped roof B and C types.

        지방 중소도시 도심지역의 거주환경과 거주의식에 관한 연구 - 나주 도심재생을 위한 사례연구 I -

        This study examines and analyzes residential environment and consciousness of downtown residents in Naju city and its results are as follows. Naju's population or urban population were decreased by half for 25 years, but area of residential regions was increased twice. It indicates that major parts of increased residence area are occupied by housing site development area. Uses of downtown buildings are for residential building mostly, but commercial building is less than 1/3 and story of buildings is mostly the first floor. So downtown area in Naju has residential function mostly and family composition is over sixties in more than half of population and regional aging is remarkable because household over majority of the population has no family under twenties. Downtown areas showed detached house and their own house in 2/3 of population and residents over majority of population have lived in current house over 20 years and had strong settlement. But housing site area is less than 40 pyeong at 3/2 of population and 2/3 of population have not parking lot. Most of population have dissatisfaction with their residential environment and for solving their dissatisfaction, improvement of poor residential environment, road extension and construction of parking lot are needed most. Most of residents consider that improvement of residential environment or economic level is normal or developed a little compared to five years ago, but when such a dissatisfaction is solved, they continue to live in their area.

        귀농인를 위한 농촌주택 도입요소 구축에 관한 조사 연구 -한국 전통 목조건축의 건축기법을 중심으로-

        This study derived eco-friendly factors of idyllic houses from traditional Korean wooden architecture and extracted practical introductory factors from a questionnaire survey. The results were as follows. 24 items were drawn from a field survey of traditional Korean wooden architecture in Jeollanam-do: structural factors(``the eaves``, ``ondol``, ``windows and doors``, and etc.), spatial factors(``connection``, ``corridor and buildings on air``, and etc.), and morphological factors(``architecture in nature``, ``eaves shapes``, and etc.). Then, a questionnaire survey was conducted with rural in-migrants to Jeollanam-do. Their most preferred factor was ``architecture in nature``, followed by ``eaves technique``, ``eaves shapes``, and ``fence shapes``. As we have seen, rural in-migrants preferred morphological factors such as ``architecture in nature``, ``eaves technique``, ``eaves shapes``, and ``fence shapes`` to structural or spatial factors in traditional Korean wooden architectural technique to build rural houses. The results suggest that they may prefer harmony with natural environment, natural hiding rather than alienation, and morphological expression for spatial connection.
