The size of electronic devices is becoming miniaturized and performances are becoming more and more high function. So power consumption of the product is greatly increased. And, in the progress of product development, thermal design is a very important task. In the thermal design process, we need many climate chambers to measure temperature of electronic components and check operation of the products under cold and hot environments. However, the climate chamber needs expensive maintenance cost and occupies large space. This is a huge burden to the company. Most developers replace high-temperature tests by low cost room temperature tests. There is an issue how much value the developers add to the results of room temperature tests for converting to the results of high temperature tests. In this paper, some results based on tests and thermal simulation analyses have been reported to suggest the value.

The Resolver usually used in industry is the absolute angle analog sensor that must be in order to driving BLDC (brushless DC) motor, and it needs RDC(Resolver-to-Digital converter) for changing the output signal to digital to be applied to the SVPWM(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation) algorithm. Commonly used S/W RDC needs trigonometric function. What it takes a lot of calculation time of processor is gotten at weak point. In this paper, S/W RDC is realized except trigonometric functions as a result of feedback resolver outputs after filtering using FIR filter. thus, processing time is reduced. So, One-chip DSP Controller operating the Vector Control, RDC, and SVPWM can be designed.

This paper presents the DOD (Drop-On-Demand) characteristic using the electrostatic field induced inkier printing system. In order to achieve the DOD characteristic of electrostatic field induced inkjet printing, applied the bias voltage of 1.4 ㎸ and the pulse voltage of 2.0 ㎸ ~ 2.7 ㎸ using high voltage pulse generator. Electrostatic field induced droplet ejection is directly observed using a high-speed camera and for investigated DOD characteristic, CNT ink used. The electrostatic field induced inkjet head system has DOD characteristic using pulse generator which can be applied pulse voltage. The bias voltage has a good condition which form meniscus and has micro dripping mode for small size micro droplet. Also, the droplet size decreases with increasing the applied pulse voltage. This paper shows DOD characteristic at electrostatic field induced inkjet head system. Therefore, electrostatic DOD inkjet head system will be applied industrial area comparing conventional electrostatic inkjet head system.
