        생쥐 난포의 체외배양 중 생식샘자극호르몬에 따른 미세리보핵산 발현 양상

        목 적: 미세리보핵산 (microRNA, miR)은 전사 후 (post-transcriptional) 단계에서 목표 유전자 (target gene)의 발현을 억제하여 세포의 발달과 성장에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 난포의 성장과정 중의 miR 발현 양상에 대해서는 잘 알려져 있지 않다. 따라서 존 연구는 생쥐 난포의 체외배양 후 생식샘자극호르몬 (gonadotropin)과 사람융모성생식샘자극호르몬 (hCG) 첨가에 따른 난자와 난구세포에서의 miR 발현 양상을 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 연구방법: 생후 12일된 생쥐 (C57BL6)의 난소 적출 후, 전동 난포 (preantral follicle)를 분리하여 무작위로 $20\;{\mu}L$ 점적의 배양액만 있는 군 (control group), 재조합 난포자극호르몬을 첨가한 군 (FSH group), 재조합 황체형성호르몬을 첨가한 군 (LH group), FSH와 LH를 같이 첨가한 군 (FSH+LH group)으로 나누어 배양하였다. 난포가 충분히 성장하였을 때, 다시 hCG를 첨가한 군 (hCG (+) group)과 첨가하지 않은 군 (hCG (-) group)으로 나누어 hCG (-) group에서 난자와 난구세포를 각각 분리하여 RNA를 추출하였다. 36시간 후, 배란된 난자 난구세포 복합체 (cumulus oocyte complex, COC)에서 난자와 난구세포를 각각 분리하여 RNA를 추출하고, mmu--miR-16, -miR-27a, -miR-126, -miR-721 등의 miR에 대한 primer를 이용하여 실시간 중합연쇄반응을 시행하였다. 결 과: 배란율과 MII 난자 생성율은 다른 군들에 비해 FSH+LH군에서 유의하게 높았다. 각 군내의 난자와 난구세포 사이에서도 miR 발현 양상의 차이가 관찰되었다. 또한, 난자와 난구세포에서의 miR 발현 양상은 각 군간 차이가 있었으며, hCG (+)군과 hCG (-)군간에도 차이를 나타냈다. 결 론: 생쥐 난포의 체외배양 중 난자 및 난구세포에서의 miR 발현 양상은 gonadotropin의 종류 및 난자의 성숙도에 따라 다르다. 이러한 결과는 표적 유전자의 발현에 대한 추후 연구를 통한 확인이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Objective: MicroRNAs (miR) are known to repress target genes at post-transcriptional level and play important roles in development and maturation of cell. However, the expression profiles of miR during ovarian follicle maturation have not been fully elucidated. Here, we designed this study to investigate the expression profiles of miR in oocytes and granulose cells (G-cells) after in vitro culture according to gonadotropins and adding hCG. Methods: Ovaries from 12-day-old mice (C57BL6) were removed and preantral follicles were isolated and cultured in $20\;{\mu}L$-drop of culture media with supplementation of either rFSH, rLH, or rFSH+rLH. After their full maturation, follicles were incubated with rhCG and rEGF. RNA was isolated from oocytes and G-cells, and real-time PCR were performed with primers of miR known to be expressed in the mouse ovary (mmu-miR-16, -miR-27a, -miR-126, -miR-721). Results: FSH+LH group showed the highest ovulation and MII rates among gonadotropin groups. The profiles of miRs in oocytes and G-cells differed according to gonadotropin groups and adding hCG. The profiles of miRs showed divergent changes between oocytes and G-cells. Conclusion: miR expression profiles are altered by gonadotropins and supplementation of hCG during in vitro maturation of murine follicles. Target gene study must be necessary to validate these findings.

        비냉각 열상시스템에서의 적외선 검출기의 열전소자(TEC) 부재에 대한 효율적인 제어기법

        비냉각 방식의 검출기는 검출기 내부에 냉각기 기능을 하는 열전소자(TEC : Thermal Electric Cooler)를 탑재하여 냉각기의 기능을 대신하고 있다. 이 열전소자의 기능은 검출기의 기준온도를 제어하여 온도변화에 따른 영상화질의 저하를 방지하는 역할을 수행한다. 최근에는 이 열전소자를 삭제하여 크기, 가격을 줄일 수 있는 노력이 많이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비냉각 형태의 적외선 검출기는 내부에 열전소자가 없는 검출기를 보다 효과적으로 제어하여 영상의 화질저하를 최소화 하면서 크기를 최소화 하고 가격경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 효율적인 제어기법에 대해 실제 챔버를 활용한 시험결과를 제시하고자 한다. The detector is an uncooled detector system that functions inside the thermoelectric cooler (TEC) equipped with features instead of the cooler. The function of the thermoelectric device to control the temperature of the detector based on a function of temperature to prevent degradation of image quality to perform the role, the latest technology trend by removing the thermoelectric device size, cost a lot of effort to reduce has been studied. In this paper, It would be proposed of the actual test result using real chamber environment of for the best TECless algorithm as to minimize the degradation of image quality and obtain the low price of the uncooled detector.

      • 요골 동맥 표재 수장 분지 유리 피판술을 이용한 수지 연부 조직의 재건

        The radial artery superficial palmar branch free flap is based on the perforators of the superficial palmar branch of the radial artery and its venae comitantes. This flap can be used as a sensible flap including palmar cutaneous branch of the median nerve. Forty radial artery superficial palmar branch free flaps were performed at Centum Institute during October 2010 to December 2011. There were 32 males and 8 females and their mean age were 48 years (range 30 to 66 years). The thumb injured in 13 patients, the index finger in 16 patients, the middle finger in 4 patients, the ring finger in 2 patients, and the little finger in 5 patients. The mean size of the flap was $2.5{\times}3.5$ cm(range $2{\times}2.5$ to $3{\times}7$ cm). The donor site was always closed primarily. The overall survival rate was 90.2 percent. The flaps showed well-padded tissue with glabrous skin. All patients have touch sensation and showed 12 mm two point discrimination in an average(range 8 to 15 mm). Donor site morbidity was conspicuous. One patient showed unsightly scar. Early postoperative range of motion of the affected thumb showed slightly limited radial and palmar abduction. But it improved after postoperative 2 months, and patients did not complaint limitation of motion. In conclusion, the radial artery superficial palmar branch free flap can be used as an option for soft tissue reconstruction of finger defects where local or island flaps are unsuitable.

        광-ETherCAT 네트워크 기반 PMSM의 벡터제어 구현

        본 논문에서는 로봇에서 다축 모션 제어를 쉽게 할 수 있는 AC 서보 드라이버의 성능 검증을 위하여 벡터 전류 제어 구현 기법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 먼저 PMSM을 구동을 위한 드라이버를 개발한 후 이 드라이버가 정상적으로 동작하는지를 벡터 전류로 확인하였다. 벡터 제어는 무부하에서 전류 벡터 제어를 실행하여 지령 전류에 따른 추종 전류를 비교하였다. 검증 결과 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었음을 확인하였다. In this paper we propose implement technique of vector current control in order to verify performance of an AC servo driver that is able to easy control of motion with multi-axis in the robot. In doing do, we have developed the AC servo driver to driving PMSM, and then we confirm that this driver whether operating or not normally by controlling of vector current. The vector current control was performed at the no load condition in PMSM. Then we compare command control and tracking control. As a result of verification, we recognize we get a satisfactory result.

        치성 협부 봉와직염의 증상으로 발현된 Sweet 증후군; 증례 보고

        Sweet syndrome is characterized by acute onset of fever. neutrophilic leukocytosis, painful erythematous plaque on the face and extremities, infiltration of mature neutrophils in the dermis. Cutaneous lesion and clinical symptoms rapidly improve after treatment with systemic corticosteroids. The cause of sweet syndrome is unknown but the associations with hypersensitivity to bacteria, virus, or tumor antigen have been reported. Sweet syndrome itself can be a premonitory manifestation of malignancy, so diagnostic work up for other internal malignancy is recommended. Because of fever and leukocytosis, cutaneous infections are important differentials. Sweet syndrome can be divided into 4 categories according to associated disease and symptom. (Idiopathic Sweet syndrome, Parainflammatory Sweet syndrome, Paraneoplastic Sweet syndrome, Pregnacy associated Sweet syndrome.) Sweet syndrome is relatively rare disease and the association with myelodisplastic syndrome has been reported. We report a case of Sweet syndrome associated with myelodisplastic syndrome which has initial manifestation of odontogenic buccal cellulites.

        로봇의 다축 모션 제어용 AC 서보 모터 드라이버 구현

        An effort for motion control of multi-axis in robot have been continued recently. In this paper, we propose implementation method for AC servo driver that can be easily motion control of multi-axis in robot. This proposed method implement EtherCAT communication technologies of bi-directional optical communication based on single optical core method that applied WDM for communication between control stage which is upper and AC servo drive stage. 최근에 로봇에서 다축 모션 제어를 위한 노력이 계속되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 로봇에서 다축 모션 제어를 쉽게 할 수 있는 AC 서보 드라이버를 구현 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 먼저 상위의 제어기 단과 드라이버단 사이의 통신을 위해 WDM 방식을 적용한 싱글 광 코어 기반의 양방향 광 EtherCAT 통신 기술을 적용하여 구현한다.

        증례 : 항암 화학 요법 및 방사선 요법으로 장기 생존을 보인 상악동에 생긴 골육종 1예

        저자들은 광범위 수술적 절제가 불가능한 상악동 부위에 생긴 골육종 환자에 대해 항암화학요법과 방사선 요법을 시행하여 장기 생존을 보인 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Maxillary osteosarcoma is an aggressive disease with a high mortality rate. Extensive surgical resection is accepted as the standard treatment for the disease. The beneficial role of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the treatment of the disorders is uncertain. We experienced a case of an osteosarcoma of the maxillary sinus. Paranasal sinus computed tomography showed a huge solid mass lesion at the left maxillary sinus walls. An endoscopic biopsy showed an osteoblastic type osteosarcoma. In this case, radical surgery was impossible, and the patient was treated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. This regimen involved four cycles of chemotherapy, cisplatin, 100 mg/m2 intravenously on the first day of weeks 1, 4, 7, and 10, and doxorubicin, 25 mg/m2 per day on the first 3 days of weeks 1, 4. 7. and 10, followed by external beam radiotherapy with a total dose of 6,600 cGy. We report here a case of an inoperable osteosarcoma of the maxilla with long-term survival after chemotherapy and radiotherapy with an accompanying review of the literature.         증례 : 항암화학요법으로 장기 생존을 보인 원발성 난소 소세포암 1예

        저자들은 65세 여자 환자가 직장 중압감을 주소로 내원하여 복부 단층 촬영상에서 난소에 종괴가 확인되어 시행한 조직 검사상 소세포암으로 판명되었으며, 4차례의 cisplatin+etoposide 복합항암화학 요법 시행 후 완전 관해된 뒤 약 5년간 재발의 증거가 없는 경과가 매우 양호한 진행 병기의 원발성 난소 소세포암 1예를 경험하였기에 이에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Ovarian small cell carcinoma is a rare type of ovarian carcinoma with a poor prognosis.The hypercalcemic type is a tumor of unknown histogenesis, and small cell carcinoma of the pulmonary type may be a component of a typical ovarian surface epithelial-stromal tumor. We experienced a case of primary ovarian small cell carcinoma and lung metastasis. The patient was a 65-year old woman who complained of rectal heaviness. The chest x-ray and chest CT scan revealed multiple pulmonary metastases. Abdominal MRI showed a well defined heterogenous solid mass with central necrosis arising from the right ovary and hydronephrosis of the right kidney. Biopsy of the ovarian mass showed small cell carcinoma of the pulmonary type. After 4 cycles of cisplatin (80 mg/m2, on day 1, iv), etoposide (100 mg/m2, on day 1 to 3, iv), the patient achieved a complete response. The follow up chest CT scan 5 years after treatment revealed no evidence of disease. We report here in a case of primary small cell carcinoma of the ovary with lung metastasis and we include a review of the literature. (Korean J Med 72:563-567, 2007)

        API X70 및 X80급 라인파이프강의 준정적 및 동적 비틀림 변형 거동

        This study aimed at investigating quasi-static and dynamic torsional deformation behavior of three API X70 and X80 linepipe steels. Quasi-static and dynamic torsional tests were conducted on these steels. having different grain sizes and volume fractions of acicular ferrite and polygonal ferrite, using a torsional Kolsky bar. The test data were then compared via microstructures and adiabatic shear band formation. The dynamic torsional test results indicated that the steels rolled in the single phase region had higher maximum shear stress than the steel rolled in the two phase region, because the microstructures of the steel rolled in the single phase region were composed mainly of acicular ferrites. In the X80 steel rolled in the single phase region. the increased dynamic torsional properties could he explained by a decrease in the overall effective grain size due to the presence of acicular ferrite having smaller effective grain size. The possibility of adiabatic shear hand formation was analyzed from the energy required for void initiation and variation in effective grain size.

        The purpose of this study was to watch whether the whole brain learning method is possessed, and it is applied to one of various ways of holistic education no matter how much in the school spot, and it can be applied in holistic education. The contents of this study were summarized as follow: The whole brain learning is, We can not know unlimited ability of the brain, It is to develop we have the ability whole brain. The whole brain learning consists of the three step that the intermediate grade primary grade high level are composed of the course. The primary grade course is the stage to make at a primary grade course study. The high level course is the stage to make at study really. We go via the high level course ability to be developed was appeared various .form in the life. The power of concentration was developed and the grade is improved with the learning by the whole brain learning. A holistic education has the point of similarity with such whole brain learning. The whole brain learning had been tried in the education spot through the next about 'A human loveㆍnature loveㆍbook love'. This is a practical alternative of a holistic education. We are not the thing 'The whole brain learning' itself just is developed to the school education.
