The study was conducted to evaluate the latent heat properties of cement mortar with different contents of phase change material (PCM). The paraffin PCM with melting point of 44℃ used in this study. PCM was added in the mixture with contents ranged from 0 to 30%. Test results indicated that the heat storage performances of cement mortar were improved with increasing the content of PCM.
주당 운동참여 빈도와 일회 운동시 소요시간이 비만, 혈중지질 및 신장성장에 미치는 영향

The effects on obese, cholesterol in blood and the height growth in accordance with the how frequency exercise in a week and the length of a one exercise. This research focused on obese students and aimed at analyzing what effects on change of lipid in blood, lipoprotein density and height growth in accordance with the frequency and the length of exercise. The result of this research is following. 1. The change in TC and lipid in blood, lipoprotein density caused a remarkable difference between two comparison group A group with people who exercise one or twice a week and people who never exercise, and the other group with people who exercise three or four time a week and people who exercise almost everyday. The change in TG caused a remarkable difference between male and female students(p<.05). It is also proved that the two comparison group differ ; A group with people who never exercise and people who exercise one or twice a week and the other group with people who exercise one or twice a week and people who exercise almost everyday. There also is a meaningful difference of HDL-C between male and female students.(p<.05) However, there wasn`t any considerable difference between male and female students(p<.05) In addition, it was shown that change in VLDL lead to a meaningful difference in both comparison group. The variance of height growth caused a remarkable difference between male and female students(p<.05). It is also proved that the two comparison group differ; A group with people who never exercise and people who exercise one or twice a week and the other group with people who exercise three or four time a week and people who exercise almost everyday. 2. As a result of a length of exercise, There wasn`t any considerable difference between male and female students(p<.05) But, there is a considerable difference between male and female students(p<.05) There is a meaningful variance of HDL-C between male and female student(p<.05). However, there wasn`t any considerable difference between male and female students(p<.05) There is A regardful variance of VLDL between male and female student(p<.05). There is also a meaningfuldifference of the height growth between male and female student(p<.05). According to the result of our research, a regular exercise attendance has a positive effect on in blood, lipoprotein density. However, when viewed in the perspective of the lengh of exercise, in blood, lipoprotein density tended to show a negative effect to some extent. Height growth showed a meaningful gap in accordance with the frequency and the length of exercise. However, it can`t be said that exercise influences, the growth of students` height, because it is not easy to apprehend the effect of exercise upon growth without thoroughly controlling the synthetically interacting caloric intake, internal secretion, the form and the intensity of exercise, and inherited attribute. Since this paper focused on analyzing obese students, a systematic research, which can fully explain the time-serial phase of individual development, is to be done by conducting comparative and cross-boundary researches between the obese and the normal

A valve train dynamics of newly developed medium speed diesel engine was measured and analyzed. OHV-type valve train is represented by 7-DOF lumped mass model and distributed parameter model for the dynamic simulation. Analysis results with the given cam profiles were compared with the measured valve displacements, accelerations and acting forces. Based on these results, dynamic characteristics of valve train were investigated and the performance and safety were also evaluated. To improve the analysis accuracy, contributions of design parameters(mass and stiffness) to the dynamic behavior were investigated with the natural vibration analysis and sensitivity analysis. In addition, model tuning and optimization were performed from the measurement results.
씨름선수의 윙게이트 검사 중 산소기여율 증가시점을 바탕으로 무산소성 운동능력 평가변인의 제안

본 연구는 씨름선수들을 대상으로 윙게이트 운동 중 산소기여율의 변화를 바탕으로 보다 낮은 수준의 산소기여율에 의한 무산소성 운동수행능력 평가를 위하여 12명의 대학 씨름선수를 대상으로 30초 윙게이트 검사 중 5초 단위로 대상자들의 산소기여율 변화 및 무산소성 운동수행능력을 측정하였다. 그 결과 씨름선수들의 산소기여율은 운동시작 20초를 기점으로 유산소기여율이 급격하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며 이러한 증가시점(시간)을 본 연구에서는 산소기여율 역치수준으로 설정하였다. 또한 역치수준이전과 기존의 30초 윙게이트 운동평가간의 차이를 알아보기 위하여 20초까지의 운동수행능력과 기존의 30초 운동수행능력간의 상관분석을 실시하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 씨름선수들의 윙게이트 운동 중 산소기여율은 20초이후 급격하게 증가하였다. 둘째, 윙게이트 결과 중 20초까지의 평균 회전수, 평균파워(KPM/sec, KPM/sec/kg), 피로지수(%)가 30초 윙게이트 결과보다 유의하게 높았으며 총일량(KPM/kg)은 30초 윙게이트가 더 높았다(p<.05). 셋째, 측정시간별 요인 중 인체효율성은 20초 피로지수와 유의한 부적 상관성이 있었다(p<.05). 이상으로 본 연구를 통해 씨름선수의 30초 윙게이트 검사 중 20초까지의 무산소성 운동수행 결과를 통해 씨름선수의 낮은 산소기여율(10%미만)에 의한 순수 무산소적 운동수행능력에 대한 평가가 가능할 것으로 생각되며 또한 20초까지의 피로지수를 통해 신체효율성에 대한 평가가 가능할수도 있을 것으로 생각된다. 이러한 윙게이트 검사시간의 설정은 씨름선수라는 특정운동선수에 한하며 차후 다양한 운동종목간의 비교연구를 통해 운동종목별 특성을 발현할 수 있는 무산소성 운동수행능력의 평가시간에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of the present investigation was to suggest new variables of wingate test for Ssirum athletes based on the aerobic contribution during supramaximal anaerobic exercise. For the purpose, 12 Ssirum athletes of I university participated who had no injury or discomfort for maximal cycling exercise. we observed the change of aerobic contribution per 5 second during 30 seconds then we set up 20`s point of whole period as "aerobic contribution threshold". With this threshold, we compared anaerobic capacity until 20`s with 30`s and the results were as following; the aerobic contribution during wingate test increased rapidly at 20 second. ② Mean RPM, mean power(KPM/sec, KPM/sec/kg), fatigue index(%) of 20`s were higher than 30`s significantly, but total work(KPM/kg) of 30`s was higher(p<.05). ③ fatigue index of 20`s had negative correlation with body efficacy(p<.05), but 30`s had no relation. We concluded that anaerobic capacity until 20`s during 30`s wingate test might make the anaerobic capacity valuation with the low aerobic contribution and with fatigue index of 20`s we might evaluate the individual body efficacy respectively of Ssirum athletes.

This study was to research the actual condition of middle school students' cycling commuting and the comparison of the physique and fitness according to the commuting way. For this purpose, 316 second grade male students participated in this research. For the statistic results, we used one way ANOYA. The results were followed as below: First, among the 316 boys 144 boys (45.6%) commuted by walking, while 64 boys (20.3%) by cycling to school. Second, 116 students (46%) among the 252 students that didn't commute by cycling to school hoped to commute to school by cycling in future. Third, on the opinion for the improvement of cycling commuting, 56 students who was commuting by cycling wished for the anti-theft counterplan and the improvement of cycle shed, while bike-lane were hoped to be improved by the other 8 students. Forth, 36 boys among the students who didn't commute by bicycle but hoped in future wished the improvement of bicycle shed and 28 students hoped for the betterment of bicycle lane. Fifth, there was no significant difference in weight, height and BMI according to the commuting way (p>.05), but the tendency was showed that students' physique by walking might be better than others. Sixth, there were the tendencies that the records of 50 m rush and long distance run by cycling commuting might be better but the results were not significant (p>.05). With these results, there might be no positive effect on the physique and fitness by cycling commuting. Even though there was no significant effect, we could expect the development of endurance and muscular power on lower body by cycling commuting within long time participation.
