        약물함유 생체분해성 차폐막의 생채활성도 및 골조직 유도재생 효과

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of tetracycline(TC}, flurbiprofen, and PDGF-BB loaded biodegradable membranes on the cell-attachment, the activity of loaded PDGF-BB, in vivo release kinetics, and guided bone regenerative potentials. To evaluate the cell attachment to membranes, the number of gingival fibroblasts attached to each membrane(10% TC, 10% flurbiprofen, $200ng/cm^2$ PDGF-BB loaded membranes, drug-unloaded membrane) was counted by coulter counter and the morphologic pattern of attached cells was examined under SEM. To determine whether the activity of loaded PDGF-BB is sustained, the cellular growth and survival rate of gingival fibroblasts was used for both standard PDGF-BB and loaded PDGF-BB. For evaluation of in vivo release kinetics, drug-loaded membranes were implanted on the dorsal skin of the rats. On 1, 3, 7, 10, 14, 21, and 28 days after implantation, the amount of remaining drugs were measured by HPLC assay for TC and flurbiprofen, and by ${\gamma}-scintillation$ counter for $PDGF-BB^{1125}$. For evaluation of guided regenerative potential, the amount of new bone in the calvarial defect(5mm in diameter) of the rat was measured by histomorphometry 1 and 2 weeks after implantation of membranes. The number of cells attached to the PDGF-BB loaded membrane was largest as compared with the other mernbranes.(p< 0.05) The activity of loaded PDGF-BB was not significantly different from the activity of standard PDGF-BB.(p<0.05) After initial burst release of drug during the first 24 hours, drugs were gradually released for 4 weeks. Especially the release rate of PDGF-BB was nearly constant during 4 weeks. PDGF-BB loaded membranes(200, $400ng/cm^2$) were effective in guided bone regeneration as compared with drug-unloaded membrane. These results implicate that drug-loaded biodegradable membranes might be a useful for guided bone regeneration.

      • 다문화교육 필요성에 대한 대학생들의 인식 연구

        본 연구는 광주광역시 N대학교 대학생들의 다문화인식, 다문화가정및자녀인식, 다문화실시시기, 다문화교육실시방법, 다문화교육문제점, 다문화교육활성화에 대한 인식과 실태를 조사함으로서, 지역사회에서 효율적인 다문화 교육의 활성화에 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 2011년 4월 중에 N대학교에 재학중인 대학생 133명을 대상으로 하였다. 질문지는 선행연구를 참고로 하여 작성하였다. 통계적 자료처리는 기술통계, t검정과 F검정, 다중비교분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생들의 다문화교육 필요성에 대한 인식을 알아보았다. 대학생들의 성별 다문화에 대한 인식은 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았지만 전반적으로 여학생들이 남학생들보다 더 긍정적인 인식을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 거주지별 다문화교육 필요성은 다문화교육문제점에서 수도권 대학생들과 광역시 대학생들과의 인식의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학년에 따른 다문화교육 필요성은 다문화교육활성화에서 학년이 올라갈수록 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 전공계열별 대학생들의 다문화교육 필요성은 다문화인식, 다문화실시방법, 다문화교육문제점, 다문화교육활성화에서 예체능계열, 공학계열, 인문사회계열 등에서 다른 계열 대학생들보다 더 긍정적인 인식을 보였다. 그러나 사범계열 대학생들이 타 계열 대학생보다 다문화교육 필요성에 대해 전반적으로 낮은 평균이 나타났다는 것은 시사하는 바가 크다고 할 수 있다. 대학생들의 다문화교육 필요성은 종교별로 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 다문화교육실시 시기에 따른 다문화 인식에서는 유치원, 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교로 통계를 나누었을 때, 고등학교때 교육을 실시해야 한다는 인식이 많았다. 그러나 다문화교육문제점에 관한 교육은 유치원시기부터 실시해야 한다고 인식하고 있었다. This study Gwangju N University multicultural awareness, multicultural families, and children recognize and cross-cultural implementation period, multi-cultural training methods, multicultural education issues, and multicultural education to activate awareness and actual conditions by examining the community, an efficient multi-cultural education aims to provide basic data for activation. During this study, April 2011 N 133 students attending the University were enrolled. The questionnaire was written with reference to previous studies. The descriptive statistics, statistical data processing, t test and F test, multiple comparison analysis was conducted. The conclusions of this study are as follows: First, college students aware of the need for multicultural education are discussed. Gender of students in multicultural awareness did not see significant difference in the overall female students than male students having more positive perceptions showed. Need for multicultural education per resident in the metropolitan area college students and multicultural education issues with City College students showed that the difference in perception. Grade according to the need for multicultural education Multicultural Education in activating positive showed higher grades go up. Jeongonggyeyeolbyeol a multicultural university students recognize the need for multicultural education, how to conduct multicultural, multicultural education issues, and multicultural education in activating the Department of Arts, Engineering Department, Department of Humanities and Social Studies, etc. other than college students had more positive perceptions. Department of Education Department of the students, but other students need for more multicultural education had a lower overall average of the implications of the big can. Multicultural education needs of college students did not differ by religion. Second, multicultural multicultural awareness training period in accordance with the preschool, elementary, middle and high school when divided by the statistics, high school education were aware that you need. However, training on multicultural education issues should be conducted at the preschool period were aware.

        미생물 분석에 의한 채소류 비가열 조리공정의 위생관리 기준 유효성 평가

        This study evaluated the sanitation management standards for vegetable preparation processes without a cooking stage. The aerobic plate counts (APC), coliform counts, and Escherichia coli of the samples at each production step were analyzed, and microbial growth of the samples stored at different temperatures was measured. The validation was judged in accordance with the microbial criteria stipulated by the British PHLS. After washing and disinfection, the APCs of the two samples decreased to 3∼4 log CFU/g in both seasons. Compared to the purchasing stage, the decrease in coliform counts was approximately 0∼3 log CFU/g in both seasons; E. coli was not detected. The initial APC and coliform levels of two vegetable samples were 4∼ 5 log CFU/g in both seasons, with an increase of 1 log CFU/g taking more than 6 h at 25°C and 2 h at 35°C. More than 10 h at 25°C and 6 h at 35°C were required to increase the E. coli O157:H7 count by 1∼2 log CFU/g for two seasoned samples. In conclusion, washing and disinfection effects and changes in microbial growth during room temperature storage were similar in the two vegetables. Despite the low sanitizing effect of the two vegetables, when cut vegetables were stored under the critical limit within 2 h at two different room temperatures, seasoned lettuce and chicory were at the ‘satisfactory’ or ‘acceptable’ levels of PHLS regardless of the storage temperatures. The validation of sanitation management standards applied to vegetable preparation with the no-cook step was approved.

        중학생의 음악흥미도와 공감능력간의 관계

        본 연구의 목적은 중학생의 음악흥미도와 공감능력간의 관계를 분석하는 것이며 이를 위해 음악활동에 적극적인 중학교 2학급과 상대적으로 소극적인 중학교 2학급을 선정하였다.연구 결과,음악흥미도와 공감능력 간에는 높은 정적상관관계가 나타났다.음악흥미도의 모든 영역은 공감능력 중 상상하기,관점 취하기,공감적 관심 영역과 정적상관이 있었고 공감능력 전체는 음악흥미도 중 음악에 대한 내재적인 정서반응,음악활동 영역과 높은 정적상관관계를 보였다. 또한,학교 간의 음악활동 수준에 따른 전체적인 음악흥미도와 공감능력의 정도에는 큰 차이가 없었으나,음악흥미도 중 음악을 통한 사회적 교류,음악가,가창활동에 대한 흥미는 음악활동에 적극적인 학교가 높았다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between musical interests and empathy ability among middle school students in South Korea. For this purpose, I selected two classes with active and non-active musical activities from different middle schools. The results indicated that there was a high correlation between students ’musical interest and empathy abilities. All areas of musical interest were positively correlated with ‘fantasy’, ‘perspective taking’ and ‘empathic concern’ area of empathy ability. For the ability to empathize, all areas showed a highly positive correlation with the interest in emotional responses to music and interest in music activity areas. Also, there was no significant difference in the overall musical interest and ability to empathize based on the level of music activities between the two types of schools. However, the interests of social interaction through music, musicians and singing activities were higher in the schools with active musical activities.

        This study aims to provide fundamental data on efficient usage of food service and desirable and progressed usage of processed meat products to nutritionists or nutrition teachers at elementary, middle, and high schools in Chunkbuk and Daejeon area. A survey was performed to investigate usage status of processed meat products and to analyze and compare the factors that affect to selecting processed meat products and cooking process. The most frequently used processed meat products are shown as smoke ham products. The factors that affect to selecting processed meat products and cooking process are shown as acceptance of students on processed meat products. The intentions not to use processed meat products are because so much food additives such as color former, artificial coloring agent, food preservatives are included and due to the high cost. Factors to consider when selecting processed meat products are;'manufacturing date and expiration date'for elementary and middle schools;'tastes and acceptance'for high schools. The matters to consider when cooking processed meat are shown that'degrees of cooking'is the most significantly considered. The frequently used cooking methods are; frying for pork cutlet, chicken cutlet, meat ball, sweet and sour pork ; baking for grilled beef and meat fritters; steaming or baking for smoked meat; sauting for smoke ham, sausage, and bacon. Boiling and sauting are most frequently used for Spam and Luncheon meat at elementary and middle schools while baking and sauting at high schools.

        장미농가의 생산효율성 분석

        본 연구는 장미농가의 생산효율성을 측정하고, 경영의 비효율성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 연구이다. SFA(Stochastic Frontier Analysis) 기법과 DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) 기법을 사용하여 생산효율성을 측정하였으며, 효 율성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위하여 Tobit 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 먼저, SFA 방법을 통한 생산효율성은 88.4%으 로 측정되었으며, DEA 방법에서 불변규모수익(CRS) 모형과 변동수익규모(VRS) 모형을 통해서는 생산효율성이 각각 78.5% 와 85.2%로 측정되었다. 특히 두 가지 방법의 생산효율성 측정결과는 각 경영체의 효율성 순위를 동일하게 설명하고 있어 상호보완적이다. 다음으로 Tobit 분석 결과, 투입한 6개의 변수가 모두 효율성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 종묘비와 제재료비는 (+) 부호를 나타냄과 동시에 회귀계수가 가장 크게 나타나 효율성에 미치는 영향력이 가장 큰 경영 항목으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 장미농가는 종묘비와 제재료비의 투입을 증대시켜 더욱 높은 소득을 창출하는 방식으로 경영 효율성을 증대시켜야 함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to examine the production efficiency of Rose farm and to explain the factors of the inefficiency. To analysis the production efficiency, SFA(Stochastic Frontier Analysis) and DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) methods are measured, and then, Tobit regression model is used to analysis the influential factors on the production efficiency. As a result, first, the production efficiency by SFA is 88.4%, and by DEA, results are 78.5% and 85.2% in the CRS and VRS model, respectively. In particular, the production efficiency of the measurement results of the two methods are complementary, it is described in the same order of efficiency of each management body. Second, the results of tobit model shows that 6 input-factors are significant, and seed/nursery and material costs, which have the largest regression coefficient value and positive effect on production efficiency, are the most influential factors. Therefore, the results of this study indicates Rose farm can enhance their management efficiency by increasing amount of the seed/nursery and material costs.

        상업스포츠센터 상호작용성이 스포츠센터동일시, 지각된 서비스품질, 스포츠센터명성 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the following in an empirical manner through a structural equation modeling analysis: the correlation among the interactivity, identification, perceived service quality, reputation, and the customer loyalty of commercial sports centers. To accomplish the objective, 281 male and female adults who used a commercial sports center located in Seoul for more than 3 months were surveyed. In terms of sampling method, convenience sampling method was used, and the questionnaires were filled out with self-administration method. To verify the structural model proposed in this study, SPSSWIN Ver. 15.0 and AMOS 7.0 were used. The findings are as follows. First, the interactivity of the sports centers did not have a significant impact on sports center identification. Second, the identification had a significant impact on the perceived service quality. Third, the identification had a significant impact on the reputation of the sports centers. Fourth, the service quality perceived by customers did not have a significant impact on the customer loyalty. Fifth, the reputation of sports centers had a significant impact on the customer loyalty.
