「피생명몽록」 연구

  17세기 초반 창작된 「피생명몽록」은 임진왜란 직후 여주 사는 피생이라는 선비가 이천 원적산 아래에서 서울선비 이헌과 역리 김검손의 혼백을 만나 대화를 나눈다는 내용이다. 피생은 이헌의 아들 이극신이 이헌이 죽은 지 10년도 지나 나타나서는 이헌의 시체 대신 역리 김검손의 시체를 거두어 장사지낸 경위를 듣게 된다. 뒤이어 나타난 김검손에게서 그의 전생 이야기를 들으며 이번에 발생한 시체가 뒤바뀐 일이 실은 전생의 인연 때문임을 알게 된다. 피생은 슬퍼하는 이헌의 혼백을 사생의 이치를 설명하여 달래준다.<BR>  이와 같은 내용인 「피생명몽록」은 이극신에 대한 비판과 사생관의 문제라는 두 개의 큰 줄기로 짜여져 있다. 이극신에 대한 비판은 주로그의 불효에 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 그러나 그 내용을 곰곰이 뒤집어 보면 실은 끔찍한 패륜 행위이다. 이렇게 이극신에 대한 비판이 과도하게 등장하는 것은 이극신이 1604년 이후 유영경을 중심으로 한 소북정권의 핵심 멤버였기 때문이다. 「피생명몽록」에서 이극신에 대한 비판은 실은 당시 권력을 잡은 소북 정권에 대한 비판이었던 것이다.<BR>  「피생명몽록」에는 세 가지 사생관이 등장한다. 이헌의 유교적 사생관, 김검손의 불교적 사생관, 피생의 장자적 사생관이 그것이다. 피생은 김검손의 삼생인연설을 꾸짖는다. 슬퍼하는 이헌에 대해서는 장자적 사생관을 들어 위로해준다. 「피생명몽록」에서 사생관의 문제가 이렇게 중요하게 다루어진 것은 이 작품이 임진왜란 중 억울하게 죽은 원혼들을 위로해주는 해원에 그 목적이 있었기 때문이다.   An Illusion of Pisaeng is created in seventeenth century. Pisaeng lived in Yeoju. He set out on a trip and arrived Mt. Wonjeok in Icheon. In the night, he met Sir. Lee-Heon and bondman Kim-Keomson in dream. They are ghosts died in Imjinwaeran.<BR>  Pisaeng heard of Lee-Heon"s story. Lee-Heon had three suns and Lee-Keaksin is the eldest. But Lee-Keaksin did not buried Lee-Heon"s corpse in the past twelve years. This time, he buried Kim-Keomson"s corpse instead of Lee-Heon"s in mistake.<BR>  Kim-Keomson refuted Lee-Heon"s story. Lee-Keaksin is his sun in his previous life. They have a karmic relation. For this reason, Lee-Keaksin buried his corpse instead of Lee-Heon"s. Lee-Heon and Kim-Keomson disfuted each other. Pisaeng refuted Kim-Keomson"s story and comforted Lee-Heon"s lamentation. He gave an explanation of an outlook of life and death to both of them.<BR>  An Illusion of Pisaeng have two essential themes. One is a severe criticism to Lee-Keaksin and the other is three outlooks of life and death. Criticism to Lee-Keaksin is primarily the want of his filial piety. In fact, he is a corrupt official and member of Sobuk Faction in 1600s. For this reason, Lee-Keaksin is criticised in An Illusion of Pisaeng.<BR>  An Illusion of Pisaeng have three outlooks of life and death. Lee-Heon"s outlook is confucian"s, Kim-Keomson"s outlook is buddist"s and Pisaeng"s outlook is Zhuanze"s. Pisaeng refuted Kim-Keomson"s outlook and comforted Lee-Heon"s lamentation. An Illusion of Pisaeng comforted all ghosts died in Imjinwaeran.

Feasibility of Coronary Angiography and Percutaneous Coronary Intervention via Left Snuffbox Approach

Background and Objectives Feasibility of coronary angiography (CAG) and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) via left snuffbox approach is still concerned. We aimed to investigate efficacy and safety of the left snuffbox approach for CAG and PCI. Methods Left snuffbox approach was tried in 150 patients who planned to perform CAG or PCI for suspected myocardial ischemia between 1 November 2017 and 31 March 2018. Results Success rate of radial artery (RA) cannulation via snuffbox approach was 88.0% (n=132). Among 132 individuals, 58 (43.9%) acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients were included. The diameter of snuffbox RA was significantly smaller than conventional RA (2.57 mm vs. 2.72 mm, p<0.001) from quantitative computed angiography of 101 patients. However, CAG via snuffbox approach by 6 French sheath was successfully performed in all 132 patients. In addition, there was significant correlation between the snuffbox and conventional RA diameter (r=0.856, p<0.001). In 42 PCI cases, including 25 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), the success rate of PCI via snuffbox approach was 97.6% (n=41). Intravascular imaging-guided PCI was performed in 8 (19.5%) patients and multi-vessel PCI in 4 (9.8%) cases. Regarding vascular complication, forearm swelling with bruising, not requiring surgery or transfusion, occurred in 2 (4.9%) PCI cases. Conclusions Left snuffbox approach is suitable for CAG and PCI compared with the conventional radial approach.

주파수 가변 고속 디지털 MRI 모뎀 RF부 설계와 구현

In this paper, we designed and made RF block of variable frequency digital modem for high speed MIRI system that can support not only multi-nuclei system but also any magnetic intensity(1.0T~3.0T). We executed simulation of fixed frequency digital modem using fixed band pass filter(BPF), variable frequency digital modem using variable band pass filter(tunable filter). Based on these simulations, variable band pass filter(tunable filter) named Micropole is ordered and manufactured. We designed and made RF block of variable frequency digital modem for high speed MRI system using variable band pass filter(tunable filter). And then we tested this board using PC and function generator and observed the output spectrum using spectrum analyzer. These spectrums are very clear and wide bandwidth about 500KHz and the level of main spectrum is 60~70dB more than harmonics or spurious. This difference of level is available for MRI system.

초기 사림파의 자기 형상

  이 글은 『사우명행록』 과 『무오당적』 에 나타난 초기 사림파의 형상을 살펴보려는 한 시도이다. 인간은 자신이 바라는 자신의 상을 중심으로 행동한다. 따라서 초기 사림파가 자기 자신을 어떤 사람으로 이해했는가는 아주 중요한 문제이다. 특히 성종 말년에 작성된 『사우명행록』 과 선조 말년에 작성된 『무오당적』 은 100년의 시차가 존재하며 그 사이 사림파의 개혁운동은 완결되었다. 이들의 속에 나타난 자기 형상의 차이를 지적하는것 또한 중요하다.<BR>  『사우명행록』 은 성종 말년 비판적 지식인 남효온이 자신이 존경하던 스승과 벗들의 이름과 그들의 존경할만한 행적을 쓴 것이다. 여기에 수록된 인물들은 남효온, 김종직, 강응정이라는 세 가지 구심점을 갖는다. 쉽게 말해 비판적 지식인, 양심적 관료, 개혁적 성균관 유생이라는 세 가지 구심점을 가지고 있는 것이다. 그러나 이 셋 중 지도자격이었던 양심적 관료인 김종직과 상당히 껄끄러운 관계에 있는 상태에서 『사우명행록』 은 지어졌다.<BR>  『사우명행록』 의 이러한 세 가지 구심점은 동한 시대 당고의 화 시기 태학생과 양심적 관료가 결합하여 청의라 불리던 과격한 의론을 무기로 환관 내지 외척과 대결했다가 패배했던 모습을 연상시킨다. 실제로 『사우명행록』 이 지어질 당시에 이미 동한 시대 청의에 대한 일정한 인식이 있었으며 중종시기 김정국은 아예 당인들의 명단 곧 당적이란 말로 사화에 희생당한 사람들을 부르고 있다. 유성룡의 『무오당적』 이란 말도 여기에서 기인한 것이다.<BR>  『사우명행록』 이후 무려 100여년이 지나 유성룡에 의해 씌어진 『무오당적』 은 사림파 운동에 대한 이론적 총결산의 성격을 갖는다. 『무오당적』 자체가 무오사화 때 희생당한 사람들의 명단인 만큼 당연한 일이겠지만 『무오당적』 은 맑고 깨끗한 인격을 가진 순교자의 명단이라는 측면이 강하다. 여기에는 개혁가, 방외인, 구도자의 성격을 가진 인물들이 등장한다. 여기에서 『사우명행록』 에서 『무오당적』 으로 발전해 나간 사림파의 자기형상의 모습이 뚜렷하게 보인다고 할 것이다.   I tried that examined self-configuration of the first stage of Sarim-pa in Sau-Myungdaengrok and Muo-Dangjeok. Human followed his own self-configuration. Accordingly it is very important what is self-configuration in the first stage of Sarim-pa. Particularly, the distance is important in Sau-Myungdaengrok and Muo-Dangjeok.<BR>  Nam-HyoOn wrote Sau-Myungdaengrok in the last part of Seongjong. It is the list and achievement of teacher and friend that Nam had the highest regard for. They have the three center. Nam-HyoOn, Kim-JongJik, Kang-Eungjeong. They are a critical intellectual, a conscientious bureaucrat, a reformal Seongkyunkwan Confucian scholar. Sau-Myungdaengrok"s three center have some similarities to reformal Seongkyunkwan Confucian scholars and reformal bureaucrats in period of Trouble of Danggo in The East-Han Dynasty of china. The latter confronted and defeated eunuchs and empepor"s relatives on the mother’s side.<BR>  Muo-Dangjeok is final theoretical settlement of accounts in Sarim-pa"s movement. It is one hundred years after Sau-Myungdaengrok. It have the charicteristics of the list"s of martyrs. Because it is the list of vimtims in Muo-Sahwa. Muo-Dangjeok have reformer, Bangwae-In and pilgrim. It is the road that Sarim-pa developed his self-configuration in one hundred years.

임펄스 UWB 네트워크에서의 일정진폭 다중접속 채널코딩

이 논문은 임펄스 UWB 시스템을 위한 새로운 일정진폭 프리코딩을 제안한다. IEEE 802.15.4a 표준에 따르면 임펄스 UWB는 실내측위와 센서 데이터 전달에 사용될 수 있다. 대부분의 USN(ubiquitous sensor network)은 다중접속을 필요로 한다. 그러나 UWB 시스템은 다중접속으로 야기되는 중첩신호를 검출하는데 있어 제약성이 있다. 이를 극복하기 위하여 Wada 및 Kim의 CAMC(constant amplitude multi-code) 개념을 응용하였다. 제안하는 시스템은 체계적 일정진폭 프리코딩과 LDPC 디코딩으로 구성된다. 또한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 BER 성능이 우수함을 확인하였다. In this article a novel constant amplitude precoding for impulse UWB system is proposed. According to IEEE 802.15.4a, impulse UWB can be used in indoor localization and sensor data transmission. Most USN(ubiquitous sensor networks) needs multiple access. However impulse UWB system has a limited capability to detect superpositioned signal induced by multiple access. To overcome this problem we have adopted the concept of CAMC(Constant Amplitude Multi-Code) deviced by Wada and Kim. The proposed system consists of systematic constant amplitude precoding and LDPC decoding. And this system shows a good BER performance in computer simulation.

상지 복합부위통증증후군 I형 환자에서 시행한 8극 척수자극술 - 증례보고 -

The most important factors for successful stimulation of the spinal cord are strict patient selection and proper lead position. To ensure proper lead position, paresthesia produced by the stimulator should cover all of the areas in which pain is occurring. Until recently, only the quadripolar electrode lead has been used in for spinal cord stimulation in Korea, however, the 8 electrode lead was recently introduced to offer greater programming options and enhance the precision with which paresthesias is delivered to the desired sites. In addition, because the 8-electrode lead has a longer electrode span, it provides greater dermatomal coverage of up to 2 vertebral segments. Furthermore, the 8-electrode lead allows electronic repositioning of the stimulation to accommodate changing pain patterns, thereby reducing the need for lead revisions due to lead migration. Here, we present a case in which complex regional pain syndrome type I was successfully managed using an 8-electrode lead to induce spinal cord stimulation.

해저지형 측량성과를 이용한 지구물리자료 비교분석

해저지형 정보는 바다를 이해하기 위한 기본항목이며, 항해용 해도를 제작하고 해양경계를 획정하는데 기초자료로 활용된다. 해저지형 정보를 얻기 위해서는 음향측심기를 이용하는 것이 일반적이지만 최근에는 인공위성에서 얻은 지구물리자료를 이용하여 간접적인 방법을 이용하기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 1996년과 1997년에 실시한 실측 측량성과와 인공위성 자료를 이용한 지구물리자료와 비교분석을 실시하였다. 연구대상 해역은 해저지형의 특성이 다른 울릉대지, 울릉분지, 울릉분지남부해역으로 선정하였다. 비교분석에는 실측성과를 비롯하여 Topex/Poseidon, Etopo2, JODC, BODC 자료를 이용하였다. 인공위성을 이용하여 간접적인 방법으로 산출된 해저지형 자료는 실측성과를 기준으로 할 때 전반적인 해저지형 형태와 평균수심의 값은 대체적으로 잘 맞았으나 RMS는 수심 1700m 깊이에서 100m 정도로 나타났다. 또한 국지적으로 오차가 1,000m에 이르는 경우도 발견되었으며, 선상에서 얻은 중력관측 성과에서도 해저지형의 형태가 부분적으로 자세히 나타나는 경향을 찾아냈다. The information of ocean topology is the fundamental source which is necessary for understanding the ocean, producing nautical charts and delimiting maritime boundaries. An echo sounder is being used generally to collect undersea bathymetric data, but an indirect method such as geophysical data acquired by satellites is being used recently. In this study, the outputs of ocean surveying for the production of the Basic Maps of the Sea in 1996 and 1997 in the East Sea and the bathymetric data produced by geophysical data are compared and analyzed. The study areas are Ulleung Plateau, Ulleung Basin and the southern area of Ulleung Basin which have different geophysical characteristics. Through this study, we found that the bathymetric data acquired by an indirect method using satellite is similar to the field surveying results in general configuration of ocean floor and average depth. However, the minimum square error is about 100m in 1700m depth, and it has been observed a local error up to 1000m. In addition, it has been found that the detailed undulation of ocean topology is shown on the gravity data which is acquired by the research vessel.
