        등속성 단축-신장성 수축 시 대퇴사두근에 대한 탄력테이핑의 효과

        본 연구는 대퇴사두근에 탄력테이핑을 적용하여 플라이오메트릭 훈련으로 인한 피로를 가중 후 등속성 단축-신장성 수축을 평가함으로써 근 기능 효율성 증대를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 경기도 성남시 소재 K대학 체육전공의 남학생을 대상으로 신체특성과 기초체력이 유사한 학생 20명을 무작위 선발하여 테이핑적용그룹 10명과 통제그룹 10명으로 나누었다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신장성 수축의 체중 당 최대근력 60°/sec(우측, 좌측)에서 테이핑그룹이 훈련 전․후 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않아 대퇴사두근 탄력테이핑 적용이 긍정적 효과를 나타났고, 그룹 간에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 신장성 수축의 체중 당 평균파워 60°/sec(우측, 좌측)에서 테이핑그룹이 훈련 전․후 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않아 대퇴사두근 탄력테이핑 적용이 긍정적 효과를 나타났고, 그룹 간에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 단축성 수축의 체중 당 평균파워 60°/sec(좌측)에서 그룹 간에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 넷째, 180°/sec 총일량의 모든 변인에서는 두 그룹 모두 통계적으로 유의한 효과가 나타나지 않았다. The purpose of this study is to investigate muscle function efficiency increase on a Quadriceps elastic taping by evaluating isokinetic concentric - eccentric contraction after adding extra fatigue on the muscle by plyometric training. Subjects were selected randomly 20male K-college students( taping group : 10persons, control group : 10persons) with almost same physical fitness and physical characteristics in SungNam si, KyunggiDo. The results were as follows; first, a taping group showed positive effect in 60°/sec(left and right)of maximal strength per weight of eccentric contraction due to no significant difference before and after training, and it id showed significant difference between groups. secondly, a taping group showed positive effect in 60°/sec(left and right)of average power per weight of eccentric contraction due to no significant difference before and after training, and it id showed significant difference between groups. third, it is showed significant difference between groups in 60°/sec(left)of average power per weight of concentric contraction. fourth, All groups did not showed any effect significantly in 180°/sec(total work) of all factor.

      • 정체경락(整體經絡)마사지가 슬내,외반 하지 변형의 교정에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 정체경락마사지와 운동요법이 슬내반과 슬외반 하지변형의 교정에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 특이한 지병이 없이 후천적인 하지 변형이 있는 22세-59세까지의 여성 45명을 대상으로 슬내반집단, 슬외반집단 그리고 대조집단으로 나누어 정체경락마사지와 운동요법을 8주간 주 3회씩 총 24회를 실시하였다. 각 집단의 Q각과 고관절각, 대퇴경골각의 변화를 분석하기 위하여 평균과 표준편차를 구하였으며, 처치에 따른 평균차이를 알아보기 위하여 Two-way repeated measured ANOVA, paired t-test를 실시하였다. 그 결과 슬내·외반 집단의 하지변형에 정체경락마사지 적용 전·후의 Q각에서는 우측 모두 유의한 차가 나타나지 않았으며, 좌측에서는 측정시기에서만 유의한 차(p<.05)가 나타났다. 슬내·외반 집단의 하지변형에 정체경락마사지 적용 전·후의 고관절각에서는 좌·우측에서 집단간의 유의한 차(p<.05, p<.01)이가 나타났으며, 우측에서는 상호작용효과에서도 유의한 차(p<.01)가 나타났다. 슬내·외반 집단의 하지변형에 정체경락마사지로 관리 전·후의 대퇴·경골각의 변화에서는 좌·우에서 집단 간, 측정시기, 상호작용에서 각각 통계적으로 유의한 차(p<.05), (p<.01, p<.001)가 나타났다. 무릎간의 간격과 발목간의 간격에서도 통계적으로 유의한 차(p<.001)가 나타났다. 결론적으로 정체경락마사지는 하지변형 변인, 그리고 고관절 주변 골반의 변형에 영향을 미침으로 슬내·외반 하지변의 교정에 효과가 있는 것으로 판단된다. In this study, Jung-che massage on meridian pathways and exercise therapy, Genu varus group and Genu valgus group do not want to sort out the impact was. Subjects without the disease between 20-50 women 45 men Genu varus group, Genu valgus group, and Control group was divided into the experiment. Experiments A and B, 3 times a week, 8 weeks 24 anniversary was applied. Research subjects to analyze changes in the dependent variable, mean and standard deviation were saving. Learn the difference between the treatment based on the average to Two-way ANOVA, paired t-test was conducted. As a result, There was significant difference (p<.05, p<.01) between groups at the right and left side in coxa angle before and after treatment by Jung-che massage on meridian pathways in the change of low limb of genu varus & valgus group, and also significant difference was seen in the interactive effect at the right side. For the change of low limb in genu varus & valgus group, there was significant difference (p<.05), (p<.01, p<.001) between groups at the right and left sides, measuring periods, interactions, in terms of statistics respectively as the result of looking into changes on thigh tibia angle before and after the treatment by Jung-che massage on meridian pathways. The gap between knees, which becomes the standard of judging its shape for the change on low limb of the genu varus & valgus and means genu varus, showed significant difference (p<.001) in terms of statistics. The gap between ankles, which shows genu valgus and the standard of judging low limb change of genu varus & valgus group in shape, showed significant difference (p<001) in terms of statistics. In conclusion, Jung-che massage on meridian pathway is applied to look like their give change.

        탄성밴드 운동과 스위스 볼 운동이 비만 여대생의 신체조성 및 혈액변인에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 탄성 밴드 운동과 스위스 볼 운동이 신체조성 및 혈액변인에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 것으로 비만 여대생 27명을 3그룹(탄성밴드 그룹; 9명, 스위스 볼 그룹; 9명, 통제 그룹; 9명)으로 나누어 8주간 실시하였다. 신체조성 변인은 체중, 체지방율, 제지방량이며, 혈액변인은 T-C, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG로 각각 운동전․후에 측정하였다. 이상의 연구절차를 통해 얻은 연구 결과 및 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신체조성의 변인인 체중, 체지방율에서는 상호작용 효과에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 둘째, 혈액성분의 변인인 TC에서는 측정시기에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 셋째, 제지방량, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과에서 비만 여대생을 대상으로 8주간의 탄력밴드와 스위스 볼을 이용한 저항성 운동이 체중과 체지방율, TG HDL-C에서 긍정적인 결과가 나타나 비만 예방과 치료에 적절한 운동 운동방법임을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 비만 여대생에게 더욱 큰 효과를 미치기 위해서는 적절한 운동 강도와 운동 시간을 고려한 프로그램의 연구 및 피험자들의 식생활 통제가 이루어진다면 비만 예방 및 치료에 더 큰 효과가 나타날 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of elastic band and swiss ball exercise in body composition and blood components on obese woman college students. Subjects of 36 females(over body fat 30%) elected in this study. All subjects divided 3 groups(elastic band training group: 9, swiss ball training group: 9, control group: 9). All subjects measured body composition variables(bodyweight, %fat, lean body mass), blood components variables (Total-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, Triglyceride) before and after a 8-weeks. Statistics analysis used to One-way Repeated ANOVA, and Post-hoc used to Scheffe. The result of this study were as follows; first, Body weight, %fat was significant interaction-effects(p<.05), second, TC, was significant measurement- period(p<.01). Third, Lean body mass, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG was not significant. On the basis of this study, these results indicate that elastic band & swiss ball exercise program is affirmative effects in weight, %body fat, TG, HDL-C in obese woman college students. However it is considered that more proper exercise intensity & time on program and dietary- life control required to be developed in order to be more effective in preventing and treating obesity.

        국민체력 100 프로그램 참여자의 재미요인이 심리적 행복감, 생활만족, 운동지속 의도에 미치는 영향

        The purposes of this study is to establish the foundation of consistently promoting the National Fitness 100 project as a national project by analyzing the effects on the Psychological Happiness, Living Satisfaction, and Continuing Exercise Intention of the Factors of Fun by Participating in the National Fitness 100 Program targeting to U1e 264 of adults participating in the program currently at the comprehensive social welfare center of k city, Gyeonggi-do, which is one of the core fitness management centers in the metropolitan area of the project. We implemented the exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s acalculation, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression for the collected data. The results of this study according to those methods and processes are as below: First, there were significant positive relationships amongst the fun factors, Psychological happiness, living satisfaction, and continuing exercise intention of the participants of the National Fitness 100 Program. Second, sociality, accomplishment, and improving fitness aims which are sub-factors of fun factors gave significant positive effects on fun and confidence which are sub-factors of the Psychological happiness. Third, sociality, accomplishment, and improving fitness aims which are sub-factors of fun factors gave significant positive effects on living satisfaction. Fourth, sociality, accomplishment, and improving fitness aims which are sub-factors of fun factors gave significant positive effects on continuing exercise intention. As the results above, it has been proved that the National Fitness 100 Project which is one of the national projects to improve fitness of the people and their living quality provides fun to the participants. Fun factors of the project have increased fun and confidence of the participants as well as given satisfaction during their daily life. In addition, it is expected that those positive effects of the project will contribute to improve fitness and health of the people by leading them to exercises consistently.

        12주간의 근력훈련 후 BIA와 ADP측정방법에 따른 남,여 대학생의 신체구성의 변화 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare the body composition data of BIA and ADP method following resistance training in college students. Thirty male and twenty one female college students had their fat-free mass(FFM), fat mass(FM), and % fat mass(%FM) measured using bioelectrical impedance analysis(BIA) and air-displacement plethysmography(ADP) before and after 12 weeks resistance training. After 12 weeks of resistance training, FFM was significantly increased in male college students. Method were significantly different in estimating FFM between ADP and BIA in pre resistance training and BIA estimates of FFM was higher than corresponding ADP values(p<.05) in male college students. In female college students, FM was significantly decreased in estimating with BIA method. The correlations between estimates of BIA and ADP were highly significant(r=.724~965) in pre and after 12 weeks resistance training. Compared with BIA, ADP was highly accurate for FM(△ADP-BIA, 1.25㎏) and %FM(△ADP-BIA, 2.5%) in male college students before resistance training. After resistance training, ADP was highly accurate for FM(△ADP-BIA, 0.77㎏) and %FM(△ADP-BIA, 1.07%) compared with BIA in male college students. In female college students, ADP was highly accurate for FFM(△ADP-BIA, 1.78㎏) compared with BIA before resistance training. These results showed that BIA estimates of FFM was higher than corresponding ADP values. However, the correlations and agreements between estimates of BIA and ADP method were highly significant.

        고정식자전거와 태극권 동작 운동프로그램이 치매노인의 균형능력 및 인지기능에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to investigate the effects of cycle ergometer exercise program on balance and cognitive function of subjects with senile dementia. The exercise program performed cycle ergometer and tai chi ch’uan stroke 5 times per week for 8 weeks. This study employed a two-group pre-post test study design. Subjects were divided by two group(exercise & rehabilitation program participant 12 persons, rehabilitation program participant 12 persons) and measured the changes of balance and cognitive function after 8 weeks. The study had consequences of the followings. There was no alteration in Berg Balance Scale between two groups. The difference of cognitive function was not resulted in the research measured by K-MMSE between two groups. In the future research, in order to reduce the fall danger and to boost the balance of the old with dementia, we suggest the development of the program it expands the exercise time of walking or tai chi ch’uan stroke that is safe and easy to access in case that try to start the stationary bicycle exercise. In oder to improve the cognitive ability of the old with dementia as well, it recommends to conduct the exercise program over 12 weeks and to try to compose the integrated program with a hand motion in the future research.

        동충하초 음료섭취가 호흡순환계 반응 및 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of beverage ingestion of Paeclomyceps-Japonica militaris on cardiorespiratory responses and the change of blood components. Paeclomyceps-Japonica militaris introduced a wonderful remedy to get antibiotic action, the contral nerve system, cardiorespiratory system, an anti-cancer, and chronic anti-fatigue effect in "Dongeubogam(oriental medical book)" and "Bonchongmok" and a clinical result of experiment states it is a lot of influence to human body. Therefore, in this study, subjects of 10 students were not ingested beverage of condyceps militaris for 6 weeks and ingested beverage of condyceps militaris for 6 weeks after test. that's to say, control group were not given beverage of for 6 weeks after 1st test and then subjects ingested beverage of Paeclomyceps-Japonica for 6 weeks(3 times a day, each 300㎖) after 2nd test and this study was performed same subjects. VO_2max and HRmax used KB1-C for measuring aerobic capacity and Blood variables used EKTACHEM DT60 Ⅱ for measurement. Blood samples of 3㎖ were drawn from an antecubetal vein and blood enzyme were analyzed by GOTand GPT. Serum lipid analyzed total cholesterol, HDL-C. The level of fatigue and the change of recovery were performed by analyzing lactate concentration at the rest, after exercise, 5min, 10min and 15min. The result of this study through beverage of Paeclomyceps-Japonica militaris were as Follows. First, VO_2max was not significant and HRmax was also not significant. Second, Total, cholesterol showed significant(p <.05) in blood variables and another variables were non significant. As a result of this study through beverage of militaris, it is found the effect of beverage ingestion that Total cholesterol showed significant in blood variables. Cardiorespiratory variables differed a few means but ingestion and noningestion group none significant and exercise of recovery considered special non effect in beverage ingestion for 6weeks.
