        계획된 행동이론 기반 간호대학생의 창업의도 영향요인

        Purpose: Based on the theory of planned behavior, the purpose of this study was to investigate factors influencing entrepreneurial intention in nursing students. Methods: Convenience sampling was used to recruit 434 participants from five nursing departments. The investigators used self-report questionnaires. The data were collected from October 25 to November 25, 2018. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and three-step hierarchical regression analysis. Results: Attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control of the theory of planned behavior, and role model showed a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. The explanatory power of the whole model was 63%. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, we propose developing a nursing entrepreneurial education model focusing on attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control in the theory of planned behavior.

        교대 근무가 심혈관계 질환 발병 위험 요인들에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of night shift work on cardiovascualr disease risk factors. Forty six shift workers(SW) and thirty nine none shift workers(NSW) participated in this study. Measurement factors included body composition, blood pressure, blood lipid profiles(TG/TC/LDL/HDL), arterial stiffness factors(baPWV, ABI), WHR, WtHR, VFAT, and SFAT. The results of the study showed that the blood TG concentration, VFAT( Visceral Fat and left baPWV in the shift workers(SW) group was significantly higher than those of the none shift workers(NSW) group. There were no significant difference in the blood pressure, body composition and blood TC, LDL, and HDL concentration. In conclusion, there is a preponderance of evidence that blood TG concentration, visceral fat and arterial stiffness were more influenced by working types(shift workers/none shift workers). Future research with larger sample size and convergence study in design is necessary to understand the underlying mechanism and to better evaluate the cardiovascular disease risk Factors.

        기업가정신이 기업성과에 미치는 영향:

        This study tries to analyze the effects of CEO’s entrepreneurship on the firm’s financial performance with the emphasis on the mediation effect of CSR activities. In doing so, this study systematically analyzes the interrelationships among CSR activities, entrepreneurship, corporate image, organizational effectiveness and financial performance by employing a unified and comprehensive structural equation model (SEM). In this study, the scope of the sample analyzed is confined to the CEOs and employees working for the firms in the cities of Pohang and Gumi, because the firms in these cities are considered to engage in CSR activities most actively in Gyungbuk province. In addition, CSR activities analyzed in this study are primarily limited to the volunteer activities which are most commonly performed CSR activities by the firms in the sample. The major results of this study are as follows. Firstly, the innovativeness and risk-taking components of entrepreneurship turn out to have positive significant effects on the CSR activities. On the other hand, the proactiveness component of entrepreneurship is not shown to have any significant impact on CSR activities. Secondly, CSR activities are found to have positive significant effects on both corporate image and organizational effectiveness. Thirdly, corporate image turns out to have a positive effect on the organizational effectiveness. Lastly, while corporate image is shown to have a positive effect on the financial performance, organizational effectiveness is not. The contributions of this study might be summarized as follows. Firstly, this study tries to classify entrepreneurship into three components of innovativeness, proactiveness and risk-taking, and analyze the effect of each component on the CSR activities separately. Secondly, this study tries to systematically analyze the interrelationships among CSR activities, entrepreneurship, corporate image, organizational effectiveness, and financial performance in a comprehensive structural equation model. 본 연구는 기업가정신이 재무성과에 미치는 영향을 CSR활동을 매개요인을 중심으로 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 CSR활동에 영향을 미치는 원인변수로 기업가정신인 혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성을 설정하여 이들이 CSR활동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하고, 또한 CSR활동의 결과변수로 기업이미지, 조직유효성, 재무성과를 설정하여 CSR활동이 이들 요인에 미치는 영향을 통합된 구조방정식모형을 통해 분석하였다. CSR활동은 자원봉사활동으로 한정하여 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구모형 및 가설을 설정하였고, 제안된 모형은 대구·경북 소재의 기업을 중심으로, 경북에서는 CSR활동을 실천하고 있는 기업이 많은 포항· 구미지역의 기업에 근무하는 직원(CEO포함) 210명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 연구되었다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 기업가정신인 혁신성, 위험감수성은 CSR활동에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나, 진취성은 CSR활동에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 CSR활동은 기업이미지, 조직유효성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째 기업이미지는 조직유효성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째 기업이미지는 재무성과에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 조직유효성은 재무성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 차별성은 다음과 같이 제시할 수 있다. 첫째 본 연구에서는 기업가정신을 혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성으로 분류하였으며 이러한 세분화된 기업가정신이 CSR활동에 각각 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 체계적으로 분석을 하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 둘째 본 연구는 기업가정신, CSR활동, 기업이미지, 조직유효성, 재무성과의 관련성을 통합모형을 통해 검증하였는데 연구의 의의가 있다.

        충남서북부 지역 초등학생의 신체계측치와 영양소 섭취 및 골밀도와 관련된 요인

        Variables affecting bone heath of growing children were analyzed among forty nine 10-12 year old elementary students in three rural regions of north west Chungnam area. Information on age of the parents, duration of breast feeding and birth weight were collected from the guardians of the participants and nutrient intake and diet quality were assessed by average of three-day food records of participants with the help of dietitians. Bone health status was measured by calceneal broadband ultrasound attenuation (BUA) using quantitative ultrasound (QUS). Results showed that anthropometic indexes and nutrient intake levels were not different between boys and girls. However, iron intake was significantly lower in girls than in boys. Girls after menarche showed lower intake levels for thiamin, riboflavin, pyridoxine and niacin than girls before menarche. z-scores of BMI were lower than ?1 and higher than +1 showed shorter breast feeding period than others but the difference was statistically non-significant. Overall, the subjects did not consume enough s of calcium, vitamin C and folic acid. Zinc intake and BMI were the most significant factors affecting BUA by the results of backward elimination in multiple regression models. Phosphorous and beta-carotene intakes showed significant negative relation with BUA. This study showed that children living in the rural area of Chungnam need extra care to keep their health and nutrient intakes especially for the nutrients known to affect growth. Tailored nutrition education needs to be more focused on the improvement of bone health status of children. (Korean J Community Nutr 18(4) : 312~323, 2013)

        기업의 CEO특성, 조직특성 및 구성원 사기가 비재무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Purpose: This study analyzeds the effects of a company’s CEO characteristics, organizational characteristics, and member morale on itsthe company's internal process capabilities and customer service capabilities, and the effects of internal process capabilities and customer service capabilities on the corporate non-financial performance. In addition, theThis study also analyzeds the mediating effects of internal process capability and customer service capability. Accordingly, we mayIn doing so, its purpose is to provide strategic implications to companies and thus strengthen their competitiveness. Research design, data, and methodology: To achieve the purpose of the study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 315 executives and employees working at manufacturing companies located in Pohang city and Gyeongbuk area;, and an empirical analysis was conducted using an integrated structural equation model. Results: The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, we found that organizational characteristics were found to have a positive effect on internal process capability and customer service capability and that. mMembership morale was found to hasve a positive effect on internal process capability, but not on customer service capability. Second, internal process capability littledid not appear to affects non-financial performance, whereas customer service capability haswas found to have a positive effect. Third, internal process capability haswas found to have an mediating effect amongbetween CEO characteristics, organizational characteristics and member morale and non-financial performance. Customer service capability was shown to have the mediating effect between CEO characteristics and organizational characteristics and non-financial performance. Nevertheless,, but we did not findit was not found to have a mediating effect between member morale and non-financial performance. Implications: First of all, in order to increase internal process capability and customer service capability, companies should focus more on organizational characteristics are more important than on CEO characteristics. In addition, and member morale also has more influence on internal process capability than customer service capability. FurthermoreIn addition, it can be seen that customer service has more influence on non-financial performance than internal process capability.

        중소병원 간호사의 개인성격특성, 조직성격특성이 직무만족, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify how personality characteristics of individuals and organizations influence nurses' job satisfaction and organizational commitment in small-medium sized hospitals. Methods: Subjects were 186 nurses with more than one year working experience. They currently worked in four small-medium sized hospitals specialized in spinal surgery. Data were collected from June 13 to July 12, 2016 using self-recorded questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. Results: Among individual personality characteristics, extroversion significantly affected job satisfaction; on the other hand, extroversion and openness affected organizational commitment. In the meantime, organizational characteristics did not present statistical effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Conclusion: Based on these results, we found that extroversion and openness had statistically significant influences on nurses' job satisfaction and organizational commitment in small-medium sized hospitals. Therefore, when hospitals recruit nurses, we recommend considering their personality traits in order to increase compliance with duties and organizational characteristics.

        Nitrate 구강 투여가 안정시 대사량과 운동 후 초과산소섭취량에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of oral nitrate supplementation on resting metabolic rate (RMR) and excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). METHODS: Ten university male subjects participated in this study. Resting metabolic RMR and submaximal exercise test (70 %V·O2max) on a cycle ergometer were performed for 30 minutes before and after oral nitrate supplementation. Also, EPOC was measured following submaximal exercise test (70 %V·O2max) before and after oral nitrate supplementation. RESULTS: There was a little decreased in oxygen consumption during submaximal exercise after oral nitrate supplementation, but there was no significant different between before and after experimental conditions. Interestingly, RMR became lower after oral nitrate supplementation compared with before nitrate supplementation. On the other hand EPOC was found to be higher following the submaximal exercise after oral nitrate supplementation, but there was no significant difference. CONCLUSIONS: This study found that oral nitrate supplementation decreased RMR By better understanding metabolic and energy expenditure effects of oral nitrate supplementation, various interventions, such as, exercise intensity, mode, diet, should be considered.

        식이를 통한 Beetroot Juice 섭취가 고혈압 노인들의 일회성운동 후 동맥경화도 및 중심혈압에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of acute submaximal cycling exercise following dietary beetroot juice supplementation on central blood pressure and arterial stiffness in elderly men with hypertension. Twenty six subjects with hypertension participated in two different kinds of experimentations; Experiment-1 was acute submaximal cycling exercise for 30min without dietary beetroot juice supplementation(NBJ). Experiment-2 was acute submaximal cycling exercise for 30min with dietary beetroot juice supplementation(BJS). The central blood pressure(SBP, DBP, cSBP, AI) and arterial stiffness factors(baPWV, ABI) were determined at preexercise(rest), 30min, 24h and 48h postexercise. The results of the study showed that the central blood pressure appeared to be significantly decreased at 30min post of submaximal cycling exercise in NBJ and BJS experiment conditions. It was also showed that the baPWV appeared to be significantly decreased and ABI appeared to be significantly increased at 30min post of submaximal cycling exercise in NBJ and BJS experiment conditions. In conclusion, there is a preponderance of evidence that central blood pressure and arterial stiffness were more affected by acute single submaximal exercise than dietary beetroot supplementation.
