GRB100205A is a Gamma Ray Burst (GRB) which is suspected to be at redshift z=11-13 due to its very red H-K color($(H-K)_{vega}=2.1{\pm}0.5$). We observed a field centered at GRB100205A with Wide Field Camera (WFCAM) at United Kingdom Infrared Telescope (UKIRT) in Hawaii, in order to search a quasar that could be located around the GRB. The images were obtained in J, H, and K filters covering a square area of $0.78deg^2$. Our J-, H-, and K-band data reach the depths of 22.5, 22.1, and 21.0 mag (Vega) at $5{\sigma}$, respectively. Also using z-band image observed by CFHT, we find 8 candidates that have colors consistent with a quasar at z=11-13(non-detection in z-, J-band and $(H-K)_{vega}$ > 1.6). However, the shallow depths of J-, H-band are not enough to verify their true nature. Instead, we identify many red objects to be old or dusty galaxies at $z{\geq}3$. The number density of such objects appears about twice or more than that of the field of Cosmological Evolution Survey (COSMOS) and Ultra Deep Survey (UDS) of UKIRT Infrared deep sky survey (UKIDSS). On scales between 0.18' and 15' the correlation function is well described by a power law with an exponent of ${\approx}-0.9$ and this implies that those objects are like galaxies. It is interesting that many red galaxies exist in the region where the GRB was detected.

Objective : This study was designed to investigate the effects of acupuncture, moxibustion and electro-acupuncture at LI4 and LR3, BL18 and BL25 on serum gastin level in rats. Methods : LI4 and LR3 which belong to Large Intestine Meridian and liver Meridian are acupuncture points frequently used for healing gastrointestinal disease in oriental medicine. BL18 and BL25 which belong to Bladder Meridian are acupuncture points used for healing hepatic disease and intestinal disease in oriental medicine. Serum gastrin level by radioimmnunoassay was measured at 3 days after acupuncture, moxibustion and electro-acupuncture of those acupoints. Results & Conclusion : Moxibustion applied to the BL18 acupoint, BL25 acupoint decreased gastrin level of serum, but moxibustion applied to the BL18+BL25 acupoints did not produced significant effect. Acupuncture applied to the LI4 acupoint, LR4 acupoint did not produced significant effect, but acupuncture applied to the LI4+LR4 acupoints increased gastrin level of serum, Electro-acupuncture applied to the LI4 acupoint, LR4 acupoint increased gastrin level of serum, and electro-acupuncture applied to the LI4+LR4 acupoints also increased gastrin level of serum.

Gradient Time Synchronization Protocol (GTSP) is a consensus-based time synchronization protocol in which each node adjusts its logical clock by averaging the relative clock rate of neighbor nodes in every beacon interval. This process is repeated until the network achieves convergence of time synchronization. Therefore, a short beacon interval can reduce the convergence time, although it causes high energy consumption because messages are sent frequently. In contrast, a longer beacon interval can reduce energy consumption but may result in a longer convergence time. In this paper, we propose the Adaptive Gradient Time Synchronization Protocol (AGTSP), which enables dynamic adjustment of the beacon interval of each node in a fully-distributed manner to reduce convergence time and energy. A performance evaluation demonstrates that AGTSP provides superior performance to GTSP as measured by convergence time, synchronization errors, and beacon transmission overhead.

Purpose:The purpose of this study is to compare the initial effect of nerve mobilization (NM), static stretching (SS), and contract-relax (CR) techniques to find the best method in improving hamstring flexibility and gait function in patients with hemiplegia. Methods:Eleven patients with hemiplegia were included in this study. Passive knee extension (PKE) range of motion and the sit and reach (SR) test were used to measure hamstring flexibility, while timed up and go (TUG) and the 10m walking (10MW) test were used to measure the subject`s gait. Measurements on each test were assessed prior to the experiment, immediately following the experiment, and 30 minutes after the experiment. Analysis of the results utilized a repeated measures analysis of variance to examine hamstring flexibility and the difference in walking ability. Results:The results suggest significant increases in NM, SS, and CR techniques as they relate to hamstring flexibility (p<.05) following (both immediate and 30 minutes post experiment) PKE range of motion and the SR test, but post-hoc showed no significant difference between the three techniques (p>.05). Additionally, the results suggest significant increases in NM, SS, and CR techniques as they relate to gait function (p<.05) following the TUG test, but found no significant difference in the 10MW test (p>.05). Post-hoc analysis between the three techniques suggests that only the NM technique significantly changed gait function. The time of TUG and 10MW test showed no significant difference between the three techniques before an experiment, just after an experiment, and 30 minutes following the experiment according to the measurement points in time (p>.05). Conclusion:This study suggests NM, SS, and CR techniques immediately improve hamstring length and flexibility while improving gait function in patients with hemiplegia.
새로운 국정 패러다임으로서의 디지털 플랫폼 거버넌스 구축방향에 대한 소고

디지털 플랫폼 정부는 데이터 및 공통기능과 같은 플랫폼을 기반으로 국민 맞춤형 행정서비스를 제공하는 정부이다. 한국에서 새로운 정부가 들어서고 이와 관련한 새로운 정책방향이 수립되고 추진되고 있는 상황이다. 이전의 전자정부 개념에서의 디지털 행정서비스 시스템은 이미 한계치에 도달하였다. 따라서 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해서는 패러다임을 전환하고 새로운 시스템을 구축해야 하는 시점으로 볼 수 있다. 그리고 이에 대한 대안으로 디지털 플랫폼 거버넌스 구축에 대한 관심은 높아지고 있다. 연구방법으로 관련 선행연구와 현재 한국에서 활발히 진행되고 있는 국회와 정부부처의 세미나, 정책 로드맵, 관련기관 연구자료, 언론보도 등에 대한 자료를 검토하였다. 따라서 이를 토대로 현재까지의 추진실태를 분석하고, 또한 외국정부의 사례분석을 통해 디지털 플랫폼 거버넌스 구축을 위한 전략방안을 도출하였다. 연구결과, 첫째 플랫폼 기반의 선제적, 맞춤형 서비스, 둘째 AI, 데이터 기반의 과학적 국정운영, 셋째 편리하고 안전한 디지털 포용사회, 넷째 디지털 기반의 일 잘하는 정부 4개 분야로 디지털 플랫폼 거버넌스의 정책 방향이 정리되었다. 그리고 이러한 4개 분야의 세부 추진과제를 도출하였다. 본 연구는 한국의 공공서비스를 디지털 기반으로 대전환하고, 세계를 선도할 수 있는 디지털 플랫폼 거버넌스의 구축을 위한 정책방향을 제시하고 있다. 또한 나아가 향후 공공서비스를 3D 기반의 메타버스 플랫폼으로 확장할 수 있는 토대를 제공하고 있다. A new government is being established in Korea and a new policy is being established. The digital administration system in the previous e-government concept has already reached its limit. Therefore, it is time to change the paradigm and build a new system to overcome these limitations. As an alternative to these limitations, interest in establishing digital platform governance is increasing. As a research method, data on previous studies, seminars of the National Assembly and the government of Korea, policy roadmaps, research data from related institutions, and media articles were reviewed. Therefore, based on this, the implementation status so far was analyzed, and strategies for establishing digital platform governance were derived through case analysis of foreign governments. As a result, 17 detailed tasks were derived in four areas. This study presents policy directions for converting public services in Korea to a digital basis and establishing world-leading digital platform governance. It also provides a foundation for expanding public services to 3D-based metaverse platforms in the future..
