        온라인 쇼핑을 활용하는 30대 여성의 패션상품 구매 및 착장의 특성

        The purpose of this study is to do an in-depth examination of Korean women in their 30’s on the characteristics of their online fashion shopping, clothes-wearing, and presentation. In-depth interview and quantitative analysis were conducted as study methods. Results of this in-depth analysis showed that the factor with the most significant influence in their lifestyle was “childbirth.” Childbirth was a major factor during fashion shopping and clothes-wearing. Also the results showed that the reason they used online shopping was for convenience, efficiency, rationality, pursuit of information, variety, and hedonism. In particular, women in their 30’s had a higher motivation for efficiency and rationality compared to those in their 20’s, and of those women, married working women showed the highest preference for fashion soho malls. Meanwhile, full-time homemakers, who pursued rationality, used open markets to search for fashion items based on price. Furthermore, the factors that women in their 30’s considered during online shopping were price, design, purpose or situation for wearing the clothing, respectively. Compared to the women in their 20’s, they emphasized recommendation, product properties, credibility, economy more than women in their 20’s. Factors such as marriage and childbirth were more influential than occupation. Meanwhile, the factors that women in their 30’s considered for wearing and presentation were time, place, and occasion(TPO), which all showed high importance in in-depth interview and quantitative analysis. Other factors were ‘suitable image to self’ and ‘covering up body figure.’

        남성의 패션관여상황에 따라 추구하는 자기이미지와 선호 패션스타일

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the self-image of men and the characteristics of their fashion styles, as they are fast becoming an influential consumer group. Men in the thirties and forties who had a higher-than-average interest in fashion were surveyed online and the results from this study are as follows. In terms of variations of self-image connected to situations, we found that there were strong relationships between the preference of the “charming & romantic” image to private meet-ups with acquaintances, “intelligent & classy” to official events, “rational & realistic” to everyday work in an official setting, and “modest & ordinary” to complex situations including family occasions and customary events. Those who aimed for “urban refinement - sensitive” appeal also preferred a “charming & romantic” self-image, while pursuing a “classic & modern” fashion style for official settings and a “gentle & charming” style in private settings. Those who aimed for “stable elegance - intelligent” youth” image preferred the “intelligent & classy” image, while pursuing a “stable & intelligent” fashion style in official settings, and an “intelligent yet active & young” style in private settings. Those who aimed for “rational practicality - comfortable activity” image preferred a “rational & realistic” self-image, while pursuing a “rational & practical” fashion style in official settings, and a “comfortable & active” style in private settings. Those who aimed for “ordinary modesty - plain simplicity”preferred a modest and ordinary self-image, while pursuing an ordinary fashion style, and a simple style in private settings. The various situational assessments used in this study to analyze the fashion-related circumstances for male consumers can be utilized in upcoming studies, and can be an effective indicator of situational consumer preferences in terms of men’s fashion marketing and product planning strategies.

        기능성 아웃도어 웨어의 등산용 남성 재킷 프로토타입 디자인

        The purpose of this study is to develop a design prototype of outdoor-wear which is suitable for trekking. For achieving this purpose, 6 factors(bodice, sleeve, hood, pockets, opening, hem-line) considered for clothing function were selected, classified, and complemented based on the survey of literature and the research of 185 designs in 12 outdoor-wear brands. The results are as follows; The removable hood and 4DM sleeve style with the elastic band and velcro for the cuffs was the most preferred in the detail design on the brand research. And also the ventilation function and 1 or 2 diagonal in-seam pocket, covered zipper was preferred. Based on this result, two design prototypes of men`s outdoor-wear for trekking were suggested; jacket 1 has a slim waist line and a hip length. Front opening has a zip and placket for windproof effect. There is a detachable hood with stopper around the head line. 4DM sleeve and elastic band inserted at the end of sleeve, so that prevent the hem-line raising. Two inseam pocket is placed slightly diagonal. Jacket 2 is a hood jacket with a york. The Jacket has a little roomier in waist and a hip length. Front opening is fastened by a waterproof zip. It has a 4DM sleeve and a princess line to make it placed two pocket which have ventilation functionality.

        세계 석탄층메탄가스(CBM) 개발전망

        1980년 중반에 개발된 석탄층메탄가스(Coalbed Methane) 개발기술은 석탄층에 흡착된 메탄가스를 생산할 수 있는 기술이다. CBM은 개발이 쉽고 매장량도 풍부하다. 따라서 CBM 산업은 온실가스 배출규제에 대처할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 에너지자원으로서의 잠재력이 매우 크다. 석탄을 개발하기 위해서는 메탄가스 폭발에 대비한 선행적 광산 보안조치로 CBM을 개발해야 한다. 그렇기 때문에 가스시장의 변동에 영향을 받지 않는 장점이 있을 뿐더러 지구온실가스 감축에도 CBM은 유리한 입장에 있다. ECBM(Enhanced Coalbed Methane)은 석탄층 메탄가스의 새로운 생산 기법으로 석탄층에 $CO_2$나 $N_2$ 가스를 주입하여 석탄에 흡착된 메탄가스를 탈착시켜 생산하는 방법이다. 특히 $CO_2$-ECBM 공법은 저탄소 녹색성장 기술로서 메탄가스의 생산성 향상뿐 만 아니라 온실가스 저감 효과도 기대할 수 있다. CBM개발은 캐나다, 호주, 중국, 인도, 인도네시아, 베트남 등 40여개 국가에서 개발이 진행되고 있고 생산량이 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 현재의 석탄-석유 에너지원에서 비전통 가스로의 에너지 패러다임 전환에 CBM이 일조할 전망이다. The CBM(Coalbed Methane) development technology being developed in mid 1980s is the technology to produce the methane gas absorbed in the coal bed. CBM is easy to be developed and its coal deposit is abundant. Therefore, the CBM industry has a large potential as an energy source as well as to deal with the global regulations for reducing greenhouse gas emission. In order to produce coal, the CBM should first be developed as a preliminary action for mine security. So CBM is advantageous in reducing the global greenhouse gas as well as its advantage not being influenced by the changes in gas market. The ECBM (Enhanced Coalbed Methane) is a new technique producing the methane gas which is substituted and disorbed from coal by injecting $CO_2$ or $N_2$ gas into a coal bed. Especially, $CO_2$-ECMB is a low-carbon, green-growth technology, so can expect to the effect of green gas reduction as well as the improved productivity of methane gas. CBM technology is being developed in about 40 nations including Canada, Australia, China, India, Indonesia and Viet Nam, and the coal output using this technology is continually being increased. The CBM is expected to contribute in changing the energy source paradigm from current coal & petroleum energy to unconventional gas.

        한국 중년 여성의 패션이미지 유형에 따른 디자인 요소와 특성

        This purpose of this study is to analyze the pursuit of current fashion trends and fashion image types of middle-aged women in Korea. This study attempted to investigate the standards and properties of these different types of fashion images. The overall characteristics of middle-aged women and the concepts of personal image and fashion image were investigated through literature research. Survey and analysis based on Q methodology was conducted. Factors of personal image, fashion image and components of fashion image were analyzed by collecting information from in-depth workshops and focus group interview of an expert group. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The main factors influencing the current fashion image of women in their forties and fifties in Korea are classified into six types. 2) The elements of fashion image that Korean women in their 40s and 50s pursue are divide into four types. 3) Each type can be recognized by specific fashion image components and colors. 4) This shows that middle-aged Korean women are highly conscious of how others perceive them and have a desire to not stand out from others. It also shows that they are very active in pursuing fashion and following trends, which is the image of an active and dignified woman. This study provides the framework that enables sorting of the fashion images types that middle-aged Korean women want to pursue. The results from analyzing the factors can be used to recognize specific fashion images, and can be used in the planning and designing of fashion items for middle-aged Korean women.

        한국 20∼30대 여성의 패션 프레임과 패션이미지 유형화

        The purpose of this study is to take a look at the fashion frame of Korean women in their twenties and thirties to sort the actual fashion image and the ideal fashion image according to the fashion frame of Korean women in their twenties and thirties, and also to find out the standards and features that divide such a classification. For this study, we used the Q method, which is valued as an effective way to assess subjectivity. This helps to objectively classify the perception the fashion images of and the response to them as well. The analyzed materials were divided into two actual fashion frames and two ideal fashion frames, and classified them into 12 fashion image types in total, that is, six actual fashion images and six ideal fashion images, and we named each type of the fashion images and analyzed the features of each fashion image type through the in-depth Q workshop in which 14 professionals participated. The results of this study are as follows: First, the actual fashion frames of Korean women in their twenties and thirties was largely divided into ``Fashion Gold Girl``, the fashion frame of mainstream and ``Indi-idol``, the fashion frame of subcultures, and this was further divided into six fashion image types: ``Basic Casual``, ``Vintage Performer``, ``Easy Chic``, ``Ladies`` Look`, ``City Office Girl`` and ``Club Mania``. Second, the ideal fashion frame of Korean women in their twenties and thirties was divided into ``Urban Refinement``, the fashion frame of the mainstream and ``Mismatched Style``, the fashion frame of subcultures. It was also divided into six fashion image types: ``Power Fashion``, ``Fashion Conservative``, ``Semi-culture``, ``Fashion Otaku``, ``Sweet Darling`` and ``Fashion Panic``. Third, The characteristics of the fashion images`` colors are recognizable according to the type of fashion images.

        메탄하이드레이트 개발동향

        대부분의 GH는 전세계 해양퇴적물에서 대부분 산출되며 매장량은 $10^{13}{\sim}20{\times}10^{15}m^3$로 현재 세계 에너지 사용량을 기준으로 근 1,000년에 해당하는 양이다. MH는 전통석유가스자원를 대체할 미래 천연가스자원으로써의 잠재력이 있기 때문에 감압법, 화학첨가제 주입법, 열자극법, $CO_2$-메탄 치환법 등 채굴기술개발이 필요하다. 우리나라의 경우 2014년까지는 시험생산이 가능할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 이를 위하여 생산방법을 비교하고 GH의 분해에 따르는 반응이 복잡하기 때문에 이러한 현상을 예측하는 기술과 효과적이고 환경 친화적인 가스를 생산할 수 있는 기술을 개발하는 것이다. Most gas hydrates (GH) occur in ocean sediments. Global GH reserves are estimated to be $10^{13}{\sim}20{\times}10^{15}m^3$, which is nearly 1,000 times the amount of current world energy consumption. Methane hydrate (MH) has the potential to be developed into future natural gas resources to replace traditional oil and gas resources, and thus MH production technologies such as depressurization, inhibitor injection, thermal stimulation, and $CO_2-CH_4$ substitution need to be further developed. MH production, which is expected to be in test production until 2014 in Korea, is focused on the development of GH production technologies for use in the commercial production of methane gas. This study compares MH production technology and its ability to meet the twin goals of being both effective and environmentally friendly while taking into consideration the complex phenomena of GH decomposition.

        기계학습을 활용한 하절기 기온 및 폭염발생여부 예측

        최근 국내에서는 다양한 이상기후들이 발생하고 있으며 이로 인해 인명피해, 재산피해와 같은 큰 피해들이 발생하고 있다. 그 중에서도 폭염으로 인한 피해는 점점 증가하는 경향을 보인다. 이에 대처하기 위해서는 빠르고 정확한 기온 및 폭염발생여부 예측이 필수적이다. 현재 기상청에서는 폭염에 대한 정보를 단기예보를 통해 제공하는데, 단기예보를 위한 기온예측은 수치예보모델을 통해 수행된다. 과거 15년간(1998~2012년) 인구대비 폭염 사망률이 가장 높았던 ◯◯군에 대하여 2019년도 기온 예보자료와 관측 자료를 비교한 결과, 평균제곱근오차가 1.57℃ 발생하였고, 관측 값이 33℃이상에 해당하는 데이터만 비교한 결과, 평균제곱근오차가 1.96℃ 발생하였다. 예보시간은 4시간이고 예보과정에는 약 3~4시간이 소요된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소요시간과 예측 정확도를 고려하여, 기계학습방법의 일종인 LSTM을 이용한 기온 및 폭염발생 예측 방법론을 제시한다. 기계학습모델을 이용한 4시간 기온예측결과 1.71℃의 평균제곱근오차가 발생하였고, 관측 값이 33℃ 이상에 해당하는 데이터만 비교한 결과 1.39℃의 평균제곱근오차가 발생하였다. 전 범위의 오차는 수치예보모델이 더 작은 값을 가지지만, 33℃이상의 경우에는 기계학습모델 예측의 정확도가 더 높았다. 또한 수치예보를 이용한 경우 예상 소요시간이 4시간가량인 반면 기계학습을 이용한 기온예측에는 평균 9분26초의 시간이 소요되어 경제적이라 판단하였다. 향후 공간적인 범위를 확대하거나 대상 지역을 변경하는 일반적인 방안에 대해서 연구를 수행하고자 한다. Climate variations have become worse and diversified recently, which caused catastrophic disasters for our communities and ecosystem including economic property damages in Korea. Heat wave of summer season is one of causes for such damages of which outbreak tends to increase recently. Related short-term forecasting information has been provided by the Korea Meteorological Administration based on results from numerical forecasting model. As the study area, the ◯◯ province was selected because of the highest mortality rate in Korea for the past 15 years (1998~2012). When comparing the forecasted temperatures with field measurements, it showed RMSE of 1.57℃ and RMSE of 1.96℃ was calculated when only comparing the data corresponding to the observed value of 33℃ or higher. The forecasting process would take at least about 3~4 hours to provide the 4 hours advanced forecasting information. Therefore, this study proposes a methodology for temperature prediction using LSTM considering the short prediction time and the adequate accuracy. As a result of 4 hour temperature prediction using this approach, RMSE of 1.71℃ was occurred. When comparing only the observed value of 33℃ or higher, RMSE of 1.39℃ was obtained. Even the numerical prediction model of the whole range of errors is relatively smaller, but the accuracy of prediction of the machine learning model is higher for above 33℃. In addition, it took an average of 9 minutes and 26 seconds to provide temperature information using this approach. It would be necessary to study for wider spatial range or different province with proper data set in near future.

        교육공무원 인사제도 혁신방안 연구 - 경기도교육청 승진제도를 중심으로 -

        이 연구는 미래 학교 교육 패러다임의 변화에 발맞추어 경기도교육청 승진제도를 중심으로 인사제도 혁신 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 교원과 교육전문가로 구성된 그룹의 FGD, FGI를 진행하였으며, 인사제도의 문제점과 개선 원리를 추출하고, 인사제도 혁신방안을 도출하였다. 교육공무원 14,586명의 설문조사를 통해 개선 방안에 대한 인식 조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 교육경력이 많고 승진준비를 했거나 하고 있는 교원집단이 그렇지 않은 집단보다 개선방안에 반대하는 경향을 보였으나 대체적으로 긍정적인 반응이 많았다. 제시된 개선안을 단기 방안과 중장기 방안으로 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 단기 방안으로 교감 자격 면접시험의 강화와 면접 대상자 확대, 특정 지역 교감 우선 발령제, 교감 근무평정 시 온라인을 통한 동료평가 반영, 교육전문직원 직무전문성 강화를 위하여 보직형 장학사 확대, 중간평가 도입, 장학사 근속 연수 확대 등을 제시하였다. 둘째, 중·장기방안으로 교감자격증 소지자 대상 교감공모제 도입, 교사자격증 소지자 대상 교사공모제, 교사 대상 공모를 통한 교감자격연수 대상자 선발, 내부형(교사 대상) 교장공모제 제한비율 삭제 및 교육감 위임, 교장임기 4+4제(공모제 교감임기 포함, 승진 발령은 1회로 제한, 공모제 확대), 교장교감 리더십 아카데미 도입, 교원인사권한을 교육청 및 단위학교 이양 등을 제안하였다. 그러나 이 연구는 교원 중심으로 연구가 이루어진 한계를 지니고 있다. 학부모, 학생 등 교육주체들의 다양한 참여를 보장하는 방안에 관한 후속연구가 필요하다. This study aims to suggest the innovation of personnel system, which can ensure compliance with the paradigm for changes in future schooling, by focusing on the promotion system of `K` Office of Education. To this end, the study of literature related to human resource management was carried out, and the survey asked 14,586 educational public service employees about the actual condition and recognition on personnel system. On the basis of survey results, researchers held a number of in-depth conferences as well as FGI and FGD on related education experts, and came up with the innovation of personnel system. First, short term measures are to increase the proportion of oral examination and the number of candidate for the qualification of vice principal, to give an announcement of appointment according to the order of priority in certain locations, to reflect the online peer evaluation in the qualifying examination for vice principals, to rotate professional staffs of education to enhance job professionalism, to introduce a midterm outcome evaluation, to extend the continuance in office of professional staff of education, and etc.. Second, mid-/long term measures are to introduce vice principal certificate holders and teacher certificate holders to the open recruitment system for vice principals, to select trainees for vice principal qualification with an open recruiting, to let down the principalship term system and the qualification barriers of publicly recruited principals, to empower the superintendents of education to exercise the right of personnel management, to adopt a leadership academy for principal and vice principal, and etc.. Considering distinct regional characteristics of education, follow-up researches should be performed through the participation of school related subjects: teachers, students, parents, which can give shape to the result of this study as concrete and practical proposals.

        시니어 여성의 패션스타일과 선호색 및 자기이미지에 따른 패션이미지 유형화

        The purpose of this study is to classify fashion images of senior women who have emerged as influential customers in the fashion industry. Characteristics of fashion images of senior women are identified by fashion style, preference color, and self-image. With the collected data, the Q group, consisting of Korean women who are in their 50s, was targeted using the Q methodology. The following factors were evaluated through in-depth interviews: fashion style, preference color and self-image. The fashion images of senior women were classified into the following 4 types: Characteristic modern, Reasonable basic, Comfortable contemporary, and Conservative elegance. Those classified fashion image types were influenced by the factors of nobleness, usefulness, personality, fashionableness, and youthfulness in accordance with fashion style, preference color, and self-image. The results of this study may provide basic information for fashion image planning for senior women and meaningful data for redefining and diversifying the concept of senior fashion brand which reflects the generation`s changed taste and lifestyle.
