도시지역 건축물의 석면슬레이트 지붕재료 분포특성 연구

Asbestos hazards have been studied by many people. Approximately 10% of slate containing asbestos, and asbestos which was imported in the 1970s was used to construct as building materials. The slate company, Asano which is located in Young-san in 1930's becomes the beginning and the slate is coming to be used until recently. Since 1960 in the aftermath of the Korea Saemaul Movement it was greatly expanded slate industry. Slate containing Asbestos and the surface is likely to drift over time, the government managed the comprehensive plan of 2010 Asbestos slate farmhouse in the National Survey on the usage of the progress and improve farmers slate roof construction. Non-conventional evaluation of the slate there is no index, especially in the concentration of urban population exposure to asbestos is a wide but a range of survey data on an unprecedented situation is urgent so long-term management measures are urgently needed. In this study, slate intergovernmental basic data for comprehensive measures proposed.

열등의식의 문학적 탐구 : 김승옥의 「더 많은 덫을」에 대하여

김승옥은 1966년 대중적 상업주간지인 『주간한국』이 지령 100호 기념으로 지식인 100명에게 투표를 의뢰하여 발표한 ‘오늘의 작가’에 선정된바 있다. 김승옥의 소설 「더 많은 덫을」은 그 선정결과가 발표된 『주간한국』 100호 기념호에 〈100인이 선정한 ‘오늘의 작가’의 ‘오늘의 작품’〉이라는 타이틀 아래 실린 것이다. 김승옥의 소설 「더 많은 덫을」은 그동안 독자의 기억에서나 문학연구의 영역에서나 유실되었던 작품이다. 그러나 「더 많은 덫을」은 ‘서울에서 산다는 것’에 임상심리 보고서로서 중요한 가치를 지니고 있을 뿐 아니라, 이 시기 그의 다른 작품과 비교할 때 작품의 질에서도 당연히 뒤떨어지지 않는다. 이 소설에서 주목되는 것은 전라도에서 상경한 촌놈으로서의 자의식, 그리고 그와 얽혀 있는 당대 한국사회의 사회문화적 환경과 사회심리의 표정, 그에 대한 심리적 반응 등이 거의 날것 그대로라 할 만큼 생생하게 증언되고 있다는 점이다. 그런 측면에서 이 소설은 김승옥 소설의 배면에 은밀하게 깔려 있는, 열등의식 가득찬 고단한 ‘상경 촌놈’의 내면풍경을 그 특유의 미려한 장식을 걷어내고 더욱 깊숙이 들여다볼 수 있는 흥미로운 자료로서의 가치도 높다. 김승옥의 소설 「마지막 덫을」은 비루한 자기보존을 위해 남모르는 안간힘을 써야 하는 소외된 열등생의 불행하고 눈물겨운 자의식의 분투를 보여준다. 그런 측면에서 이 소설은 너무나 욕된 생활 속을 죄충우돌 살아가야 했던 열등한 상경 촌놈들의 ‘서울살이’에 대한 또 하나의 눈물겨운 임상심리 보고서다. 그런 가운데서도 이 소설은 김승옥의 여타 임상심리 보고와 의미 있는 차이를 보여준다. 그것은 ‘열등생’이라는 김승옥 고유의 토픽이, 열등감의 사회경제적 배후와 지역차별에 대한 문제의식과 결합되면서 한층 구체적이고도 집중적으로 다루어지고 있다는 점이다. 더욱이 전라도 출신에 대한 차별과 편견이라는, 사회적으로 중요하지만 문학에서 쉬 발설되지 않았던 민감한 문제를 소설 속으로 적극적으로 끌고 들어온 것 자체만으로도 이 소설이 갖는 문제성은 크다. 무엇보다 이 소설이, 소외된 주변의 욕망을 관리하는 동시에 식민화하는 1960년대 한국사회 근대화 과정의 심리적 결과를 화자의 복잡 미묘한 갈등의 굴곡을 통해 정면으로 포착하고 있다는 사실은 중요하다. 그런 측면에서 이것은 ‘서울에서 산다는 것’에 대한 김승옥식 임상심리 보고의 연장이자 그 사회문화적 구체화라 할 만하다. Seung-ok Kim was selected in 1966 as a “writer of the day” in the poll made by a popular magazine Weekly Korea; his fiction 「Even More Traps」 was published in the magazine as a "fiction of today novelist of today" selected by one hundred people. 「Even More Traps」 has been neglected by common readers and literary scholars. However, it is significant as a report of clinical analysis of ‘living or surviving in Seoul’ and comparable to his other works in terms of quality. What draws our attention in the work is that the psychological dynamism of the main character is so vividly described naked: his self-consciousness as a churl from the Cholla Province, a wretched rural area in Korean history; his psychological response to the socio-cultural milieu and mentality of the Korean society at the moment. In this respect, 「Even More Traps」 can be called a hard-boiled testimony of the inner landscapes of a churl who has come to Seoul, undecorated with the writer’s characteristic refined style. The writer carries out a more detailed profound investigation of his own topic of ‘losers’, regarding the socio-economic backgrounds of inferiority complex and the criticism of unjust discriminations against the rural. Furthermore, it is noteworthy his attempt to shed light on the sensitive issue-the discrimination and prejudices of those who are from the Cholla Province, for it has been neglected in literature in spite of its social connotation. More fundamentally, it is important that 「Even More Traps」 faces the psychological outcomes of the modernization of Korean society in 1960’s by the means of the dramatization of sophisticated inner conflicts of the narrator; it is a detailed version of the writer’s signature analysis of society from a clinical perspective.

밤 삽피의 페놀산 조성과 항산화 활성

밤 삽피의 천연 항산화제로서의 이용 가능성을 검토하기 위하여 밤 삽피로부터 유리형(EPA), 에스데르형(EPA), 결합형(BPA) 페놀산 획분을 분리하였다. 각 획분의 수율은 유리형 0.794%, 에스테르형 1.236%,결합형이 1.937%였으며 이중 페놀성 화합물의 함량은 에스테르형이 65.19%로 가장 높았다. Gas chromatography로 각 획분의 페놀산의 조성과 함량을 조사한 결과 유리형 획분에서 gallic acid(4.63%), ellagic acid(3.49%), salicylic acid(3.19%), gentisic acid(1.5%)가, 에스테르형 획분에서 gallic acid(13.4%), ellagic acid(11.6), protocatechuic acid(0.9%)가 주요 페놀산으로 확인 되었으며,결합형 획분에서는 gallic acid는 확인되지 않고 다른 획분에 비하여 sinapic acid(1.33%)가 높은 함량을 보였다. 이들 획분의 항산화성을 DPPH 라디칼 소거능, hydroxyl radical 소거능, 지질과산화물 생성 억제 시험으로 조사한 결과 유리형, 에스데르형, 결합형 획분의 순으로 항산화 활성이 우수한 것으로 조사되었다. Free, soluble esterified and insoluble bounded phenolic acids were separated from Eungi chestnut endoderm. The composition and contents of phenolic acid were analyzed by gas chromatography, and their antioxidant activity was examined by DPPH assay, 2-deoxyribose oxidation, and ferric thiocyanate method. Gallic, ellagic, salicylic, and gentisic acids in free phenolic acid fraction, gallic, ellagic, and protocatechuic acids in soluble esterified fraction, sianpic and gentisic acids were the major phenolic acids in insoluble bounded fraction. Marked differences were observed in the phenolic acid composition and contents among the fractions. Free phenolic acid fraction showed the strongest antioxidant activity. Results revealed chestnut endoderm could be a potential antioxidant source containing gallic and ellagic acids.

편광 흡수성 광기전성 고분자 박막 연구

We present the results of a study of the polarizing photovoltaic (PV) effects in an aligned polymer bulk heterojuction PV layer. The fairly uniform in-plane uniaxial alignment of the PV layer with a macroscopic axial orientational order parameter of 0.40 was achieved by means of a simple rubbing technique. Moreover, reflective polarizing PSCs having the aligned PV layers were applied to power-generating reflective type liquid crystal displays (LCDs), which exhibited a maximum contrast ratio of 1.7. These results form a promising foundation for various energy harvesting polarization dependent opto-electrical LCD device applications.

효소처리에 의한 백삼 저분자 화합물의 V79-4 세포주에 대한 항산화 활성

This study examined the extraction yields, total phenolic compounds content and the antioxidant activities on V79-4 cells of white ginseng extracts prepared by enzyme treatment. Yields of crude extract were 29.5-76%, and total phenolic compounds content showed 0.45-2.2% according to enzyme treatments. Pectinase treatment group showed the highest values of extraction yields and total phenolic compounds content. Pectinase and a-amylase treatment groups protected V79-4 cell viability(above 50%) against $H_2O_2$-induced oxidative damage. In the result of antioxidant enzyme activity evaluation in cells, enzyme treatments did not show the significant difference of SOD activity (p>0.05). However, pectinase treatment group exhibited increased CAT and GPx activities (p>0.05). Also, pectinase and protease treatment group inhibited MDA formation (>50%) in the lipid peroxidation protection experiment. 본 연구는 효소분해를 통하여 인삼의 저분자 화합물을 추출하고 추출수율, 총페놀 함량, V79-4 세포주를 이용한 항산화 활성을 시험하였다. 조추출물의 추출 수율은 29.5-76%였으며, 총페놀 함량은 0.45-2.21%로 처리 효소에 따라 차이를 보였으며, pectinase 처리구가 추출 수율과 총페놀 함량이 가장 높았다. V79-4 세포주에 대해서는 pectinase 처리구와 ${\alpha}$-amylase 처리구에서 50% 이상의 세포 보호효과를 나타내었다. 세포내 항산화 관련 효소계의 활성을 시험한 결과 SOD활성은 처리 효소에 따른 유의적인 차이가 없었으나, CAT와 GPx 활성은 pectinase 처리구에서 유의적으로 높은 활성을 보였다. 또한 지질과산화 활성을 시험한 결과에서도 pectinase 처리구와 protease 처리구에서 50% 이상의 MDA 생성 억제를 보였다.

Here, A forty year old patient is presented, showing azoospermia following vasovasostomy. The bilateral testicular biopsies were performed to confirm whether ductal obstruction due to vasovasostomy or testicular failure existed. The finding of biopsy was spermatogenic arrest. After completion of medical testicular stimulation with clomiphene citrate and pentoxifilline for 3 months, repeat vasovasostomy was performed. Semenanaylsis revealed normal sperm parameters after operation. Necessity of testicular biopsy before deciding repeat vasovasostomy, accuracy of testicular biopsy, efficacy of testicular stimulation in the patient with spermatogenic arrest and effect of testicular biopsy on testicular fuction are discussed.
