통합배수시스템의 배수성능 및 배수소음 평가에 관한 실험적 연구

In Korea, plumbing system under slab is the most popular method in drainage system. However, it is difficult to repair drainpipe in the system itself. Therefore, new drainage system to make up for its faults is required. The united plumbing system is better than plumbing system under slab in terms of maintenance, drain performance, and reduction of the cost of construction. The purpose of the study is to find drainage flow characteristics of united plumbing system by measurement of displacement in the test bed. Method of experiment is to compare the united plumbing system to plumbing system under slab to measure drain performance and noise. The result of this study is as follows ; 1) Drain performance of the united plumbing system is better about 21.3% than plumbing system under slab. 2) The best plumbing fixture in terms of drain performance is a washbowl because there is no trap in the washbowl. 3) Drain performance of united plumbing system is same as existing system on the floor drain.

Because of the airtightness of buildings or the misuse of building materials, indoor air pollution has been increasingly concerned. Especially, SHS(Sick House Syndrome) and MCS(Multi Chemical Sensitivity) which can have bad influences on the resident in an existing apartment house as well as newly constructed apartment house start to attract public attention. Ventilation was attempted as for the solution to the domestic IAQ problem; however, it may remove the pollutant only after emitted indoors. Therefore, a suitable forecasting tool is needed to estimate the indoor air quality. In this study, we developed the useful program which can estimate the indoor air pollution concentration according to air exchange rate and pollutant emission rate of finishing building materials. Through the comparison between field-measurement in the Mock-up Test and the developed estimation program, the validation of the developed estimation program as the appreciable tool of concentrations was examined. Therefore we expect that this developed program is used in Design step and construction step. In this study, the concentration of Formaldehyde, TVOC(Total Volatile Organic Compounds) was analyzed and used to predicted the indoor concentrations.

This study developed a KRESS program designed to find the optimization ratio for new and renewable energy systems and analyze the effects of building energy consumption characteristics on the ratio. In spite of clear differences in predicted energy consumption and energy consumption by the loads among 18 facilities, the current formula for obligatory supply ratios applies a correction coefficient according to the building purposes based on energy consumption per each unit area in medical facilities and thus reflects no energy consumption characteristics according to the building purposes. The optimization ratio for new and renewable energy systems was the same for all facilities when the correction coefficients by the building purposes and new and renewable energy sources were all applied. When the correction coefficients were not applied, however, the optimization ratio varied according to building energy consumption characteristics. The findings raise a need to test the correction coefficients in order to select new and renewable energy systems that take into account energy consumption characteristics by the building purposes and loads and reflect economy, environmental performance, and technology.
TRNSYS를 이용한 박스형 이중외피시스템의 열적성능 해석방법에 관한 연구

Recently, developing and applying of the double skin, which can utilize the natural energy with more aggressive characteristic, is now in study. The studies of the double skin are been constantly in progress in advanced countries as well as in domestic. And the double skin has lately been put to practical use. This study has selected the building with the box-typed double skin system and performed the thermal performance prediction of double skin system using TRNSYS. The U-value of the double skin system has been calculated. And this one has compared the measured U-value with the simulated U-value of double skin system. The results of comparison between experiment and the simulation were similar. So a prediction method on thermal performance of the box-typed double skin using TRNSYS simulation has secured a feasibility.

The IIS(Internal Insulation System) is typically applied in most Korean apartment buildings. Consequently, there exist many thermal bridges at the wall-slab and wall-wall joints in tile envelope. It is expected that the EIFS(External Insulation and Finish System) is tile solution to this problem. The aim of this study is to suggest external insulation design schemes suitable for Korean apartment buildings in order to facilitate the application of EIFS. After making 37 alternatives for 12 parts, each alternative's relative insulation performance and constructability were then evaluated. As results, 12 design schemes for 12 parts were suggested.
