약침용(藥鍼用) 봉독성분(蜂毒成分) 중(中) Apamin의 항암효과(抗癌效果)와 MAP-Kinase 신호전달체계에 관한 연구(硏究)

Objective : To characterize the antitumorigenic potential of Apamin, one of the major components of bee venom, its effects on cell proliferation and the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signal transduction pathway were characterized using the human melanoma cell line SK-MEL-2. Methods & Results : Cell counting analysis for cell death demonstrated that consistent with a previous results, SK-MEL-2 cells treated with $0.5-2.0{\mu}g/ml$ of Apamin showed no recognizable cytotoxic effect whereas detectable induction of cell death was identified at concentrations over $5.0{\mu}g/ml$. [3H]thymidine incorporation assay for cell proliferation demonstrated that DNA replication of SK-MEL-2 cells is inhibited by Apamin in a dose- and time-dependent manner. To explore whether Apamin-induced growth suppression is associated with the MAPK signaling pathway, phosphorylation of Erk, a function mediator of MAPK growth-stimulating signal, was examined Western blot assay using a phospho-specific Erkl/2 antibody. A significant increase of Erkl/2 phosphorylation level was observed in Apamin-treated cells compared with untreated control cells. Qantitative RT-PCR analysis revealed that Apamin inhibit expression of MAPK downstream genes such as c-Jun, c-Fos, and cyclin D1 but not expression of MAPK pathway component genes including Ha-Ras, c-Raf-1, MEK1, and Erk. Conclusion : It is strongly suggested that the antitumorigenic activity of Apamin might result in part from its inhibitory effect on the MAPK signaling pathway in human melanoma cells SK-MEL-2.

동아시아 선재구법도의 설화적 표현과 도상해석

선재구법도(善財求法圖)는 『화엄경』 「입법계품」의 설화적인 내용을 기・승・전・결로 나누어 표현한 불교설화도(화엄변상도)로 선재동자와 오십삼 선지식의 신분과 장소를 화면의 모티브로 전개한다. 선재구법도는 동아시아에서 화엄사상을 기반으로 여러 유형이 조성되며 한・중・일의 대표적인 작품사례로 중국은 선재동자와 오십삼 선지식을 1구도1정경(情景)으로 인물과 배경이 유기적이며 역동적인 이미지의 절첩식 책자인 도찬(圖讚)과 화첩(畫帖), 판화가 주를 이룬다. 일본은 설화적인 긴 내용을 담기에 가장 효과적인 두루마리그림으로 만들어지는데 인물과 배경이 서정적이며 파노라마식으로 전개된다. 한국은 오십삼 선지식 중에 불·보살 1위(位)를 한 폭으로 압축하여 선재동자와 함께 구성한 걸개 그림, 사경화가 조성된다. 이러한 동아시아 선재구법도를 화면배치방식에 따라 연속적인 배치방식과 독립적인 배치방식으로 구분하여 도상을 해석하였다. 연속적인 배치방식은 선재동자와 오십삼 선지식이 순차적으로 연이어 화면에 등장하는 구도라면, 독립적인 배치방식은 오십삼 선지식 중에 불·보살 1위와 선재동자가 단 폭에 1:1로 구성된다. 이러한 화면분류를 근거로 특징을 살펴보면 연속적인 배치방식은 선재동자와 오십삼 선지식의 무게중심이 균일하며 극적(劇的)인 이야기 중심으로 전개되고, 인물의 움직임, 역동성, 리듬감을 포착하여 나타내고 있다. 이에 독립적인 배치방식은 한 폭의 화면에 비로자나불이나 관음보살, 보현보살 중 1위가 중심이 되고 선재동자는 부가적인 인물로 화면에서 섬세한 묘선과 밀도 있는 짜임새가 돋보이는 특징을 갖는다. 본 연구는 화엄경변상도중에 「입법계품」을 도상으로 한 동아시아 선재구법도에 대한 독창적인 표현방식과 특징을 유형화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 나라마다 작품유형에 차이를 보이는 것은 대승불교인 화엄종을 수용하면서 자국의 고유한 불교문화에 예술성, 독창성, 불신관이 반영되어 전개됨을 알 수 있다. “Pilgrimage of Sudhana”depicts the long myth of Avatamsaka-Sutra and Gandavyuha-Sutra, and it is the“Pilgrimage of Sudhana”that narratively expresses the main characters Sudhana(善財童子)and the fifty three Dharma. The composition content divides the fifty three Dharma into 52 levels of Bodhisattva and the status, location are dramatically developed as the motif of the buddhist painting. Accordingly, I analyzed and compared the icon images of Korea, China, and Japan, which are Buddhist spheres in East Asia, by classifying them according to the expression method. In China and Japan, a single picture in which the pictures are arranged in succession is made in the form of the scroll picture, the picture book etc. In Korea,“Water-MoonAvalokitesvara Paintings” and “The frontispieces of Avatamska sutra in 40volumes” which were made in the form of a single picture, emphasizing only the one Bodhisattva among the fifty three Dharma are produced. Divided into two cases, one is a continuous arrangement method and if the center of gravity of Sudhanakumara and the fifty three Dharma expressed in a scroll or books are uniformly arranged, suitable for propaganda, the other is a one-width “Water-Moon Avalokitesvara paintings”. It can be seen that plays a central role in the overall composition and has the character of respectability. By examining the“Pilgrimage of Sudhana” broadly through this classification, it was shown that the Avatamsaka-Sutra and Gandavyuha-Sutra, was handed down in correlation with each country"s unique artistic characteristics, Buddhism, and iconography. Korea, China, and Japan has creativity and originality and is made by type, and it is meaningful to classify these Buddhist myth according to the arrangement of the pictures and to understand the expressed characteristics.

〈한네의 승천〉에 나타난 한국적 영상의 의미 연구 : 오영진의 시나리오와 하길종의 영화를 중심으로

It was my intension to investigate the meaning of "the Chosunness" in the scenario, The Ascension of Hanne by Oh Young Jin and the imaging style of "the Koreanness" in the same titled movie by Ha Kil Jong. In short, The Ascension of Hanne was sprouted from the discourses on "the Chosunness" in late 1930s and bloomed with the renaissance of the traditionalism in 1970s. So in this scenario are dissolved the discourses on the korean traditional customs we can read throughout his works. In this study I compared and analyzed the scenario of The Ascension of Hanne with the movie. And I found that in these two works were overlapping the effects of discourses on "The Chosunness" in late 1930s to reestablish the national identity and of "the Koreanness" in 1970s. For an instance, in the scenario The Ascension of Hanne we can find the common characteristics of the korean movies in late 1930s. Like the movies those days, this scenario deals with the problems of the tragic trials of an woman, suicide, murder by an incompetent man, all-swallowing human desire etc. on the basis of the buddhist reincarnation and predetermined destiny than the contemporary sociocultural backgrounds. As an another instance, the movie The Ascension of Hanne was borne with the passion towards "the movie containing the Koreanness" by Ha Kil Jong. To realize this dream, he used the korean folk music and korean scenery as important materials. To reveal the essence of korean nature, he made his film with Seorak Mr. as its setting and captured the traditional folk sceneries on screen. Besides he actively introduced many forms of popular arts into his film including Tal Chum which had been widespread through universities and tried to make the korean image by embodying the korean folk music into audible imagery. Oh Young Jin and Ha Kil Jong had the passion to spread the Koreanness all over the world. And they thought they could find their identity in korean folk tradition. So they tried to relate the korean stories with the embodiments of the Koreanness like the korean music, oriental paintings, many forms of folk arts etc. But the Koreanness they tried to express was the result of modem self-censorship. So it assumed the form of mild conservative resistance which couldn`t help conspiring with dominant authorities. Then our old tradition was revived as an illusionary form because their newly discovered identity was one which had been developed under these suppressive systems. Consequently, with these approaches on tradition, they colonialized rather than renewed our suppressed past. So paradoxically, in the scenario The Ascension of Hanne by Oh Young Jin and the same titled movie by Ha Kil Jong, we are only able to find the falsehoods of our traditions and myths, along with the invisible violences within them. 오영진의 시나리오〈한네의 승천〉과 하길종의 영화〈한네의 승천〉을 분석하면서 1970년대 민족정체성의 모색을 위한 ``한국적인 것``에 대한 전통담론의 영향과 기원을 살펴보았다. 하길종은 영화〈한네의 승천〉에서 ``한국적인 영화``의 미학을 성취하기 위해, 토속적 풍경의 시각화나 당시 대학가에서 일고 있던 탈춤을 비롯한 민중예술을, 영화 속에 적극 도입했고, 국악의 청각적 이미지화를 통해 한국적인 영상을 만들어내려고 노력하였다. 1970년대는 영화법에 의한 사전검열로 인해 ``한국적인 영화``가 가능한 지점은 전통을 불러낼 수밖에 없었다. 민속의례를 극구조로 사용한 오영진의 시나리오〈한네의 승천〉은, 하길종 감독이 자기검열의 한 방법으로 ``한국적 정체성``을 찾아가는데 있어서 적합한 시나리오였다. 그러므로 이 작품 속에는 본질적으로 내면화된 오리엔탈리즘의 서사가 존재할 수밖에 없다.〈한네의 승천〉에 나타난 시공간적 거리는 오히려 전통적 요소를 타자화시킴으로서 ``한국적인 영화``의 한계를 드러낸다. 오영진과 하길종은 한국을 세계에 알리려는 의욕을 가진 인물로 그들은 자신의 정체성을 전통에서 찾았다. 전통에 대한 이 같은 태도는 억압되었던 과거를 복원하는 것으로 여겨질 수 있지만, 실제로는 과거를 식민화하는 것에 불과하다.

Systems Engineering(SE) is the multi-disciplinary approach, providing the integrated life-cycle balanced view and validating the results, when the complex system is developed. The goal of adopting SE to a project is to choose the most balanced solution among various possible alternatives and the application of SE is getting expanded into the commercial industry and project management area. Railway is the mass transportation integrated with complex technologies and many researches are making steady progress for more effective program management using SE process or methods in railroad industry. In this study, we identified relationships between the general SE process and the outputs/results of the project analyzing them, and suggested our own criterion for the data repository to manage information consistently and to access the information easily in case of need using MBSE.

노인의 영양위험과 사회망이 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study was done to identify the relationship of malnutrition, social network and health-related quality of life and to investigate the main factors influencing health-related quality of life in elders. Methods: The research design was a descriptive survey design using a convenience sampling. Data were collected by self-report questionnaires from 196 elders. Data analysis was done using SPSS 18.0 pc+ program for descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The average score for health related quality of life was 3.33 (SD=0.86). Differences in health-related quality of life were statistically significant according to age, gender, occupation, presence of spouse, monthly income, source of income, economic status, medicine, and existence of chronic disease. Health-related quality of life was significantly correlated with malnutrition and social network. Major factors affecting health related quality of life for elders were malnutrition, occupation, age, social network, and economic status which explained 52.0% of the variance in health related quality of life. Conclusion: Findings provide a basis for developing nursing interventions to improve health-related quality of life. Future studies are needed a wide variety of variables that might influence health -related quality of life in elders.

전산지원도구를 이용한 철도안전 성능평가 시험설비 구축 사업 관리방안 연구

A railway is a complex system integrated with a lot of technical elements such as trains, track facilities, human factors, operation & control and maintenance. As a mass transportation system, a railway could contain potential risks that may result in a high death rate and property losses. Accordingly, Railroad Safety Technology R&D Corps. is adopting the plan of the construction of Railway Safety Test Facilities as a part of the Railway Total Safety Project to enhance the railway safety, and carrying out researches on effective project management methods with Systems Engineering techniques. Recently, various systems engineering tools such as CORE or Cradle are applied to manage the system requirements and the project management process in the part of the aerospace engineering and automobile engineering so on. The railway industry also makes an effort to develop an efficient management skills using systems engineering tools as the railway system is multi-disciplinary. Therefore, we propose the more effectual management method of constructing the Railway Safety Test Facilities applying the systems engineering tool to the research.

Requirement management is an important phase that has a significant influence on the project success. As a risk to a project fail is getting bigger, people adopt Systems Engineering method to the development of the effective requirement management. Accordingly, Railroad Safety Technology R&D Corps. is progressing the plan of the construction of Railway Safety Test Facilities as a part of the Railway Total Safety Project to enhance the railway safety, and carrying out researches on effective requirement management methods with Systems Engineering techniques. To support that, we introduce the Systems Engineering Requirement Management Process and propose the more effectual management method of constructing the Railway Safety Test Facilities applying the model-based systems engineering tool to the research.

철도안전성능시험설비 구축 체계 개선에 관한 연구

Accordingly, Railroad Safety Technology R&D Corps. is adopting the plan of the construction of Railway Safety Test Facilities as a part of the Railway Total Safety Project to enhance the railway safety, and carrying out researches on effective project management methods with Systems Engineering techniques. When a system or a service is realized, such as the Railway Total Safety Project, it needs to be verified by requirements and the process of verification is to check whether customers/stakeholders requirements have been properly transformed into a system or a service. Recently, building the standardized verification system up could be the solution to reduce possible system-failed risks. To support that, we propose the more effectual verification method of constructing the Railway Safety Test Facilities applying the systems engineering tool to the research.
