A numerical simulation was made to delineate the re-distribution of tonal noise generated from the equally-spaced blade passing frequency (BPF). A pressure-wave model was employed to analyze the tonal noise. An optimal solution for diversifying the tonal peak noise was obtained by rearranging the unequally-spaced blade angles. This was based on the fact that the noise energy is transferred from BPF to the neighboring frequency band. A limit condition for the minimum blade angle spacing was imposed. The unbalancing problem was also considered to avoid the weight bias.

본 연구에서는 의료기관에서 안경사 인력부족의 원인을 조사하고, 해결방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 의료기관에 근무 중인 안경사 31명(남자 11명, 여자 20명)를 대상으로 자기기입법 설문조사를 통해 진행하였다. 설문조사를 통해 대상자의 기본적인 정보와 근무 중인 의료기관에 대한 정보와 만족도 등에 대해 조사 분석하였다. 안경사 면허를 가지고 있지만 검안업무를 전혀 하지 않는 인력들이 9.7%나 되었다. 또한 기혼자일수록 근무에 대한 만족도가 떨어지고, 고유 업무인 검안업무를 않는 비율도 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 문제들의 원인은 급여에서 찾을 수 있었다. 이는 안경사들이 결혼 등의 이유로 높은 급여를 위해 본인의 고유 영역의 업무 외에 다른 업무를 더 함으로써 급여를 높일 수 있었던 것이다. 이렇게 의료기관에서의 만족스럽지 못한 급여는 안경사의 고유 업무에서 멀어지게 하거나 이직이 이루어지게 되면서 안과의원에서의 안경사의 부족 현상이 발생하게 된 것이다. The purpose of this study is to analyze, medical institutions wanted to investigate what caused the shortage of opticians' manpower and suggest solutions. This study was conducted on 31 opticians (11 male and 20 female) working at medical institutions through a self-reporting method survey. Through the survey, basic information of the subjects and the information and satisfaction level of the medical institution on duty were investigated and analyzed. There were many people who had a license for optometrist but did not do optometrist work, and the married people were less satisfied with their work and the proportion of people who did not do optometrist work was higher. The cause of these problems was salary. Opticians who needed higher salaries for marriage and other reasons were able to increase their salaries by adding other tasks in their own areas. This unsatisfactory salary at medical institutions has led to a shortage of optometrists at ophthalmic clinics.
아질산형 하이드로칼루마이트와 터폴리머 분말수지를 병용한 PCM의 강도 및 방청성

Nitrite type hydrocalumite is a material which can adsorb the chloride ions causing the corrosion of reinforcing bars and liberate the nitrite ions ($NO_2{^-}$) inhibiting the corrosion, and provides excellent corrosion-inhibiting property to the reinforcing bars in reinforced concrete by the addition of it to concrete. On the other hand, various redispersible polymer powders have been commercialized to manufacture the construction materials in the form of prepackaged-type products, which have rapidly been developed for lack of skilled workmen in construction sites. In recent years, terpolymer powders of improved quality have been developed and commercialized as cement modifiers. However, the properties of polymer-modified mortars using the terpolymer powders have not been studied till now. The purpose of the present paper is to examine the strengths and corrosion inhibition of polymer-modified mortars using a VA/E/MMA terpolymer powder with nitrite-type hydrocalumite (calumite) to develop the prepackaged-type materials for dry mortar. Polymer-modified mortars using a newly developed terpolymer powder as polymeric admixtures with the calumite are prepared with various calumite contents and polymer-binder ratios, and tested for strengths and corrosion inhibition. On the whole, the strength properties of VA/E/MMA terpolymer powder-modified mortars are considerably improved with an increase in the polymer-binder ratio regardless of the calumite content. and are remarkably improved over unmodified mortar. It is concluded from the test results that the replacement of the portland cement with the calumite causes a marked improvement in the corrosion-inhibiting property of the polymer-modified mortars.

최근 스마트폰을 이용하여 위치, 움직임, 주위 환경 정보 등과 같은 사용자의 상황을 인지하고, 인지한 컨텍스트를 기반으로 어플리케이션 능동적으로 기능을 제공하기 위한 연구가 활발하다. 그러나 현재 컨텍스트 인지 모바일 어플케이션에서는 단일 사용자의 현재 컨텍스트에 국한되어 컨텍스트를 활용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 컨텍스트 Visualizer에서는 포괄적인 컨텍스트 정보의 활용을 위해 컨텍스트 정보를 개인, 그룹별로 분류하여 보여준다. 또한, 과거, 현재, 이래 컨텍스트 정보를 고려하여 화면에 보여줌으로써 컨텍스트의 활용 범위를 향상시킨다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 모바일 컨텍스트 종류를 설명하고, 이를 보여주기 위한 컨텍스트 Visualizer의 설계를 제시한다. 또한 설계 모델을 기반으로 구현한 프로토타입을 보여주고, Visualizer의 활용을 제시함으로써 연구의 실효성을 보여준다.

Stability and durability of the artificial reefs (ARs) installed for wildstock enhancement .have been a key issue. We surveyed the stability of 4,044 artificial reefs installed at 5 sites (Gangeung, Donghae, Samcheok, Goseong, and Yangyang) along the Gangwon coast of the East Sea (Sea of Japan) through which 1 to 5 typhoons pass annually. The ARs surveyed were 7 types aging 1 to 4 years. The side scan sonar (55S) and scuba diving surveys confirmed that the ARs stability was age and type-dependent. A total of 85.56% ARs remained safe, the rest 14.44% being influenced by physical parameters of the waters such surf. An interesting observation was that the AR stability was apparently influenced by the next year's wave after installation rather than by age. The representative influences by their circumstances were capsized (0.20%), broken (5.79%), sunk (0.27%), and buried (8.18%). By type, dice reef was most stable, while semicircle branch reef was most vulnerable.
