EMR 정보 창을 통한 CT업무의 내ㆍ외부 고객만족도 향상

목적 CT검사의 다양함으로 인해 병동과 외래에서 검사에 대한 사전숙지가 어렵고 이로 인해 원활한 검사가 이루어 지지 않기 때문에 EMR상에 CT검사에 대한 설명창을 만들어 이를 개선하려고 한다. 대상 및 방법 2012년 2월부터 9월까지 QA기간으로 잡고 이전부터 CT검사실로 걸려오는 문의 내용들과 병동 및 외래와 접촉하여 불편사항 및 요구사항을 수집하여 개선방안을 논의한 후 문제해결방안을 도출, EMR팀과 상의하여 오더발행 및 열람이 효율적인 프로그램을 개발하고 홍보 및 Feed back을 거쳐서 보완한다. 결과 검사실에 걸려오는 문의 전화가 월별 66.6% 줄었고 준비사항 부족 등으로 검사가 지연되는 경우가 월별 24.5% 줄었다. 결론 EMR 설명창의 적용은 전화응대 시간과 검사 지연시간을 줄이는 것에 그치지 않고 정확한 검사로 인한 환자가 느끼는 병원에 대한 신뢰감, 검사의 효율화, 내 외부 고객 만족도 향상 등 여러 가지 측면에서 긍정적인 효과를 기대할 수 있다고 사료된다. Ⅰ. Purpose Due to variety of CT examination, It is so difficult to perfectly understand every single study. For the reason, smooth examination can be made difficult. Information window will be helpful to improve the this circumstance. Ⅱ. Meterial and Methods QA was carried out From 1 February 2012 to 31 september 2012. After collecting request from every outpatient clinic and hospital ward, remedy was discussed. Then Information window was developed with EMR team. Ⅲ. Result Inquiring calls came down 66.6% per month and under-prepared examination came down 24.5% per month. Ⅳ. Conclusions Applying Information window on EMR is not only reducing inquiring calls but also examination delay time. It is considered that internal customer satisfaction is increased. and precise examination can satisfy external customer.

Many of the current development in surface modification engineering are focused on multilayered coatings, which have the potential to improve the tribological properties. Four different multilayered coatings were deposited on AISI D2 steel in this study. The prepared samples are designed as WC-Ti_(0.6)Al_(0.4)N, WCTi_(0.53)Al_(0.47)N, WC-Ti_(0.5)Al_(0.5)N and WC-Ti_(0.43)Al_(0.57)N. The multilayered coatings were investigated with respect to coating surface and cross-sectional morphology, roughness, adhesion, hardness, porosity and tribological behaviors. Especially, wear tests of four multilayered coatings were performed by using a ball-on-disc configuration with a linear sliding speed of 0.017 m/sec and a normal load of 5.38 N load. The tests were carried out at room temperature in air by employing AISI 52100 steel ball (H_R = 66) having a diameter of 10 ㎜. The surface morphology, and topography of the wear scars of samples and balls have been determined by using scanning electron spectroscopy (SEM). Also, wear mechanism was determined by using SEM coupled with energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). Results have showed an improved wear resistance of the WC- Ti_(1-x)AlxN coatings with increasing of Al (aluminum) concentration.

The Heat Recovery Steam Generator(HRSG) is device that uses exhaust gas of gas turbine to increase thermal efficiency. In order to requirements global needs saving energy, reducing emission of CO2, reducing cost, many power plant appled HRSG. Generally, High Cr steels are used in steam side tube because of its high temperature strength and oxidation resistance. This paper addresses creep-rupture test of 9Cr-1Mo steel at isothermal temperature with change thermal and stress condition. the results of date are plotting to Larson-Miller parameter. Through hardness test of specimens, fluctuation of hardness values are determined to interrelation between hardness and life. Finally, The test specimen of creep rupture is observed by Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM) to analyze higt temperature material behavior of Cr steels
당뇨병 환자에게서 발생한 Serratia marcescens에 의한 급성 농창

Despite their existence all around, primary cutaneous infections caused by Serratia marcescens are still fairly rare. In many cases, symptoms caused by S. marcescens usually manifest as opportunistic infections in pulmonary, urinary and digestive organs of immunocompromised patients. It is unusual to find manifestations as "primary" cutaneous infection. A 56-year-old woman presented to our hospital with ulcerative skin lesions. She had a medical history of poorly controlled diabetes mellitus for 5 years. Multiple nodules and ulcerative lesions of various sizes were distributed on the abdomen, both buttocks and thighs. Two biopsy samples revealed deep dermal and subcutaneous suppurative inflammation. Two culture samples from the skin biopsy sites demonstrated S. marcescens. Small-to- medium sized lesions showed improvements with antibiotic treatment for 14 days. However, for large sized lesions, partial-thickness skin grafts were done.
